The results of physical fitness level of highly skilled football players in the preparatory and competitive periods of the annual macrocycle are presented. The study involved 34 players of Football Club “Zorya” (Lugansk city) aging from 20 to 30. In the annual cycle of football players training season 2018/2019, the training process was carried out in accordance with the current program. An experimental program was used in the first and second preparatory periods of the annual training cycle in the season 2019/2020. Insufficient efficiency of the traditional program of physical training of highly skilled football players in the preparatory and competitive periods of the annual training cycle has been established. The athlete’s training level was marked by optimal indicators of readiness only by tests that characterized the explosive strength and joint flexibility. Experimental program was developed in order to increase the efficiency of the training process of highly skilled football players. The main feature of this program was the use of three innovative methods of modern fitness training: MAX®, Tabata, HIIT. Functional classes that based on the use of step platforms were offered instead of classical aerobics classes. The results of the physical fitness testing of FC “Zorya” football players at the end of the preparatory periods of the 2019/2020 season indicated a significantly better level of athlete’s readiness for the next competitive periods comparing to the corresponding periods of the previous season. Experimental program effectiveness was confirmed by the results of the FC “Zorya” team in the championship of the Ukrainian Premier League 2019/2020.

The ROTU cadets are trained to become an officer who are always ready to defence and resilience the country from all threats. The fitness level of each female ROTU cadets can be measured more systematically and accurately by implementing the test batteries. The objective of this study is to measure the fitness level among the female ROTU cadets based on the seven test, secondly to produce the Fitness Training Manual for the female ROTU cadet and thirdly to build the physical norms based on the seven test battery among the female ROTU cadets in UPNM. The whole research will involve 3 phases, pre-test for basic data collection, (4 weeks), intervention (12 weeks) and post data collection (4 weeks). From the purposive sampling, 212 female ROTU cadets were selected as the sample of the study. The instruments for pre-data collection involved the 7 test batteries (2.4 km running, sit-up, push up, 30-meter sprint, 10-meter zigzag, sit and reach and stand long jump) and self-administered questionnaire for demographic characteristics. The results of the pre-test came out with the seven physical fitness norms among female PALAPES cadet based on their age (19, 20 & 21). In conclusion, this physical fitness norm helps in the classification of physical fitness among the female ROTU cadets in UPNM. In average, the pretest showed not more than than 30% of them have an excellent physical fitness. The results of this study and the Fitness Training Manual can be used as a reference for future scientific studies especially among ROTU cadets in Malaysia. Keywords: Norms, Physical fitness, test batteries, female, ROTU.

The article is devoted to the problem of improving the speed-strength training of young football players of 13-14 years old, taking into account the rational ratio of exercises with and without a ball. Achieving high sports results in the process of training young football players is one of the main criteria for the success and correctness of the educational and training process. Realization of technical actions of football players during competitive activity requires a high level of speed-power qualities manifestation. Despite the presence of a significant number of studies aimed at improving the process of special physical training of football players at various stages of long-term training, the main problem is the search for modern approaches to planning the process of speed- strength training in the annual training cycle, taking into account the rational use of means, depending on the specifics of competitive activity. Hence, the most urgent problem is the development of issues of organizing speed-strength training and the selection of the most effective means, as well as their ratio. The obtained research results allow to increase the efficiency of the training process among 13-14 years old boys who specialize in football. The application of the proposed methodology allows to improve the indicators of speed-strength readiness, as the main physical quality in the chosen kind of sport. A methodology of speed-strength training of young footballers of 13-14 years old in a one-year training cycle was developed, which was based on: the duration of the preparatory and competitive periods and their tasks; distribution of the macrocycle into mesocycles, which had their own characteristics and tasks; the content of training sessions, their orientation in mesocycles are stated. The blocks of physical exercises and their structures developed by us formed the basis of the methodology for the development of speed-strength qualities of young football players of 13-14 years old, taking into account the rational ratio of exercises with and without a ball.

Background and Study Aim.  The article is devoted to finding ways to optimize the training of players with cerebral palsy (CP). It is determined that testing and elaboration of criteria for assessing the level of physical fitness of football players with cerebral palsy can be used as a mean of evaluation the sportsmanship of football players of this nosology in training and competitive activities. The purpose of the study is to determine the level of physical and functional preparedness of football players with cerebral paralysis and to develop criteria for their evaluation during the intensive training period, taking into account the functional classes of athletes. Material and Methods. 25 football players with cerebral palsy, candidates and members of the national team of Ukraine, three-time Paralympic champions, multiple world and European champions took part in the study voluntarily. Athletes of the selected group have 5-8 classes of the adapted classification of the International Association of Cerebral Palsy (CP-ISRA) for CP-Football. Biochemical parameters were studied before and after training work of different focus. The value of maximum oxygen consumption (MOC) was determined by means of bicycle ergometric testing. The physical state and level of physical fitness of football players were monitored during the study. The research was conducted on the basis of the research laboratory of Prydniprovsk State Academy of Physical Culture and Sport and on the basis of the Municipal Institution "Dnipropetrovsk Medical and Physical Dispensary" of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council. Results. It was found that athletes with cerebral paralysis are able to adequately tolerate heavy physical loads. Football players with disabilities had biochemical parameters of blood sampling and registration of recovery processes of the cardiovascular system after training activities of different focus within the permissible norm for both healthy athletes. Obtaining such data became the basis for the intensification of training process, which promoted the development of motor skills of football players. Conclusions. Obtained data were the basis for creation the criteria for assessing the level of physical fitness of football players depending on their sports classes. In future, this will allow coaches to determine the effectiveness of the training period, obtain information about the condition of players in training, in the recovery process. On this basis it will help to individualize the workload of players and adjust the training process. The analysis of a direction of preparation and decision-making about educational process correction for football players with disabilities can be realized according to the received data in various structural formations of an annual macrocycle.

Football is a total sport and its requirements are enormous in terms of the parallel development of physical qualities, technical tactics and psychological abilities. Depending on the age, the training process is structured according to the individual and general tasks of the preparation, the main directions are defined, which includes the general pre-training, special-preparatory, pre-competitive and competitive stages of the annual training cycle. The dynamics of 17 indicators for physical, technical and physiological training of 13 – 14-year-olds practicing football have been analyzed. The groups of 12 children each are formed according to their position – Attackers and Defenders. Changes were observed as a result of a training method used by the authors during a 14-week cycle of time and 42 training sessions. The authors believe that the players should do exercises which are closer to the nature of the physical activity they perform during a match depending on their game post. Attackers - should emphasize on speed and force-strength trainings, and defenders should give priority to trainings for general and tempo-endurance. Due to the still insufficient determination of 13-14-year-old players to a certain game post, the authors refrain from making recommendations for strictly specialized trainings which are specific for older football players.
