Abstract Forest Product Utilization Permit (IUPHH) has the right to manage a production forest is also obliged to keep the production forest functioning properly and not being converted into other uses. The collaboration pattern between the IUPHH management unit and the community around the forest is one of the best ways to monitor and apply the silvicultural method of production forest by creating an agro-industry for the community around the forest. The problem is what type of agroforestry is more dominant and more profitable. The purpose of this research is to find out what types of commodities are suitable to be developed in the area around the Peusangan production forest. This research was conducted by means of direct interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results show that the community around the Peusangan production forest is more suitable to develop dragon blood (daemonorops draco) plant agroforestry, either by utilizing / collecting non-timber forest products or cultivating it which has a value of 0.457, this value is very large compared to other commodities, while considering the market availability which has a value weight of 0.587, constitutes the majority consideration.

The objective of the study was to perform a bibliometric analysis of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. For this purpose Scopus database was used. As of 13th May 2021, one hundred and seventy-three (n=173) research documents are published about it. We used Vosviewer and Biblioshiny (Bibliometrix) in the present report. In all publications, 1160 authors have significantly contributed. The documents per author was 0.119, while authors per document was 8.41. Collaborative Index (CI) was found to be 9.47. By biblioshiny we also applied Lotka’s law to depict the author's frequency. 1097 authors were involved in only one (n=1) publication. Based on the Scopus record, the highest documents are published by Dormitzer, P.R. (n=6). In universities and countries categories, Tel Aviv University (n=7) and USA (48) are the most productive. By Vosviewer the collaboration pattern among authors, institutes, and countries is graphically presented. For example, 28 authors, 17 departments and 7 countries directly contributed to one publication. The research documents (133) are published in 102 sources or journals. The highest documents are published in Vaccines (n=8), while the highest citations were recorded for the New England Journal of Medicine (n=838). We also applied co-words analysis to understand the main focus of these publications.

The purpose of this study is to make a quantitative analysis and to compare scientific productivity between the countries of India and South Korea: both countries offer scholarships and fellowships for various programs and disciplines. The data are collected from SCOPUS through the open access portal www.scimagojr.com and mainly focus on rank and number of publications, global publication share and growth of publications, international collaboration pattern, quality of publications, and open access pattern. Various bibliometric indicators have been used along with simple percentage. Further, a new relative indicator Relative Open Access Index (ROAI) is proposed to compare the number of documents in an open access platform with its overall scientific production. Among the most productive countries, India is ranked at fifth and South Korea at thirteenth in the year 2018. India improved by eight positions while South Korea did by three from 1998 to 2018 at the global level. South Korea has a higher proportion of publications with international collaboration as compared to India. Both countries maintain better positions in a few disciplines such as chemical engineering and materials science.

The output of the Moroccan researchers in Earth sciences and their collaboration trends were studied for the period 1984-2019 using the example of the Journal of African Earth Sciences, the preferred journal of this community, and by using simple bibliometric indicators such as collaboration rate and collaboration level. The main results of the study are: (1) Moroccan researchers participated in 253 articles among which, only 12 were singleauthor papers. Multi-authorship is the rule with a mode of 4 authors per paper for 45 articles; (2) the number of authors reached 1251 in all papers. When only international collaboration is considered, 1051 authors are found, from which about 48% are from Morocco and 52% belong to other 31 countries; (3) International collaboration, which was exclusively with French researchers and institutions until the 1990s, grew in number but declined in share to 33- 42% in the last 15 years, while collaboration with other countries became more important because of the internationalization of research programs.

This study aims to find out the effect of the interaction between the collaboration pattern (individual- group) and the cognitive approach (independent/ dependent) on the cognitive field in the flipped classroom environment on improving grade 9 basic education students’ academic achievement in IT in the Sultanate of Oman. The researchers used the developmental approach (descriptive analytical and semi-experimental approach). The following two tools were used: The achievement test (pre/ post) to measure the achievement and the Embedded Figures Test to classify the (independent/ dependent) students on the cognitive field. The study consists of (119) female students of grade 9 basic education in the South Al Batinah Governorate in Sultanate of Oman, and they were divided into four experimental groups. The results of the research showed that the four groups in the post achievement test in IT subject were as follows: experimental (1) studied using the individual collaboration pattern (student/ teacher) and their cognitive style are independent of the cognitive field, they got an average (55.87). And experimental (2) studied using the individual collaboration pattern (student/ teacher) and their cognitive style is dependent on the cognitive field, they got an average (50.40). Whereas the experimental (3) that studied using the group collaboration pattern (students/ teacher) and their cognitive style are independent of the cognitive field an average (50.35). The experimental (4) students who studied using the group collaboration pattern (students/ teacher) and their cognitive style are dependent of the cognitive field an average of (59.14), although there are slight differences; however, it is not statistically significant at the level (α≤05,0) between the averages of the degrees of all four groups. Researchers believe that this is due to the primary effect of the difference in the cognitive style (independence versus dependence on the cognitive field) in the flipped class environment. And there is an effect of interaction between the collaboration pattern (individual- group) and the cognitive approach in the flipped classroom on the academic achievement. Based on the results, a set of recommendations and proposals were presented to activate the flipped classroom strategy and conduct subsequent research. In addition to a project plan to benefit from the research results.

The paper embraces a macro-view and elaborates on the synergies established between the main components of the triple helix scheme in Greece. The analysis focuses on the collaboration between the academia and the business world and the role the public sector is playing in the national research ecosystem, and, particularly, in motivating academia-business collaboration. The empirical evidence builds upon existing knowledge-intensive quantitative and qualitative indicators and data on the national research and innovation system. Findings give out a mixed signal - some aspects of this synergetic relationship, namely, copublications, can be improved while other aspects, such as innovative enterprises collaborating with the academia, indicate a growing collaboration pattern. On a wider level, this paper contributes to mapping of knowledge intensive synergies between academia, businesses and public administration, thus offering empirical level fi ndings at the national level.
