Thematic Learning Implementation in Used Areas from Earthquake in Gantiwarno Sub-District Klaten Regency

This study aims to find out the understanding, preparation, difficulties, and solutions to difficulties explored by teachers in the implementation of thematic learning in areas affected by earthquake disasters in Gantiwarno Sub-District, Klaten Regency. This research is a qualitative study conducted in a number of state elementary schools that were affected by the earthquake in Gantiwarno Sub-District, Klaten Regency. The two public elementary school teachers that were the object of research were the upper class teacher and the public elementary school teacher. Research data were collected by observation, documentation, and interview techniques. Research data were analyzed by data reduction, data display, and data verification. Thematic learning conducted in areas affected by the earthquake disaster in Gantiwarno Sub-District can be prepared by the teachers. The teachers prepare learning plans by making Learning Implementation Plans (RPP). The teachers find it difficult to run a thematic learning assessment system. Thematic learning material written in books is incomplete. The teachers experienced panic and confusion when a sudden earthquake occurred. The teachers have difficulty in learning outside the classroom. The teachers already have a solution in implementing thematic learning which was carried out in the area of the former earthquake disaster Gantiwarno Sub-District. The teachers exchange information, knowledge, and opinions with other teachers about thematic learning. The teachers can already practice what is printed in thematic textbooks. The teachers have also been able to apply learning strategies and methods according to thematic textbooks.

The author determines SDN 1 Kragilan as a research location. Research data were collected by observation and interview techniques. Data analysis techniques used include the phase of data reduction, data display, and data verification.The results showed that the teachers were able to understand thematic learning. Thematic learning is learning taught to children that combines several subjects put together in a theme. Thematic learning can take lessons from the natural surroundings and everyday life. The teachers have obstacles in carrying out thematic learning. The teachers find it difficult to run a thematic learning assessment system. Students are not yet accustomed to using thematic learning. The teachers already have a solution in thematic learning. The teachers exchange information, knowledge, and opinions with other teachers about thematic learning.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of thematic learning in primary schools in areas near the hills. The location of the school studied was determined based on the location approaching the hilly area. The selected public elementary school is a school located near the hilly area. The selected primary schools are schools that have implemented the 2013 curriculum. The research approach used is qualitative. The author determines SDN 1 Kragilan as a research location. Research data were collected by observation and interview techniques. Activities carried out in observation techniques are researchers' observation activities of the teacher who is the object of research. The activity carried out in the interview technique was an interview with a teacher at SDN 1 Kragilan. The teachers can already understand thematic learning. The 2013 curriculum-based integrative thematic learning model is a learning strategy that involves several subjects into a learning theme that uses an interdisciplinary approach to provide meaningful experiences to students in the learning process. The application of this learning model requires adequate infrastructure and mature teacher understanding concepts. Integration and success in this learning model can be seen from the aspect of understanding of the learning model, aspects of the learning strategy, and aspects of the use of media in learning. Because every teacher has their own characteristics in conveying learning to students, in order to achieve learning objectives. Therefore the writer wants to examine more deeply how the application of the 2013 curriculum-based integrative thematic learning model in MIN Yogyakarta II and MI Ma'had Islamy Kotagede Yogyakarta?. This study aims to determine the mastery of integrative thematic learning models, the strategies applied and the media used by teachers in the application of integrative thematic learning models. This research is categorized in the type of field research (Field Research) which is descriptive with qualitative research methods using theories about integrative thematic learning models then proceed to drawing conclusions. The results showed that in general these two institutions had applied the integrative thematic learning model well. The teacher's mastery of the learning model and the methods used by the teacher in linking learning material are already good so that learning becomes a unified and meaningful whole for students. Then the strategies used by the teacher in planning learning activities, preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities are quite diverse and adjusted to the needs and interests of students. The media used have their respective characteristics and are always adapted to the learning material to be taught. Although they have differences in learning strategies and the media used in teaching, however, they have the same goal of achieving success in teaching so that the expected goals can be achieved and provide meaningful experiences to students.

