Abstract : The purpose of this research is to know whether the Work Experience, Job Promotion and Career Development influence Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. X. The type of data that is used consists of primary data and secondary data, obtained by interview, questionnaire distribution and study of library, which the measurement uses Likert scale, and processed with SPSS version 22 program. The sample technique uses non- probability sampling totaling 40 respondents distributed to all employees of PT. X. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using data quality test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing analysis. The research results indicate that: (1) Work Experience there is a significant influence between Work Experience variables on employee job satisfaction at PT. X, (2) Position Promotion there is a significant influence between Job Promotion variables on employee job satisfaction at PT. X, and (3) Career Development there is a significant influence between Career Development variables on employee job satisfaction at PT. X.

This research is conducted with the aim of examining the effect of work environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at Aston Hotel in Pontianak. The respondents used in this study are 100 samples of active hotel employees. The primary data in this study are collected from questionnaires distributed online via GoogleForm, then processed using the SmartPLS software version 3.3.3. The sampling technique is carried out by purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Hotel Aston di Pontianak. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100 sampel karyawan hotel yang aktif. Data primer pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari kuisioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui GoogleForm, kemudian diolah menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and leadership style on employee job satisfaction in hospitals in the city of Cimahi. This study used a descriptive verification approach, and 91 employees were sampled using multiple regression analysis assisted by SPSS 23 software. The primary data of this study were obtained from questionnaires and interviews. While secondary data is obtained through notes and publications as well as literature. The results showed that there was an influence between work environment variables and leadership style on employee job satisfaction at health service hospitals. The influence of the work environment has an influence on employee job satisfaction so that employees are committed and loyal to the organization. Meanwhile, a good leadership style can increase employee job satisfaction. This is also evidenced by the Adjusted R Square value of 0.571 or 57.1%.

AbstrakPerawat klinik di rumah sakit (RS) tentara memiliki pola dan pengembangan karir yang unik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pola karir yang efektif untuk pengembangan karir perawat klinik di RS tentara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan di RS tentara Jakarta pada minggu I Maret sampai minggu IV April 2006 dengan 25 responden. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan sistem yaitu masukan-proses-keluaran. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari telaah dokumen yang berhubungan dengan peraturan dan kebijakan tentang pengembangan karir perawat klinik di rumah sakit dan suprasistem terutama dari Kesehatan Daerah Militer Jakarta Raya/ Kesdam Jaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan tenaga keperawatan dilakukan melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan, dan hampir semua program merupakan program dari suprasistem. Pengalaman kerja perawat dalam pengembangan karirnya diperoleh melalui pengalaman jabatan dan kepangkatan, program mutasi dan promosi, pendidikan dan pelatihan, bimbingan para perawat senior, sedangkan khusus perawat militer penugasan lapangan dari suprasistem. Kebijakan dan peraturan tentang pengembangan karir perawat klinik tergantung dari suprasistem. Pola karir yang berlaku saat ini hanya pola karir structural sesuai dengan struktur organisasi dan tugas rumah sakit. Untuk itu perlu dibuat suatu bentuk pola karir fungsional berdasarkan pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, dan kompetensi perawat klinik baik militer dan PNS maupun sukarelawan. AbstractClinical Nurse in an army hospital has unique career & development pattern. This study aimed at finding out description on an effective career pattern for clinical nurses at army hospital. This was a qualitative study conducted from March-April 2006 involving 25 informants. Primary data was collected by in-depth interview and secondary data was collected from documentations related to policy and regulation in career development of clinical nurse. The data source was from the hospital and its governing institutions; i.e. Regional Army Office & Ministry of Defense & Security. The results showed there was unclear development pattern for clinical nurses in army hospital. Different status of the nurse in the hospital has different characteristic of development. Almost all of training programs at the hospital are directed by the governing institutions with little involvement from the hospital management. Working experience, as part of career development, is mostly achieved due to experience in the organization, military rank (army), employment grade (government official), rotation and promotion programs, education and training, and military field duty. The policy and regulation on career development of clinical nurses depend on the policy & decision of the governing institutions. This research develops career development patterns for all clinical nurses based on their status, clinical duty, and structural assignment. The career pattern developed is appropriate with nurse’s education, work experience, and its competence.

