Higher education institutions face the challenge that their graduates have the competences that allows them to quickly enter to the labor market and obtain an adequate economic remuneration. us graduate satisfaction is a key element in the assessment of the quality of institutions, since it allows us to know their perception regarding the quality received in their professional training. e objective is study the quality of higher education institutions and the satisfaction of the graduate in the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas. e methodology is descriptive and transversal  based on graduates information and satisfaction. As a result, Students are satisfied with their professional training received and their expectations were met since the academic level of the institution is good. It is concluded that studies on student satisfaction are useful for higher education institutions to identify educational and administrative priorities about the service they provide.

Abstract The problem of professional training of skilled human personnel in the industry of information communication technology, the urgency of which is recognized at the state level of Ukraine and the world, has been considered. It has been traced that constantly growing requirements of the labour market, swift scientific progress require the use of innovative approaches to the training of future ІТ specialists with the aim to increase their professional level. The content of standards of professional training and development of information technologies specialists in foreign countries, particularly in Japan, has been analyzed and generalized. On the basis of analysis of educational and professional standards of Japan, basic requirements to the engineer in industry of information communication technology in the conditions of competitive environment at the labour market have been comprehensively characterized. The competencies that graduate students of educational qualification level of bachelor in the conditions of new state policy concerning upgrading the quality of higher education have been considered. The constituents of professional competence in the structure of an engineer-programmer’s personality, necessary on different levels of professional improvement of a specialist for the development of community of highly skilled ІТ specialists, have been summarized. Positive features of foreign experience and the possibility of their implementation into the native educational space have been distinguished. Directions for modernization and upgrading of the quality of higher education in Ukraine and the prospects for further scientific research concerning the practice of specialists in information technologies training have been suggested

The article discusses the current state of professional training of engineers, in particular, electronics engineers in Ukrainian higher education institutions (HEIs) and explores best practices from US HEIs. The research outlines the features of professional training of electronics engineers and recent changes in Ukrainian HEIs. Such challenges for Ukrainian HEIs as lack of collaboration between higher education and science with industry, R&D cost reduction for HEIs, and downsizing the research and academic staff, the disparity between the available quality of human capital training and the demanded are addressed. The study attempts to identify successful practices of US HEIs professional training of engineers in order to suggest potential improvements in education, research, and innovation for training electronics engineers in Ukraine.

Abstract In India there are many higher education institutions and with growing population the number is incrementing day by day. Before taking admission in an institution student analyse the facilities and standard of the institution from the website and by taking peer opinions. Student contentment and feedback is gaining larger importance with mushrooming higher education institutions in India. This paper illustrates a method to analyse student feedback obtained from undergraduate and postgraduate students to assess the Student Satisfaction Index. The feedback is taken on overall infrastructure facilities, academic environment, services offered by the college, additional activities for overall development, quality of experiences and outcomes. This paper gives detailed information about the methodology, calculation and outcome of the exercise utilizing Likert scale analysis. With the recent emerging trends, this innovative method offers flexibility to integrate more parameters, group certain parameters to get feedback on a particular issue and transmute the type of questions with changing environment and structure. The analysis is done using a statistical method. The sample result directly highlights the importance and flexibility of method to evaluate overall satisfaction, satisfaction cognate to a single parameter and satisfaction for questions grouped together underlining some paramount aspects of higher education.

The article addresses the problem of higher education - improving the quality of graduates' professional training, provides a brief analysis of research results, Recommendations on how to use the results “Quality of education” is a complex characteristic of education, the task of which is to train specialists who are competitive in the world market. It is impossible to develop a single, scientifically based system of indicators for the quality of student training, since the education system is different in all countries of the World, moreover, a different system of training students, which is one of the influencing factors on the quality of Higher Education. It is necessary to take into account the specifics of the university.One of the elements of the quality assessment system is monitoring, which is considered to be a comprehensive system for diagnosing the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the effectiveness of an educational system. The assessment of the quality of education should be formed as a cumulative indicator of all the qualities that influence the educational process. During the work we used the results of sociological research of the subjects of the educational process: students, teachers, monitoring of the educational process (academic performance of students).

The aim of our study was to create a system of exercises for teaching interpretation in the language pair "German-Ukrainian", due to the emergence of new standards for the quality of professional training of interpreters. In our article we used theoretical and empirical research methods: critical analysis of scientific literature on translation studies, methods of professional training of translators; educational documents and textbooks in higher education institutions; monitoring the organization of interpretation training in higher education institutions; observation of the organization of interpretation training in the Free Economic Zone; survey of translation teachers in order to study the state of professional training of applicants for higher education; questionnaires, self-assessment of future translators in order to identify the probable level of their professional competence. At the initial stage of the study, a survey of both higher education and translation teachers was conducted in order to identify priority areas of professional interpretation of an interpreter, to select relevant material and develop a system of exercises to develop skills and skills of interpretation within the discipline "Fundamentals of Interpreting", which is taught in the 3rd year (180 hours, 6 credits). The subject component of the content of interpretation training is limited on the basis of the results of the questionnaire in the following areas: social, political, as well as the field of culture and education. According to the stages of interpretation training, a system of exercises consisting of three subsystems has been developed. These include exercises for: 1) the formation of special skills of interpretation; 2) automation of skills and formation of special and strategic skills; 3) development of special and strategic skills. The material for the development of these exercises was authentic German-language online sources in the field of culture and education, as well as social and political spheres of human activity (official websites of Deutsche Welle, the European Commission, the website of the Federal Chancellor and the President of Germany; private podcast Annik Rubens Slow German mit Annik Rubens, printed publications in online format: Bild, Zeit, Spiegel, die Welt, Frankfurter Allgemeine, as well as online terminological dictionaries. The total amount of practical tasks for translation and exercises for the formation and automation of special skills of interpretation and development of strategic skills is 200 units, which are offered as a basis for the conclusion of methodological development for teaching interpretation in the 3rd year. The article analyzes the transformational shifts in the higher education system of Ukraine and presents proposals for their extension and support. A review of legislative, regulatory and policy documents governing and directing the processes of ensuring the quality of higher education has been carried out. The idea of the depth and effectiveness of reform measures and the processes of improving the quality of higher education is formulated. It was stated that the Ukrainian higher education system has come close to academic traditions and modern practice of organizing the functioning of higher education in the European university system. The steps to enhance and further ensure the quality of higher education in Ukraine are identified. The importance and urgent need for attracting to cooperation and specific participation of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, line ministries, the Ministry of Social Policy, employment organizations and trade unions of scientific and pedagogical workers of Ukraine in creating and supporting a training system and practical training of future specialists in the workplace, respectively chosen specialty and forecasting current and future long-term needs for training specialists, interest te business to finance higher education. It is emphasized that the quality assurance system of higher education can be achieved only if a motivational system of scientific and pedagogical workers is created to constantly and systematically improve the quality of education. The reasons that lead to insufficient attention to the innovation of the learning processes of students are identified. They include: the issue of continuing education of teachers, improving the standardization of their working time, solving the problem of free publication of the results of scientific research, deepening motivational factors and remuneration of teachers in higher education institutions and others. It is proved that the solution of these problems will create a dynamically updated quality management system of higher education in Ukraine at the level of European quality standards.
