SISTEM PENJADWALAN MENGAJAR GURU BERBASIS ANDROID PADA YAYASAN PERGURUAN HARAPAN STABAT

The arrangment of teaching schedule at Yayasan Perguruan Harapan Stabat is still not effective as it is done manually. The scheduling process is less accurate, takes a long time in terms of scheduling and delivering information to teachers and students. There are a number of teaching schedules for teachers that are not suitable and clashes occur. In this research, an Android and web application-based system is designed to solve these problems. The system is designed using Android Studio to build Android-based applications, while on the backend for schedule management a web-based system is provided using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The new system designed can be accessed online by teachers and students so that the delivery of teaching schedules is more effective, fast and accurate.

Futsal sports have developed and are popular in Indonesia. Sumber Jaya Futsal is one of the providers of futsal field rental business in Tangerang. Sumber Jaya Futsal currently does not have a web-based system, the system for leasing futsal fields in Sumber Jaya Futsal is still conventional, where customers come directly or by calling to find out the schedule of available futsal fields. The rental transaction scheduling and report system is still using a notebook. Based on the problem, the purpose of this research is to produce a draft web application for futsal field rental at Sumber Jaya Futsal Tangerang. In this study to collect data the author uses case studies with methods of observation and literature. The design of this web application is made using the PHP programming language, assisted by xampp as a web server, MySQL for database management, ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and LRS (Logical Record Structure) to describe the data model. While the author's software development method uses the Waterfall Method.

The right and appropriate system of receiving and transferring goods is needed by the company. In the process of receiving and transferring goods from the central warehouse to the branch warehouse at PDAM Tirta Kerta Raharja, Tangerang Regency, which is currently done manually is still ineffective and inaccurate because the Head of Subdivision uses receipt documents, namely PPBP and mutation of goods, namely MPPW in the form of paper as a submission media. The Head of Subdivision enters the data of receipt and mutation of goods manually and requires a relatively long time because at the time of demand for the transfer of goods the Head of Subdivision must check the inventory of goods in the central warehouse first. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a design of information systems for the receipt and transfer of goods from the central warehouse to a web-based branch warehouse that is already database so that it is more effective, efficient and accurate. With the web-based system of receiving and transferring goods that are already datatabed, it can facilitate the Head of Subdivision in inputing data on the receipt and transfer of goods and control of stock inventory so that the Sub Head of Subdivision can do it periodically to make it more effective, efficient and accurate. The method of data collection is done by observing, interviewing and studying literature from various previous studies, while the system analysis method uses the Waterfall method which aims to solve a problem and uses design methods with visual modeling that is object oriented with UML while programming using PHP and MySQL as a database.

PT. PAN BROTHER is a multinational company that produces textiles headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. This company was founded in 1969. This company produces various kinds of clothing. Currently, PT. PAN BOTEHR, especially the branch in Boyolali, namely PT. Prima Sejati Sejahtera has conducted attendance by using a finger print machine and a computerized scanner. Employees who wish to take annual leave, maternity leave, official permits, and sick leave are already using a web-based system, by means of employees inputting attendance on a computer provided by the company. However, there are still employees who lack knowledge of science and technology and are still an obstacle to implementing the web-based system. This system can actually be accessed using a smart phone, so that employees do not need to ask attendance staff for help when inputting leave. And to recap the attendance report of HRD employees must also look for employee leave documents that are still in paper files, so that this can slow down the withdrawal of reports on a monthly basis. With this problem, the Company made an innovation by creating an online-based web application for inputting employee leave and the author also conducted research on the application of this web-based system using literature study and field studies in field objects. It is hoped that with this research, the system can be used by all employees to be more effective in inputting absences due to leave and can help alleviate the performance of HRD staff to be more flexible and efficient and reduce absenteeism reporting errors due to employee leave.

A graduation project is a form or work that the study authority requests from the student to measure what he made during the study. Designed an expert system for students’ graduation projects at the University of Basrah for students who are obligated to submit a project that qualifies them to graduate from the university. The system works according to a set of requirements, the most important is first: The student's possession of a high rate that qualifies him for the project. Second: he must possess half of the skills required for the project provided that it includes at least one programming language example (c ++, java, PHP, c #, etc ...). The system has many features that help the Supervisors and Students Committee to manage students' projects efficiently. System is built as a web-based system, with access limited only to the university's local network.

