The classification of cell types plays an essential role in monitoring the growth of cancer cells. One of the methods to determine the cancer type is to analyze the pap-smear images manually. Nevertheless, the manual analysis of pap-smear images by the expert has several limitations, such as time-consuming and prone to misdiagnosis. For reducing the risks, it requires the automatic classification of cell types based on pap-smear images. This study utilizes the convolutional neural network (CNN) architectures to automatically classify the cell type into two-class categories (normal/abnormal) based on three features. These features, such as the local binary pattern, gray level co-occurrence matrix, and shape features, are extracted from pap-smear images. This study shows the performance of CNN achieved the maximum accuracy of 99.98%, 100.0%, 99.78% in training, validation, and testing data. Our approach also outperforms the performance of the baseline methods.    Keywords : CNN, Classification, Cell, Neural Network, Pap-smear

Technology Development in the health sector is one of the main targets in mobile application development today. Sharing knowledge and experience among health workers are challenging to implement because of the lack of a place to exchange their ideas. Based on this background, we built a HelloCare application on the Android platform as an application of knowledge management for health workers. Testing of the application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) to 30 respondents consisting of nurses and physicians, the result of effectiveness is 80.88% as for satisfaction is 96.16%. We also test the application using knowledge management functions and get the average result at score 3.33871 of 5. It means that the HelloCare application is good enough to support knowledge management in the health area. Keywords: knowledge management, mobile application, health workers

A cozy room should adjust its environment based on the condition of its occupants since it will indirectly affect the moods and body conditions of people inside. This study aims to develop a system for monitoring the human body condition using paired sensors on the Arduino Lilypad. The system will send the sensors data to the Raspberry Pi3 via Bluetooth to automatically control the electronic device inside the room based on the occupant body condition. The developed system will automatically turn on or turn off the electronic device when the body temperature or the heart rate is higher than the specified threshold value. Keywords: Lilypad, Raspberry, body sensor

Utilizing Information Technology (IT) in managing the Zakat not only could support muzzakis (people who give Zakat donation) and zakat institution but also provide accountability and transparency. Both liability and transparency could increase the people's trustiness to the zakat institution. In the end, it could raise Islamic social welfare. This research has produced a web-based system for LAZM (Lembaga Amil Zakat Mesjid) institutions to facilitate the muzakkis in donating the Zakat anytime and anywhere. Guiding the institution in calculating the number of donations obtained, keeping the muzakkis' data, distributing the donations, and creating the donations' report to the BAZNAS are the system features. This system also builds the network between LAZM institutions for the easiness of sharing funds and data. Assisting Muzzakis in finding the nearest mosque to distribute the Zakat, the system presents the map of the mosques.Keywords: amil, mosque, zakat, muzzaki

Indonesia is a vast country consisting of 34 provinces and 17,504 islands. Each region has a diverse geographic background. In addition, the uneven development of infrastructure which causes the transport logistics to face various challenges and problems. In the health sector, time is an essential factor in the provision of emergency health needs. Therefore, the distribution of health needs, such as medicines, blood, and medical devices, should be a major concern in improving the quality of health services. In the face of the current distribution of various problems, such as congestion, infrastructure, natural disasters, and the travel time, we propose an alternative solution in solving this problem. The solution is a drone that can perform the unhindered distribution of health needs based on location coordinates of the given location. These drones in the call healthcopter are expected to improve the quality of health services in Indonesia. Healthcopter can be accessed via mobile device applications that can receive requests from various places. This research has produced Healthcopter consisting of drones and application delivery medical needs. The Healthcopter has tested the travel time and speed based on the distance and weight of the load that can be transported by the drone. The heavier the drone load, the longer the travel time and the lower the speed. Similarly to distance, the greater the drone mileage, the longer the travel time and the lower the speed. Keywords: Drone, distribution, health

Web has evolved into a tool that is not only able to provide information but also to process information. Processing information by utilizing web technology turns web becoming dynamic information media. We could do many things by deploying web, such as building the Helpdesk Ticketing System for a company or institution. Every company has vision, mission, and also programs by utilizing the infrastructure that has been provided by the company. By using a Web-based Helpdesk Ticketing System, solving problems in a company will be faster, precise, accurate, and more effective. The development of a Web-based Helpdesk Ticketing System gives a better impact and efficient than manual monitoring. We use the usability method to test the user satisfaction level toward the system that has results 87.5%.  Keywords: Helpdesk, Ticketing System, Information System, Web.

