The National Land Agency (abbreviated BPN in Indonesian) is a non-ministerial government institution that is under and responsible to the President and led by the Head (in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 63 of 2013). The problems that occur at the Pekanbaru Land Office in determining outstanding employees are only seen based on the results of the work they do, not based on the criteria for each employee. Therefore, this study was conducted to provide application in determining outstanding employees with more detailed results based on the criteria of each employee using several methods, including the Balanced Scorecard method and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on the research results, it is known that based on the Balanced Scorecard method, the criteria to be used are Comprehension, Accuracy, Craft, and Discipline with the same highest value, namely 12.25. After that, each employee was assessed based on the criteria using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the highest score being DHEA with a value of 0.301.

Abstrak - Metode pengukuran kinerja perusahaan dengan menggunakan Balanced Scorecard merupakan strategi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, tingkat efisiensi, dan persaingan. Penilaian kinerja mengolah masukan menjadi keluaran atau penilaian dalam penyusunan kebijakan, program dan kegiatan yang dianggap penting serta berpengaruh pada pencapaian sasaran dan tujuan .Hasil dari penilaian kinerja ini menjadi dasar penilaian keberhasilan dan kegagalan pelaksanaan kegiatan sesuai dengan sasaran dan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pengukuran kinerja di Puskesmas Astanagarib Kota Cirebon berdasarkan Balance Scorecard. Pembobotan elemen kinerja dilakukan dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Pengumpulan data diawali dengan penilaian terhadap visi, misi, dan strategi puskesmas. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan metode AHP. Pengumpulan data tiap perspektif menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan data dari Puskesmas. Metode AHP menerapkan pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif yang dipilih berdasarkan pertimbangan semua kriteria dalam bentuk hierarki. AHP menerapkan metode analisis dan sintesis yang membantu proses pengambilan keputusan dan membantu dalam menetapkan prioritas-prioritas dan membuat keputusan berdasarkan aspek kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang harus dipertimbangkan. Tahapan analisis dibuat dalam bentuk aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan analisis kinerja Puskesmas. Dari hasil perhitungan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengukuran kinerja di Puskesmas Astanagarib dengan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard dan metode hitung Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) menunjukkan bahwa kinerja di Puskesmas tersebut sudah baik, dinilai dari tiga perspektif yang diukur dengan bobot 0,39 untuk proses bisnis internal, pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan 0,22. Hasil evaluasi kinerja Puskesmas cukup baik dengan skor 0,99. Abtract - The method of measuring company performance using the Balanced Scorecard is a strategy to increase productivity, efficiency levels, and competition. Performance appraisal processes input into outputs or assessments in the formulation of policies, programs and activities that are considered important and have an effect on the achievement of goals and objectives. The results of this performance appraisal form the basis for assessing the success and failure of implementing activities in accordance with predetermined goals and objectives. This study aims to determine the performance measurement system at the Astanagarib Health Center Cirebon City based on the Balance Scorecard. The weighting of the performance elements is carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Data collection begins with an assessment of the vision, mission, and strategy of the puskesmas. The data obtained were then processed using the AHP method. Collecting data for each perspective using a questionnaire, interviews and data from the Puskesmas. The AHP method applies decision making based on a number of criteria and alternatives selected based on the consideration of all criteria in a hierarchical form. AHP applies analysis and synthesis methods that assist the decision-making process and assist in setting priorities and making decisions based on qualitative and quantitative aspects that must be considered. The stages of analysis are made in the form of applications that can facilitate analysis of the performance of Puskesmas. From the calculation results, it can be concluded that the performance measurement at the Astanagarib Health Center using the Balanced Scorecard method and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) calculation method shows that the performance at the Puskesmas is good, judged from three perspectives measured with a weight of 0.39 for internal business processes. learning and growth 0.22. Sekolah khoiru ummah merupakan salah satu lembaga yang selalu berhubungan dengan tenaga pendidik sebagai aktor pertama dan tenaga kependidikan sebagai support organisasi. Permasalahan terjadi ketika harus menyeleksi calon tenaga pendidik, dimana banyaknya pelamar membuat proses penyeleksian dalam menentukan alternatif  terbaik yang dilakukan masih dengan cara menimbang setiap skor secara manual diatas kertas. Kondisi tersebut terjadi kendala sulitnya untuk memutuskan calon tenaga pendidik yang sesuai kebutuhan dikarenakan harus menimbang dengan prasaan, kemudian proses keputusan juga masih lambat karena harus bermusyarawah yang cukup panjang dari personalia, kepala sekolah hingga yayasan demi konsistensi keputusan tepat untuk dipilih. Dengan demikian persoalan ini dibutuhkan suatu solusi proses keputusan yang relevan dan cepat dengan analisis metode Analytical hierarchy  process (AHP) dengan kriteria kelengkapan adminitrasi pelamar, ujian tertulis, penilaian personality, wawancara dan micro teaching. Sedangkan sampel data alternatif ada tiga pelamar yang akan dianalisis dengan metode  AHP. Data nilai awal masukan didapatkan melalui quisioner perbandingan yang dinilai oleh personalia, kepala sekolah dan Yayasan dengan konsistensi kriteria 0.08 dimana nilai ini falid karena sesuai dengan kaedah konsistensi standar Thomas l.Saaty yaitu konsisten nilai < 0.1. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan langkah perhitungan consisten indek dan index random yang terdapat pada tahapan AHP kepada nilai masukan nilai tabel matrik perbandingan dari data alternatif. Hasil pengujian dengan nilai konsistensi seluruh data baik kriteria dan alternatif mendapatkan keputusan tebaik  rekomendasi dengan nilai tertinggi didapatkan oleh Husen ahmad dengan nilai 0.729, kedua Sikin al hafidz dengan nilai 0.163 dan Sulaiman akhbar dengan nilai 0.109.   Abstract  The khoiru ummah school is one of the institutions that is always in touch with educators as the first actors and educational staff as organizational support. The problem occurs when it comes to selecting prospective teaching staff, where many applicants make a selection process in determining the best alternative which is still done by weighing each score manually on paper. In this condition, there is an obstacle in the difficulty of deciding the candidate for educators who are suitable for their needs because they have to weigh carefully, then the decision process is also still slow because they have to have a long discussion from personnel, principals to foundations for consistency in the right decision to be chosen. Thus, this problem requires a solution for the decision process that is relevant and fast by analyzing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the criteria for completeness of applicant administration, written examinations, personality assessments, interviews and micro teaching. Meanwhile, the sample of alternative data were three applicants who were analyzed using the AHP method. Initial input value data were obtained through comparative questionnaires assessed by personnel, principals and foundations with the consistency of the criterion of 0.08 where this value was falid because it was in accordance with Thomas L.aaty's standard consistency principle, which was consistent with a value of <0.1. This test is carried out by calculating the consisten index and random index contained in the AHP stage to the input values ​​of the comparison matrix table values ​​from alternative data. The results of the test with the consistency value of all data, both criteria and alternatives, get the best recommendation with the highest value obtained by Husen Ahmad with a value of 0.729, both Sikin al Hafidz with a value of 0.163 and Sulaiman akhbar with a value of 0.109.

