Sekolah khoiru ummah merupakan salah satu lembaga yang selalu berhubungan dengan tenaga pendidik sebagai aktor pertama dan tenaga kependidikan sebagai support organisasi. Permasalahan terjadi ketika harus menyeleksi calon tenaga pendidik, dimana banyaknya pelamar membuat proses penyeleksian dalam menentukan alternatif  terbaik yang dilakukan masih dengan cara menimbang setiap skor secara manual diatas kertas. Kondisi tersebut terjadi kendala sulitnya untuk memutuskan calon tenaga pendidik yang sesuai kebutuhan dikarenakan harus menimbang dengan prasaan, kemudian proses keputusan juga masih lambat karena harus bermusyarawah yang cukup panjang dari personalia, kepala sekolah hingga yayasan demi konsistensi keputusan tepat untuk dipilih. Dengan demikian persoalan ini dibutuhkan suatu solusi proses keputusan yang relevan dan cepat dengan analisis metode Analytical hierarchy  process (AHP) dengan kriteria kelengkapan adminitrasi pelamar, ujian tertulis, penilaian personality, wawancara dan micro teaching. Sedangkan sampel data alternatif ada tiga pelamar yang akan dianalisis dengan metode  AHP. Data nilai awal masukan didapatkan melalui quisioner perbandingan yang dinilai oleh personalia, kepala sekolah dan Yayasan dengan konsistensi kriteria 0.08 dimana nilai ini falid karena sesuai dengan kaedah konsistensi standar Thomas l.Saaty yaitu konsisten nilai < 0.1. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan langkah perhitungan consisten indek dan index random yang terdapat pada tahapan AHP kepada nilai masukan nilai tabel matrik perbandingan dari data alternatif. Hasil pengujian dengan nilai konsistensi seluruh data baik kriteria dan alternatif mendapatkan keputusan tebaik  rekomendasi dengan nilai tertinggi didapatkan oleh Husen ahmad dengan nilai 0.729, kedua Sikin al hafidz dengan nilai 0.163 dan Sulaiman akhbar dengan nilai 0.109.   Abstract  The khoiru ummah school is one of the institutions that is always in touch with educators as the first actors and educational staff as organizational support. The problem occurs when it comes to selecting prospective teaching staff, where many applicants make a selection process in determining the best alternative which is still done by weighing each score manually on paper. In this condition, there is an obstacle in the difficulty of deciding the candidate for educators who are suitable for their needs because they have to weigh carefully, then the decision process is also still slow because they have to have a long discussion from personnel, principals to foundations for consistency in the right decision to be chosen. Thus, this problem requires a solution for the decision process that is relevant and fast by analyzing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the criteria for completeness of applicant administration, written examinations, personality assessments, interviews and micro teaching. Meanwhile, the sample of alternative data were three applicants who were analyzed using the AHP method. Initial input value data were obtained through comparative questionnaires assessed by personnel, principals and foundations with the consistency of the criterion of 0.08 where this value was falid because it was in accordance with Thomas L.aaty's standard consistency principle, which was consistent with a value of <0.1. This test is carried out by calculating the consisten index and random index contained in the AHP stage to the input values ​​of the comparison matrix table values ​​from alternative data. The results of the test with the consistency value of all data, both criteria and alternatives, get the best recommendation with the highest value obtained by Husen Ahmad with a value of 0.729, both Sikin al Hafidz with a value of 0.163 and Sulaiman akhbar with a value of 0.109.

The security category does not escape a strict security system. The Security Task Force (SATGASKAM) is a unit that guards every agency and company in order to avoid crime. There were several problems in the security unit recruitment process. This applies a conventional assessment. It is said to be conventional because the assessment system in the recruitment only involves human reasoning abilities from a number of predetermined criteria. In this study, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was applied for the security guard recruitment system. The selection process uses criteria which are the requirements for being accepted as security officers. The criteria used are the level of education, the equality value, the psychological score, and the results of the interviews. These criteria include the requirements contained in the regulation of the Head of Police of the Republic of Indonesia. The research method is carried out in several stages by comparing the AHP calculation process and the process of the result value of the system. The AHP process begins by determining the criteria, the eigenvalues. The results of the AHP method show transparency in recruitment with respective values and have a certain weight according to the priority of the agency.