This paper aims to measure the effectiveness of the web-based ping-pong exercise in improving respondent’s cognitive level. User experience aspect is evaluated using User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The respondents in this research are 15 persons between 49 and 90 years old. Web-based Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) shows that our application improves the cognitive level of 66,67% in average. UEQ experiment exhibits that our system is superior in term of attractiveness, perspicuity, dependability, and stimulation scale. However, the novelty scale is lower but still above average. The reason is the existence of the similar applications with different type of cognitive exercises.Keywords: cognitive, user experience questionnaire, mini-mental state examinationAbstrakPaper ini menjelaskan tentang rancang bangun aplikasi berbasis web sebagai media latihan motorik bagi umur beresiko demensia. Tujuan dari paper ini adalah mengukur efektivitas aplikasi dalam mengukur kognitif responden serta nilai user experience aplikasi terhadap pengguna. Jenis latihan motorik yang dikembangkan dalam aplikasi ini adalah permainan ping-pong dengan dua mode yaitu pemain tunggal dan pemain ganda. 15 orang responden dengan rentang umur 45-90 tahun diminta untuk menggunakan aplikasi selama 5-10 menit sebanyak tiga kali, dengan jeda antar percobaan adalah satu hari. Hasil tes Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan menunjukkan peningkatan kognitif pengguna dengan rata-rata 66,67%. Hasil UEQ menunjukkan keunggulan aplikasi pada skala: daya tarik, kejelasan, efisiensi, ketepatan, dan stimulasi. Sedangkan nilai kebaruan dari aplikasi adalah di atas rata-rata dikarenakan telah adanya aplikasi-aplikasi dengan sifat yang hampir sama, yaitu melatih sisi kognitif pengguna namun dengan jenis latihan yang berbeda.Kata Kunci: kognitiv, user experience questionnaire, mini-mental state examination

Anak Pelangi Indonesia (API) Foundation is a non-profit foundation that offers scholarship programs for elementary, middle and high school students. This institute is supported by donaturs who give contribution to the Foundation. The donation is processed to be a cost that is used to pay Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP) or Education Development Donation of each student. Currently, the provision of monthly donor fund is at uncertain amount so that the Foundation needs to determine the students of whom SPP will be firstly paid. However, the funding needs of each student are different due to the different amount of SPP and a giving fine from the school for the tardiness in paying the tuition. From these matters, the Foundation finds it difficult in deciding which students whose the tuition will be paid first. The solution to this problem is to use the four criteria referring to the tuition payment, namely the difference of pay date, fine, rank, and the amount of payment. The four criteria is then given the same integrity which is 25% for each criteria and counted by using Weighted Product (WP) method. The result of this research is an information system to the selection of scholarship payment using Weight Product method that takes the biggest value from the calculation result as a reference in deciding which students of whom SPP will be initially paid in accordance with the current fund condition.

Tuberculosis (TB) is a disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria. The aims of this research are to develop a web-based application that can facilitate TB Care personnel to manage and visualize the data of patients and cadres. TB care is a community-based organization to prevent TB in Indonesia. The prevention and treatment of TB can be achieved with the cooperation of society. In order to ensure the achievement of the objectives, so the participation of cadre is expected. Cadre is a member of the community who volunteered to assist the TB control program and have been trained to look into an environment that has symptoms of TB. This research is a participation that takes a part in dealing with TB disease control. This research was conducted using methodology that consists of literature study, identification of needs, system design, system implementation, and system testing. This research produces a system that tested to user using User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) analysis. UEQ is a testing method using a questionnaire that has six categories: attractiveness, efficiency, perspicuity, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat memudahkan petugas TB Care dalam mengelola serta memvisualisasikan data pasien dan kader. TB Care merupakan suatu lembaga berbasis komunitas dalam penanggulangan TB di Indonesia. Pencegahan dan pengobatan TB bisa tercapai dengan kerjasama berbagai pihak dalam masyarakat. Untuk memastikan tercapainya tujuan tersebut, maka diharapkan adanya kader kesehatan. Kader merupakan anggota masyarakat yang bekerja sukarela dalam membantu program penanggulangan TB dan sudah dilatih untuk mencari suspek TB. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu bentuk partisipasi turut serta dalam menangani pengendalian penyakit TB. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak, yang terdiri dari tahap studi literatur, identifikasi kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi sistem, dan pengujian sistem. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem yang kemudian diuji menggunakan analisis User Experience Questionaire (UEQ). UEQ merupakan sebuah metode pengujian dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang memiliki enam kategori yaitu daya tarik, efisiensi, kejelasan, ketepatan, stimulasi, dan kebaruan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem ini mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sangat baik dari setiap kategori dalam analisis UEQ.Kata Kunci: Tuberkulosis, sistem monitoring dan controlling TB, User Experience Questionnaire

SMKN XYZ is a vocational institution located in Bandung. In performing learning activities, SMKN XYZ implemented e-learning systems, namely Edmodo and school website, to complement and support daily learning activities. E-learning system is used as a solution when teachers could not attend the class. But in reality, it was found that both Edmodo and school website have relatively similar features and functions in use. Furthermore, it was found from interviews and questionnaire results that both existing applications were lacking of several necessary features such as chatting and math equation features. Therefore, an analysis and evaluation of e-learning system recommendation will be conducted in this research. There are 5 main requirements of SMKN XYZ regarding e-learning implementation, which were found from the interviews and questionnaire, namely learning material online sharing, online discussion, online assignment, online quiz and online announcement. Moodle is a web-based open source e-learning application. Using Moodle could support online learning activities and meet the 5 main requirements of SMKN XYZ, by providing features such as access to learning materials, assignment, quiz, discussion and other important informations, including chatting and math equation features which were not available in Edmodo and school website.