Islamic financial services unit is a business unit in a cooperative whose business activities are engaged in financing, investment and savings in accordance with the profit sharing pattern (sharia). This study aims to create a Decision Support System to determine the acceptance of qordh contract financing using the Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method used to determine the criteria weights and the Weighted Product (WP) method is used to determine the qordh contract financing recipient ranking. Obtained the results of the AHP method calculation with the highest priority, namely the guarantee criteria with a value of 39%, the criteria for work with a value of 24%, the criteria for the amount of financing with a value of 9%, the term criteria with a value of 9%, the age criteria with a value of 14%, and the last criteria financing history with a priority value of 4%.Based on the WP calculation results, the first recommended alternative results obtained qordh contract financing is alternative 7 with a V_7 value of 0.159, followed by alternative 3 with a V_3 value of 0.109, alternative 1 with a V_1 value of 0.105, alternative 6 with a V_6 value of 0.098, alternative 8 with a V_8 value of 0.096, alternative 9 with a V_9 value of 0.093, alternative 4 with a V_4 value of 0.082, alternative 5 with a V_5 value of 0.081, alternative 2 with a V_2 value of 0.061, alternative 10 with a V_10 value of 0.057, and the The last is alternative 11 with a value of V_11 which is 0.056.

Small industry is one important component in national economic structure, because it canabsorb a lot of manpower and a lot of exploiting the potential of natural resources abundant inIndonesia. The number of small industries in Indonesia is quite a lot, but has not been matchedby much higher performance. Therefore the number of small industries which are so muchslower average growth and is difficult to compete with large industrial products and importedproducts. Industry performance is one of the criteria used to measure industry growth. Withperformance measurement-performance small industry and handicraft villages can be foundin different areas of industry map homeland. During the performance measurement industryis based only on financial aspects. Performance measurement of the financial aspect is important,but still there are other aspects that are also important and need attention because theyaffect the performance of the industry, namely: aspects of customer (market), internal businessprocesses and learning and growth. Therefore it is necessary for measuring the performanceof various aspects of small scale industries so that their performance can be evaluated andformulated a model maintenance and development of small industries and handicraft villagesare more comprehensive. The method used is the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and AnalyticalHierarchy Process (AHP). The Balanced Scorecard measures the performance of the business/ industry with 4 perspective, financial, customer, business process within the company, andthe process of learning and growth. Method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used toembobot each perspective and each Critical Success Factor. Research results showed that theaverage performance of small industries in Trowulan Pasuruan Stone Statue of 2083 (categoryenough). There are 2 perspectives of a very large weight on the performance of a stone statue ofa small industry of financial and customer. Moderate success factors have great influence onboth perspectives is the total asset turn over the tattoo and the number of new customers.

