The purpose of this research is to know how the user acceptance to Garsupati system so that system development feasible executed. One approach to the theory of acceptance and use of a technology that is Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology (UTAUT). UTAUT is one of the technology acceptance models developed by Vankatesh, et al. (2003) by combining eight previous technology acceptance theories. UTAUT has four main constructs: 1) performance expectancy, 2) effort expectancy, 3) social influence, and 4) facilitating conditions. This research will further explain about the relation of factors influencing acceptance and usage of Garsupati system using UTAUT model. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to students and interviews with lecturers. The sample size in this study amounted to 394 Undiksha students, analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that (1) performance expectation, business expectation, social factor have positive effect to interest of utilization of Garsupati system (2) facility factor and interest of utilization have positive effect to user behavior. Keywords: OER, Garsupati, UTAUT

Current empirical evidence suggests that successful adoption of eHealth systems improves maternal health outcomes, yet there are still existing gaps in adopting such systems in Uganda. Service delivery in maternal health is operating in a spectrum of inadequacy, hence eHealth adoption cannot ensue. This study set out to explore the challenges that impede eHealth adoption in women's routine antenatal care practices in Uganda. A qualitative approach using semi-structured interviews was employed to document challenges. These challenges were classified based on a unified theory of acceptance and use of technology constructs. One hundred and fifteen expectant mothers, aged between 18 and 49 years, who spoke either English or Luganda were included in the study that took place between January to May 2019. Thematic analysis using template analysis was adopted to analyse qualitative responses. Challenges were categorised based on five principal unified theories of acceptance and use of technology constructs namely: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and behavioural intention. Facilitating conditions had more influence on technology acceptance and adoption than the other four constructs. Specifically, the lack of training prior to using the system, technical support, computers and smart phones had a downhill effect on adoption. Subsequently, the cost of data services, internet intermittency, and the lack of systems that bridge the gap between mothers and health providers further hindered technology uptake. In conclusion, strategies such as co-development, training end-users, garnering support at the national and hospital levels should be advocated to improve user acceptance of technology.

Theoretical background: Today, people use more systems and devices than ever, no matter the context. These behaviors are most often explained using technology acceptance models, including the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology 2 (UTAUT2), which is a new and prominent technology acceptance theory.

Purpose of the article: The aim of this article is to identify any interpretable trends and draw overall conclusions about the existing UTAUT2 literature, which helps to fill the gap which is lack of such review for UTAUT2 model.

Research methods: Descriptive review analysis of 23 articles based on the partial UTAUT2 model.

Main findings: The UTAUT2 is an efficient theory – the average explained variance of behavioral intention was 62% and for use behavior – 37%. It is highly recommended to use the performance expectancy variable in all research contexts based on the UTAUT2 model. Utilitarian aspects turned out to be more important than hedonic ones for most technology adopters. Commercial organisations should focus on delivering reliable and useful products and underline these features in marketing communication.

Theoretical framework models are widely employed by researchers because these models are able to provide an in-depth understanding of the phenomena under investigation. The models most commonly adopted by researchers in the field of e-learning are the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). This paper presents a review of studies that have included the UTAUT framework as a guideline for the research. More specifically, this paper concentrates on research that has been conducted in Saudi Arabia. The results of this review indicate that according to the review and an analysis of previous studies, facilitating conditions, performance expectancy and effort expectancy have positive effects on users’ intentions to integrate and adopt E-Learning technologies. Finally, this paper presents and highlights area for future work.

