Futsal sports have developed and are popular in Indonesia. Sumber Jaya Futsal is one of the providers of futsal field rental business in Tangerang. Sumber Jaya Futsal currently does not have a web-based system, the system for leasing futsal fields in Sumber Jaya Futsal is still conventional, where customers come directly or by calling to find out the schedule of available futsal fields. The rental transaction scheduling and report system is still using a notebook. Based on the problem, the purpose of this research is to produce a draft web application for futsal field rental at Sumber Jaya Futsal Tangerang. In this study to collect data the author uses case studies with methods of observation and literature. The design of this web application is made using the PHP programming language, assisted by xampp as a web server, MySQL for database management, ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and LRS (Logical Record Structure) to describe the data model. While the author's software development method uses the Waterfall Method.

The arrangment of teaching schedule at Yayasan Perguruan Harapan Stabat is still not effective as it is done manually. The scheduling process is less accurate, takes a long time in terms of scheduling and delivering information to teachers and students. There are a number of teaching schedules for teachers that are not suitable and clashes occur. In this research, an Android and web application-based system is designed to solve these problems. The system is designed using Android Studio to build Android-based applications, while on the backend for schedule management a web-based system is provided using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The new system designed can be accessed online by teachers and students so that the delivery of teaching schedules is more effective, fast and accurate.

Food sensory analysis is the terms from the field of Food Technology that has a meaning which means sensory evaluation of food that is conducted by the food sensory evaluators. Currently, food sensory analysis is conductedmanually. It can caus e human errors and consume much ti me. The objective of this research is to build a web based application that is specific for food sensory analysis using PHP programming language. This research followsfour first steps of waterfall software engineering mod el which are user requirements ana lysis (user software and requirements analysis), system design (activity, use cases, architecture, and entity relationship diagram),implementation (software development), and testing (software unit, functionality, validit y, and user acceptance testing). T he software result is well built. It is also acceptable for users and all functionality features can run well after going through those four software testing. The existence of the software brings easiness to deal with the manual food sensory analysis exper iment. It is considered also for the future it has business value by having open source and premium features.

Internet technology is currently growing, as well as the flow of communication in the delivery of employment information provided or required by various parties, including government and private. Before the existence of information technology, job vacancy still use conventional method that is by installing announcement on office walls and print media. Along with the development of information technology, job apangan provided at this time, informed very quickly and have many advantages such as job seekers only open information about job vacancy through websites that have been available. But in the delivery of job vacancy has a constraint that there are parties who have bad intentions by spreading vacancies that are not actually there. So it hurts job seekers, whether material or time. Currently, job seekers do not need to come directly to companies that need jobs but can directly send the application via E-mail. To reduce the act of fraud committed by irresponsible person then needed a system that help job seekers get good information and correct. Therefore, the alternative of the solution is to use a web-based information technology system so that job seekers can directly see and communicate with companies that open job vacancies. In the design of a software system contains job vacancy information and job seeker data processing. The designed software is still a prototype, using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD).

“Information Systems of Attendance Detection and Media Submission of Lecturer Announcement by Using Engineering Introduction QR Code "is an application that serves to support the process of disseminating information on the campus of Muhammadiyah University of Riau to become more effective and efficient and facilitate students in obtaining information. This application can be used by Lecturers and Students as recipient of information. The results of this study is a web-based application that can support the process of disseminating information on the campus of the University of Muhammadiyah Riau. The research was built using the Waterfall software development method, using UML to document, specify, and model the system. Implemented using PHP programming language using Laravel Framework and using MySQL database and other supporting software.

