Internet aphorisms are considered as unique phenomena of virtual communication. The definition of the Internet aphorism, which is understood as a kind of small-format text that is characteristic of modern media. It is focused on the distinction between aphorisms and online aphorisms. It is specified that the distinctive features of the Internet aphorism are due to their interrelation with the cultural and value spheres of a man, and, as a consequence, its national marking, speed and quantity of its appearance, which indicates both the temporary nature of this genre form and the dynamic of its life cycle. It is commented on the question of the authorship of these entities, which is in opposition to author specified – author unknown. It has been found that aphorism on the Internet is created without a linguistic context, but always functions as part of cultural, social and individual contexts. Internet aphorism, which is created, perceived and widespread by people, reflects their views and mentality, and can be regarded as an expression of that part of the philosophical system that is always bound to the individual value system of man. The Internet aphorism is a polycodic or creolised text that distinguishes it significantly from the aphorism genre. It is also suggested to consider the Internet aphorism as a simulacrum and a precedent genre. Internet aphorism as a precedent genre correlates with an aphorism in form, but its content lacks intellectual depth. At the same time, it is a simulacrum because it is built on the asymmetry between the expression plane and the content plane. In addition, the Internet aphorisms are differentiated according to its gender specificity. As a conclusion, it is stated that the Internet aphorisms are a new independent phenomenon of virtual communication with their unique characteristics and inter-genre specificity of simulacrum and precedent text.

The aim of research was to examine characteristics of individual value system prediction for driving behavior. It raised fundamental question for the research: 1. which of the individual value system characteristics predict driving behavior controlling gender and age. In the study participated 108 respondents, 40 (37.0%) men and 68 (63.0%) women who filled the questionnaire on the internet. There was used two questionnaires – „Latvian driving behavior survey”, The value and levels of availability relations in different spheres of life” The results showed that the value system integrity / disintegrity indicator predicts distracted driving, explains 18% of variation and is statistically significantly. Internal vacuum and age statistically significantly negatively predicts risky driving explaining 17% of variation. Age statistically significantly predicts safe and courteous driving, explains 12% of variation. Value system integrity / disintegrity indicator and gender, statistically significantly negatively predicts summary indicator of dangerous driving, explains 22% of variation. Age statistically significantly negatively predicts distracted driving, explains 30% of variation. Limitations of the research are related to the size of the sample, alignment of participants and use of new instruments, as well as data collection method. If the study would be repeated in the future, it would be desirable to increase the sample size and use approbated instrument. It would be interesting to find out how the value of individual factors predicts objective size of accidents and violations caused by driving. The results can serve as the basis to create new driving behavior interventions and also applicable to psychologist's professional work, when counseling individuals of this group, as well as can be used in the future development of the field, science and research.

Due to the specifics of crimes committed on the Internet and the need to involve competent persons with special knowledge in the field of information and computing technologies and information and computer technology in criminal proceedings, the appointment of computer and technical expertise is relevant in the investigation of most online crimes. Electronic (digital) information that is the subject of criminal encroachment or a means of committing a socially dangerous act on the Internet can be correctly collected, examined and examined only by specialists or with their assistance. In scientific research on computer-technical expertise, the definition of its concept is not formulated, the distinctive features of this type of expertise are analyzed exclusively through the description of specific objects of such expertise. The article proves that the name "computer-technical expertise" is the most optimal term that semantically combines the study of both the device itself, that is, hardware, and its components, as well as system software, information data that includes various types of text and graphic documents. The problems of performing forensic computer-technical examinations are based on objective and subjective reasons. Problems that do not depend on the expert's professional competence (objective) appear even before the start of production of the type of expertise under consideration. For example, failure to comply with the requirements of the criminal procedure form when collecting electronic documents or computer equipment during investigative actions prevents the expert from preparing a reliable, respectively, and acceptable conclusion. It is also important to take into account the continuous improvement of software and hardware used in criminal activities, which inevitably causes the need to modify and optimize the methods of conducting examinations. The article defines the concept, principles of forensic computer-technical expertise, its types, objects of research and opportunities in the investigation and detection of crimes. Almost any handling of computer information requires the use of special knowledge. Therefore, the authors emphasize the possibilities of forensic computer- technical expertise in solving diagnostic and identification problems, analyze the problems of assigning and producing computer-technical expertise.

