Abastract-- Financial administration is very important in managing schools because the existence of financial administration teaching and learning activities carried out in schools will run smoothly, effectively, and efficiently so that finance will be managed for the proper needs. Therefore the need for good financial management so that school activities can be carried out smoothly and regularly.

In Indonesia, the age between 0-6 years is agreed, which is explained in article 28 of the Law on the National Education System no. 20 of 2003 paragraph 1 explained that "early childhood is a child who falls in the age range of 0-6 years". Thus it can be stated that early childhood is a child in the range of 0-6 years who have growth and development according to their characteristics. In Mergosono Sub-District, Kedungkandang District, there are 6 (six) Pos PAUD. Pos PAUD Putih Melati is one of the Pos PAUD located in RW 1, Mergosono Sub-District, Kedungkandang District. This Pos PAUD was created with the aim of meeting the needs of the surrounding community, especially with regard to early childhood education. So far, Pos PAUD have been managed more based on principles from, by and for the community. The method used in this PkM is the transfer of knowledge and discussion of problems. The implementation of activities in the form of management training and financial administration of Pos PAUD, procurement of Educational Game Equipment (APE), procurement of APE storage lockers, and procurement of Pos PAUD financial administration books. Financial Management and Administration Training for the managers of Pos PAUD Putih Melati was the result of the initial discussion. Based on the results of the discussion it was found that the Pos PAUD Putih Melati manager experienced obstacles in terms of financial management and administration. Therefore, dedication was carried out in the form of providing material related to the management and financial administration of Pos PAUD Putih Melati. Overall, the service activities carried out at the Pos PAUD Putih Melati can be said to be successful. This success is not only measured by the four components above, it can also be seen from the participants' satisfaction after participating in the activities and the use of APE by students of the Pos PAUD Putih Melati. Based on the results of the implementation of the dedication that has been carried out, several suggestions can be submitted, namely: 1) The time of the implementation of the service activities needs to be increased so that the objectives of the activity can be fully achieved. 2) The existence of follow-up activities in the form of similar training is always held periodically so as to improve the ability of teachers to carry out the teaching and learning process.

Education has certain achievement standards such as school supervision. An educational institution is required to meet the requirements of school administration. For that, school accreditation activities are conducted to improve the quality of education, especially at the institution. Some components that must be completed to conduct school accreditation activities are the instruments related to school activities such as curriculum, educator, learning process, facilities and infrastructure and financing. In the standard of facilities and infrastructure, the existence of the class becomes the core assessment as it relates to teaching and learning activities. After class physical fulfilment, good and conducive class management becomes the determinant of the effectiveness of learning activities. Therefore, good classroom management is necessary

Learning System in Indonesia is carried out with a face-to-face system, teaching and learning activities are carried out in schools in one room. The widespread pandemic of the covid 19 virus made the Ministry of Education and Culture take a policy to conduct online school activities to prevent the transmission of the disease virus. Online learning does not all have to be done using Zoom or similar applications. It is also necessary that applications that schools can manage and uniformize their use so that teachers can quickly fill out materials and tasks. The learning system carried out in SMK Negeri 2 Gorontalo is considered less effective, affecting learning outcomes. The application created is an application that can help the learning and teaching process in SMK Negeri 2 Gorontalo. Learning media is expected to help facilitate the absorption of the material and the delivery of lesson content to increase students' motivation to learn and understand it anywhere and anytime. The method used is the Research and Development method. As a research method used to produce a particular product and test the effectiveness of the product where the object of research in the study is a Student at SmK Negeri 2 Gorontalo. The purpose of the study is to help increase students' learning motivation in times of pandemics.

The purpose of writing this article is to find out how important financial administration greatly influences the objectives and processes in financial administration education is the management which includes all activities related to finance to achieve the goals of a particular organization or company. With good financial administration, a more comfortable and productive working atmosphere will be created. Through financial management activities, funding needs for school activities can be planned, sought for procurement, recorded transparently, and used to finance the implementation of school programs effectively and efficiently. With good financial administration, a more comfortable and productive working atmosphere will be created. The financial administration process includes the preparation of School Development Plans (RPS) which is one form of one of the most important functions of school management, which must be owned by schools to be used as a guide in organizing education in schools, both for the long term (20 years), middle ( 5 years) or short (one year); preparation of RKAS, use and accountability. In addition, in financial administration there is examination and reporting.

