Development of Pesantren Teachers In The Perspective of Uswah Nubuwah

Qualitative research using this case study approach is to explore and describe the supervision of the principal in managing teachers from the perspective of the nature of the Prophet: Shidiq, Amanah, Tabligh, Fathonah in the Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School, Muara Jambi Regency. The data were collected through interviews and document studies of 4 participants, namely the headmaster of kindergarten/early childhood schools, SDIT, MTs, and the leader of the Hidayatullah Muaro Islamic Boarding School Jambi. Interview data were analyzed using a case and cross-case analysis between participants. The results showed four main categories, namely (1) like fingerprints, most of them had been carried out (2) like the mandate that they had been carried out (3) like tabligh that they had run as the program (4) there were obstacles and supporters in implementing the program following the nature of the prophet. The obstacles are laziness, not istiqomah (discipline), a busy schedule of activities, lack of awareness, while the supporting factors are a family atmosphere, halaqoh marhalah ula, marhalah wustho, deliberation, meetings, congregational prayers, reading the Koran, recitation, training, Madrasah working group (KKM), and Teacher working group (KKG).

Intellegence Quotient (IQ) and Emotional Quotient (EQ) are not considered as dominant factors in determining a person's success. Another factor that determines a person's success or failure is strong ability to the difficulty of life, this ability is called Adversity Quotient (AQ). Pesantren becomes an institution that strives to build the mental endurance of students with Adversity Quotient (AQ).. The research method used is qualitative research by using a case study approach. This research was conducted at Islamic boarding school of Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. The results of the study shows that there are efforts to build the mental endurance of santri such as of 1) zone transformation 2) time management 3) systemic organization 4) resolving multicultural conflict 5) unlimited creativity.

This research will examine the psychology of communication in the community fostered at the Class II A Lubuklinggau penitentiary facility, the research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach, then in data collection by interviewing, documentation and in data processing used with data reduction, then the presentation of the data and in the end the data is concluded. The communication psychology of clerics and prisoners in the class II A penitentiary boarding school in Lubuklinggau City is very influential. Because some prisoners have shown a positive response while receiving guidance at this pesantren. Based on the results of observations, interviews, and documentation, the researchers got the results that the implementation of strategic management in the Class II A penitentiary of Lubuklinggau City ran optimally, it can be proven that the number of prisoners after leaving the coaching process can live and survive and are able to be accepted in the community, although not yet within the scope broad.

Teachers’ perceptions of the Consulting Teacher Model in Albemarle County, Virginia were examined. Data collected from five consulting teachers and ten client teachers were utilized in a case study approach to describe five professional development clusters—each consisting of one consulting teacher and two client teachers. Five themes emerged from a cross-case analysis: receptivity to assistance, value of collegiality, viability of the role, consulting teacher as change agent, and teacher empowerment. Consulting teachers helped client teachers grow professionally and promoted different perspectives on teaching in the areas of mathematics, language arts, and special education. Of all the benefits of the Consulting Teacher Model, collaboration was viewed as the most rewarding.

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum Kesamben Wetan. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used the analysis of Miles and Huberman. Test the validity of the data by triangulation and reference adequacy. The results of the research show that the process of building religious character in Islamic elementary schools based on the Miftahul Ulum Kesamben Wetan Islamic Boarding School through dhuha prayer, tahfidzul qur'an, congregational prayer, courtesy, through religious activities such as Eid al-fitr, Eid al adha, sharing zakat, sharing takji, and break fast together. Read the yasin letter every Friday, share on Friday legi, read juz amma ', memorize daily prayers, and do active pesantren activities. The obstacle is synchronizing the vision and mission of the school with what parents expect, there are still children who arrive late, teachers are expected to be more careful in guiding children and providing good examples, children's abilities during the learning process, and children do not want to follow orders from teacher.

This qualitative study explored the moral aspects of learners’ “encounters with unfamiliarity” in their everyday experiences. The encounter with unfamiliarity, as a basic phenomenon within the conceptual framework of embodied familiarization, was investigated using a multiple case study approach (Stake, 2006). Findings from this study are presented first as brief case narratives and second as themes based on a cross-case analysis. Themes of the study point to the nature and significance of the encounter as a part of learning, often as an invitation with a kind of moral significance that called participants to learn, or not learn, in particular ways. Moreover, much of the learning described in participants’ accounts was itself a kind of moral action, enacted in response to the significance of the moral call to learn initiated by the encounter.

Abatrak: The purpose of this research is to find out more deeply the steps taken by the TA Al-Manaar Al-Islamiyah Wali Songo Islamic Boarding School Ngabar Siman Ponorogo in developing intrapersonal intelligence of early childhood through role playing centers, as well as seeing the results achieved from the steps for the development of intrapersonal intelligence of early childhood, and do not forget to know the obstacles or obstacles faced by the implementation of these steps. This type of research is a qualitative research method or case study approach. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing or data verification. The results achieved by intrapersonal intelligence of early childhood in TA Al-Manaar Al-Islamiyah Ngabar have been well developed through the activities center playing roles with indicators such as self-awareness, emotional control, obeying the rules, a sense of responsibility has also been well developed. Barriers that arise, there are still children who are shy in playing a role, it takes a long time to play a role and the lack of supporting facilities in the center of role playing.

