This article explores ideographs in the inaugural speeches of Heads of State/Government of Pakistan from the country’s founding in 1947 to 2018 – the time of the latest inaugural speeches in Pakistan’s political history. The data was collected from multiple sources, mostly official. A total of fifty-eight speeches were analyzed, which contained 124,363 words—averaging 2,144 words apiece. The study was qualitative in nature and employed McGee’s framework of Ideographic Criticism for data analysis. Setting ‘ideograph’ as a unit of analysis, the study carried out repeated close readings of the speeches. The analysis involved five steps: identification, translation (in case of Urdu speeches), categorization, contextualization and interpretation. Thus, in all 493 ideographs (both positive and negative) were identified in the speeches. While analysis of such a large number of ideographs was practically impossible, only 58 ideographs (47 positive and 11 negative), which had a frequency of 10 or above in both English and Urdu speeches taken together or in either of the languages, were analyzed diachronically. This study is the first attempt of its kind in the context of Pakistan and contributes at four levels: Theory, Method, Genre and Context.

Big data is featured by multiple sources and heterogeneity. Based on the big data platform of Hadoop and spark, a hybrid analysis on forest fire is built in this study. This platform combines the big data analysis and processing technology, and learns from the research results of different technical fields, such as forest fire monitoring. In this system, HDFS of Hadoop is used to store all kinds of data, spark module is used to provide various big data analysis methods, and visualization tools are used to realize the visualization of analysis results, such as Echarts, ArcGIS and unity3d. Finally, an experiment for forest fire point detection is designed so as to corroborate the feasibility and effectiveness, and provide some meaningful guidance for the follow-up research and the establishment of forest fire monitoring and visualized early warning big data platform. However, there are two shortcomings in this experiment: more data types should be selected. At the same time, if the original data can be converted to XML format, the compatibility is better. It is expected that the above problems can be solved in the follow-up research.

Executive development can only be properly conceptualized as a part of the state's overall human resource development (HRD) system. As a part of that system, the special needs and constraints of executive development can be addressed. Some of the best human resource development systems build level by level, with executive development as the logical and integrated conclusion, even though the programs may be housed in a variety of settings. As background, this article discusses the differences in the four levels of HRD, the three major skill areas that are identified with each of these levels, and the four features that characterize good human resource systems. It concentrates on the features that characterize good executive development systems and also includes a number of examples of good executive development systems in the federal and state government sectors.

The article deals with the role of constitutional complaint in the system of quality assurance of the state legislation, for protection of the rights and freedoms. Constitutional complaints, as well as their optimal models, require detailed research. Comparative analysis and survey are the main methods. The subject of a constitutional complaint in the model proposed by the authors may be laws or their individual provisions, regulations of heads of state, government, other statutes and regulations, individual administrative acts, judgements in specific cases. Citizens, foreigners, stateless persons, and legal entities are subjects who have the right to file a constitutional complaint. The authors attribute the following conditions of admissibility of a constitutional complaint: the presence and proof of violation of his/its constitutional rights and freedoms, the use of all other remedies to protect violated rights and freedoms, compliance with deadlines for filing a constitutional complaint in some countries, and payment of state duty. The model proposed by the authors is, however, universal, and further needs to be detailed for countries of interest.

Pahang is a state that is constantly intensifying development efforts to ensure the well-being of its people in achieving the target of becoming a viable state by 2050. However, the Covid-19 pandemic crisis has threatened the well-being of the population, especially the negative impact on the socio-economic landscape. As a result, almost all economic and social sectors were closed and has resulted in workers experiencing wage reductions, layoffs, and consequently rising unemployment rates. Therefore, Pahang state government needs to optimize all the opportunities available, among them is throughout efficient and effective management of employment resources. This study is a case study under the topic of employment resource management for the Pahang state government. The main objective of this study is to support Pahang state government in identifying the projected source of labor for the year 2020-2025, especially in the industrial sector. Apart from that, this study also seeks to help the Pahang state government by identifying factors related to the development of the industrial sector in line with the increase in employment resources. To realize the objectives of the study, secondary data were fully used in the data analysis. The results of the data analysis have projected that employment resources in the state of Pahang will increase approximately by 5,000 people a year and will reach a total of 1.77 million by 2025. The total labor force also increased from 748,000 in 2021 to 767,300 people in 2025 with Labor Force Participation Rate equivalent to 63.31%. At the same time the projection also records the total external labor force increasing to 42,400 people although at the same time the total working population increased to 733,600 people. The study also proposes employment projections in the industrial sector from 2021 to 2025. It is hoped that various initiatives that are implemented by various stakeholders to the industrial sector in Pahang could offers innovative employment opportunities to various sections of society to enhance socio-economic growth and spread the wellbeing to the society.