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

PT. PAN BROTHER is a multinational company that produces textiles headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. This company was founded in 1969. This company produces various kinds of clothing. Currently, PT. PAN BOTEHR, especially the branch in Boyolali, namely PT. Prima Sejati Sejahtera has conducted attendance by using a finger print machine and a computerized scanner. Employees who wish to take annual leave, maternity leave, official permits, and sick leave are already using a web-based system, by means of employees inputting attendance on a computer provided by the company. However, there are still employees who lack knowledge of science and technology and are still an obstacle to implementing the web-based system. This system can actually be accessed using a smart phone, so that employees do not need to ask attendance staff for help when inputting leave. And to recap the attendance report of HRD employees must also look for employee leave documents that are still in paper files, so that this can slow down the withdrawal of reports on a monthly basis. With this problem, the Company made an innovation by creating an online-based web application for inputting employee leave and the author also conducted research on the application of this web-based system using literature study and field studies in field objects. It is hoped that with this research, the system can be used by all employees to be more effective in inputting absences due to leave and can help alleviate the performance of HRD staff to be more flexible and efficient and reduce absenteeism reporting errors due to employee leave.

A graduation project is a form or work that the study authority requests from the student to measure what he made during the study. Designed an expert system for students’ graduation projects at the University of Basrah for students who are obligated to submit a project that qualifies them to graduate from the university. The system works according to a set of requirements, the most important is first: The student's possession of a high rate that qualifies him for the project. Second: he must possess half of the skills required for the project provided that it includes at least one programming language example (c ++, java, PHP, c #, etc ...). The system has many features that help the Supervisors and Students Committee to manage students' projects efficiently. System is built as a web-based system, with access limited only to the university's local network.

Abstract The organization is a unit that is a means to achieve various goals or targets carried out through joint activities. In achieving organizational goals certainly will not be separated from various problems. One way to solve the problem is to discuss the problem in a meeting. Meetings are used to find solutions to problems that are expected to reach consensus, resolution, and decision. In this study will develop an application that is used for meeting management. The meetings that have been held will be grouped according to their main activities. So it can be seen how many times a meeting has been held and what the results will be. Office internal applications for documentation of web-based meeting results are built using the PHP programming language and using a MySQL database. The framework used is Laravel. System development method with a waterfall model. From the results of testing with the blackbox method it is known that the office's internal application for the documentation of the results of the web-based meeting is 100% as planned. Dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi tentunya tidak akan lepas dari berbagai permasalahan. Salah satu cara untuk memecahkan permasalan adalah dengan mendiskusikan permasalahan tersebut dalam suatu rapat. Rapat digunakan untuk menemukan solusi dalam suatu permasalahan yang diharapkan dapat mencapai suatu mufakat, penyeleseian, dan keputusan. Pada penelitian ini akan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan rapat. Rapat-rapat yang telah dilakukan nantinya akan dikelompokkan sesuai dengan kegiatan utamanya. Jadi dapat diketahui sudah berapa kali mengadakan rapat dan hasilnya seperti apa. Aplikasi internal kantor untuk dokumentasi hasil rapat berbasis web dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan database MySQL. Framework yang digunakan adalah Laravel. Metode pengembangan system dengan model waterfall. Dari hasil pengujian dengan metode blackbox telah diketahui bahwa aplikasi internal kantor untuk dokumentasi hasil rapat berbasis web 100% sudah sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan. Bonjuk launchbox cafe adalah usaha bergerak pada bidang kuliner yang dalam operasionalnya masih menggunakan sistem manual. Supaya usaha dapat berkembang meningkat maka diperlukan sistem penyediaan layanan yang lebih efektif dan efisien dalam proses penjualannya. Tujuan penelitian dibangun sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang bisa memroses penjualan makanan dengan cara praktis dan mudah, cepat, akurat dan handal. Perancangan aplikasi sistem penjualan berbasis web ini dibangun menggunakan konsep data model yaitu ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySql dengan Framework Laravel, React Native untuk database peyimpanan serta dijalankan pada sistem operasi Windows 7 atau versi Windows yang lebih tinggi. Hasil akhir dari perancangan yaitu aplikasi penjualan food market dengan pemodelan terstruktur agar data masukan akan diolah dengan sistem manajemen database yang lebih baik sehingga memberikan kemudahan, ketepatan perhitungan, ketelitian, kecepatan proses pelaporan serta memperkecil kesalahan yang dapat terjadi karena sistem yang baru sudah terstruktur dan rapi.
