In the post-Soviet era, the onomastic space of Irkutsk noticeably changed. First, changes are found in ergonymy. The transition of the Russian economy to market relations caused the emergence of many new commercial enterprises, which receive their own names. The process of ergonymy development is seriously affected by international population migration. Most migrants work in the service sector and often give their enterprises names associated with their homeland or reflecting national peculiarities. In the linguistic and cultural space of the city, more and more ethnic names appear. These names are included in the system of urban spatial coordinates, significantly changing the composition of ergonyms. ОБСУЖДЕНИЕ:

The subject of this paper encompasses US policy towards Poland and the Baltic States regarding energy security during Donald Trump’s presidency. It is discernible that vast domestic energy resources have created an opportunity for the US to project more power to these countries, and the surrounding region. We argue that Trump and his administration’s perceptions have served as an intervening variable in that opportunity assessment, in accordance with the neoclassical realist theory. The main research question addressed in this paper is whether US has used that opportunity to contribute to energy security in countries it has traditionally deemed as allies. Two aspects of US approach to energy security of the designated countries are taken into consideration: liquified natural gas exports and support for the Three Seas Initiative. The way Trump presented his policy and its results in his public statements has also been considered in this paper. The article will proceed as follows. The first subsection of the paper represents a summary of energy security challenges in Poland and the Baltic States. The second subsection is dedicated to the opportunity for the US to project energy power and to Trump’s perceptions relevant for the opportunity assessment. The third subsection deals with American LNG exports to these countries as a possible way for contributing to energy security in Poland and the Baltic States. The last part of the paper addresses the Three Seas Initiative and US approach to this platform.

During the last two decades, the argan tree has been the subject of intensive phytochemical investigation. If argan oil is the most known argan derivative, argan saponins are frequently considered as molecules presenting a strong economic potential. This review presents an update of the current research efforts on argan saponins from around the world. Research evidence suggests that arganine C can be considered as a lead compound for new antivirals.

Solving the problems of business growth in modern conditions requires effective management of the ever-increasing system of market relations between business and consumers, partners and other participants in the communication space. The increasing role of marketing communications in resolving motivational and resource contradictions between market participants is substantiated. The influence of various potentials on the formation of sources of effective functioning and business development is indicated. Different points of view regarding communication as a category determining the formation of "confidence" as a tool for managing the competitive position of an enterprise are considered. The nature of communication divergence is revealed in the construction of marketing fields of interacting subjects. The need to consider the interrelationship of different resources (labor, intellectual, communication, cognitive, motivational) as the basic components determining the state of the capital (moral, motivational, marketing-behavioral) formed by the subject is identified. A resource approach to building trust in business is proposed. The influence of organizational culture on the implementation of a positive marketing mimicry of business to the requirements of a competitive market is indicated. The model of the enterprise competitive position management by means of increasing the confidence to business in terms of building the marketing communication field is offered.

A complex of tasks that can be solved using mathematical models of the dependence of consumed energy resources on influencing factors are considered in the article. The main type of model for industrial consumers with a simple relationship between energy and technology, is the one-factor model “consumed energy resource-volume of output”. For industrial consumers with a complex relationship between energy and technology, the mathematical model of the dependence of energy resources on technology is determined by several factors. Methods for assessing the current state of energy efficiency, as well as predicting it for the future in the context of the introduction of energy saving measures and changes in the production program were proposed.

Introduction. The article is devoted to the description of pottery ceramics on Mordovian territory. The purpose of the article is to analyze the development of ceramics in Mordovian region. The object of the article is a collection of ceramics of Mordovian republican S.D. Erzia Fine Art Museum, the subject – the main features of the ceramics based on the morphological analysis of its exhibits. Materials and Methods. The material of the study was the results of the research of Russian scholars on ceramics of antiquity and modernity, as well as empirical materials presented by the ceramics funds of Mordovian republican S.D. Erzia Fine Art Museum. One of the main approaches implemented in the article is a comparative analysis of the exhibits based on the color of the shard. It allows the author to systematize utensils according to their functional purpose, and also to make an assumption about the various historical stages of the emergence of different types. Results and Discussion. The article systematizes the variety of forms of ceramics, reveals their quantitative relationships, the prevailing forms, and gives the comparative analysis of the existing forms. The classification of vessels was carried out in accordance with a number of criteria: the height and thickness of the neck, the design of the corolla cut, the diameter of the mouth and the maximum extension of the trunk, which allows one to draw conclusions about the similarity of the collection’s exhibits with other Mordоvian artefacts. Conclusion. It concludes about the existence of a certain standard in the production of ceramic dishes, and on the similarity of the studied ceramics and the collections of Russian monuments. Therefore, it states the preservation of local Mordovian pottery traditions in the course of wide interactions with Russian pottery ceramics.
