Bibliometric analysis is a popular method for exploring and analyzing large amounts of scientific data. This article is a bibliometric analysis using Scopus indexed journals on program coordination using VOSviewer application. The purpose of bibliometric analysis in this research is to identify the development of studies related to program coordination. Specifically, this article discusses citation developments, publications trends, authors’ collaboration, trending term titles, trend term author keywords, trend term abstracts, and country statistics with the topic of program coordination 1943-2021. The data was collected from Scopus database using keyword “coordination program.” Furthermore, the author uses VOSviewer software to analyze and visualize the database obtained. The results showed that the results of the citation analysis showed the number of citations per year from 1943-2021 was 4.304 citations. Irvine, M.K is a researcher who has the largest productivity, which is ten publications. In the analysis of the trend term author keywords, it can be seen that there are 676 author keys used in selected articles using a minimum of five events, resulting nine author keywords that have a strong connection. The term “care coordination” is the term most frequently used by the author with 23 entries. Moreover, the country that published the most program coordination articles was the United States with 246 articles.

Clothing history is currently starting to be in demand. This is due to the emergency of a new trend in the use of masks and changes in the time of wearing clothes due to the global pandemic that is still ongoing today, namely Covid-19. To trace the development of clothes in Indonesia in the past, of course, it is necessary to study the literature or bibliography. Of course, in the past there have been publications related to clothes developments such as books, journals, magazines, newspapers that can be accessed for use in reconstructing the history of clothes. Beginning by describing the historical context during Dutch East Indies government, the purpose of this research is to take an inventory and identify a number of publications related to the history of clothes. The method used is the historical method. The results of this study indicate that the publications related to the history of clothes are numerous and varied. Therefore, it must be used properly and effectively so that the dynamics that occur in the clothes sector look more complete and comprehensive. In addition, it is hoped that research on the bibliography of clothes history can help historical researchers who are interested in studying the history of clothes in Indonesia.

Information about the health of pregnant women is one of the pregnant women’s needs. It is important for health centers to provide media that present health information for pregnant women as an education facilitator to increase health literacy for pregnant women. Moreover, the Public Health Center of Jatinangor has not provided information to the media that presents information about the health of pregnant women for pregnant women in Maternal and Child Health room. This study is conduct to provide information media that repackages health information for pregnant women in the form of an infographics in Maternal and Child Health room in the Public Health Center of Jatinangor. This study aims to know what kind of infographics that appropriate for Maternal and Child Health room, to find out the information, visual elements, and information/visual hierarchies that need to be presented in the infographics. This research uses action research method. Data collected by using observation, interview, questionnaire, and literature study technique. Interviews done with pregnant women patients, midwives, infographic expert, and the Public Health Center of Jatinangor officer. Through this research, it can be seen that the appropriate infographic to be placed in the Maternal and Child Health room of Jatinangor Health Center is a printed statistical infographic with a simple design; the room of information packaged in the infographic is information on the prevention of problems in pregnancy that often occur in Jatinangor; the visual elements used in the infographic is bright colors, simple geometric shapes, clear and large fonts, high-resolution and informational images, and proper white space composition; as well as information and visual hierarchies used in infographic is simple and straightforward hierarchies.

This article is a bibliometric analysis of articles published in Scopus indexed journals that discuss land certificates. Knowing how studies related to land certificates are progressing is the aim of this research. Data was collected from the Scopus database by using the keyword term "land certificate". The researchers analyzed and visualized the database obtained in the VosViewer software. The highest number of citations occurred in 2016-2020 was 31 citations. The most publication trend occurred in 2019 with 40 articles. Articles from the collaboration of three authors include 12 articles from Deininger K., 8 from Ritz B. 8 and 3 from Zhang I. The most common title terms are “policy, demography” (2000) 20 items, “environmental protection” (2005) 55 items, “human, female, male” (2010) 23 items, “certification, land tenure, land use” (2015) 24 items. Abstract as many as 52 items 'human', 41 items 'humans', 23 items 'certificate', and 21 items 'land use'. Moreover, the country that published the most land certificate articles was the United States with 64 articles, followed by China with 29 articles and Germany with 21 articles. Citation analysis in the article the land certificate shows an increase as well as a decrease. The highest citation rate occurred in 2020, while the citation of land titling articles decreased in 2021.

