Integration means a systemic organization of teaching matter pertaining to different disciplines coordinating delivery of the learner to give a holistic approach to medical study. The objective of this study is to compare the effectiveness of integrated with traditional teaching. Twenty integrated and ten traditional sessions were conducted over five semesters. Duration of each session was 90 minutes. Sample sizes for integrated and traditional groups were respectively 5600 and 1400 students. Pre and post- test scores for integrated, pre and post- test scores for traditional and post-test scores for integrated and traditional teaching groups were compared. Faculty and students’ feedback were analyzed. Difference in Pre and Post-Test scores for integrated teaching was statistically highly significant. Difference in Pre and Post-Test scores in traditional teaching group, though statistically significant, was less than that observed with integrated teaching .The difference in Post-Test scores obtained in integrated and traditional teaching groups was statistically highly significant. Ninety four percent Faculties agreed that integrated teaching was an effective mode of training. Ninety percent faculties rated the program on a higher scale. Ninety five percent students liked the concept of integrated teaching. .Student-centered, patient-oriented approach is the fruitful outcome of the integrated teaching model, which will definitely help us to have a much needed “Basic Doctor.” Bangladesh Journal of Medical Education Vol.13(1) January 2022: 79-86

This chapter explores the opportunities, limitations, and risks of integrating multiple channels of citizen engagement within a democratic innovation. Using examples and case studies of recent face-to-face and online multichannel democratic innovations, the authors challenge the emerging consensus that redundancy and diversification of venues of participation are always positively correlated with the success of democratic innovations. Applying their concrete experience in areas of the world in which a systemic organization of different channels of citizen participation exists, the authors provide guidelines for achieving better integration of multiple channels of social dialogue.

From a bibliographical-documentary research, a corpus of documents was constituted that were analyzed with reference to the dialogical perspective and, theoretically, based on the concepts of utterance, text, dialogue formulated by Bakhtin's circle (2003; 2004). The documents analyzed allowed us to conclude that the current legal legal framework allows collaboration schemes to assume regulatory and centralizing functions of educational process management from the classroom to the bodies responsible for the systemic organization of education, contributing to the formation of subordination relationships from the municipalities to the state.Key words: Collaboration Regime. The proliferation of disciplinary labels, distinctions, borders, and hierarchies is an interesting semiotic phenomenon per se. In particular, the need to circumscribe a new semiotics field and then denoting it as transdisciplinary appears instead to be an exercise of politics. One cannot but fall into the paradox of any systemic organization, nicely described by Simmel a long time before: By choosing two items from the undisturbed store of natural things in order to designate them as “separate,” we have already related them to one another in our consciousness, we have emphasized these two together against whatever lies between them. And conversely, we can only sense those things to be related which we have previously somehow isolated from one another; things must first be separated from one another in order to be together. Interactive learning, according to a review of scientific and methodic literature, is the most effective way to optimize the educational process at different stages of its formation, and es-pecially when teaching foreign languages and Russian as a foreign language. However, along with the highlighted values and advantages of interactive learning, there are a number of significant problems, the reason for which lies in insufficient attention to the systemic organization of the in-teractive learning process, which also creates an obstacle to building an effective management system for the evolution of this phenomenon. The purpose of this study is to identify patterns, conditions and factors that influence the formation and development of interactive learning. As a result of applying the methods of content analysis of literature and the categorical method “Order of goals”: 1) interactive learning is presented in the form of 3 categories (OK, Pk, IK), each of which reflects its qualitative certainty; 2) the goals of each category are determined; 3) a qualitative model of the object is constructed, where the interactive learning itself is a system, and the selected categories are subsystems; 5) revealed a typology of possible contradictions between the goals of each subsystem and the system as a whole; 6) predicted possible consequences and resolution of contradictions for the development of interactive learning. The results obtained make it possible to effectively resolve the contradictions arising in the system of goals of the object and between their carriers, and to create a model for managing the functioning of the interactive learning. It is concluded that the description of the methods of productive resolution of the revealed contradictions will allow building a qualitative process of training optimization, including foreign languages and Russian as a foreign language.

Introduction: the article dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Russian scientist M.Iu. Chelyshev reveals the methodological significance of the theory of systemic organization of intersectoral relations of civil law developed by him. Goal: to form a holistic view of the methodological potential of the theory and the prospects for its implementation in multi-industry research. Research methods: empirical (observation, comparison, description); theoretical (formal and dialectical logic, forecasting). Results: it is proved that one of the most important elements of theory and tool for understanding the characteristics of intersectoral relations of civil law is an interdisciplinary method, which is the basis of the methodology of intersectoral legal studies with a universal interdisciplinary nature, which gives the provisions and findings developed by M.Iu. Chelyshev truly inexhaustible potential. Conclusions: attention is drawn to the fact that the methodological potential of the theory lies in the fact that today in multi-industry scientific research, the object of which is social relations that are affected by the legal norms of not one, but several industries, it is impossible to do without the use of an intersectoral method. The use of an intersectoral approach in multisectoral military legal research is the key to the solution of scientific problems in diversification enterprises, critical national importance.

For the first time, the paper presents the song creativity of Ekaterina Ivanovna Chechulina (Koryaks name V’alyat) - a native of the Karaginsky district of Kamchatka, bearer of the Koryak-Nymylan tradition. The research is based on the field materials of the well-known Siberian ethnomusicologist, Doctor of Arts, Yu. Sheikin, namely, on the materials of the Complex folklore and ethnographic expedition to Kamchatka in 1991. The research is carried out as a part of the preparation of the volumes of Koryak folklore in the series “Monuments of Folklore of the Peoples of Siberia and the Far East”. The author consistently examines the genres of song folklore of the Koryak-Nymylans on the example of V’alyat’s creativity: personal songs sininkin ӄuliӄul and tribal songs yanutsʔinav’ ӄuliӄul, fly-agaric songs lyllʔal ӄuliӄul, lullabies and cradle songs alulukin ӄuliӄul. The description of the song genres of Koryak-Nymylans is accompanied by samples of texts and notes, allowing us to get an idea of the lyrics and the nature of the melodies. This study made it possible to conclude that at the poetic, syllogorhythmic, and compositional levels, there are trends toward more systemic organization, while the modus and intonation components are more unstable, which is characteristic for early-song melodics (E. Alekseev). Based on the material of several songs recorded from one bearer of the tradition, the author reveals the diverse world of folk song genres of Koryak-Nymylans, interesting timbre, pitch, and rhythmic characteristics of this ancient, unique, and original cultural phenomenon.
