This study aimed to improve students’ problem-solving skills and to describe the implementation of creative problem solving (CPS) model in Mathematics Education students of the Muhammadiyah University of Makassar in its program. This research was a classroom action research which involved 33 students with two cycles (1 cycle was 4 times meeting). The cycling stage consisted of planning, action, observation, reflection. Data collection through observation, test result, and student response were analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The research finding was: Implementation of learning model (CPS) can improve students’ problem-solving ability which can be seen from the increasing of solving ability from 63,03 (enough) to 77,72 (high). Effective learning (CPS) implementation with learning implementation indicators improved from less category to excellent category; student activeness increased from active category to highly active category, and student responses were in a very positive category. (2) Implementation of Learning Model (CPS) can be implemented through five stages: clarification of the problem; disclosure of ideas; evaluation; and implementation. Keyword: Learning Model, Creative Problem Solving (CPS), and Problem Solving Ability.

Model creative problem solving (CPS) is one model of learning centered on problem-solving skills, followed by strengthening creativity. When faced with a situation of question, students can perform problem-solving skills to select and develop a response. While the science process skills are skills that foster scientific attitude of students. By using methods practicum, students' science process skills can be seen. This study aims to determine the extent of adherence to the creativesolving model-basedproblemand the effect on students' science process skills in the acid-base material in class XI IPA 2 SMAN 10 Jambi. The approach used in this study is a mixed approach (mix method) with the type ofmodels exploratory sequentile (model order of discovery). The sampling technique was conducted by purposivesampling.There is one class that is used as a sample of grade XI 2. The research instrument used is the observation sheet enforceability of the model by teachers and students as well as students' science process skills and post-test students. Data qualitative data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman and quantitative data usingcorrelation product momenttest. Imlementation model of creative problem solving (CPS) by teachers and students has been implemented according to the principles model of creative problem solving (CPS) each meeting. The percentage of adherence to a model by the teacher obtained a score of percentage 70.00% (Good), adherence to a model by the percentage of students obtained a score of 71.28% (Good), and the enforceability of the science process skills percentage of students obtained a score of 75.34% (Good). Correlation of adherence to the model of creative problem solving in science process skills by being categorized with the average rxy0,4150. Based on conclusion is that the learning model creative problem solving (CPS) has been performing well and the effect on the improvement of science process skills of students in the material acid-base in class XI IPA 2 SMAN 10 Jambi. This research with the aim to know the influence of the use of Creative Problem solving learning model on problem solving skills and cognitive learning outcomes of grade X SMA Islam Al-Ma'arif Pandan Indah Lesson 2016/2017. Population in this research is all student of class X SMA Islam Al-Ma'arif Pandan Indah Lesson Year 2016/2017 with amount of population counted 36 person which existed in class XA and XB. Furthermore, sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique that is sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample. Where class XA as experiment class and XB as control class. The type of research used in this study is quasi experiment with observation and test data collection techniques. The results showed that problem solving skills in the first experimental classroom obtained an average percentage of 66% included in the good category, while in the second meeting obtained an average percentage of 79% included in the category of very good. The students' cognitive learning outcomes in the experimental class were 70.4 and the control class was 66.2. The result of hypothesis test with t test at 5% significant level shows that tcount> ttable (2,675> 2,042), meaning H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is influence Creative Problem Solving learning model to problem solving skills and student cognitive learning outcomes.