One of the factors that influence the progress of the library lies in its human resources. Reviewing library human resources can be done by analyzing several library figures who are currently concerned with reviewing human resources (HR). The figures include Lasa, Hs with his work entitled "Library Human Resource Management" and Richard. E Rubin with his work entitled "Human Resource Management in Libraries: Theory and Practice. The purpose of this study was to compare the concept of human resource management of the Lasa Hs library with Richard E Rubin. Through a literature study, the research results obtained the relevance of the two figures in determining the stages of library human resource management which include; planning, recruitment, introduction, empowerment, termination, career development, compensation, maintaining safety, comfort, measuring the performance of human resources. According to Lasa, Hs performance measurement stage is a basic need in reviewing human resources in the library itself so that its existence is very important to be applied, in contrast to Richar E Rubin who assesses all stages in library human resource management have the same value to be fulfilled without distinguishing one from the other. others, because in its application they are interconnected.

The research focus discusses the role of the Raudhatul Ilmi learning resource center in supporting the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic at Al-Azhar Islamic Elementary School 21 Pontianak. The purpose of the study is to describe the role of PSB Raudhatul Ilmi in supporting the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic, efforts made by librarians in managing PSB Raudhatul Ilmi so as not to lose their role during the Covid-19 pandemic, and the obstacles faced by PSB Raudhatul Ilmi in supporting the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic at Al-Azhar Islamic Elementary School 21 Pontianak. This research uses descriptive methods with qualitative approaches, the number of informants there are two people, namely the deputy principal and the librarian. While data collection techniques are participatory observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through the stage of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion or verification. The results showed that the lack of role of PSB Raudhatul Ilmi in supporting the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. PSB Raudhatul Ilmi only plays a role for teachers rather than learners. PSB Raudhatul Ilmi does not have the efforts that librarians can make so that PSB can still carry out its role, and there are some obstacles, namely limited time constraints for online learning, collections that support online learning are still in print, The absence of collection visitors and loans during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The purpose of the study are (1) To know the management of incoming and outgoing mail at UNNES through SIRADI, (2) To know the obstacles faced in the management of incoming and outgoing mail at UNNES through SIRADI. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are literature research methods and field study methods. The conclusion in this study is (1) The management of incoming and outgoing mail has been managed electronically using SIRADI, (2) On the management of incoming mail, the letter is received centrally in the General Section of BUHK UNNES, (3) At the entry letter recording stage, there is still a work unit that requires an agenda book to record incoming mail, (4) At the stage of preparation of the concept of exit letter is done manually then the letter will be processed through SIRADI, (5) There are constraints such as network and human resources factor, there are still work units that do not digitize the letter i.e. by scanning and uploading mail files. Suggestions of this study are: (1) Need to improve the quality of the internet network to reduce network disturbances, thereby expediting the process of managing incoming and outgoing mail through SIRADI, (2) Need to have a unity of understanding between the staff at each work unit, (3) Writing in an agenda book or expedition book, so that when needed can look at the book to reduce input error.

Management of documents, hereinafter referred to as archives, is an activity that must be carried out by the entire organization. But not infrequently the problem of document management becomes a problem that has a negative impact on the quality of the administration of the organization. The development of technology eventually became an important moment in the management of documents / archives in an organization in order to improve the quality of their administration through the management of digital archives. Using a qualitative descriptive method the author intends to provide a real picture of managing digital archives in an effort to improve the quality of administration at Muhammadiyah University, Ponorogo. Sources of data obtained from administrative staff who act as users as well as archives manager as well as several other supporting documents. The results of this study indicate that the management of documents / archives digitally is very helpful for administrative staff in the creation, storage, supervision and provide opportunities for them to learn more about mastering IT equipment.

This research is entitled strategy of university library services in the new normal period case study of the technical implementation unit (UPT) of the University of Riau library. The purpose of this study was to determine the service strategy taken by the technical implementing unit (UPT) of the Riau University library in the new normal era. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The processing method uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The informants in this study were the head of the library, the head of the service sector, and the head of the IT department. The results of this study are that there are several strategies taken by the Riau University library, that is the development of digital libraries that must be accelerated and add supporting applications to ensure the smooth distribution of information to users.

Libraries as information service providers have tried to give their role in efforts to educate the nation and country life. The book waqf movement is one concrete step to raise the spirit of ta'awun through the library. This phenomenon can be interpreted as a philanthropic movement (generosity. The purpose of this study is to describe the phenomenology of the book waqf as a philanthropic movement in the library of Muhamadiyah University in Yogyakarta studied from the view of the Koran. The author uses a qualitative method approach, as the author conducts observations, interviews, and reviews. According to the academic community in general, the results of this research are that the application of book waqf at the Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta (UMY) is an implementation of the charity movement (philanthropy) of science-based on social religion within the University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY). currently, it can be used as an innovative service model that is able to express the piety of the academic community of the Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta (UMY) based on the values ​​of the Quran.