Loans for civil servants and police employees must be given to employees who are entitled to receive them. Lending without any criteria makes other employees not accept them. Lending using criteria ensures that the employee given the loan is an employee who deserves to receive it. The ahp method is able to complete the selection of employees who are eligible for the loan. Because of the criteria that can determine the weight value for each attribute, and then proceed with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives. In this case, the alternative in question is the one who is entitled to receive a loan based on attributes, or determining criteria in selecting employees who are eligible to receive loans. Based on the ranking, Juliana Situmorang's employee has the highest score of 0.977 compared to other employees. The ahp method is the right step in determining employees who are eligible to receive loans.

The National Land Agency (abbreviated BPN in Indonesian) is a non-ministerial government institution that is under and responsible to the President and led by the Head (in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 63 of 2013). The problems that occur at the Pekanbaru Land Office in determining outstanding employees are only seen based on the results of the work they do, not based on the criteria for each employee. Therefore, this study was conducted to provide application in determining outstanding employees with more detailed results based on the criteria of each employee using several methods, including the Balanced Scorecard method and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on the research results, it is known that based on the Balanced Scorecard method, the criteria to be used are Comprehension, Accuracy, Craft, and Discipline with the same highest value, namely 12.25. After that, each employee was assessed based on the criteria using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the highest score being DHEA with a value of 0.301.

Basically, each marketplace has its own market, therefore as a seller who will start an online business, especially those who use the marketplace, they must know which marketplace is right to start their online business according to what category of goods to sell. This research is needed to help business people, in this case ornamental plant traders, choose the right marketplace for their online business activities. Decision Support System (DSS) is a computer-based system used to help make decisions from structured and semi-structured problems. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method that can be used to select from the specified criteria. This method can simplify the criteria that are considered in making decisions for marketplace selection to be simpler and easier to understand. The results of the study show that the decisions made using the AHP method are very effective, and are expected to help make objective decisions. After processing data and analyzing respondent data, with the criteria for the number of visitors, transaction system, features, and searc engine optimization (SEO), it was found that Lazada (0.428) has the highest priority, Tokopedia (0.235) with second priority, Shopee (0.204) with priority third, and Bukalapak (0.133) with the fourth priority

Abstract Forest Product Utilization Permit (IUPHH) has the right to manage a production forest is also obliged to keep the production forest functioning properly and not being converted into other uses. The collaboration pattern between the IUPHH management unit and the community around the forest is one of the best ways to monitor and apply the silvicultural method of production forest by creating an agro-industry for the community around the forest. The problem is what type of agroforestry is more dominant and more profitable. The purpose of this research is to find out what types of commodities are suitable to be developed in the area around the Peusangan production forest. This research was conducted by means of direct interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results show that the community around the Peusangan production forest is more suitable to develop dragon blood (daemonorops draco) plant agroforestry, either by utilizing / collecting non-timber forest products or cultivating it which has a value of 0.457, this value is very large compared to other commodities, while considering the market availability which has a value weight of 0.587, constitutes the majority consideration.

PT Urchindize has more than 35 anchovy suppliers, although the company has many suppliers, it still often encounters obstacles. The obstacle felt by the company is that the supplier has not been able to meet a number of standard criteria owned by the company. The company has not yet implemented the proper selection and assessment method for suppliers. Based on this, the company must select suppliers to get suppliers who are truly able to meet company needs consistently and with quality. Based on the results of data processing using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, obtained the most influential criteria in supplier selection in the following order of priority: price criteria, delivery criteria, quality criteria, supplier relationship criteria, service criteria and responsibility. While the right supplier in the selection of suppliers for PT. Urchindize namely Mr. Ali Yudin became the main priority with a weight of 0.181, second was Mr. Akhsan with a weight of 0.159, third was Mr. Sugiyanto with a weight of 0.141, fourth was Mr. Junaidi with a weight of 0.118, the fifth was Mr. Masdawi with a weight of 0.102, the sixth was is Mrs. Mustarikah with a weight of 0.081, seventh is Mr. Sofyan and Mr. Idris with a weight of 0.073, eighth is Mr. Yusman with a weight of 0.044, the last priority is Mr. Abdul Rokhman with a weight of 0.037.