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the application of PBL learning model to improve problem -solving skills and motivation on line and series material for students of class XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Moga Pemalang Regency 2019/2020 school year. This class of action research consists of two cycles with stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection was done by observation techniques, tests, and documentation. This research data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that students' problem -solving abilities improved both in cycle I and in cycle II when compared to the initial conditions. The average problem -solving ability in the initial condition is 46.36 increased to 69.88 in cycle I increased again in cycle II to 76.03. Similarly, students' learning motivation increases from cycle I to cycle II.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Mataram melalui model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving (CPS) pada mata kuliah Analisis Kompleks. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Tahap perencanaan terdiri dari kegiatan penyusunan rencana pembelajaran, instrumen penelitian, pada tahap tindakan meliputi kegiatan pemberian tindakan berupa pembelajaran sesuai dengan rancangan pembelajaran yang telah dibentuk sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving (CPS), tahap observasi meliputi kegiatan observasi terhadap aktivitas mahasiwa selama pembelajaran, khususnya pada saat diskusi dan keterlaksanaan tindakan serta hambatan-hambatan yang ditemui, dan tahap refleksi merupakan kegiatan refleksi terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil observasi dan hasil penilain kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Hal-hal yang menjadi perhatian pada tahap refleksi ini adalah penilaian terhadap keterlaksanaan tindakan, hambatan-hambatan yang muncul, serta kemajuan-kemajuan yang telah dicapai. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian digunakan dua jenis instrumen penelitian yaitu lembar observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan pedoman observasi serta soal tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah mahasiswa pada siklus I adalah sebesar 68,56 meningkat menjadi 83,00 pada siklus II. Rata-rata peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah adalah sebesar 21,06 %. The purpose of this study is to improve the problem solving skills of Mathematics Education students Fakulty of Teacher Training and Education University of Mataram through Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model in Complex Analysis course. This study uses a classroom action research approach. Each cycle consists of several stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. At the planning stage consists of the activities of the preparation of the lesson plans, the preparation of research instruments, the action stage includes activities in the form of teaching activities in accordance with the design of learning that has been formed in accordance with the principles of learning Creative Problem Solving (CPS), the observation stage includes activity observation of activity students during the lesson, especially during the discussion and implementation of the actions and obstacles encountered, and the reflection stage is a reflection of the implementation of learning based on the results of observation and the results of assessment of problem-solving skills. Matters of concern at this stage of reflection are an assessment of the implementation of actions, constraints arising, and the progress that has been achieved. Two types of research instruments were applied to obtain research data. The research instruments are observation sheets of instructional implementation and observation guidance as well as test problem solving abilities. The results of this study indicate that the average ability of problem solving students in cycle I is equal to 68.56 increased to 83.00 in cycle II. The average increase in problem solving ability is 21.06 %.

KELAYAKAN MODUL SISTEM PERNAPASAN BERBASIS CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING DISERTAI MIND MAPPING UNTUK MEMBERDAYAKAN KETERAMPILAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH        AbstractThe aim of this research is to describe the feasibility of respiratory system module based on Creative Problem Solving learning model with mind mapping to empower problem solving skill. This research was a research and development by using descriptive percentage technique. The feasibility of module is tested through a validation stage by a team of experts, practitioners, and students. Validation results by experts’ show, respiratory system module expressed in appropriate criteria and very good category. This result is supported by the results of the appraisement of practitioners and students with an average grade on very good category. The results indicate that the respiratory system module is worthy can be used to empower problem solving skills.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kelayakan modul sistem pernapasan berbasis model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving disertai mind mapping untuk memberdayakan keterampilan pemecahan masalah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research & Develompment (R&D) dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif persentase. Hasil validasi modul sistem pernapasan oleh ahli dengan kriteria layak dan dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil tersebut didukung oleh hasil penilaian praktisi pendidikan dan siswa, dengan kategori nilai rata-rata sangat baik. Hasil ini mengindikasi bahwa modul sistem pernapasan hasil pengembangan layak digunakan untuk memberdayakan keterampilan pemecahan masalah.kurang, 15% dengan kategori kurang, 3% dengan kategori baik, dan 27% dengan kategori sangat baik.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model on students' critical thinking skills in the material relations and functions and student responses to the CPS learning model. This research is a quasi-experiment. The results of the study obtained a regression equation Y = 62.1621 + 15.7094X with a coefficient of determination of 23% which indicates that there is a positive influence. The average value of mathematical critical thinking abilities of students who take part in the learning with the CPS model is 77.87, while expository learning is 62.16. Analysis of student responses to the CPS learning model was obtained: (1) 97.3% expressed interest in the CPS learning model and 2.7% expressed no interest; (2) A total of 98.2% stated that there were benefits obtained by students using the CPS learning model and 1.8% stated that there were no benefits obtained; (3) A total of 90.74% stated that there were no obstacles experienced during the learning process using the CPS learning model and 9.26% stated that they experienced problems; (4) 96.22% expect that the CPS learning model is used in the learning process and 3.78% do not expect to be used. So, it was concluded that the student response was very positive towards the CPS learning model because the percentage that stated the agreement was 95.62% greater than the one who expressed disagreement namely 4.38%.

