The article highlights the results of an empirical study of the psychological components of the emotional state of elderly women with coronary heart disease (CHD), which covered 135 respondents aged 65 to 75 years with coronary heart disease. The aim of the study was to study the psychological components of emotional states of elderly women that can affect the manifestations and course of coronary heart disease, in particular, alexithymia, anxiety, depression, asthenia. It was found that the components of psycho-emotional states of patients with coronary heart disease consist of a set of psychophysiological factors, including: the specifics of emotionally negative states such as anxiety, depression, asthenia, hostility, etc., and the features of the somatic state, themselves manifestations of coronary heart disease and their concomitant changes in the psycho-emotional sphere, in particular the specifics of the traumatic situation for the patient and her personal characteristics. An empirical study found that elderly women with coronary heart disease are characterized by high levels of anxiety, depression, asthenia, mental stress, irritability, suspicion, resentment, neuroticism, secrecy, emotional lability. It is empirically proven that depending on the gender of an individual with coronary heart disease, the psychological components of emotional states differ significantly. It has been studied that women with coronary heart disease have a high level of lability and unstable emotional state. It is established that the emotional state changes rapidly depending on the factors of external and internal stimuli. A labile emotional state is a sign of danger in a person's psychological state, so it can be critical for women with coronary heart disease. Due to the qualitative processing of the obtained results, we found that in the three formed samples - CG, ECG and ECG, the results of the study differed significantly. In the experimental group of men there are no such psycho-emotional phenomena as negativism, irritation, suspicion, resentment and guilt; neuroticism. The results of the control group revealed a high percentage of women at risk. In the experimental group of women, which is the main goal of our study, the outlined phenomena had the highest rate. A number of emotions that contribute to coronary heart disease were identified: dissatisfaction with work, education, life in general; experiencing creative failures, defeats in ambitious desires; insult; frustration caused by the sharp destruction of the usual stereotype of life; constant feeling of inner tension; lack of satisfaction in achieving success; fear; chronic anxiety. From this list of feelings it is clear that they all belong to the register of negative feelings, those that create emotional discomfort. All these feelings are antipodes of feelings that are traditionally considered attributes of a healthy heart, such as: love, courage, courage, joy. The above conditions are special for people with coronary heart disease and have significant differences between male and female groups, and therefore they can be considered as psychophysiological features of elderly women with coronary heart disease. Prospects for further research may be the feasibility of creating a comprehensive program of psychocorrection of emotional states of elderly women with coronary heart disease.

The aim of the study is to improve the quality of predicting coronary heart disease by taking into account the synergistic effect of the presence of concomitant diseases and occupational factors through multi-agent intelligent systems. Research methods. To predict coronary heart disease, a basic structure of a multi-agent intelligent system is proposed, which contains “strong” and “weak” classifiers. At the same time, the "weak" classifiers are divided into four groups, the first of which analyzes data obtained on the basis of traditional risk factors for coronary heart disease, the second - based on the analysis of electrocardiological studies, the third group of "weak" classifiers is intended for the diagnosis of concomitant diseases and syndromes based on predictors used by the first two groups of agents, and the fourth analyzes environmental risk factors. The mobile system allows you to manage the decision-making process through a combination of expert assessments, statistical data and current information. Results. Experimental studies of various modifications of the proposed model of the classifier, consisting in the sequential exclusion from the aggregator of decisions of "weak" classifiers at various hierarchical levels, have been carried out. In the course of experimental evaluation and as a result of mathematical modeling, it was shown that when using all informative signs, the confidence in the correct forecast for the risk of coronary heart disease exceeds 0.8. The indicators of the quality of prediction are higher than those of the known predictive system for coronary heart disease - they exceed SCORE, on average, by 14%. Conclusions. Analysis of the classification quality indicators in the experimental group of subjects with different ischemic risk indicators and in the control group made up of electric locomotive drivers, for whom vibration sickness and exposure to electromagnetic fields are relevant indicators of ischemic risks, showed that taking into account the influence of these risk factors in the control group increases diagnostic efficiency by seven percent compared with the experimental group serving as background