The relevance of the study is due to the complexity of socio-cultural reality due to the aggravation of the contradiction between globalization and national-oriented processes, the increasing struggle of cultures, economies and ideologies, and the acceleration of scientific and technological progress. The purpose of the article is to consider sociocultural and anthropoecological distinctive features of pedagogical discourse. The author points out that anthropo-innovations, such as genetic engineering, cyborgization, cloning, integration with artificial intelligence, pharmaceutical advances, and GMO products threaten the existence of a person in his or her mental and physical integrity. The restriction of anthropological innovations is due to spiritual revival, reliance on traditional cultures, as well as the best cultural and pedagogical national experience, and is determined by the understanding of the soul as an integrating component of a person. In the Humanities, the description of an increasingly complex socio-cultural reality is closely related to its description in the context of various discursive plans. This approach is also promising for pedagogy. At the same time, modern trends in the development of the discursive approach “blur” the boundaries of pedagogical knowledge. The article presents a highly specialized definition of pedagogical discourse. During the study the following methods were applied: analysis of legal documents and scientific and methodical literature. It is proved that the pedagogical category “zone of proximal development” in its socio-cultural and anthropo-ecological contexts favors understanding of the distinctive features of educational and pedagogical discourse. It is concluded that orientation to the zone of proximal development of the individual contributes to the consistency of the socio-cultural experience, including nationally oriented components, transmitted by the teacher, with the life experience of the student, favors his or her emotional involvement in the educational process.

The prospect of organic unified knowledge challenges the increasing fragmentation of scientific disciplines which have become narrowly specialized with the accelerating rate of discoveries and the shaky status of many inductively obtained theories. Yet proof checkers which can control the logical correctness of reasoning offer the possibility of developing an integrative, deductive approach encompassing many branches of science within the same framework. The Principia Humanistica, developed by Krzysztof de Werszowec Rey, constitute such an attempt to apply the Mizar system of verification to the human and related sciences as well as theology. Mizar is based on set theory whose terms may define the individual, value choices, the human person, culture, and religion. This essay explores the Mizar framework, including the definition of valuation and religion. It seeks to show the possibilities opened by such an integrated multidisciplinary approach for the study of free will, the definition of courage, and convergence towards unification with God.

The article is focused on the analysis of the Zaryadye Concert Hall building in Moscow in terms of the significance of artificial lighting for the creation of the imagery and perception of this facility within the typology of entertainment music-oriented buildings. Through the example of modern places of entertainment, the author reveals a number of formal features (typological attributes), which, being common to buildings of this function, constitute the basis of their image and become obvious due to the realized lighting concept. The interpretation of these attributes in the interaction of architectural planning and lighting concepts in the Zaryadye Concert Hall is traced. In conclusion, the distinctive features of the building under consideration are determined. At the same time, they reflect a new understanding of concert halls as a building type, the changes related to the overall development of architecture, as well as the elements of the individual architectural language.

Why does writing of the death penalty demand the first-person treatment that it also excludes? The article investigates the role played by the autobiographical subject in Derrida's The Death Penalty, Volume I, where the confessing ‘I’ doubly supplements the philosophical investigation into what Derrida sees as a trend toward the worldwide abolition of the death penalty: first, to bring out the harmonies or discrepancies between the individual subject's beliefs, anxieties, desires and interests with respect to the death penalty and the state's exercise of its sovereignty in applying it; and second, to provide a new definition of the subject as haunted, as one that has been, but is no longer, subject to the death penalty, in the light of the worldwide abolition currently underway.