The purpose of this study was to obtain objective information and clarity regarding Elementary School Teacher Competitions through Low grade Portfolio Assessment. The results of this study indicated that the development of thematic learning models through the assessment of low-grade portfolio by Bengkayang District Elementary school teachers is in a "sufficient" position. The planning of learning model by elementary school teachers in urban areas had an actual score of 495 and an ideal maximum score of 840 or 58.92% with the category "sufficient." In the suburbs, it had an actual score of 334 and an ideal maximum score of 840 or 39.76% with the "enough" category. While in areas outside the urban area have an actual score of 335 and an ideal maximum score of 840 or 39.88% with the category also "sufficient." In each assessment effect, model planning effect in the Urban area obtained an actual total score of 96 ideal maximum score of 144, = 66.67%; At the Suburbs the actual score was 48 ideal scores 144 = 33.44%; while for the Outer Urban area obtained an actual score of 47 ideal scores 144 = 32.64%. The aspect of the preparatory stage for the implementation of the thematic learning model of low-grade portfolio assessment by elementary school teachers in the urban area obtained an actual score of 80 from an ideal maximum score of 120, reaching 66.67%; Suburbs obtained an actual score of 53 ideal scores 120 = 44.16%; Whereas in the out-of-urban effect urban area, the actual score was 52 ideal scores 120 = 43.33%. Implementation Stage Thematic learning model in the assessment of low-grade portfolio in the urban area obtained an actual score of 201 ideal maximum score of 360, = 55.83%; In the suburbs the actual score: 161 ideal scores 360 = 44.72%; while Out of urban the actual score is 162, the ideal score is 360 = 45.00%. The aspect of How to assess thematic learning models in the assessment of low-grade portfolio in the Urban area obtained the total score of 62 ideal maximum scores of 96, = 64.58%; Suburbs actual score 29 ideal score 96 = 30.21%; While out of urban the actual score of 31 was an ideal score of 96 = 32.29%. The aspect of the implication of thematic learning in the assessment of low-grade portfolio in the urban area obtained the number of actual scores of 57 ideal maximum scores of 120, = 47.50%; Suburbs actual score 43 ideal scores 120 = 35.83%; Out of urban the actual score of 43 was an ideal score of 120 = 35.83% of what it should be. For this reason, it was suggested thematic learning model planning for portfolio assessment should continued to be maintained by increasing the ability to compile annual programs, compile semester programs, compile syllabi, compile lesson plans, compile mapping and learning theme networks. The thematic learning model of portfolio assessment was not rigid but flexible, adapts existing situations, and conditions were active, creative, effective, and pleases learners referring to the concept of independent learning implementation of thematic learning of portfolio assessment by conducting initial activities, core activities, and closing / ending activities. Assessment of the thematic learning model portfolio assessment referred to indicators that have been determined by the education authority. Implications of implementing thematic learning model portfolio assessment was done by giving individual and group assignments by not burdening students, and utilizing and optimizing available learning media.

This study aims to analyze how readiness the teachers are in implementing the 2013 curriculum at SD Negeri Peureumeu, Kaway XVI District. The research approach used in this research is qualitative research. This type of research is descriptive (descriptive research). The subjects in this study were 8 teachers in Peureumeu Public Elementary School, Kaway XVI sub-district, and 1 grade IV teacher was studied. Data collection methods in this research are observation, interview, documentation and validation. The conclusion of this research is that in implementing the 2013 curriculum, the fourth-grade teachers at Peureumeu Public Elementary School, Kaway XVI District are very ready to implement the 2013 curriculum. The main readiness carried out by grade IV teachers at SD Negeri Peureumeu, Kaway XVI District in implementing the 2013 curriculum is the process of learning, by designing or designing specifically the learning material with reference to the syllabus and lesson plans. The second is the readiness of the classroom management aspects, the three readiness methods, the fourth readiness for the use of teacher books and student books, and the last is the readiness of the assessment process, the teacher is able to use the results of the assessment analysis in the learning process, and the teacher evaluates the effectiveness of the process and learning outcomes and uses information on results assessment and evaluation to design remedial and enrichment programs.