This study aims to reveal the influence of service quality and price on the satisfaction of Trans Padang bus passengers. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all people in the city of Padang who had used Trans Padang services, Pasar Raya - Lubuk Buaya route. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique was using questionnaires and documentation. The sample technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 21 program. For hypothesis testing the study was conducted using data analysis through validity and reliability tests, normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedicactivity, F test and statistical t test at α = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that 1) Service quality has a significant positive effect on the satisfaction of Trans Padang bus passengers 2) Price has a significant effect on the satisfaction of Trans Padang bus passengers. Keyword: service quality, price, and passenger satisfaction

This study aims to determine the effect of work balance and career development on job satisfaction at Bank Maluku Namlea and Namrole Branch. This research is an explanatory study because it seeks to explain the effect of work-life balance and career development on job satisfaction. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Maluku in Namlea and Namrole in Maluku Province, totaling 116 employees. The sampling technique used was the census technique. The choice of this technique is because the population is not too large so it is possible to be reached as a whole. This means that the number of samples in this study is the same as the total population of 116 employees of the Maluku Branch Bank in Namlea and Namrole, Maluku Province. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work-life balance and career development either partially or simultaneously proved to have a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees of Bank Maluku, Namlea, and Namrole Branches. This can be proven by the regression coefficient which shows that if work-life balance or career development increases, this increase will be followed by an increase in job satisfaction of Bank Maluku employees, Namlea, and Namrole branches. Thus it can be said that the encouragement of improving work-life balance and career development will increase the level of job satisfaction of the employees of Bank Maluku, Namlea, and Namrole Branches.

Employee is an asset to the company. Employees have a very important role for companies to achieve corporate goals. To keep employee performance to remain productive then it is necessary. Job satisfaction of an employee within the organization can’t be separated from career development, and work life balance. This research was conducted to determine the effect of Work-life Balance and Career Development on Job Satisfaction. This type of research uses a causal quantitative method. The data used for the research is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents employees of PT. Telkomsel, Tbk Branch Malang. The sampling technique used was the census. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of research indicate that Work-Life Balance and Career Development affect simultaneously to Employee Satisfaction. Partially, work life balance significantly to employee job satisfaction. Career development has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, will be falling again. The most dominant effect on employee job satisfaction is the work balance.

This study aims to determine whether motivation, leadership and competence affect the work productivity of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjung Pinang Area. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews, questionnaires and literature studies whose measurements use a Likert scale and processed with the SPSS22 program. The sample technique used purposive sampling amounting to 74 respondents distributed to all permanent employees of PT PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using data quality test, classic test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously motivation, leadership and competence have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. In partial testing (t test) motivation does not have a significant effect on the productivity of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. Partial leadership has a significant effect on the productivity of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. Partial competence does not have a significant effect on work productivity of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area employees

Abstract The purpose of this research is how the picture of the level of employee job satisfaction CV. Mitra Boga Tama in general are viewed from the six aspects of job satisfaction: the nature of work, attitude and superior leadership, the relationship between co-workers, working conditions, salaries and benefits, and opportunities to develop a career. It also determines which aspects of job satisfaction has been providing job satisfaction and aspects which do not provide job satisfaction.  This type of study is a descriptive quantitative questionnaires as primary data collection tool which is supported by interviews. The research was conducted on 26 respondents who are employees in the sample of the population CV. Mitra Boga Tama. Sample technique used is total sampling that is taking on the entire sample population, this is because the amount is less than 100 respondents. Prior to the analysis of data, it first tested the validity and reliability of research instruments with SPSS 17.0 for Windows. Validity testing is done using correlation Pearson Product Moment in SPSS program for windows version 17.00. As for the reliability of testing instruments in this study, reliability tests carried out using Cronbach Alpha Formula techniques and by using the SPSS program for windows 17.00.  The results showed that of the six aspects of job satisfaction: the nature of work, attitude and superior leadership, the relationship between co-workers, working conditions, salaries and benefits, and opportunities to develop a career, describing all aspects of employee job satisfaction. Moreover, if viewed a picture of the six aspects of job satisfaction that no aspect has been providing job satisfaction, four aspects of assessing only the neutral and the judge is not satisfied aspect is the aspect of salary and career development. From the results of this study can be in the know that the need for companies / leaders to improve the system or human resources personnel and employees need to do an evaluation for the purpose of the enterprise can be met or improved than before. Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of job characteristics and physical work environment on job satisfaction in the Archives and Library Service of West Sumatra Province. This research is a causative descriptive study. The population in this study consisted of all civil servant employees using primary data and secondary data. The analytical method that is used  multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 21. To test hypotheses using statistical t test with a level of α of 5%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Causes of Job Satisfaction Involved by Leadership Ethics and Organizational Commitment of Employees. The design of this study is a descriptive study that describes the information and characteristics of the population or phenomenon being studied. The description used is for statistical calculation, whereas survey investigation is conducted to measure the variables with questionnaires spread by 18 questions using five points LIKERT SCALE. The method used to evaluate the survey results of several studies with regression, primary data collected from the respondents and also secondary data to support information. From the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between leadership ethics, organizational commitment and employee job satisfaction. Data analysis used in this study is SPSS. The results of this study conclude that leadership ethics has a certain influence on organizational commitment and employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Leadership Ethics, Organizational Commitment, Employee Job Satisfaction.
