The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the role of kaizen culture and rewards in increasing employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) sukabumi. The variables in this study are kaizen and reward culture as independent variables, and employee performance as the dependent variable. Thissstudy usespprimary data in the form of questionnaire answers and secondaryydata through documents. The data analysissmethod used isddescriptive and associative analysis. The research method used in this study is explanatoryyresearch with a quantitativeaapproach. This type of researchhmethod uses a type of non-probability sampling included in the saturated sample. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the test of the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation coefficients.The results of the test coefficient of determination seen from the value (adjusted R2) of 0.251 can be interpreted that the role of kaizen culture and rewards in improving employee performance amounted to 25.1%. The remaining 74.9% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.532, it shows that there is a moderate relationship between kaizen culture and reward with employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of fashion and lifestyle involvement on impulsive purchases of distro platt mars. The method in this study uses a type of probability sampling, including simple random sampling. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficients, and testing the hypothesis using the test simultaneously (F test). The results of the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.325 can be interpreted that the influence of Fashion Involvement and Shopping Lifestyle on Impulsive Purchases is 32.5%. The remaining 67.5% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.582 shows that there is a strong relationship between fashion involvement and shopping lifestyle with impulsive purchases. Based on the F test the probability value sig. 0,000 <0.05. Conclusions, together with Fashion Involvement (X1) and Shopping Lifestyle (X2) significantly influence Impulsive Purchase (Y). The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of employee relations (variable X1) and Work Discipline (variable X2) on Employee Performance (variable Y). The method used in this research is to use descriptive and associative methods. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the test of the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation coefficients. The results of the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.531 can be interpreted that the impact of employee relations and working discipline on employee performance is equal to 53.1%. The remaining 46.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Conclusion, there is a moderate relationship between employee relations and work discipline with employee performance. This study aims to determine the factors that influence employee performance at PT. Bumimulia Indah Lestari Cilegon Banten. The independent variables Social security and work motivation are the factors that are analyzed partially and simultaneously on the  Dependent  Variable of Employee Performance at the company. The number of samples in this study was 70 employees is a saturated sample. The analysis technique in this research uses a validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and R2 test. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method that is a measurement of object data by processing data using SPPS V.25.0 software. The results showed that (1) Social security variables partially did not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, as evidenced by the t-value of 1,458 < t-table 1,668 with a sig value of 0.150>  0.05. (2)  Work  Motivation  Variable partially positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, evidenced by t-value 2,375> t-table 1,668 with a sig value of 0.02 <0.05. (3) Social Security and Work Motivation Variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of 19.6% s on the performance of employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, where the F-value is 8,189> F table 3.13 with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. Suggestions for PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari pay more attention to the timeliness of employees in carrying out their work so that the company's targets are met properly.

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of work motivation and self-efficacy on employee performance at PT. Latanza Sinar Abadi, Sukabumi Regency. The population in this study were employees at PT. Latanza Sinar Abadi, Sukabumi Regency. The research method used is descriptive and associative methods. The sample used in this study is using Simple Random Sampling which is included in probability sampling by distributing 100 questionnaires to employees of PT. Latanza Sinar Abadi, Sukabumi Regency. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficients and hypothesis testing using a stimulating test (F test). The results of the study, the test coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.822 can be interpreted that the influence of Work Motivation and Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance is 82.2%. The remaining 17.8% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.909, it shows that there is a very strong relationship between work motivation and self-efficacy with employee performance. Based on the F test, get the probability value sig. 0,00 <0,05 which means that together the Work Motivation (X1) and Self-Efficacy (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). This study aims to determine and explain whether there is an influence of competence, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at UD. Sumber Ayem Kediri. This research is a descriptive study with quantitative methods, the sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, with total population and sample of 30 respondent or employees. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) test of the coefficient of determination (R2) which is processed using the SPSS 16.0 program. The result of the study concluded that partially there is a positive and significant influence between competence on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.026 &lt; 0.05. work discipline partially has a positive and sifnificant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.006 &lt; 0.05. the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.043 &lt; 0.05. competence, work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Sumber Ayem Kediri, this can be seen from the significant F value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05.

