Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ) Solopeduli merupakan organisasi nirlaba berbasis pilantropi yang bertugas dalam pengelolaan zakat. Sama seperti organisasi profit, LAZ berusaha untuk mempromosikan program unggulannya, dengan memanfaatkan konten-konten multimedia untuk disebar melalui media sosial. Permasalahannya, belum semua program LAZ telah ada konten multimedianya. Apabila LAZ hendak membuat sebuah konten profil program berbasis multimedia, maka LAZ harus mempertimbangkan metode pengembangan sistem. Hal ini berkaitan dengan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, waktu, dan keuangan lembaga yang dialokasikan untuk pengembangan. Minimnya penelitian terdahulu tentang konten multimedia pada LAZ, serta belum adanya pembahasan mendetail soal penerapan metode pengembangan multimedia, maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan kontribusi baru dalam bidang multimedia di Indonesia. Penelitian ini memilih metode Godfrey dan metode Sherwood-Rout untuk dieksekusi, karena keduanya merupakan metode terstruktur, namun memiliki fokus yang berbeda dalam pengembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana metode Godfrey dan metode Sherwood-Rout dapat mengembangkan profil program organisasi nirlaba, dan apa perbedaan yang diperoleh dari kedua metode tersebut dalam kasus ini. Hasilnya, penelitian ini telah menemukan tiga fokus utama yang dapat memberikan referensi kapan dan dalam situasi apa metode tersebut akan tepat digunakan.Kata Kunci: Godfrey Sherwood-Rout, Lembaga Amil Zakat, Animasi Program, MultimediaThe Amil Zakat Institute (LAZ) Solopeduli is a non-profit organization based on pilantropy which involves zakat management. Like profit organizations, LAZ strives to promote its flagship programs, utilizing multimedia content to be disseminated through social media. The problem is, not all LAZ programs have multimedia content. If LAZ wants to create multimedia-based profile program content, then LAZ must consider the system development method. This is related to the human resources, time, and financial institutions that are allocated for development. The lack of research on multimedia content at LAZ, and there has been no detailed discussion about the application of multimedia development methods, so this research was conducted to make new contributions in the field of multimedia in Indonesia. This study chose the Godfrey method and the Sherwood-Rout method to be executed, because it is a structured method, but has a different focus in development. The Godfrey research method and the Sherwood-Rout method can develop a nonprofit organization's program profile, and what are the differences obtained from the two methods in this case. RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten is a hospital that provides several classes of inpatient services. This hospital has 22 inpatient rooms, with a capacity of 409 beds. In the business process, there have been problems where there is no information on the display / picture of the room and bed, the facilities provided, room rates, rooms that are st ill empty and rooms that are already in use, this can result in longer service in registering inpatient care until it requires. time for 20 minutes. The research method that the authors do consists of data collection methods and systems development methods . For the data collection method the author uses the method of observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Meanwhile, the system development method that the author uses is the waterfall method with a framework of information systems built using Laravel, the database using MySQL, and for the code editing tool using sublime text. The result of this research is an information system of Dr. Inpatient Bed Room. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten is website-based, the system runs according to its function based on the system test using the blacbox method

The implementation of service provision and management of data and employee information has not been maximal. Employee information is only available if there is a request from internal and external parties. The research method used was a case study method for BKPSDM of West Sumbawa Regency, for the method of collecting data used were interviews, literature studies, and observations. The system development method was waterfall. After seeing the weaknesses of the running system, the application users are divided into four groups of users, they are SKPD operators, BKPSDM operators, employees and Super Admins. With the existence of e-Human Resources application, it is able to help and facilitate the tasks of General Administration and Employee Subdivision at SKPD in providing employee administration services to BKSDM or vice versa, including proposals for promotion, pension proposals, and proposals for moving work agencies (mutations) by online which is integrated so that the services are able to be effective and efficient.

