As Islam is a complete religion which gives directions to human being in all aspects of the life, so it claims to be the founder of civilization. The period of the advent of Islam was the period which formulated man inside the Arabian Peninsula, established the blocks of a new civilization that brought people out of the darkness to light, and placed the bases for enter man in Islamic society. However, Islam claims that lay out of Civilization was already established before the birth of Holy Prophet (S.A) and all the prophets after Hazrat Adam (A.S) were continuously preaching the salient factors of this civilization, however it was completed and declared in written form (Al-Quran) during the period of Holy Prophet Mohammed (S.A.W).  Reveletion was the core of formulating the creeds and Ideas of an individual, purifying him, creating Links and establishing the building upon which the entire nation is based. Allah said the truth when He said: "Indeed, there has come to you from Allah a light (Prophet Mohammed peace be upon him) and a plain book (Sora Al-Maida: 15:1) This Qur'an. Wherewith Allah guides all those who seek His good pleasure to ways of peace, and He brings them out of darkness by His will unto light and guides them to to a straight way (Islamic Monothesim). Islam propounds a culture where everybody follows the rules. Islam aims to preserve peace and tranquillity within the society and thus takes all required legal action to ensure the community against disruptive elements. The notion of retribution in Islam is not the primary law of Islam. They are only imposed as a requirement or series and a vindication of the primary structure of Islamic society. Criminal activity within the revered Islamic order of society is not condoned. Islam aims to change the world by changing its human adherents. Shariah law is focused on the individual rights of persons, but those rights only exist within a framework that stresses the rights of other people. Islam is not against the relative culpability of offenders and how circumstances regulate illegal conduct. Islam is the only religion where its laws and regulations are enforced according to a particular set of laws and regulations. Islam uses a system of proportional punishment. Islamic punishments are entirely justified because Islam takes complete steps to deter crime and inculcates offenders' moral conduct. The Islamic Criminal law has accepted several crimes by offering deterrence, reformative, retaliate and other kinds of punishments to uphold harmony in the community and rehabilitate the offenders. This paper focuses on the Islamic penology and the concept of crime and their punishment and explores its social, historical, and current value

Historically, Pakistan has been based on an ideology and that ideology is Islam. Islam has given social rights to women. The Qur'an is the basic and paramount source of Islamic sciences. It describes the rights of women in detail. There is even a major Surah in the Qur'an, “Surat al-Nisa” which is a Surah for women's rights. In the name of women's rights, a voice came from the West and then spread all over the world. UN agencies came into action and laws on women's rights began to be enacted and International Women's Day was celebrated. Its effects have also been felt in Pakistan and for almost four to five years, the Women's March has been celebrated in Pakistan as well. The Women's March chanted slogans that demanded women's freedom, will, identity, and other rights. This research paper is an attempt to explore the fact that what is need for women to use these slogans in the Islamic society of Pakistan. Furthermore, this research article also covers the debate on how these demands of women can be analyzed in the light of Pakistan's objective circumstances, culture, and Islamic values. Abstract Religious rituals during the COVID-19 pandemic are indeed different from previous times. Nowadays, it is required to use a series of conditions in running it. In various regions in carrying out many worship activities, cultural rites, religion must be limited by several provisions. In celebration, not all will attend the assembly or mosque. As for this article, the author uses a phenomenological approach methodology to map current phenomena on the surface that are different from religious activities before the outbreak of Covid-19. The result of this study is that pilgrimage to the grave has become a rite in Islamic society when approaching major holidays, making pilgrimages always a social gathering and ritual that must be carried out even though there is a pandemic. However, with this pandemic, many public cemeteries have been closed and many appeals not to come to the graves during the pandemic, especially during major holidays in Islam. So it can be concluded that the religious ritual of pilgrimage to the grave, which has taken root in the community and becomes a ritual that must be carried out when approaching a certain day, cannot be limited even with the Covid-19 pandemic.

Najib el-Kîlânî, who lived in Egypt from 1931 to 1995, is one of the important figures in Islamic literature. He dabbled in literature when he was young and wrote about a hundred works. The period he lived and the countries he visited gave him the opportunity to get to know the problems faced by the Islamic society. The author depicted these problems that he witnessed in his works. Najib el-Kîlânî, who focuses on the social, political, economic and religious problems of the Muslim community in his literary works, deals with 1973 Egypt-Israel war in his novel “Ramazan Habîbî” that is the focal point of our research. The novel is about the expansionist policy of the Jews, the unjust oppression they faced and the struggle of the Egyptian people against America's hypocrisy. In the novel, the struggle of the Egyptian people against Israel for the liberation of the Sinai Desert and the Suez Canal, the occupied lands, is told. It is about the war between the Arabs and Israel in 1973, known as the Ramazan War (Yom Kippur War). It relates the overnight seizure of the “Bar-Lev Line”, which Israel says is impassable. In this study, Najib el-Kîlânî’s novel “Ramazan Habîbî” will be examined technically and thematically within the framework of issues such as the cultural corruption experienced by the Arab society, their approach to Zionism and the problem of the sense of belonging for their homeland.