The purpose of this research is to find out the description of pesantren financial management. By the title of the research, the research uses the literature method. The results of the study explained that financial management is an act of financial administration/administration which includes recording, planning, implementation, accountability, and reporting. Thus, school financial management can be interpreted as a series of activities regulating school finance from planning, accounting, spending, supervision, and accountability of school finances. Financial management of boarding schools is one of the substances of the management of educational institutions that will also determine the smooth operation of boarding schools. As is the case with the substance of education management in general, financial management activities in Islamic boarding schools should be carried out through the processes of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, supervising, or controlling. Some financial management activities take the form of obtaining and determining sources of funding, use of funds, reporting, auditing, and accountability. Through financial management activities, the funding needs of Islamic boarding school activities can be planned, procured, transparently recorded, and used to finance the implementation of Islamic boarding school programs effectively and efficiently. For that purpose, the financial management of Islamic boarding schools includes: (1) Improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the use of financial boarding schools; (2) Increasing financial accountability and transparency in Islamic boarding schools; and (3) Minimizing misuse of the boarding school budget.

Distance Learning (Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh/PJJ) is a transition to face-to-face teaching and learning activities in a school setting, in which due to the COVID-19 pandemic education is experiencing challenges, especially in formal education and school activities must be conducted offline and online. Currently, distance learning is determining key to continuing education. Regardless of the circumstance and condition of each student, they must be provided with an optimal education. Hence, nowadays, it is important to instill and maintain character in students that in any circumstances, education is an absolute term. The purpose of this study was to investigate the implementation of character education in distance learning amid the COVID-19 pandemic in elementary school. This research used a qualitative descriptive. The results of character education research can develop life skills or student skills in the learning process, in this case how students can be responsible for each assignment, as well as discipline in participating in distance learning.

This article describe about Financial administration. The financial administration in school is very important to be accountable for the teaching and learning process. Accountability, reporting and inspection, and the role of teachers in the financial administration shall be liable in accordance with the prevailing rules. Finance also needs to be managed as well as possible so that there are no mistakes in using it and the money is used correctly, because in reality this money is very sensitive because if something goes wrong it will have a bad impact. Financial management activities are carried out through a process of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, controlling or controlling. this is important, especially in the context of the implementation of School-Based Management, which gives schools the authority to find and utilize various funding sources according to school needs. This article explains how the role of finance is important in the world of education which starts from planning to later supervising the funds used in educational activities where the use must be careful so that there is no financial loss or misuse.

Practice teaching, indisputably, is one of the school activities distorted significantly due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Practice teachers should adapt online learning to convey teaching and learning activities. This study aimed at finding out the internet device (wi-fi) available at schools in Pekanbaru municipality and learning media used by practicum teachers with the stable internet connectivity at schools in Pekanbaru municipality. There were 47 out of 51 English Education Students of Universitas Lancang Kuning involved in this research. They filled in 27 items of close-ended questions in the Likert scale. The findings revealed that most schools (83%) had wi-fi devices accessed by practicum teachers for teaching activities. With this device, practice teachers used more diverse applications (Google Classroom, Google Form, and Zoom video conference) more frequently (often), shown in the mean score of 4.0, to convey learning materials and tasks delivery. In schools with unstable internet connectivity, they chose the Whattsapp application to convey learning activities, including the delivery of the tasks. In conclusion, the availability of a wi-fi device with stable internet connectivity supports practice teachers in conducting online teaching activities during the pandemic. They can maximize the use of more diverse applications, namely Google Classroom, Google Form, and Zoom conference

The purpose of managing school finances requires the principal's skills to obtain adequate sources of funds, allocate funds appropriately, properly utilize and account for finances in accordance with applicable laws or regulations, and place treasurers who handle bookkeeping problems and provisions for financial use based on applicable regulations . Financial management is one of the substance of school management that will also determine the course of educational activities in schools. financial management is an act of financial administration / administration which includes recording, planning, implementing, accountability and reporting. Thus, school financial management can be interpreted as a series of activities governing school finance starting from planning, accounting, expenditure, supervision and accountability of school finance. The person responsible for education costs is the principal, however, teachers are expected to play a role in the administration of these costs, although adding to their burdens, also provides an opportunity to participate in directing the funding to improve teaching and learning. Financial administration includes planning, use, data recording, reporting and accountability of funds allocated for the administration of schools.
