Abstract People in Indonesia in saving activities in sharia banks are still classified in the lower category than conventional banks. It is caused by several factors. Sharia financial literacy, religiosity and perceptions can be factors influencing people's interest in saving at sharia banks. This study aimed to determine the effect of sharia financial literacy, religiosity, and perceptions of saving interest in sharia banks. This study used a quantitative approach. In this research, researchers took samples used random sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results showed that partially sharia financial literacy had no effect on students' interest to save at sharia banks. While religiosity and perception partially have a positive and significant effect on students' interest to save in sharia banks. Simultaneously, sharia financial literacy, religiosity, and perceptions influence the interest of students to save in sharia banks.

<p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p>This study aims to find out the effect of financial literacy and personality traits on personal financial management. The population in this study was all students of the Faculty of Economics, which consisted of 1068 students, and 258 students were selected as the samples of this study using a proportional cluster random sampling system. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The result of this study showed that financial literacy and personality, whether simultaneous or partial, significantly and positively affect the personal financial management of students.</p><p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK"><strong><em>ABSTRAK</em></strong><em></em></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan dan ciri-ciri kepribadian terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi yang berjumlah 1068 mahasiswa dan dipilih sebanyak 258 mahasiswa yang digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik proportional cluster random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan literasi keuangan dan kepribadian, baik secara simultan ataupun parsial, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi mahasiswa.</em></p>

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence Net profit margin and total assets turnover on the growth of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index partially and simultaneously. This research uses an associative quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that net profit margin and total asset turnover had a significant effect with the sig value (0.032) <α (0.05), while partially the net profit margin had a significant effect with the sig value (0.035) <α (0.05), whereas Total asset turnover has no significant effect on the sig value (0.812)> α (0.05), and the magnitude of the effect of net profit margin and total asset turnover on company growth is 0.092 or (9.2%), while the rest is 90.8%. influenced by other factors outside the research.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and work discipline on employee work productivity. This research was conducted at PT. Lila Buana Wisata where the company is engaged in travel services located in Renon, Denpasar and Tuban, Badung. The population in this study as many as 35 people using saturated sampling techniques, the sample used is the entire population of 35 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that motivation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Compensation also has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Similarly, work discipline is proven to have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. To increase employee productivity, the company should continuously motivate employees, provide compensation in accordance with the workload of employees and enforce employee discipline so that work productivity continues to increase so that the company is able to compete and the company's survival is guaranteed. This study aims to determine the effect of tax sanctions, tax amnesty, tax knowledge on the level of personal taxpayer compliance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 80 WPOP registered in North Gresik Small Taxpayer Office using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of tax sanctions on WPOP taxpayer compliance which is registered at North Gresik KPP. There is no effect of tax amnesty on WPOP taxpayer compliance registered at North Gresik Small Tax Office. Tax knowledge has a significant effect on WPOP taxpayer compliance that is registered at North Gresik KPP.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of village apparatus competency, internal control system, and organizational commitment to accountability of village fund management in Muara Enim Subdistrict, Muara Enim Subdistrict. The population in this study is village apparatus in ten villages in Muara Enim Subdistrict which is 70 people. With purposive sampling techniques, this study sampled as many as 40 respondents. The data is collected by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25 software. The results showed the competence of village apparatus, internal control system and organizational commitment together have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of village fund management in Muara Enim Subdistrict, Muara Enim Regency. In part, the competence of village apparatus has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. The control system has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. The organization's commitment has a positive and significant impact on the accountability of village fund management.

This study aims to determine the effect of price discount, in-store display, and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying at Umama Gallery Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. Sampling was done by using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling type with a total of 100 respondents who had visited and bought products at Umama Gallery Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 21 program. The results show that price discount have an influence on impulse buying, in-store display have an influence on impulse buying, shopping lifestyle has an influence on impulse buying, and price discount, in-store display, and shopping lifestyle have a simultaneous influence on impulse buying.

Abstract : This research was conducted for PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Pekanbaru, using the independent variable, to find out its influence on the purchase decision of the Honda brand motorcycle. The population in this study were all consumers who bought Honda brand motorcycles through official Honda dealers in Pekanbaru, namely PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara directed 19,853 people, and this sample was 100 people, using accidental random sampling technique that is by giving questionnaires to consumers of Honda motorbike buyers at PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara which were met by researchers. The data was collected by questionnaire method by filling the conditions directly with the respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression which is operated through the SPSS 16 for Windows program. The results showed that simultaneous and partial promotion variables and a significant analysis of the purchasing decisions of Honda brand motorcycles for consumers of PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara Pekanbaru.

The aim that will be achieved in this research is to investigate the influence of teachers' social support to the motivation of the achievement of class XI students the language department in SMA Negeri 5 Kupang City. The research method used is quantitative, with a simple linear regression data analysis technique. The number of respondents involved in this study was as much as 35 students, and the sampling techniques used were random sampling. The results showed that the teacher's social support contributed positively and significantly to the motivation of the achievement of class XI students the language department in SMA Negeri 5 Kupang City. (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). While the contributions of effective teachers ' social support variables the teachers to the motivation of achievement of 58.8%, and the remaining 41.2% are influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model. The results of this research proved that the increasing teachers' social support, the increase also the motivation of achievement of students.

Members´ loyalty is a very important thing in the business of cooperatives, for the development and progress of cooperatives in the future. High members´ commitment and satisfaction in cooperatives greatly influence the attitude of members to use the products and services offered by cooperatives to make members more loyal. The study aims to determine the effect of a members´ commitment and satisfaction on the members´ loyalty. The population of this study was members of the KSP Dharma Dhita cooperative in Sanur, which numbered 172 people. The number of samples taken was 120 members, with a simple random sampling method. Data collectors are carried out through interviews, observation, literature, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research findings state that partially members´ commitment and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the members´ loyalty of KSP Dharma Dhita cooperative in Sanur. Simultaneously members´ commitment and satisfaction have a significant positive effect on the members´ loyalty of KSP Dharma Dhita in Sanur. To increase member's loyalty, members need to be aware of themselves to have high commitment and satisfaction for cooperatives to create prosperity for cooperatives, cooperative members and society in general.

This study aims to determine the effect of Store Atmosphere and Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions. The object of research Is the consumers of UD. Lumbung Sari Bakery in Sidoarjo. The sample collection method uses non probability sampling and obtained 100 respondents using incidental sampling techniques. The research approach uses a quantitative approach and data analysis tools using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18 application. The results of this study prove that Store atmosphere and Service quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. Store atmosphere has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and Service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