Abstrak: Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dari jumlah lembaga PAUD yang ada diKota Banjarmasin belum semuanya memiliki perencanaan khususnya pada analisispeningkatan legalitas kelembagaan PAUD dan analisis kebutuhan pendidikan untuk anak usiadini (AUD). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan analisis data deskrtifkuantitatif dan kualitataif. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa: i) Disdik Kota Banjarmasin danLembaga PAUD sampel tidak melakukan perencanaan yang baik untuk pendataan analisiskebutuhan pendidikan AUD; ii) Belum semua lembaga PAUD sampel memiliki izinoperasional dikarenakan adanya persyaratan yang belum dapat dipenuhi karena memerlukanbiaya yang cukup besar seperti, pembuatan akta notaris; iii) Belum semua lembaga PAUDmemiliki sarpras sesuai dengan pedoman sarana dan prasarana dari pusat; iv) untuk membantuketersediaan sarpras, Disdik Kota Banjarmasin sudah mengalokasikan dana APBD II berupabantuan RKB, rehab kelas rusak ringan dan berat, serta bantuan APE Dalam dan Luar berupabarang. Abstract: The problem in this study is from the number of early childhood institutions in thecity of Banjarmasin not all have plans in particular to the analysis of institutional legalityincrease early childhood education and educational needs analysis for early childhood (AUD).This study uses a case study approach to data analysis of quantitative and qualitative deskrtif.The study shows that: i) Disdik Banjarmasin and Institutions ECD sample is not doing betterplanning for data analysis AUD educational needs; ii) Not all the samples of early childhoodinstitutions have an operating permit because of the requirements can not be met because itrequires significant costs such as notary deed; iii) Not all early childhood institutions haveinfrastructure accordance with the guidelines of the central infrastructure; iv) to assist theavailability infrastructure, Disdik Banjarmasin already allocated budget II in the form ofclassroom assistance, rehabilitation of damaged light and heavy classes, as well as the In andOut APE assistance in the form of goods.

The purpose of this study was to gain an understanding of Islamic Religious Education Teachers' exemplary approach to developing students' emotional, spiritual quotients. This article employs a qualitative research methodology in conjunction with a case study approach. The approach taken is consistent with the formulation of the problem under investigation. Informants were chosen based on the research's objectives. Formal and informal interviews were conducted. The findings of this study demonstrate two aspects of the emotional approach in Islamic education: Methods of persuasion and education. Teachers develop spiritual, emotional intelligence by providing students with new knowledge that includes exemplary figures dating all the way back to the Prophet Muhammad's time and exemplary national figures, as well as by inviting students to practice family strategies for recognizing and managing their own emotions, the ability to motivate themselves, the ability to recognize the emotions of others, and how to build relationships with others.

Two Parameters

Mosque Welfare Agency (BKM) Semarang and Pekalongan Muslim Foundation (YKMP) is a nāẓir of productive waqf land. Management of waqf performed by BKM Semarang has not given the expected results, while the management of waqf by YMKP has given results as planned. The main question in this research is what are the factors of success and failures of both institutions in managing of productive land waqf? The answers are measured using two parameters: 1) The investment strategy by BKM Semarang and YMKP; 2) The organization's management of nāẓir of YMKP and BKM? This is a qualitative research with case study approach. Data is collected using observation, interview, and documentation. The methode of analysis is the comparative descriptive. The findings of this research are: 1) Investment of land waqf performed by BKM Semarang unproductive, while investment and distribution of land waqf performed by YMKP productive. 2) The organization's management of BKM in each function is not effective. While the organization's management of YMKP is effective. Badan Kesejahteraan Masjid (BKM) Kota Semarang dan Yayasan Muslimin Kota Pekalongan (YKMP) adalah nazhir badan hukum yang mengelola tanah wakaf secara produktif. Pengelolaan wakaf yang dilakukan oleh BKM Kota Semarang belum memberikan hasil seperti yang diharapkan, sedangkan pengelolaan wakaf oleh YMKP telah memberikan hasil seperti yang direncanakan. Pertanyaan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah apa faktor keberhasilan dan ketidakberhasilan dari kedua lembaga tersebut dalam mengelola wakaf tanah produktif? Jawaban pertanyaan di atas diukur menggunakan dua parameter: 1) Strategi investasi BKM Kota Semarang dan YKMP; 2) Manajemen organisasi kenazhiran BKM Kota Semarang dan YKMP. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif komparatif. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Investasi tanah wakaf yang dilakukan oleh BKM Kota Semarang tidak produktif sedangkan Investasi dan pendistribusian hasil yang dilakukan oleh YMKP produktif. 2) Manajemen organisasi BKM Kota Semarang pada tiap-tiap fungsinya tidak berjalan efektif. Sedangkan manajemen organisasi YMKP telah berjalan cukup efektif.