With the improvement of living standards, people have more and more physical health problems. Among them, high-risk cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and coronary heart disease are the most prominent. The number of cardiology patients is increasing year by year. Effectively improving the treatment of cardiology patients and speeding up the recovery of cardiology patients have become a social problem. This article aims to explore the impact of diverse nursing care on patients in cardiology treatment. This article first gives a detailed introduction to the treatment of diverse nursing and cardiology diseases, then takes 300 cardiology patients in our hospital as experimental subjects, and conducts a controlled experiment of nursing intervention, which is categorized into an experimental group of 150 cases (including 35 cases of hypertension, 46 cases of diabetes, 28 cases of coronary heart disease, 24 cases of angina pectoris, and 17 cases of multiple complications) and a control group of 150 cases (including 30 cases of hypertension, 47 cases of diabetes, 39 cases of coronary heart disease, 21 cases of angina pectoris, and 13 cases of multiple complications). The experimental results showed the following: the general information of the two groups of patients was not statistically different ( P > 0.05 ); after the nursing intervention, the blood glucose levels of the two groups of patients decreased, but the experimental group decreased more significantly and the blood glucose control effect was more obvious; after the intervention, in the experimental group that implemented diversified nursing interventions, the patient’s condition management effect was better and their scores were between 8 and 10; the mental state self-evaluation of the two groups of patients was significantly different from the domestic reference value ( P < 0.05 ), and there is a very significant statistical difference between the two groups after nursing intervention ( P < 0.01 ); after nursing intervention, compared with the control group, the quality of life of the experimental group improved more significantly and the highest score reached about 70; the overall satisfaction of the experimental group with nursing work reached 92%, while the satisfaction of the control group with nursing work was only 44.67%. Studies have shown that diversified care has a positive impact on the rehabilitation of patients in cardiology treatment.

The article presents the results of an experimental test of the author's program of psychocorrection of emotional states of elderly women with coronary heart disease. The main psychophysiological indicators of the emotional state of elderly women, which affect the development of coronary heart disease, are determined. These include: alexithymia, depression, openness, anxiety, neuroticism, sociability, emotional lability. The following methods of processing the obtained results were chosen, in view of the small number of respondents: Spearman's rank correlation method, Student's T-test; T - Wilcoxon test). Methods used: "Toronto Alexithymic Scale", "Hamilton Scale for Depression", "Hamilton Scale for Anxiety", "Asthenic Scales", "Neuropsychiatric Stress Questionnaire", "Aggression Questionnaire", "FR Questionnaire , according to theoretically determined indicators of the emotional sphere of elderly women with coronary heart disease. It was found that for psychophysiological indicators of depression, anxiety, neuroticism, openness, emotional lability, significance was recorded using Wilcoxon's T-test, which indicates that the change in these indicators occurred as a result of our method with a probability of more than 99%. It is noted that the level of psychophysiological indicators of alexithymia and sociability did not change significantly. We explain the weak influence of the proposed method on these indicators by objective factors. Correction of alexithymia should include a focus on the patient's awareness of their feelings and the ability to express them and should be carried out on the patient comprehensively and over a long period of time. We have identified an important cause of coronary heart disease in elderly women, which is a combination of elevated levels of negative emotions with an intense tendency to suppress their expression in social contacts and interpersonal interaction. The effectiveness of the correctional program has been proved, which can be further used by psychologists as a psychocorrectional component of the general set of measures during outpatient treatment of coronary heart disease and its psychoprophylaxis. We see the prospect of further research in the improvement of the author's comprehensive program, expansion of its corrective spectrum of action and further testing.

The article presents data on the study of emotional state characteristics and coping strategies of adolescents in the stressful situation of oncohematological diseases treatment. Two equalized by socio-demographic and clinical parameters groups of patients 11-18 were examined. The experimental group consisted of 28 adolescents undergoing treatment with hemopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) (M = 14.25, SD = 2.20, M: 57.1%, F: 42.9%). The control group consisted of 30 adolescents undergoing chemotherapy (M = 13.71, SD = 2.12, M: 53.3%, F: 46.7%). The psychological state of adolescents in the course of treatment by НSCТ, in comparison with the state of adolescents of the control group, which is characterized by a significantly higher level of distress and anxiety. Significant differences in the use of coping strategies with stress in patients of the two groups were obtained. Adolescents of the experimental group use a less extensive repertoire of productive coping strategies, often use such an ineffective strategy as "discharge" These differences may be associated with less availability, as well as an increase in depletion of various coping resources under special treatment conditions by the НSCТ. The results of the study confirmed that НSCТ is objectively and subjectively more stressful, which indicates the need for additional monitoring of both the psychological state and the need for psychological care for patients in this group, the development of specialized programs for psychological support for transplantation.

