The issue of the conservation status of Trifolium alpestre L. (Fabaceae) on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan is considered in the article. The species was included in the first edition (2001) and the second edition (2011) of the Red Data Book of the Republic of Bashkortostan (category and status: 3 – rare species). The article provides the following information about the species: morphological description with an indication of the main diagnostic features; modern data on the distribution of the species in the republic, new finds of the species in the Bashkir Cis-Ural; brief ecological and phytocenotic characteristics; features of biology (according to data from literature sources); modern data on the number and state of local populations; limiting factors; adopted and recommended protection measures, data on the possibility of preserving the species in culture. Currently, the state of Trifolium alpestre on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan can be considered satisfactory. There are no direct threats to the species. It has been established that the species is distributed much more widely in the Republic of Bashkortostan (the species is known from more than 30 points in 16 administrative districts) than previously assumed (it was known in 16 points in 12 administrative districts during the preparation and publication of the Red Book of the Republic of Bashkortostan in 2011). The species shows significant tolerance to adverse factors and tends to increase in number. It is satisfactorily provided with territorial security The data presented in the article fully justify the possibility of excluding the species Trifolium alpestre from the list of the Red Data Book of the Republic of Bashkortostan and including it in the regional list of species that need biomonitoring – «List of flora and fungi objects that are not included in the Red Book of the Republic of Bashkortostan, but need special attention on the territory of the republic to their state in the natural environment and monitoring».

The issue of the conservation status of the species Cephalaria uralensis (Murr.) Schrad. ex Roem. et Schult. (Dipsacaceae Juss.) в) on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan is considered in the article. The species was included in the first edition (2001) and the second edition (2011) of the Red Data Book of the Republic of Bashkortostan (category and status: 3 – rare species, the species is located on the territory of the republic at the northern and eastern borders of the range). The article provides the following information about the species: morphological description with an indication of the main diagnostic features; modern data on the distribution of the species in the republic, new finds of the species in the Bashkir Cis-Ural и South Ural (western macroslope); brief ecological and phytocenotic characteristics; features of biology (according to data from literature sources); modern data on the number and state of local populations; limiting factors; adopted and recommended protection measures, data on the possibility of preserving the species in culture. The state of the species Cephalaria uralensis at the present time on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan can be considered satisfactory. The species shows significant resistance to adverse factors. It was found that the species is widespread in the republic much wider than previously thought. The species is satisfactorily provided with territorial protection, a significant part of its known populations are located within the boundaries of existing or projected specially protected natural areas. The data presented in the article substantiate the reasons for the exclusion of the species Cephalaria uralensis from the list of the Red Data Book of the Republic of Bashkortostan and its subsequent inclusion in the regional list of observed species – «List of flora and fungi that need special attention to their state in the natural environment and monitoring (observed species)» [Red Data Book..., 2021].

The issue of the conservation status of Euphorbia glareosa Pall. ex Bieb. (Euphorbiaceae Juss.) on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan is considered in the article. In the second edition of the Red Data Book of the Republic of Bashkortostan [2011] this species was included in the regional list of rare species that need biomonitoring – «List of objects of flora and fungi that are not included in the Red Data Book of the Republic of Bashkortostan, but need special attention on the territory of the republic to their state in the natural environment and monitoring». The article provides the following information about the species: morphological description with an indication of the main diagnostic features; modern data on the distribution of the species in the republic; brief ecological and phytocenotic characteristics; features of biology (according to data from literature sources); modern data on the number and state of local population; limiting factors; adopted and recommended protection measures, data on the possibility of preserving the species in culture. On the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the species E. glareosa достоверно is known only from one point – the southern shore of Lake Aslikul in the Davlekanovsky district (the territory of the Asly-Kul natural park). In the republic, E. glareosa is a poorly studied species and is located at the edge of the range (at the eastern and northern limits of distribution). The known population is small 50-80 generative individuals). The population is subject to negative anthropogenic and natural influences. The species is poorly resistant to these influences. The species is on the verge of extinction. The data presented in the article fully justify the possibility of excluding the species Euphorbia glareosa Pall. ex Bieb. from the regional list of rare species «List of objects of flora and fungi that are not included in the Red Data Book of the Republic of Bashkortostan, but need special attention on the territory of the republic to their state in the natural environment and monitoring» and including it in «List of objects of flora and fungi listed in the Red Data Book of the Republic of Bashkortostan» (third edition, 2021) (category and status: 1 – endangered species).

The article discusses the features of distribution, ecology, the conservation status and the limiting factors of the rare relict species Allium obliquum L. in the Bashkir Cis-Urals. The preliminary results of experiments on an artificial increase in the number of threatened populations are given. The object of protection in the work is the population of the species near the Bishkain village (Aurgazinsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan) The complex of measures for the preservation of the A. obliquum gene pool in this population includes: monitoring of the preserved natural population, introduction to the nursery of the Botanical Garden (Ufa), introduction to the Natural Botanical Garden (Kushnarenkovsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan), creation of reserve artificial populations in the vicinity of the natural population near the Bishkain village and in the place of the disappeared population near the Uksunny village (Aurgazinsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan). Two methods of mobilization of the species have been used – sowing seeds and adult plants transplant. At each stage of reintroduction measures, generative plants and seeds were obtained. Vegetative reproduction of plants is noted. We consider plant transplantation to be a faster and more reliable way of creating artificial populations, the safety of individuals from the number of planted so far ranged from 50.0 to 95.0%.