Technology acceptance is important for identifying elements that influence the user, so it is easy to use apps. The evaluation of technology reception will help to improve the system better in the future and indicate whether the system succeeded or not, so the users will keep using the apps. SHAREit is a program that can be downloaded on the Android Smartphone platform and on personal computers. It is able to transfer documents, pictures, music, and videos rapidly. Even so, the applications are faster than Bluetooth and Wifi. Then, Indonesia is the biggest second market for SHAREit in the world. The research is proposed to detect how the user accepts SHAREit in Kuningan Regency by using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology Method. It has been modified. The instrument of research is a questionnaire then distributed to user communities of SHAREit in Kuningan Regency by using Incidental Sampling, instrument testing and data processing Structural Equation Modelling by AMOS apps. Furthermore, the hypothesis is arranged through moderator variables; age, gender, and experience. The result of research indicates that there are three factors possessing positive influence on Behavioral Intention of usage SHAREit, such as Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions. A factor influencing use of behavioral is behavioral intention. Whereas, Personal Innovativeness in the Domain of Information Technology and Effort Expectancy do not influence the Behavioral Intention of SHAREit Apps in Kuningan Regency.

Abstract With the acceleration of fintech innovations, the use of alternative payment methods has continued to increase globally. Generation Z and Y consumers are the highest adopters of these alternative payment methods, yet despite this, there is limited research examining their motivations and intentions for using alternative payment methods. This literature review aimed to address this gap through the evaluation of relevant quantitative empirical research by utilizing The Unified Theory of Technology Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) for its theoretical. The findings indicated that generation z and Y consumers adoption of alternative payment methods are driven largely by behavioural intention, wherein using the UTAUT model, finds a common positive effect across all five variables. Nevertheless, current literature fails to address how Covid-19 restrictions influenced this adoption and as such further primary research post-lockdown is recommended.

Nowadays, the advance of the internet and mobile technologies have changed our daily life, not only in terms of consumption but in how business is done. Social media has been recognized as one of the potential online platforms for entrepreneurs especially in small and medium business establishments to cope with large corporations. This study aims to investigate elements affecting social media adoption for business purposes by adopting a well-known technology acceptance model—the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). The data of 196 samples were collected via online questionnaires in Thailand using the structural equation modeling (SEM) technique employed to verify the proposed model with empirical data. The outcomes illustrate the performance and effort expectancy and social influence significantly influence behavior prospects to implement social media for business purposes. Facilitating conditions significantly contribute to affecting actual user behavior. Also, the authors investigated the moderating effect of all demographic and behavioral factors such as gender, age, daily spent time on social media, and entrepreneur status. The results of the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) analysis show that there are immense variances in the intention of social media behavior and use behavior due to age. Younger adults tend to be more adept with user behavior and behavioral intention more than older adults.

Factors on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) are factors derived from UTAUT technology acceptance model, which is used to describe the factors that influence the acceptance of individuals on the implementation of a new technology in the enterprise. This study aimed to analyze the influence of UTAUT factors on E-retention with E-satisfaction as mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with the total samples. The results showed that: (1) Performance Expectancy influences E-retention significantly, (2) Effort Expectancy influences E-retention significantly, (3) Social Influence influences E-retention not significantly, (4) Facilitating Conditions influences E-retention significantly, (5) E-satisfaction influences E-retention significantly, and (6) UTAUT Factors influence E-retention with E-satisfaction as mediating variable. However, the bigger impact is shown through the influence of UTAUT Factors on E-retention directly without going through the E-satisfaction.

This study presents fundamental data on the technology acceptance of kiosks in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) and the marketing plans for efficient management performance. In this paper, the combined concept model was established through the acceptance literature, and an expanded UTAUT2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model was then presented by empirical analysis. This study was evaluated by 303 customers with experience using QSR kiosks. The results show that the seven factors suggested by the UTAUT2 and trust have a positive direct and indirect effect on behavioral intention. In addition, this study confirmed the significant influence relationship between the variables in UTAUT2. It was also found that facilitating conditions and price value have a significant positive effect on trust. Lastly, trust has a significant positive effect on performance expectancy and behavioral intentions. As a result, this research demonstrates an extended and integrated UTAUT2 by verifying the relationship between basic UTAUT2 and trust. The limitations of this study and recommendations for future research are also discussed.