The Breast Cancer Collaborative Registry (BCCR) is a multicenter web-based system that efficiently collects and manages a variety of data on breast cancer (BC) patients and BC survivors. This registry is designed as a multi-tier web application that utilizes Java Servlet/JSP technology and has an Oracle 11g database as a back-end. The BCCR questionnaire has accommodated standards accepted in breast cancer research and healthcare. By harmonizing the controlled vocabulary with the NCI Thesaurus (NCIt) or Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine-Clinical Terms (SNOMED-CT), the BCCR provides a standardized approach to data collection and reporting. The BCCR has been recently certified by the National Cancer Institute's Center for Biomedical Informatics and Information Technology (NCI CBIIT) as a cancer Biomedical Informatics Grid (caBIG®) Bronze Compatible product. The BCCR is aimed at facilitating rapid and uniform collection of critical information and biological samples to be used in developing diagnostic, prevention, treatment, and survivorship strategies against breast cancer. Currently, seven cancer institutions are participating in the BCCR that contains data on almost 900 subjects (BC patients and survivors, as well as individuals at high risk of getting BC).

Consulting Engineering Services is a company engaged in building construction consulting services. In this company in processing employee salaries still use manual calculations and use the Ms. Excel program. This can lead to errors in calculating employee salaries and the process of printing employee salary slips which takes a long time. In solving this problem, the authors designed an employee payroll information system. In this design, the authors use the PHP programming language. The method in this research is the Waterfal Method. The method in this research is through observation, interview, documentation and literature study. The system design is made using Contex Diagram, HIPO, Input Output Design, relationships between tables and database design. The system is made in a program with the PHP programming language with a database format using MySQL. The result of this design is to produce an application program that will be used to process web-based employee salaries in CV. Consulting Engineering Services and it is hoped that companies will find it easier to input data and compile payroll reports to be faster and more efficient

UD RAUL seperti pemesanan ikan dan transaksi pembayarann masih bersifat manual dimana pembelian melakukan transaksi pembelian ikan secara langsung PT. UD RAUL yang menjadi salah satu permasalahannya. Dalam hal ini guna mempermudah pelanggan untuk mendapatkan pelayanan tersebut, berdasarkan masalah diatas maka perlu adanya suatu aplikasi Media Promosi Dan Penjualan Ikan Tuna Loin Pada PT. UD RAUL Berbasis Web. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Prototype sebagai Metode Pengembangan dan pemodelan Aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java pada bagian web dan bahasa pemrograman PHP Pada bagian Administrator dengan MySQL untuk pengolahan databasenya. Sistem Informasi Penjualan Ikan Tuna Loin Pada PT. UD RAUL Berbasis Web Dapat mengumpulkan, mengidentifikasi, menyimpan, mengolah dan memberikan informasi Penjualan Pada PT. The aircraft design is required to carry out the functions of the Design Organization Approval (DOA), in which there are several positions involved, namely Design Engineer (DE), Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE) and Airworthiness Officer (AWO). In the process, DE makes aircraft designs, CVE will correct the designs that have been made, and AWO will make corrections based on document writing standards. The current problem is that the document checking process takes a long time and requires excessive costs for the use of paper and ink. The solution to solve this problem is by building a web-based system. The system was built using the CodeIgniter framework and PostgreSQL as its database. As for the development of the system itself using the Prototype method. Through this system, the DOA function process will be faster and paperless.

Determination of Teacher Credit Numbers (PAK) is proposed by the teacher, which are evaluated and evaluated by the Assessment Team. Calculation of credit numbers in PAK still uses manual methods using Microsoft Excel for inputting and Microsoft results as reports, errors in input such as typos and risk of accidental deletion of data still occur frequently. The DUPAK report that will be input into the PAK system is also still waiting for the Assessment Team to send the file to the Pelalawan Regency Education Office so that it takes more time to complete the functional teacher promotion report. To overcome this problem, the credit score calculation process is fast and accurate. A new web-based system, which includes all the elements that are valued by credit numbers. In the old system procedure and the new system it is not much different, the fundamental difference between the new system uses a web-based computer technology in data management that can shorten the data entry process and can overcome the obstacles of the old system.

Today, to create the official student affair letters in the Padang State Polytechnic has not been computerized yet, so students have to queue and it takes a long time. With this developed system, there is no longer a queuing process at the counter, students can fill out a form through the system and will receive a notification when the official letter has been confirmed from related section. With this system, the campus is also facilitated in the process of searching for data, for example knowing the student who made the letter, the graph of each category of making a letter per year from the letter application. The system is built with the PHP programming language with Code Igniter framework and MySQL as DBMS. Pembuatan surat kemahasiswaan yang dilakukan di Politkenik Negeri Padang  belum terkomputerisasi, sehingga mahasiswa harus mengantri dan waktu yang dibutuhkan lama.  Dengan sistem yang dikembangkan ini, tidak adalagi proses antrian di loket,  mahasiswa dapat mengisi form surat melalui sistem dan akan menerima notifikasi ketika surat telah dikonfirmasi dari pihak terkait. Dengan sistem ini, pihak kampus juga dimudahkan dalam proses pencarian data, misal mengetahui mahasiswa yang melakukan pembuatan surat, grafik setiap kategori dari pembuatan surat pertahun dari permohonan surat. Sistem dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograan PHP dengan framework Code Igniter dan MySQL sebagai DBMS.