This study aims to describe the influence of communication, organizational culture and compensation on employee performance at PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan. This research was conducted at PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan which lasted for 3 (three) months, starting from February 2017 until May 2016. This research uses census method. Research respondents are all employees of PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan, amounting to 72 (seventy two) people. The instrument used is a questionnaire to collect data from communication variables, organizational culture and compensation and employee performance variables. Data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multicollinearity test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear correlation coefficient test, partial hypothesis test or t test, simultaneous hypothesis test or F test, and calculation of coefficient of determination. Descriptive analysis results for communication and organizational culture variables are in good category while the compensation and employee performance variables are in the category of good enough PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan. Based on partial analysis, communication, organizational culture and compensation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Ira Widya Utama. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on purchasing decisions at PT. Shopee International Indonesia in the city of Manado, where Shopee consumers in the city of Manado also often shop through this application by looking at the promotions that PT. Shopee International Indonesia often holds and the prices offered so that in purchasing decisions there are several factors that influence in it, and this research the writer takes the promotion and price factors. In this research quantitative associative research is used with data collection techniques by observation and questionnaire. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis. In testing the hypothesis using partial test and simultaneous test. Based on the results obtained from this study, it shows that the influence of promotion is 52.9% and the influence of price is 40.3%. and the effect of promotion and price simultaneously that is equal to 56.6% while the remaining 43.4% is explained by other variables not included in this study that include products, places, people, processes, advertising, physical evidence.

Employee performance is a reflection of employee work that determines the achievement of company goals. Performance optimization can be achieved through increasing motivation, competence, and work environment. This research is aimed at analyzing performance that is determined by motivation, competence, and work environment, both simultaneously and partially. The research design applies descriptive and verification approaches. Used multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis which is then tested by hypothesis. The results showed that motivation, competence, and work environment had a positive and real effect on employee performance. In contrast, partially motivation and competence had a positive and tangible impact on employee performance, except the work environment had no influence. It is recommended to appreciate the performance, communication skills, and work cycle activities that are oriented towards improving discipline.

PT Cipta Catur Mahkota is a sub company from PT Cipta Group. This company start their progress as a general contractor and then lately has become developer company. Now the employee are not only work based on job description, but the employee need to able generate creative and innovative ideas for the development of the organization. It takes the role of active managers in leading, organizing activities and keeping the organization’s environment. Manager must also be able to instil confidence in all members of the organization that they can work together as a synergy in order achieving maximum results. This study aims to describe how the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Cipta Catur Mahkota partially or simultaneously. The object of this research is field employees at PT Cipta Catur Mahkota. Which amounted to 121 respondents, with motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2). Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, which aims to know the corelation between two variables. Hypothesis testing is done by T Test, F Test and test coefficient of determination ( . Analyzing data using statistical data processing software that is SPSS version 22. The result of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT Cipta Catur Mahkota, work discipline have an effect on to positive and significant to employees performance of PT Cipta Catur Mahkota. The coefficient of determination has a value of 0.753 or 75.3%. This means that motivation variabel and work discipline has an effect through performance which amount is 75.3%.

This study aims to examine the Effect of Spiritual Intelligence and Ethical Behavior on Organizational Commitment at PT. Pegadaian Persero CP Karombasan - Manado. The population in this study were employees of PT. Pegadaian Persero CP Karombasan - Manado. The study sample used Genuine Sampling, the data sources were primary and secondary. The data analysis technique used is validity test, normality test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis, t test hypothesis and F test. The results of this study indicate that partially (t test) spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on organizational commitment with it is known that the value of t count is greater than t table. Ethical behavior does not significantly influence organizational commitment with the value of t calculated less than the value of t table. Based on the results of the F test it can be concluded that spiritual intelligence and ethical behavior have a significant effect on organizational commitment, this can be seen from the calculated F value greater than F table.