Learning device for teaching materials electrical power and energy in IXE classes SMP 24 Banjarmasin need to be developed using a model of problem-based learning (PBL) to practice the skills of thinking and solving authentic problems that students’ learning completeness based on MCC can be achieved. This research aims to descripting the wothiness of electrical power and energy teaching devices that developed oriented on Problem Based Learning model noticed by devices validity, LP carried out, authentic problem solving skills, learning completeness, and student’s respons. This research included as developmental research refer to development research model according to Dick and Carrey. Research subjects are researcher and 34 students of class IXE SMPN 24 Banjarmasin. Research Instrument that used is validation sheet, LP carries out observation sheet, authentic problem solving skills obsetvation sheet, result study test, and student’s respons questionnair. Data analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive. The Reasearch result indicate that the categories of devices validity is valid, LP carries out is good, authentic problem solving is very good, students’ learning completeness are complete, and student’s responds is good, with the result get concluded that the suitable of learning devices for electrical power adn energy oriented to problem based learning model that developed and tested at SMPN 24 Banjarmasin categoried suitable to use.

Abstrak — Menggunakan model dan strategi pembelajaran yang bervariatif merupakan salah satu cara untuk menumbuhkan minat belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika. Creative problem solving adalah model pembelajaran yang memusatkan pada pengajaran dan keterampilan pemecahan masalah yang diikuti dengan penguatan keterampilan. Penguatan keterampilan yang dimaksud adalah dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran, salah satunya dengan aplikasi maple untuk memecahkan masalah matematika. Riset ini memakai penelitian kuantitatif dengan tipe eksperimen untuk mengetahui kefektifan model pembelajaran creative problem solving dengan media pembelajaran maple untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di salah satu sekolah menengah atas di Surabaya pada kelas XMIA1 semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2019/2020 dengan melibatkan 30 siswa. Kegiatan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pemberian pre test, pemberian perlakuan, dan pemberian post test. Kemudian perolehan dari nilai pre test dan post test dianalisis untuk melihat kefektifan pembelajaran creative problem solving berbasis aplikasi maple. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya dampak model pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi maple terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang didapatkan dengan uji t. Selain itu, berdasarkan uji Gain dihasilkan nilai rata-rata N-Gain 0.71 yang berada pada interval N-Gain 0.7 < 𝑔 ≤ 1.00, yang artinya pembelajaran creative problem solving berbasis aplikasi maple memiliki tingkat keefektifan yang tinggi. Selanjutnya, data yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini merupakan data berdistribusi normal. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari perolehan uji normalitas data yang hasil signifikansinya > 0.05. Selain itu, data yang didapat dari penelitian ini merupakan data yang homogen. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji homogenitas data yang hasil signifiansinya > 0,05.Kata kunci: Creative Problem Solving, Maple, Berpikir KreatifAbstract — Using the variety of learning models and strategies is one of the ways to grow students learning interests in mathematics learning. Creative problem solving is a learning model that focuses on teaching and problem solving skills followed by strengthening skills. Strengthening skills in question is using learningmedia, one of them with maple application to solve mathematics problems. This research uses quantitative research with experiment to find out the effectivity of creative problem solving learning model with maple (learning media) to improve the ability of students creative thinking. This research was conducted at privatesenior highschool in Surabaya class X MIA1 in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year involving 30 students. Activities in this research include giving pretest, treatment, and posttest. Then the results of the pretest and posttest scores were analyzed to determine the effectiveness of creative problem solving learning based on maple application. The results of this research indicate the influence of learning model based on maple application to students' creative thinking abilities obtained by t test. In addition, based on Gain test, the average value of N-Gain is 0.71 which is in the N-Gain interval 0.7 < 𝑔 ≤ 1.00. It means that creative problem solving learning based on maple application has a high level of effectiveness. Furthermore, the data obtained from this research are normal distribution data. This can be seen from the results of data normality test whose significance is > 0.05. In addition, the data obtained from this research are homogeneous data.
