Kebutuhan akan sumber air semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya sehingga pemanfaatan sumber air khususnya yang berasal dari sungai, harus semakin efisien dan efektif, sejalan dengan kebutuhan sumber daya yang ada maka di perlukan suatu perawatan serta pemeliharaan sungai,identifikasi sungai merupakan salah satu kegiatan dalam rangka pemeliharaan sungai. PadaDesaBaru (Waki) KecamatanBatuBenawa Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah belum ada Penilaian kinerja fisik sungai secara lengkap.Penyusunan penilaian dilakukan dengan metode observasi lapangan. Observasi lapangan berdasarkan (SE DIRJEND SDA KEMEN PUPR NO/05/SE/D/2016 dan PP NO/38/2011) yangdilakukan mulai dari bagian Hulu hinggabagian hilir sungai.Berdasarkan hasil survey mengenai identifikasi sungai di Desa Baru (Waki) Kecamatan Batu Benawa, yaitu : panjang sungai 2 Km , lebar sungai antara 50 m– 82,5 m, kedalaman sungai antara 0,20 – 2,2 m.Penilaian Kinerja Sungai terhadap sungai Desa Baru (Waki) memperlihatkan bahwa kategori tindakan untuk Sungai DesaBaru (Waki) pada hasil penilaian bernilai 74,264 % masuk pada kategori pemeliharaan Preventif dengan tindakan yang dapat dilakukan berupa pengamanan administratif, pengamanan fisik, pemeliharaan rutin, pemeliharaan berkala. Abstract  The need for water sources is increasing every year so that the use of water sources, especially those originating from rivers, must be more efficient and effective, in line with the existing resource needs, so that a river is needed to maintain and maintain rivers. . In Baru Village (Waki) Batu Benawa Subdistrict, Hulu Sungai Tengah District, there has not been a complete assessment of the physical performance of the river. Compilation of assessment is done by field observation method. Field observations are based on (SE DIRJEND SDA PUBLIC MINISTRY OF PUPR NO/ 05/SE/D/2016 and PP NO/ 38/2011) carried out from the upstream to the downstream part of the river. Based on the survey results on river identification in Baru Village (Waki) Batu Benawa District, namely : river length 2 km, river width between 50 m - 82.5 m, river depth between 0.20 - 2.2 m. River Performance Assessment of the Sungai Baru River (Waki) shows that the action category for Sungai Desa Baru (Waki) on the valuation results is 74.264% in the Preventive maintenance category with actions that can be taken in the form of administrative security, physical security, routine maintenance, periodic maintenance.

The field observation, an ethnographic practice of collecting data and information about a given social setting and situation is often used in preliminary research to have an understanding of the community one is researching. However, from an artist/musician's perspective, the field observation has many commonalities with techniques used in audio field recording. How can field recording be used in parallel with field observations to explore and understand a community through art? This essay will begin with a comparison of field observations and field recordings as methods in their own disciplines, and continue with the concept of “attention” in art, music, science and anthropology. It will follow and conclude with a project that looks at combining qualitative research and art to explore a community of gardeners through recorded interviews and sounds. The work of Pauline Oliveros, Walter S. Gershon, Clifford Geertz, Anne McCrary Sullivan, and Steven Feld will be important in making the connections across disciplines.

Seventy-two tanned, dehaired hides of four species of cervids from western Canada were examined for evidence of injuries. Combat injuries were segregated from injuries incurred from other sources. Forty-six of 55 males 1.5 years of age and older were scarred, as were 14 of 15 females. Of 15 males 1.5 years of age, 7 showed no scars, nor did two 6-month-old male fawns. Only 1of 22 male cervids over 2.5 years of age showed no combat scars. The frequency of wounding in males was 0–225, and in females0–18 per individual. About three-quarters of the scars were on the neck and haunches, about equally divided between these areas. The longest healed scar measured 420 mm; about 20% of the scars exceeded 100 mm in length. Field observations greatly underestimate wounding in cervids. A few males appear to opt out of rutting, but opt in when opportunity allows. The "dove" strategy is rare, but evidence from hides indicates that it does exist, confirming field observation.

Perawatan mesin diesel pada bagian maintenance  PLTDsangat penting untuk mencegah terjadinya downtime  produksi. Perawatan yang paling baik digunakan adalah perawatan pencegahan sebelum terjadinya kerusakan (preventive maintenance). Sistem perawatan mesin yang dilakukan di PLTD Poka ialah periodic maintenance dan condition-based maintenance, yaitu tindakan perawatan yang dilakukan berdasarkan lamanya waktu operasi mesin yang telah ditentukan oleh pabrikan dan berdasarkan kondisi mesin. Dengan sistem tersebut ,ditemukan kesulitan perencanaan dan administrasi pemeliharaan karena fluktuatifnya pengoperasian mesin sehingga pemeliharaan sering tidak tepat waktu. Waktu antar  kerusakan adalah selang waktu terjadinya kerusakan setelah dilakukan perbaikan. Untuk menentukan waktu antar kerusakan, langkah pertama yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengukur lamanya  waktu operasi mesin setelah dilakukan perbaikan pada setiap kerusakan mesin. Sistem perencanaan pemeliharaan selama ini masih menggunakan perhitungan secara manual sehingga ada kemungkinan salah perhitungan perencanaan pemeliharaan yang berujung padati dakter capainya SFC, SLC dan Jam operasi Mesin yang diharapkan / ditargetkan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut,dibuatlah“SiPembangkit”berbasis web untuk modernisasi system record dan report data harian dan bulanan pengoperasian mesin, monitoring pemeliharaan serta peningkatan performance operasional mesin. Dengan demikian operational Excellence bisa tercapai.