The location of the photo prewedding is a place that can describe the happiness of the bride and groom. In these conditions sometimes the general public especially prospective bride and groom and the photographer have difficulty in choosing the location of the photo prewedding best. Then the resulting decision-makers will get the location of the photo prewedding which is not in accordance with what is expected. In this study utilizes the Method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to help the bride and groom and the photographer in choosing the location of the photo prewedding best, especially in the area of Jakarta. This study using six criteria such as distance, number of spots, transportation, time, cost, location, and theme. From the Results of the analysis and processing of the data obtained that the Ancol with superior value 0,224047721 (22%) berbandingan to cafe batavia with a value of 0,195494507 (20%), sunda kelapa harbor to the value 0,187335550 (19%), taman wisata mangrove angke kapuk with a value of 0,171584976 (17%), old city, with the value of 0,162696386 (16%), and glodok, with a value of 0,058840858 (6%).

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah salah satu penggerak perekonomian suatu daerah, termasuk Kota Sorong. UKM di Kota Sorong belum berkembang secara optimal. Ada beberapa penyebab diantaranya adalah mengenai finansial, lokasi, bahan baku dan lain-lain. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalah tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan pengembangan Aplikasi yang dapat membantu menentukan prioritas UKM yang sesuai dengan kondisi pelaku usaha. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk pengambilan keputusannya. Metode AHP dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi dan menentukan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang tersedia. Dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu UKM terbaik yang dapat dipilih oleh pelaku usaha sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu UKM. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan berbasis Android, dimana pengguna akan mudah menggunakannya sewaktu-waktu jika terjadi perubahan bobot pada kriteria atau intensitas.  Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP berhasil diterapkan pada Aplikasi Penentuan Prioritas Pengembangan UKM.

The purpose of this research was to determine alternatives of development of milk production industry in Jember Regency, to design the alternatives strategy for the development of dairy agroindustry in Jember Regency, and to examine the level of the financial feasibility of dairy agroindustry in Jember Regency. The research utilized purposive sampling in three industries: Bestcow, Susu Sehat Kaliwates, and Susu Rembangan. The analysis employed the Exponential Development Method, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and financial analysis. The Exponential Development Method showed that the potential milk product of Bestcow industry was 209.781.572, pasteurization product was 6.309.948, and yogurt was 5.433.148. The Susu Sehat industry got a value of 192.298.250 milk product, pasteurization product of 4.505.828, and yogurt was 3.122.910. Rembangan industry got a value of analysis milk product was 189.872.469, pasteurization product was 6.299.604, and yogurt was 5.344.431. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis showed that availability of breeding, technology, and business development were the most priority alternative strategies to be developed.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan alternatif potensi unggulan pengembangan agroindustri olahan susu sapi perah di Kabupaten Jember, mendesain strategi alternatif pengembangan agroindustri olahan susu sapi perah di Kabupaten Jember dan menentukan tingkat kelayakan finansiil agroindustri olahan susu sapi perah di Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara purposive sampling yaitu di Perusahaan Bestcow, Susu Sehat Kaliwates dan Susu Rembangan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Metode Pengembangan Eksponensial (MPE), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan kelayakan finansial. Hasil analisis Metode Pengembangan Eksponensial (MPE) pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produk susu sapi yang paling potensial pada perusahaan Bestcow adalah susu segar kemasan 209.781.572, susu pateurisasi 6.309.948 dan yogurt 5.433.148. Pada susu sehat Kaliwates diperoleh nilai susu segar kemasan 192.298.250, pasteurisasi 4.505.828 dan yogurt 3.122.910. Susu Rembangan diperoleh nilai susu segar 189.872.469, pasteurisasi 6.299.604 dan yogurt 5.344.431. Hasil analisis Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan bibit sapi, ketersediaan teknologi pengolahan dan pengembangan kelembagaan usaha adalah strategi alternative yang paling prioritas untuk dikembangkan.
