Information technology becomes one of the important elements for an organization or company in realizing the effectiveness and efficiency of performance.  To create a company that has a good performance, it requiring the existence of an information system to assisting the management in taking a decision. In its implementation, the use of existing information system still encounter some obstacles during the operation. In this study, the authors used application belongs to Mail and Logistic (MLO) agenpos application. Therefore, SWOT analysis is needed to know the strengths and weakness in internal factors and to know the opportunities and threats in external factors. Choosing the right strategy can maximize the strengths and opportunities, on the other side can minimize the weaknesses and threats.

Abstrak: PT. UD RAUL merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam penjualan ikan tuna loin, Namun dalam pelayanan penjualan PT. UD RAUL seperti pemesanan ikan dan transaksi pembayarann masih bersifat manual dimana pembelian melakukan transaksi pembelian ikan secara langsung PT. UD RAUL yang menjadi salah satu permasalahannya. Dalam hal ini guna mempermudah pelanggan untuk mendapatkan pelayanan tersebut, berdasarkan masalah diatas maka perlu adanya suatu aplikasi Media Promosi Dan Penjualan Ikan Tuna Loin Pada PT. UD RAUL Berbasis Web. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Prototype sebagai Metode Pengembangan dan pemodelan Aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java pada bagian web dan bahasa pemrograman PHP Pada bagian Administrator dengan MySQL untuk pengolahan databasenya. Sistem Informasi Penjualan Ikan Tuna Loin Pada PT. UD RAUL Berbasis Web Dapat mengumpulkan, mengidentifikasi, menyimpan, mengolah dan memberikan informasi Penjualan Pada PT. UD RAUL yang menjadi target dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Website, Promosi, Penjualan, Tuna LoinAbstract: PT. UD RAUL is a company engaged in the sale of tuna loin, however in sales services PT. In company activities, the IT helpdesk plays an important role in ensuring and providing the best quality related to information technology. When carrying out work activities that use information technology, there are problems that arise in the use of IT, including at PT. Mitra Tiga Berlian (MTB). MTB is a company engaged in the service sector, to be precise a car service workshop (body repair and oven painting specialist) located on Jl. Kalimanggis, Jatikarya, Bekasi. In designing the IT helpdesk information system on MTB, the authors conducted observations and interviews beforehand designing a web-based information system using the waterfall method so that the system designed can be used by the IT department in problem reports quickly and can store information on the problem of each problem in the complaint. that occurs, thus minimizing communication errors in the IT Helpdesk.

Web has evolved into a tool that is not only able to provide information but also to process information. Processing information by utilizing web technology turns web becoming dynamic information media. We could do many things by deploying web, such as building the Helpdesk Ticketing System for a company or institution. Every company has vision, mission, and also programs by utilizing the infrastructure that has been provided by the company. By using a Web-based Helpdesk Ticketing System, solving problems in a company will be faster, precise, accurate, and more effective. The development of a Web-based Helpdesk Ticketing System gives a better impact and efficient than manual monitoring. In today's era of globalization, the advancement of information technology is accelerating. Computers connected to the internet or intranet created to facilitate human work are needed in all fields, especially in the field of education. Rumah Yatim and Tahfidz Qur'an Madani need a website-based attendance information system to help enter santri attendance data. For this reason, the author tried to create a journal about a web-based santri absence system that until now has not been computerized. Rumah Yatim and Tahfidz Qur'an Madani is one of the foundations in Bandung that until now the input of absenteeism is still manual ranging from the input of santri absentee data to the storage of absentee data that has been input and report making. So that it is possible when the process takes place data manipulation and data loss is very large. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems in this foundation, and with a computerized system can be achieved an effective and efficient activity in supporting activities in this foundation.

Web-based information systems technology is one of the media information that is efficient and effective in the dissemination of information that can be accessed by anyone, anytime, and anywhere. Currently, many companies are already making use of web-based information systems technology to help his efforts in promoting his company, to introduce its product, getting consumers more, making transactions faster and provide satisfying service for consumers. PT. Bangun Tiara Teknik is a company engaged in the field of building materials. Sales system that exists today of PT. Bangun Tiara Teknik is still done manually, where starting from the process of supply of goods, the ordering of merchandise, the deals, the creation of shipping documents, to reporting, so it takes a lot of time and in create a document and are still often goes wrong in terms of record keeping and input data by the sales section. The results of the design of this web-based information system is the best solution to solve the problem. Error logging orders can be minimized and reporting can be done appropriately.  Therefore, the authors are interested in making the design of information system of sales with web-based  at PT Bangun Tiara Teknik. With web-based computerized system allows the addition of a number of consumers to purchase the desired product, consumer satisfaction against the speed and accuracy of orders as well as reporting.

 Nowadays it is inevitable in the development of the necessities of life, information technology that meets the requirements. There are programs that are made from a computer in making software. Community is a group of people who have the same taste and vision.