Sidoarjo is one area that deserves to be put forward. The culture of batik and textile creation is interesting to explore further. With current technological developments, making data, information and matters related to information systems is very fast to be obtained and distributed to various layers of society, various circles, and various social layers. The purpose of this study was to find out how to design and build a website-based e-catalog as a medium of information for Batik Sari Kenongo. The research method used by the author in designing a website-based e-catalog as a collection of information media at Batik Sari Kenongo includes two methods, namely data collection methods and data collection methods. system development method. The result of this research with the existence of an e-catalog information system at Batik Sari Kenongo is that it is easy and fast for visitors to get information on Batik Sari Kenongo and with the implementation of the e-catalog, it is expected to be able to attract visitors to come to Batik Sari Kenongo. The conclusion of this study is that it is easy and fast for visitors to get information on Batik Sari Kenongo. A set of mechanical braking system matching and development method for hybrid vehicles is established with the reference of mechanical braking system development method for traditional vehicles. The control strategy and development method, which based on braking force distribution between front and rear axle, enable the recycle of energy as well as good brake efficiency. Finally, the development methods, which based on brake efficiency and braking regulations, has been analyzed and verified through parameter model.

The aims of this study are to analyze human resources function in the employee’ perpectives In Center for Indonesian Plantation Biotechnology Research (Balai Penelitian Bioteknologi Perkebunan Indonesia), identify the aspects which should be improved, and identify functions needed to manage intensively.  Descriptive research method is used and non – parametric statistics including range criteria test, cartesius diagram, and Whitney and Kruskall Wallis are applied to analyze data gathered from 59 respondent who are censused.  The reserach concludes that human resource management has not been solidity.  For the future, its implementation should be improved for human resources development in this research center.Key words: audit human resources, responsibility, assessment system, development

Majalengka is one of the regencies located in West Java Province. With the diversity of cultures and tourist attractions in Majalengka, the author intends to make a game that can accommodate several aspects of Majalengka so that it can be better recognized by the public, especially the Majalengka community itself. This research aims to introduce Majalengka to the outside community and the Majalengka community itself, through Majalengka icons and their natural wealth in the form of legendary Gincu and Maja Fruit. The system development method used is a development method using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method. Questionnaires were given to people who had tried playing the Treasure Hunter Buah Maja, a questionnaire was made aimed at finding out the people's response to the game. With a result of 77.5%, the community stated when they first tried the application to be easy to use. 80.8% of the people expressed interest in using the Treasure Hunter Buah Maja game. And as much as 85% of the people stated that this game was quite entertaining.

Communication between members of the community within the Neighborhood Association (RT) is often hampered due to the activities of each resident, making it difficult for the residents to share important information with each other. This study aims to build a mobile-based application as a communication medium for citizens in the RT environment. The research method used is the waterfall system development method which includes requirements analysis and definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, and operation and maintenance. The results show that the mobile-based E-Warga Application can be used as a communication medium for citizens. The mobile-based E-Warga application helps the public to share important information, access various services and information needed.

The objectives of this study to identify the implementation of tebasan practices, analyze the contribution of the role of Islamic financial institutions and develop a sharia financing model to solve the practice of tebasan. The research method used with a qualitative approach, through interviews with farmers and Islamic financial institutions. The results showed that the practice of the tebasan in Indramayu had been carried out for a long time by the community, this was due to the lack of understanding of Islamic law which made the farmers continue to carry out the practice. In addition, the contribution of Islamic financial institutions to solved the practice has not yet existed. The absence of limited capital human resources and businesses that have large risks are the main factors of Islamic financial institutions have not contributed. Islamic finance which can be a solution to solve the practice of tebasan source non-commercial financing (Al-Qardhul Hasan) and commercial financing (Salam, Musyarakah or Mudharabah).

Attendance is one of the benchmarks for employee development methods and related to attendance. STMIK Palangkaraya has used the Attendance Management System (AMS) application but the report format is not as needed. This study seeks to develop a web-based data bridge application to process attendance data for lecturers and employees. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with eXtreme Programming as a system development method. The result of this research is an application that reports the attendance of lecturers and employees in a matter of hours and minutes as well as a detailed recapitulation per person. This application can be used as a component of performance appraisal.
