This research was conducted based on the desire of the researchers to find out how much influence the Work from Home policy has on the effectiveness and productivity of work, especially for workers in the Tangerang area The dependent factor studied was the Work from Home policy as the independent variable (Y), while the independent factors were effectiveness (X1) and work productivity (X2). The resulting t value for the work effectiveness variable is 0.647 with sig 0.519. The results of this significance analysis are greater than 0.05, so it means that individually the work effectiveness variable does not have an impact due to the WFH policy. The resulting t value for work productivity variable is 6.103 with sig 0.000. The results of this significant analysis are smaller than 0.05, meaning that individually the work productivity variable has a significant impact on the implementation of WFH policies. The results obtained in this study are based on the SPSS calculation, the F count is 19.504 with F sig. 0,000 where F sig. 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, so Ho is rejected. It can be interpreted that simultaneously work effectiveness (X1) and work productivity (X2) have a significant impact on the implementation of WFH policy (Y). This calculation also forms the equation Y = 9,112 + 0.108 X1 + 0.681 X2 + e. The R square value obtained from the SPSS calculation of 0.236 (23.6%) can be interpreted that work effectiveness (X1) and work productivity (X2) explain the impact of variations in the variable implementation of WFH policy (Y) by 23.6% and the rest is influenced other independent variables amounted to 76.4%.

The study investigated the impact of mandatory work from home due COVID-19 on personal and professional lives of people with different demographics. Statistical analysis of an online survey data (N=237) reveals that the impact on personal life dimensions—healthy lifestyle, family bonding, and physical stress—does not differ across people within different demographics. However, impact on emotional well-being is sensitive to gender and industry groups. Family size is also an important demographic factor impacted upon personal life dimensions. Professional dimensions related to work productivity and adopting new ways of working does not differ across demographics except for occupational role. Dimensions related to new skill development and change in professional attitude does differ across occupational roles. The study concludes by stating future research directions for mandatory work from home situation, and prescription to post-COVID-19 strategies for organizations.

In this research revealed there is a gap between price and product quality that impact of consumer purchasing decision in children's clothing. Besides caused by the high growth of clothing shop outlets, the price and quality of products can also affect the purchasing decision of consumers in buying or consuming products. That makes the sales of KaosAnakFor Kids’ (KAFK) clothing shop products decrease in 2017-2018. This research aims to know whether the price and quality of the product influences in purchasing decision of KAFK’s clothing shop consumers. The factors tested in this research are price and product quality as independent variables, while purchasing decision as the dependent variable. This research used descriptive method, with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaire distribution. The population in this research is consumers of children's fashion products with a research sample of 150 respondents. Data analysis used Path Analysis to answer the research hypotheses. The results of measurement data through a questionnaire for the independent variables studied were in the form of ordinal data. To equalize the data of the ordinal scale independent variable with the interval scale independent variable, it should transform first into an interval scale using the LISREL program. The results showed that the two independent variables, namely price and product quality, had an effect on determining the dependent variable, namely consumer purchasing decision in children's clothing shop KaosAnak for Kids.

The digital era, which increasingly becomes massive in people's lives, impacts the traditional sales methods. E-commerce companies compete in winning the competition to create superior customer value. An effective and efficient marketing strategy is needed that can influence customer purchase intention. The research focused on the effect of customer satisfaction, which created eWOM and increased brand equity on purchase intention by adding culture (collectivist culture) as the moderator variables. The research used a quantitative approach. The data were obtained from 280 respondents selected by non-probability sampling. Respondents were customers who had already bought products through e-commerce in Indonesia. The questionnaire instrument was adopted based on theories from the previous researchers. The data used the Likert scale and were analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.0. The results state a significant relationship between the independent and dependent variables. All independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable. However, culture as the moderator variable cannot get significant results in the relationship between all the variables. It gets irrelevant results. Hence, the results show that the moderator variable is more appropriate as the independent variable. It can directly affect purchase intention. The research contributes to testing culture as the moderator variable that makes the independent variables generalize the findings.

The objective of this paper is to study the impact of service quality gaps with customer loyalty in the Indian telecom sector. Service quality gaps has been considered as independent variable whereas customer loyalty was considered as dependent variable. Five antecedents of service quality gaps have been considered in this study viz. reliabilty, assurance, tangibility, empathy and responsiveness based on SERVQUAL model as given by Parsuraman, Zeithaml and Berry(1988). A survey-based exploratory and causal research design was used. A 27 items instrument was generated comprising of 22 items for the five antecedents of independent variables on the basis of the work of Parsuraman, Zeithaml and Berry(1988), and 5 items for customer loyalty on the basis of the work of Kaur and Soch (2012). The data was collected from 163 customers using mobile service of two telecom operators of J&K (BSNL and Airtel) through structured questionnaires. Cronbach’s coefficient alpha was used to determine the reliability of the instrument. Multiple regression analysis was used to determine the causal relationship between both the independent & dependent variable. Results depicted that the service quality gaps has significant and positive impact on customer loyalty. The study suggests that the service providers should put their endeavor to upgrade the technology and serve the customers with modern equipments.
