Asynchronous motors are the most widely-used motors due to a number of advantages they have. The introduction of frequency inverters, such as the widely used speed controllers for induction motors in these systems, allowed the speed to be easily controlled. In the present work is presented the control of the position of an induction motor by vector control, which has the possibility of realization thanks to the built-in plc controller in the inverter. The error that was reached is within 1%, which makes it extremely useful as position management for a number of production systems.

AbstractPublic opinion regarding the quality of public organization services is an interesting issue in recent years, especially after the many complaints from the public that states that it is not as expected by the community. One of the services available at the LLDIKTI office is the management of functional Lecturer and other functional staff. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of management services of functional position, determine the suitability of service user expectations with the performance of functional position management services and determine priority policies that can be applied in improving the quality of functional position management services in LLDIKTI Region VIII. The number of samples from the population determined by the Krejcie and Morgan table was 357 people. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, calculating the value of the community satisfaction survey (SKM), and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) Analysis. The results of this study shows the level of satisfaction using the community satisfaction survey (SKM) included in the quality of service B with a score of 82.24 with the GOOD category. Conformity level is the average of the score of the implementation level and the average score of the importance level is 93.89%. Based on the results of the Cartesian diagram, the element of service quality that needs to be prioritized for improvement in its implementation is the element of item suitability with the type of service, clarity of flow in service procedures and clarity of information about service procedures. Suggestions that can be given are an increase in the clarity of information on the management of functional positions can be done by increasing the use of the web and the user data-based notification system

Objective To examine the effects of position management, manual rotation of the fetal position, and using a U-shaped birth stool in primiparous women with a fetus in a persistent occiput posterior position. Methods This was a prospective pilot study of women who delivered at Gansu Provincial Maternity and Child-care Hospital between January and June 2018. The women were divided into the position management ([PM] position management, manual rotation of fetal position, use of a U-shaped birth stool at different stages, and routine nursing) and control groups (position selected by women and routine nursing). Results There were 196 women in the PM group and 188 in the control group. There were no significant differences in maternal age, gestational weeks, newborn weight, and the neonatal asphyxia rate between the PM and control groups. The duration of labor was shorter in the PM group than in the control group. Pain and blood loss 2 hours after delivery and the episiotomy rate were significantly lower in the PM group than in the control group. Conclusion Applying position management, manual rotation of the fetal position, and using a U-shaped birth stool should be considered for women with a fetus in a persistent occiput posterior position.

Objective: A novel respiratory monitoring method based on the periodical pressure change on the patient’s back was proposed and assessed by applying to four-dimensional CT (4DCT) scanning. Methods: A pressure-based respiratory monitoring system is developed and validated by comparing to real-time position management (RPM) system. The pressure change and the RPM signal are compared with phase differences and correlations calculated. The 4DCT images are reconstructed by these two signals. Internal and skin artifacts due to mismatch between CT slices and respiratory phases are evaluated. Results: The pressure and RPM signals shows strong consistency (R = 0.68±0.19 (1SD)). The time shift is 0.26 ± 0.51 (1SD) s and the difference of breath cycle is 0.02 ± 0.17 (1SD) s. The quality of 4DCT images reconstructed by two signals is similar. For both methods, the number of patients with artifacts is eight and the maximum magnitudes of artifacts are 20 mm (internal) and 10 mm (skin). The average magnitudes are 8.8 mm (pressure) and 8.2 mm (RPM) for internal artifacts, and 5.2 mm (pressure) and 4.6 mm (RPM) for skin artifacts. The mean square gray value difference shows no significant difference (p = 0.52). Conclusion: The pressure signal provides qualified results for respiratory monitoring in 4DCT scanning, demonstrating its potential application for respiration monitoring in radiotherapy. Advances in knowledge: Pressure change on the back of body is a novel and promising method to monitor respiration in radiotherapy, which may improve treatment comfort and provide more information about respiration and body movement.

Abstract Background: Pregnancy is one of the most important and sensitive periods for any woman that in the case of the support of her relatives, especially her spouse, feels more ability to tolerate it’s difficulties and gives them good memory. However, there are very few studies about the participation of spouses/partners in perinatal period in Iran. Therefore, the present study aimed to explain the concept of spouses' participation in perinatal care. Methods: This is a qualitative study that was carried out in Qom, Iran in 2018. Purposive sampling was done from pregnant or postpartum women, spouses, midwifery care providers and key informants according to study inclusion criteria. Semi-structured in-depth interviews were carried out until data saturation. Data analysis was done based on conventional content analysis approach according to Graneheim & Lundman steps and using MaxQDA software (v.10). To ensure the trustworthiness of data, the five Guba and Lincoln criteria were used. Also, COREQ checklist was used for reporting this qualitative research. Results: fifty-three final codes were classified into 18 sub-categories, 7 main categories and 3 themes include of empathy (emotional understanding, cognitive understanding), accountability (supporting, position management, compassion) and consequences (help improve family function, improve maternal-neonatal health). Conclusion: since, spouses’ participatory behaviors in perinatal period can lead to improve maternal and neonatal health and family function, it is necessary to be considered in family-based health promotion policies and programming based on these policies such as improving the public culture of spouse participation in the process of child-rearing.