The article examines the institutional limitations of intermunicipal cooperation at the subregional level on the example of the UNESCO Yangantau Geopark, which consist in the flaw in formal institutions and gaps in the current legislation. The realities of the modern economy set the tone from competition from neighboring regions to cooperation and cooperation. According to the Strategy for Spatial Development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025, measures to strengthen interregional interaction include the development and implementation of strategies for the socio-economic development of macroregions. The formation of such macroregions should have an institutional basis and should take into account some principles: to be neighboring regions, to be able to develop common infrastructure and complement each other in terms of socio-economic development. Institutional constraints in intermunicipal cooperation of the Republic of Bashkortostan and neighboring regions in the field of tourism and environmental protection measures are associated with the development of the system-wide infrastructure, the tourist destination of territories. In the Salavat region of the Republic of Bashkortostan, there is the Yangantau resort, which meets the highest standards, a geopark is also located here. On the example of a geopark, the degree of development of the tourism business of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Chelyabinsk region is considered. The territory is located within the boundaries of the municipal districts: Salavatsky, Nurimanovsky, Kiginsky, Duvansky and borders on the municipalities of the Chelyabinsk region Ashinsky, Katav-Ivanovsky, Ust-Katav, Satkinsky. In these municipalities, depopulation processes are observed, characteristic of depressed territories, and the level of unemployment is high. The author presents statistical material on the indicators of the unemployment rate in this region. One of the institutional limitations of the pandemic period is that the service sector, like other types of service, is subject to rapid decline and slow recovery. The author also attaches great importance to the development of transport, logistics and engineering infrastructure. There are road and rail links in this area. Federal highway M-5, which is the main highway here, is overloaded and massive accidents happen on it. At the moment, the track is being reconstructed.

On the territory of the garden and park landscapes of the Middle Pobuzhzhia 31 species of higher vascular plants that have national or regional protection status have been revealed or cited in literature. Of these, 9 species are listed in the current edition of the Red Data Book of Ukraine, 10 species have regional protection status in Vinnytsia region and 20 species in Cherkasy region. National Dendrological Park «Sofiyivka» NAS of Ukraine has the largest number of species from the Red Data Book of Ukraine (8 species): Tulipa quercetorum, Euonymus nana, Scopolia carniolica, Allium ursinum, Pulsatilla pratensis, Pulsatilla patens, Trapa natans, Epipactis helleborine, Neottia nidus-avis. Only by one rare species were revealed in the Pechersky (Scopolia carniolica), Sokiletsky (Pulsatilla pratensis), Verkhivsky (Trapa natans) and Kryzhopilsky (Epipactis helleborine) parks. Phytoindication assessment of the identified localities showed that the most of them are on the border or even outside their ecological-coenotic amplitude by one or more factors, which indicates their vulnerability to external influences. Currently, the greatest threat to the existence of species at present is the recreational load, so according to the Law on the Red Data Book of Ukraine, they all need proper protection measures.

The study area is less susceptible to technogenesis, which allows us to consider it as a «benchmark »territory for the effective protection of rare plant species by preserving natural complexes. The article provides informationabout 27 species of plants of the Mariinsky district from the Red data book of the Kemerovo region. The analyzed data ofthe scientific Herbarium of KemSU (KEM) (1964–2017), Red data book of the Kemerovo region, the online databases. The systematic, biomorphological, ecological, and horological analyses of the list of species by conventional methodsare carried out. Data on the economic value of species, as well as their distribution, limiting factors and protection in theRussian Federation, Kemerovo region and neighboring regions are systematized. The information about 6 new protectedplants and previously unknown locations for the research area is given. The main limiting factors for protected plants offlora of the Mariinsky region are ecological and biological features, destruction and change of their habitats as a result ofhuman economic activity.

The article contains generalized information about distribution of Muscari botryoides (L.) Mill. in Ukraine. It listed in the third edition of the Red Data Book of Ukraine with the conservation status "disappearing". It is protected in the «Mocharka» and «Shyiania» nature reserves. The Red Data Book of Ukraine contains information that the studied species grows only in the Zakarpattia region. A small number of publications dated after 1960 concerning to M. botryoides attest about the necessity of studying this species in order to obtain information about its current distribution in Ukraine. The work purpose was to generalize the literature and herbarium data about M. botryoides distribution in Ukraine. After processing literature data and herbarium materials (LWS, CHER, UU) a list of localities and a distribution map of M. botryoides in Ukraine have been compiled. It is established that the species exist not only in the Zakarpattia region, but also grows in the Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi and Ternopil regions. M. botryoides grows in light xerothermic oakerys, outskirts, secondary forest cenosis on rich warm brown soils, formed on deluvium of igneous rocks, in Querco-Fagetea and Quercetea pubescentis communities, occasionally in the communities with Robinia pseudoacacia. Species also grows in meadow steppes, steppe and after-forest meadows, on karsts outcrops. It prefers xeremosephytic environmental conditions. In general, 15 localities of the species have been found in Ukraine. Over the past 20 years only 3 sites have been documentally confirmed: in Bushtyno Urban-type settlement (Tiachiv district of Zakarpattia region), Kholmovets village (Vynohradiv district of Zakarpattia region) and between Drachyntsi and Kostyntsi villages Chernivtsi regions. Also 5 new localities have been found: in Probabyn village (Horodenka District, Ivano-Frankivsk Region), in Vyshnivka and Krasnostavtsi villages (Sniatyn District, Ivano-Frankivsk Region), in Onok village (Vynohradiv District, Zakarpattia Region) and in the NNP "Synevyr" (Mizhhirsky and Khust districts of Zakarpattia region).