Kawasan karst di Kabupaten Rembang adalah bagian dari Karst Perbukitan Rembang yang membentang dari Jawa Tengah hingga ke Pulau Madura. Di bagian Jawa lainnya terdapat pula barisan karst Gunung Sewu sebagai salah satu kawasan karst Pegunungan Selatan Jawa. Tidak seperti situs-situs arkeologi di Gunung Sewu yang telah diteliti secara intensif, kawasan karst Rembang di gugusan utara belum banyak diteliti. Hal inilah yang menggaris bawahi pentingnya penelitian arkeologi di kawasan karst di perbukitan Rembang, yaitu untuk menjajaki potensi gua-guanya sebagai hunian prasejarah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan penalaran induktif, dengan memakai variabel potensi gua, dan dilakukan dengan teknik survei gemorfologis dan arkeologis. Hasil survei kemudian dibagi menjadi tiga variabel pengharkatan, yaitu kandungan arkeologis gua, aksesibilitas, dan morfologi gua. Dalam penelitian lapangan terdapat 41 titik gua yang menjadi objek pengamatan, dan beberapa di antara gua-gua tersebut memenuhi tingkat probabilitas untuk dihuni. Namun demikian, tentu saja untuk membuktikan gua-gua ini benar-benar dihuni atau tidak pada masa prasejarah diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut. Lebih lanjut, jika dibandingkan dengan segmen-segmen di sebelah barat dan timurnya, potensi arkeologi kawasan karst Rembang, dalam pengertian situs-situs guanya, termasuk rendah. The karst region in Kabupaten Rembang is part of the Rembang Karst Zone that stretches from Central Java to Madura Island. Another mountain range of karst, the Gunung Sewu, lies on the southern region of Java. Unlike the archeological sites of Gunung Sewu that have been intensively investigated, the Rembang karst region in the northern ranges has not been much studied. This underlines the importance of archeological research in the karst region of Rembang, which is to explore the potentiality of its caves as prehistoric dwellings. This research employs descriptive method with inductive reasoning, using potential variables of a cave, and carried out with geomorphological and archaeological survey techniques. Survey results are further divided into three criteria, i.e. archaeological findings in caves, accessibility, and cave morphology. The field observation was focussed on 41 caves, and several of them indicated the probability of inhabitation. Nevertheless, further researches are required to prove whether these caves were inhabited or not during the prehistoric period. Furthermore, in terms of cave sites when compared to the west and east segments, the archaeological potency of Rembang karst regions is low.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana penerapan  dari Implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2008 di Perpustakaan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Bandung. inti permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana proses dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan Implementasi ISO 9001 : 2008 yang diterapkan di perpustakaan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan analisis kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode pengamatan lapangan (Observasi), wawancara dan studi kepustakaan /literatur-literatur.berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh gambaran mengenai bagaimana proses Imoplementasi ISO 9001 :2008 diterapkan pada perpustakaan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dari mulai perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasannya. Kata Kunci: Penerapan ISO 9001:2008; Manajemen Mutu; PerpustakaanAbstract   This research aimed to study how far the implementation of SMM ISO 9001:2008 has gone in the library of Indonesia State University (UPI) Bandung. AbstractThis study aims to determine the form of presentation of dance creations Babangsai Bakanjaran terms of the motion structure, musical accompaniment, makeup-fashion, property and the venue. The object of research is descriptive qualitative art gallery Labastari Kandangan in Hulu Sungai Selatan, South Kalimantan Province. Data collection techniques using field observations, interviews and documentation. Based on the survey results revealed that the form of presentation of dance creation Babangsai Bakanjaran motion that has a structure of early motion, motion climax and final movements. Musical accompaniment using isntrumen music like saron, a large baboon, baboon small, luma, Sundanese harp, flute and gongs. Character dressing dancers are beautiful women and handsome men. Clothing female dancers use a skirt, dress spangle, headbands, earrings (bunil), while the male dancers fashion model pants, shirt, belt elongation and laung Banjar. The property used is gandang dayak and karimpit. The venue is flexible or can dance anywhere, to the extent where the show is easily accessible to the audience.Keywords: forms of presentation, structure movement, dance creations, babangsai bakanjaran

Recent approaches to preventive maintenance have shifted from periodic maintenance based on static parameters to a continuous and a periodic maintenance that deploys high-tech tools to track remotely the “health” of equipments. In this paper, we propose an approach to maintain a high level of reliability and to achieve the maximum efficient use of the working parts within vehicles and machines. This paper marks the use of various techniques in the remote maintenance and diagnostics by means of classical and new methods for monitoring equipments remotely. And hence identifying their failure at earlier stages and preventing their breakdown. The technique relies on an onboard device that monitors and analyses the vibrations of the targeted parts using local knowledge stored within the middleware data base and global knowledge obtained remotely from the server.

In this paper, the optimum user’s maintenance strategy of a repairable system for free preventive maintenance (PM) warranty policy is proposed. This study considers predicted maintenance due to the system failure is likely occurring and requires repair during periodic maintenance time. Periodic maintenance can be classified as one of three types — imperfect PM, perfect PM and predicted maintenance. The probability that periodic maintenance is perfect PM or predicted maintenance depends on the number of imperfect maintenance operations conducted since the previous renewal cycle. The sellers offer free perfect and imperfect PM warranty. An optimal periodic maintenance time is determined by minimizing the total cost. Some special cases, implemented with machine learning and human learning, are given to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed strategy. A numerical example is given.
