Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengelolaan pendidikan sekolah dasar yang berorientasi kepada pendidikan multikultural di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sangiang Jaya. Fokus subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari  4 orang yaitu 3 guru kelas tinggi dan kepala sekolah. Peneliti yang di gunakan adalah penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode deskriptif  yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan sebuah data, peristiwa atau kejadian yang digali berdasarkan hasil  wawancara menggunakan Google Form dengan narasumber di mana mereka mempunyai pemahaman dan pengetahuan serta yang berpengalaman mengenai kejadian tersebut. Metode deskriptif merupakan metode merupakan penelitian yang mendeskripsikan atau menjelaskan suatu data berdasarkan fakta secara objek sesuai penelitian yang tersusun dan terjadi dengan keadian yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan Pengelolahan pendidikan sekolah dasar yang terdiri dari perencanaan (planning) yang terlihat dari proses pembuatan prangkat pengajaran yangterintegrasi dengan multikultur. Pengorganisasian (organizing) di mana manjement yang berdasarkan orientasi multikultur Nampak dari beberapa kegiatan yang di lakukan sekolah, pelaksanaan (actuating) di lihat berdasarkan proses pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar dan pengawasan (controling) yang berisi pemantauan berkala yang di lakukan, ke empet aspek tersebut di lihat berdasarkan nilai multikultural yaitu kesetaraan, keadilan, demokras kebebasan toleransi.ANALYSIS OF MULTICULTURAL PRIMARY SCHOOL EDUCATION MANAGEMENTAbstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the management of school education that is oriented towards multicultural education at Sangiang Jaya State Elementary School. In this study, the subjects consisted of 4 people, namely 3 high class teachers and the principal. Researchers who use this research are a qualitative approach through descriptive methods that aim to tell a data, event or phenomenon that is excavated based on in-depth interviews with sources where they have an understanding and knowledge and in-depth experience of the phenomenon. Descriptive method is a research method that describes or explains data based on facts in a systematic research object and in accordance with natural situations. The data technique used is based on the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate the management of primary school education which consists of planning (planning) as seen from the process of making building construction integrated with multiculture. Organizing in which management is based on a multicultural orientation. It appears that from several activities carried out by schools, implementation is seen based on the process of implementing teaching and learning activities and monitoring (controling) which contains periodically carried out, to empathize these aspects are seen based on multicultural values namely equality, justice, democracy / freedom and tolerance.

The accuracy and reliability is the quality of the information. The more accurate and reliable, the more information it’s good quality. Similarly, a survey, the better the survey, the more accurate the information provided. Implementation of student satisfaction measurement to the process of teaching and learning activities on the quality of the implementation of important lectures in order to get feedback on the assessed variables and for future repair. Likewise in Higher Education Prog has undertaken the process of measuring student satisfaction through a distributed questioner finally disemester each class lecture. However, the deployment process questioner is identified there are 7 (seven) problems. However, the problem can be resolved by the 3 (three) ways of solving problems one of which is a system of iLearning Survey (Isur), that is by providing an online survey to students that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. In the implementation shown a prototype of Isur itself. It can be concluded that the contribution Isur system can maximize the decision taken by the Higher Education Prog. By using this Isur system with questions and evaluation forms are submitted and given to the students and the other colleges. To assess the extent to which the campus has grown and how faculty performance in teaching students class, and can be used as a media Isur valid information for an assessment of activities throughout college.

This study aims to describe and analyze it critical about the implementation of the development of children's spiritual intelligence through habituation methods at SD Islam Plus Masyithoh Kroya, Cilacap district. This type of research is field research or field research. This research is presented in descriptive form with the aim to describe a process that occurs in the field. While the approach taken is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used: observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman Model, which consists of: Data Reduction, Data Display and Verification (Conclusion Drawing). The results of this study found that the forms of development of children's spiritual intelligence through habituation methods at SD Islam Plus Masyithoh Kroya were divided into two activities, namely: first, programmed habituation activities, including extracurricular activities scheduled every Saturday namely extracurricular tilawah, tambourine and calligraphy . In addition, outdoor learning, activities that have been scheduled each year for grade 5 (five) students, are religious tourism. Second, habituation activities are not programmed in the development of children's spiritual intelligence through habituation methods. a) routine activities, carried out continuously and scheduled. The routine activities include: morning munajat activities (asmaul husna, daily prayers, tartil juz 30, and memorizing selected hadith) which are carried out before teaching and learning activities, dhuha prayer, dzuhur prayer in congregation, and social service activities, b) spontaneous namely activities that occur when experiencing special events. In this case the spontaneous activities carried out included: greeting, apologizing before asking for help, always dhikr, and thanking, c) exemplary is a habituation activity shown by the teacher in daily actions. Exemplary here is shown by the performance of the teacher both in the classroom providing subject matter as well as outside the classroom.

Faculty of Medicine University of Riau has been implementing Competency Based Curriculum (KBK) with theProblem Based Learning (PBL) since 2007 with the implementation of teaching and learning activities of the systemconsists of a tutorial activities, skillab, expert lectures, independent and practical. However, there are still manyproblems in the implementation of the KBK on preclinic degree. One part of the block that is identified to be one ofthe causes of low graduation exam block is less efective coaching laboratory practice. Parasitology is one part of thetask is to provide laboratory practice in several blocks on the stage of preclinic especially digestive and hematoimunologyblock. This study aimed to compare the results of the evaluation of parasitology laboratory practice in hematoimunologyand digestive assistance and posttest in large classes with small class. Assistance and posttest in large class performedon the digestive block implementation and hematoimunologi in 2011 while assisting and posttest of small classes ona block implementation in 2012. Average value of small class digestive laboratory practice was not significantlylower than the large class but the proportion of the value of quality B and C more many in small classes. The meanvalue of the block hematoimunologi laboratory practice significantly higher on small class assistance and posttest aswell as the proportion of the value of quality A, B and C was higher in small classes than large classes.

Special service administration is to provide services specifically or a business that is not directly related to the teaching and learning process in the classroom. But specifically given by the school to the students so that they are more optimal in carrying out the learning process Special service management in schools is basically set and organized to facilitate or facilitate learning, and can meet the special needs of students at school. Special services are held in schools with the aim of facilitating the implementation of teaching in the context of achieving educational goals in schools. Abstract. This journal discusses the development of variations in teaching in increasing learning motivation. The learning process is an activity that involves an individual (physical and spiritual), learning activities are never carried out without a strong motivation or motivation from within the individual or from outside the individual who participates in learning activities. Therefore, the learning process requires the development and use of variations in teaching to generate student motivation. Being a housewife is a multi-tasking  tasks and it is not an easy thing. In this case, a housewife has many roles such as should be a mother , a counselor for her daughter  as well as taking care of everything. Besides, the mother is also a teacher. As we know that,  the  first  teacher of a child is a mother. Then,  the mother is also a financial manager and general administration  at home. Many problems have been encountered, so a housewife  tasks are  very hard, in this case they have to  harmonize and regulate the amount of income and increase in some basic needs and daily needs. Except the problems that regarding  with financial management, the problem  face also relates with the lack of knowledge of housewives in English.  As a housewife needs an ability of English skill  to help their children  in studying later on.  Those phenomenon  happens in  families who live in Griya Batu Aji stage 1.The solution offered housewife  that a family financial management is very important for financial survival of a family. As a financial manager at home, a housewife must be able to manage expenditure and income posts. Besides, for teaching English,  parents should implement a fun learning environment and learning strategies that can motivate children to learn English. A learning environment that suits the real-world context is needed so that parents can apply it to everyday learning activities with children.