<span><em>The background of this research was to conduct a profound study of impact of other-customer failure </em><span><em>The purpose of this paper is to investigate how and why other-customer misbehavior has a negative </em><span><em>influence on customer satisfaction with the service firm.</em><br /><span><em>The objectives of this research was : (a) the effect of controllability to firm responsibility, (b) the effect </em><span><em>of stability to firm responsibility, (c) the effect of firm responsibility to customer satisfaction, (d) the </em><span><em>effect of firm responsibility to service recovery expectations, (e) the effect of service recovery </em><span><em>expectations to customer satisfaction, (f) the effect of severity of other customer failure to service </em><span><em>recovery expectations, (g) the effect of severity of other customer failure to customer satisfaction, (h) </em><span><em>the effect of perceived employee effort to customer satisfaction.</em><br /><span><em>The design of this research applies a survey toward unit of analysis on hotels services by interview the </em><span><em>customers for testing hypothesis. Meanwhile the required data consist of seventh variables which are</em><br /><span><em>controllability attributions, stability attributions, firm responsibility, service recovery expectation, </em><span><em>severity of other customer failure, perceived employee effort and customer satisfaction. The aggregate</em><br /><span><em>numbers of hotels guests being respondent of the study are 200. Data analysis used in this research </em><span><em>was consists of Structural Equation Model Analysis by AMOS 6 as software.</em><br /><span><em>The result of this research conclude that controllability and stability attributions had an effect to firm </em><span><em>responsibility, firm responsibility had an effect to service recovery expectations, severity of other</em><br /><span><em>customer failure had an effect to service recovery expactations, and perceived employee effort had an </em><span><em>effect to customer satisfaction. Spiritual spirits is a non-formal education activities conducted in a place of worship in an Islamic society as a place to deepen and examine the knowledge of religion, whether morals, worship, or muamalah. While the material is taught in spiritually spirited teen Bulak Setro is more to morality material that aims to shape morals on the younger generation. While teenagers spiritual spirits efforts conducted by teenagers Bulak Setro in forming the morality of the young generation that is by providing education, pedagogy, habituation, and exemplary to the congregation (members) sprinkling the spiritual. This research uses qualitative approach, with observation research technique, documentation, and interview. As for data analysis in this study using qualitative analysis. The credible test uses triangulation or checking data from multiple sources in various ways and times. The study of adolescents has a huge contribution in the formation of morality of the younger generation in the future, the region prepares its generation with positive things so it becomes a habit for teenagers to attend a recitation, as an exercise to cultivate a sense of responsibility by becoming a tutor, without losing their adolescence, because people still give them the freedom to play and hang out like any other teenager.

In this paper the role of four interdependent elements of the research process is discussed: namely the phenomena with which the problem under consideration is concerned (i.e. individual thoughts, feelings, actions, and reactions), theories, methods for the collection of the data, and statistical procedures for data analysis. It is stated that the appropriate use of theory, method, and statistics must be based on systematic analyses and descriptions of the phenomena per se.

This chapter focuses on re-interpreting the findings of a recent study based on collaborative learning perspectives. The study utilized a case study design in which two online postgraduate courses were investigated as a collective case study. Online observations, analysis of the archived course content and interview transcripts were used as data collection techniques. The data from multiple sources were triangulated. Qualitative techniques were used in data analysis and descriptive statistics were integrated to extend the meaning of qualitative data. The findings of the study suggest that social interactivity is pivotal to facilitating meaningful learning in formal online education. The findings further illustrate that development of productive communities in continuing (in-service) education is a gradual process that evolves through four stages starting from community of interest to community of practice.