The study aims to analyze the learning process in the (online) network, supportive factors and teacher inhibitory factors in carrying out online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The study was carried out at muhammadiyah elementary school 2 the estimated shidoarjo city of sidoarjo in April. The study USES descriptive qualitative methods. The subject used in this study was an elementary school teacher at 2 tulangan elementary elementary school. The data-collection techniques used in this study include interviews, documentation and field notes. The result of this study is that the covid-19 pandemic has hada profound impact on the learning process, learning that is normally executed directly is now being transferred to online learning. Learners are bored and bored during learning. Online education done for primary-age children is less effective. A number of teacher factors in the online learning process are the availability of cell phones, quotas and a steady Internet network. In addition to supporting factors in online learning, there are several teacher inhibitors in online learning. These inhibiting factors include the fact that they are still at the elementary school level, so only a few students have cellphones, therefore this can make learning ineffective. Through online there are also obstacles that occur for teachers, namely many students who deliberately do not participate in online learning because they do not have an internet quota to access learning so that students are left behind. And there is also a learning strategy carried out by SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan. On the other hand, face-to-face online learning through applications is the most beneficial thing to break the spread of Covid-19 and maintain the mental health of teachers and students from exposure to the Covid-19 virus.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik (LKPD) terintegrasi nilai karakter yang layak menurut ahli materi dan ahli media untuk digunakan pada pembelajaran tematik di kelas IV sekolah dasar. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan LKPD terintegrasi nilai karakter terhadap pengembangan tanggung jawab, disiplin, serta prestasi belajar peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pe- ngembangan (research and development, R&D) dengan mengacu model pengembangan Dick & Carey yang terdiri dari sepuluh tahap pengembangan, yaitu: (1) mengidentifikasi tujuan pembelajaran; (2) melakukan analisis pembelajaran; (3) menganalisis peserta didik; (4) menuliskan tujuan kinerja; (5) mengembangkan instrumen penilaian; (6) mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran; (7) mengembang- kan dan memilih bahan ajar; (8) merancang dan melakukan evaluasi formatif pembelajaran; (9) merevisi perangkat pembelajaran; (10) merancang dan melakukan evaluasi sumatif. Subjek coba pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SDN Wonosari 1 sejumlah 64 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 8 peserta didik SDN Wonosari 1 untuk uji coba terbatas dan 56 peserta didik lainnya untuk uji coba lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD sebagai produk pengembangan efektif dalam mengembangkan tanggung jawab, disiplin, dan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Kata Kunci: LKPD terintegrasi nilai karakter, tanggung jawab, disiplin, dan prestasi belajar INTEGRATED LKPD DEVELOPMENT FOR DEVELOPING THE CHARACTER VALUES OF RESPONSIBILITY, DISCIPLINE AND ACHIEVEMENT OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS Abstract: This study aimed to generate Student Activity Sheet (LKPD) integrated with decent character values according to subject matter experts and media experts to be used in thematic learning in the fourth grade of elementary school. In addition, this study also aimed to determine the effectiveness of the developed LKPD to nuture the character values of responsibility and discipline, as well as the achievement of the fourth graders of elementary school. This study is a research and development (R & D) study following Dick & Carey model of development consisting of ten stages of development: (1) identify the purpose of learning; (2) analyze learning; (3) analyze the learners; (4) write performance objectives; (5) develop assessment instruments; (6) develop learning strategies; (7) develop and select teaching materials; (8) design and conduct formative evaluation of learning; (9) revise the learning device; (10) design and conduct summative evaluation. The try-out subjects of this study were 64 students of grade IV SDN Wonosari 1 consisting of 8 students for limited trial, and 56 other students for field trial. The results showed that LKPD was effective in developing responsibility, discipline, and learning achievements of the students.
