This study aims to see and analysis the influence of leadership on and job satisfaction, as well as to measure the role of communication as a mediating variable for the influence of leadership on job satisfaction in a villa business in Bali. The population of this research is all employees who work in the villa business in Bali. This study collected data using a questionnaire with accidental sampling method involving 109 employees at a villa business in Bali as respondents. To determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable and the role of the mediating variable, this study analyzed the data using a path analysis approach with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 21 program. Meanwhile, to measure the role of the mediating variable using the variance accounted for (VAF) method. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on communication and job satisfaction, communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and communication is proven to be a partial mediator of the influence of leadership on employee job satisfaction in the villa business in Bali

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated samples because the entire population is used as a sample, and the number of samples used is 33 people. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques and multiple tests. The results of data analysis showed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. Employee organizational commitment can be improved by maintaining employee job satisfaction and increasing emotional intelligence in employees.   Keywords: organizational commitment, emotional intelligence, job satisfaction

Purpose- This study aims to examine the relationship between leadership, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Design/methodology/approach- A total of 45 respondents were used as research samples through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the path analysis approach with the help of the LISREL program. Findings- The results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and performance, and job satisfaction has also been shown to have a significant effect on performance. Implications-The results of this study suggest that managers put forward a democratic and supportive style to improve employee job satisfaction through providing opportunities to subordinates to provide ideas/suggestions in various decisions taken by the company, Keywords: performance, satisfaction, leadership style

Job satisfaction is a person's perspective both positive and negative about their work. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of the non-physical work environment on intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction of PT. Wibisana Marine Adventure. 48 people used as samples, with saturated sampling method. Data collected through interviews and questionnaires and analyzed using Path analysis. The results of this study found that the non-physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation. Non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The implication of the results of this study is that when the non-physical work environment obtained by employees increases intrinsic motivation, the intrinsic motivation felt by employees becomes stronger so that it has the potential to increase job satisfaction. Organizational commitment is an attitude that shows employee loyalty and ongoing process of how they expresses their attention to organization's success. Purpose of study is to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment of KutaBex Beach Front Hotel Bali employees. The population was 113 people and the sample are 54 people using proportionate random sampling method. Data are analyzed using path analysis techniques. Data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In addition, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction mediates the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment partially. The implication of this research is that high job satisfaction owned by employees will increase employee organizational commitment through the influence of transformational leadership. This study aims to analyze the role of compensation and job stress on turnover intention through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population of this study was 106 employees who have worked for more than one year. It uses a saturation sampling method to collect the data. Hypothesis testing used in this research is path analysis. The expected result from this research is an analysis of the influence of compensation and job stress on turnover intention through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, job stress is proven to have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. This study also shows that job satisfaction is able to provide a significant mediating role.

Abstract: This purpose of this study is to examine the effect of organizational culture, locus of control, on the performance of district governments. This study also examine the mediating role of job satisfaction effect on organizational culture, locus of control, on the performance of district governments. The population in this study are all of SKPD Bengkalis District Government and purposive sampling is used as sampling method. This study uses questioner for 183 respondents. The analysis technique used is the technique of path analysis  using SPSS version 17.0. The results showed prove that organizational culture affect on the performance of district governments, locus of control affect on the performance of district governments. <span><em>This study aims to explain the influence of the Social Security </em><span><em>program on performance and job satisfaction and job stress as a mediating </em><span><em>variable. In addition, this study also describes the effect of job satisfaction on </em><span><em>the performance and the effect of work stress on performance. The relationship of </em><span><em>each variable in this research is to be measured by conducting a survey on 145 </em><span><em>employees of private companies that included in Social Security program on </em><span><em>DIY and Solo. Then the path analisys used to test the effect of social security </em><span><em>program performance in mediation by job satisfaction, performance and job stress</em><span><em>, job satisfaction, and examines the effect on the performance and the effect of </em><span><em>work stress on performance. The results showed that the social security program </em><span><em>significant positively affects job satisfaction and performance. Job satisfaction was </em><span><em>also positively and significantly affect performance. Even though mediating role </em><span><em>of job satisfaction in the relationship between social security program performance </em><span><em>partial. Because merely direct relationship between social security program with </em><span><em>greater performance than the mediating role of job satisfaction. Social Security </em><span><em>program did not significantly affect the stress of work, as well as job stress did </em><span><em>not significantly affect performance. Therefore, the mediating role of work stress </em><span><em>on the relationship between social security program with the performance did not </em><span><em>occur.