Objective: To explore the significance of serum Retinol binding protein 4 (RBP4) and its relationship with coronary artery lesion in patients with senior coronary heart disease accompanying T2DM by determining the level of serum RBP4 and Gensini score. Methods: 30 cases of patients who were 60 years old above with coronary heart disease accompanying T2DM were selected and included in the experimental group, and 30 cases of patients of 60 years old above with coronary heart disease alone were included in the control group. Both groups of patients were given CAG examinations. In addition, Gensini score was calculated according to different degrees and parts of coronary artery lesion. It was required to record each patient’s age, gender, fasting blood glucose (FPG), triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and other laboratory examination indexes. ELISA was used to detect the level of serum RBP4 in each group, and statistical analysis was performed to the data in each group. Results: (1) RBP4 level, GS score, FPG and LDL-C in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group, and the difference was of statistical significance (p < .05). There was no statistically significant difference in age, gender, TC, TG and HDL-C between two groups. (2) RBP4 was positively correlated to FPG and HbA1c. (3) In patients with senior coronary heart disease accompanying diabetes mellitus, HbA1c was positively correlated to GS score, RBP4 and FPG. (4) RBP4 was a risk factor for coronary artery stenosis in patients with senior coronary heart disease accompanying diabetes mellitus. Conclusions: The level of serum RBP4 in patients with senior coronary heart disease accompanying diabetes mellitus is higher than that in patients with coronary heart disease alone, with a deeper degree of coronary artery lesion. The level of serum RBP4 is increased with the degree of lesion deepened in patients with senior coronary heart disease, suggesting that the level of serum RBP4 is expected to be an early predictor of coronary artery lesion for patients with senior coronary heart disease.

The objective of this study was to explore the application value of intracavitary electrocardiogram- (IEGM-) guided diagnosis of occult heart disease and conventional electrocardiogram (EGM) in the diagnosis of occult coronary heart disease (CHD) based on the classification and regression tree (CART) mining algorithm, hoping to provide a more effective basis for clinical diagnosis of the occult CHD. In this study, 100 patients with occult CHD admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. Based on the random number table method, 100 patients were randomly rolled into two groups, each with 50 cases. The patients diagnosed with conventional ECG were set as the control group, and patients in the experimental group were diagnosed with IEGM under the data mining algorithms. The diagnostic effects of the two groups were compared. The results showed that the processing effect of the CART algorithm (94%) was much better than that of the multiple linear regression algorithm (78%) and the random forest algorithm (69%) ( P < 0.05 ), the agreement between the results of the experimental group and the results of coronary angiography (80%) and Kappa (0.7) was higher than those of the control group (55%, 0.45), and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05 ). In addition, the sensitivity (93%) and accuracy (80%) of the experimental group were obviously higher than those of the control group (62% and 55%), and the differences were remarkably significant ( P < 0.05 ). In conclusion, the consistency ratio of the IEGM examination was higher, showing high accuracy; the intracavitary examination was invasive, so IEGM was not recommended when the diagnosis result of the examination may cause more harm than good.

Objective. To explore the application effect of meticulous nursing on community elderly patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) under the background of medical treatment partnerships. Methods. A total of 96 elderly CHD patients treated in the community from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the experimental group (n = 48) and control group (n = 48) by the medical personnel according to their admission order. Clinical routine nursing was performed to the patients in the control group, and meticulous nursing under the background of medical treatment partnerships was conducted to the patients in the experimental group, so as to evaluate their quality of life (QOL) and self-care agency after intervention by the Chinese Questionnaire on Quality of Life in Patients with Cardiovascular Disease (CQQC) and Exercise of Self-Care Agency (ESCA) scale. Results. Compared with the control group after intervention, the patients in the experimental group presented significantly higher ESCA scores, HHI scores, and CQQC scores and longer 6 min walking distance ( P < 0.001 ) and remarkably lower POMS scores ( P < 0.001 ) and had obviously higher numbers of cases with various health-related actions ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion. Meticulous nursing under the background of medical treatment partnerships is a reliable method for improving the QOL and mood state of community elderly CHD patients, which greatly promotes patients’ self-care agency and expectation. Further research will be conducive to establishing a better solution for patients.

To explore the measures and clinical effects of applying predictive nursing methods in the process of nursing care of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. The patients who were treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. The patients were all with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Nursing care of the patients was carried out. 100 patients were randomly selected as the research objects. In the controlled experiment, patients were given conventional nursing intervention (control group) and predictive nursing intervention (experimental group), and the clinical intervention effects of the two nursing methods were compared and analyzed. The number and duration of angina pectoris in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was 96.00% and 82.00% respectively. The satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher, and the blood pressure and blood sugar of the experimental group were normal. The number of normal blood lipids was higher than that of the control group. The SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group were relatively low compared with the control group, and the differences in the data were large, expressed as P<0.05, which was statistically significant. The effect of the experimental group is better. Applying predictive nursing methods in the process of nursing care for coronary heart disease and angina pectoris has significant clinical effects, which can effectively stabilize various physical indicators of the patient community, improve patient care satisfaction, and have significant clinical application value.