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan bagian pembelajaran yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa sebagai pengabdian kepada masyarakat atas adanya Perguruan Tinggi (PT) yang berada diindonesia untuk memberikan kontribusi keilmuan didalam masyaraka. Penilaian dilakukan baik bersifat individu maupun kegiatan kelompok oleh Ketua LPPM sebagai evaluasi diakhir kegiatan, guna mengetahui sejauh mana ilmu yang mereka miliki. Namun pada kenyataannya penilaian yang dilakukan masih bersifat fuzzy (Kabur), karena penilaian dilakukan dalam skala subyektif di mana setiap penilai berbeda satu dengan yang lainya tentang suatu objek,  unutk itu perlu dibangun sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) berbasis logika Fuzzy dalam membantu  mengolah data dari hasil evaluasi penilaian. Dengan metode metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) berbasis Logika Fuzzy  diharapkan mampu melakukan penilaian tepat sasaran guna mencari nilai rekomendasi yang tepat sebelum dirangking dalam mencari kelompok terbaik. Logika fuzzy yang digunakan dalam merekekomendasikan kelompok terbaik pada permasalahan ini yaitu dengan fuzzy tahani, dengan hasil fuzzyfikasi data dengan ketentuan bahwa nilai kelompok tidak boleh kurang dari 1 pada setiap variabelnya. Pengujian pertama dilakukan untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi kelompok terbaik menggunakan logika fuzzy selanjutnya di rangking menggunakan metode AHP sehingga didapatkan urutan yang sistematis dengan urutan  (1) Pengalihan (Kelompok 54) Rangking Pertama dengan total Nilai 0.364,  (2) Tembilahan Hulu II (Kelompok 1) Rangking Kedua dengan total Nilai 0.275. (3) Tanah Merah (Kelompok 38) Rangking Ketiga dengan total Nilai 0.199, (4) Kuala Sebatu (Kelompok 16) Rangking Keempat dengan total Nilai 0.161.   Kata kunci: SPK, AHP, Logika Fuzzy, Tahani, Penilaian KKN   Abstract The Community Service Program (KKN) is a part of learning given to students as a service to the community for the existence of Universities (PT) that are located in Indonesia to provide scientific contributions in the community. Assessment is carried out both individually and in group activities by the Chairperson of the LPPM as an evaluation at the end of the activity, in order to find out the extent of their knowledge. But in reality the assessment carried out is still fuzzy because the assessment is carried out on a subjective scale where each appraiser is different from one another about an object, for which a decision support system (SPK) needs to be built using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method based on Fuzzy logic in helping process data from the evaluation evaluation results. The Fuzzy Logic-based Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is expected to be able to assess the target in order to find the right value of the recommendation before ranking in finding the best group. Fuzzy logic used in the best group recommendations on this problem is fuzzy tahani, with the results of data fuzzyfication provided that group values cannot be less than 1 in each variable. The first test was carried out to get the best group recommendations using fuzzy logic then ranked using the AHP method so that a systematic sequence was obtained in the order of (1) Transfer (Group 54) First rank with a total value of 0.364, (2) Upstream II (Group 1) Ranking Second with a total value of 0.275. Nowadays, tempe household industry entrepreneurs must choose the right factory location. Location is very influential for develop of a company, besides it can minimize problems in the future. The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of priority criteria in selecting factory locations. The results of the calculation of priority criteria, it is hoped that entrepreneurs will find it easier to determine a suitable location to build a tempe factory. This research was conducted in Karanganyar Regency. The method used to determine the priority criteria for selecting the tempe factory location is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. After through the process of obtaining data and analyzing calculations using Microsoft Excel, the percentage result of the criteria are geological and climatic conditions (34.67%), availability of labor (26.94%), market and marketing distance (14.93%), transportation facilities (11.36%), supporting facilities and utilities (7.08%) and distance to the location of raw material suppliers (5.02%). This criterion combines several aspects based on the level of importance, so that the results of the order in selecting the location of the tempe factory will be more objective

Yogyakarta and many more. the milk café owner has plans to open a new café branch. The milk café owner does not yet have the right method for determining location selection recommendations. Currently, café owners only conduct surveys and then choose locations that they think are appropriate based on several criteria so that café owners are often hesitant in determining the right location. Choosing an improper business location can cause bankruptcy or failure to run a business. This study aims to find out how the AHP method is able to provide problem solving solutions in the selection of locations in the expansion of the café business. And how to build a decision support system application AHP method. The data used are location data to conduct a feasibility survey based on criteria data to locations that have been determined by the team leader, where the criteria for determining new cafes are strategic locations, market share, competitors, rental prices and area size ... results from AHP calculations for expansion of the café is that it can be concluded that the alternative location of Jl. Sultan Syahrir Surakarta was stated as the most suitable location to be chosen as the location of the new branch of The Milk Café with the highest weighting value of 0.235. While the least recommended alternative locations are Jl. Adi Soemarmo with the least total weight is 0.153.
