This paper is an analysis of a video clip of an interview between a reporter and ice hockey player following a game in which the player was involved in a hard collision with a member of the opposing team. The paper explores blame attribution and how participants claim and disclaim expertise in a way that supports or undermines assertions to have correctly seen and assessed the actions shown on tape. Our analysis focuses on the video of the interview, and it also examines relevant video clips of the collision and various commentaries about the identities of the characters and their actions shown on the videos. In brief, the study is a third-order investigation of recorded-actions-under-analysis. It uses the videos and commentaries as “perspicuous phenomena” that illuminate and complicate how the members’ own action category analysis is bound up with issues of expertise, evidence, and blame.

In order to improve the pedestrian behavior recognition accuracy of video sequences in complex background, an improved spatial-temporal two-stream network is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the deep differential network is used to replace the temporal-stream network so as to improve the representation ability and extraction efficiency of spatiotemporal features. Then, the improved Softmax loss function based on decision-making level feature fusion mechanism is used to train the model, which can retain the spatiotemporal characteristics of images between different network frames to a greater extent and reflect the action category of pedestrians more realistically. Simulation results show that the proposed improved network achieves 87% recognition accuracy on the self-built infrared dataset, and the computational efficiency is improved by 15.1%.

Tujuan yang mau digapai pada penelitian ini buat mengenali kenaikan hasil belajar anak didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam serta Budi Pekerti dengan memakai bentuk Index Card Match pada anak didik kelas XII Pemesinan 1 SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus pada tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kategori XII Pemesinan 1 SMK Wisudha Buatan Bersih diawali bulan agustus- oktokber 2019. Poin penelitian ini merupakan 36 anak didik kelas XII Pemesinan 1. Konsep riset yang dipakai merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Bersumber pada hasil penelitian membuktikan kalau bentuk penataran Index Card Match bisa peningkatkan hasil belajar kelas XII Pemesinan 1 SMK Wisudha Buatan Bersih pada tahun anutan 2019/2020. Perihal itu ditunjukkan dengan Bersumber pada hasil riset hasil aksi kategori yang terdiri dari 3 langkah, ialah pra siklus, siklus I, serta siklus II, nampak kalau sehabis melaksanakan strategi penataran index card match, terjalin ketuntasan belajar dari pra siklus, siklus I serta setelah itu siklus II. Dari akuisisi hasil belajar anak didik, pada pra siklus, angka pada umumnya uji anak didik merupakan sebesar 65, 02 dengan ketuntasan belajar sebesar 25%. Dari pra siklus ke siklus I, kenaikan nilai pada umumnya hasil belajar menggapai 76, 94 serta kenaikan ketuntasan belajar klasikal menggapai 66, 67%. Sebaliknya pada siklus I ke siklus II, ada kenaikan nilai pada umumnya hasil belajar anak didik ialah dari siklus I, yang awal 76, 94 jadi 82, 2 pada siklus II. Sebaliknya ketuntasan belajar dengan cara klasikal naik awal 66, 67% pada siklus I jadi 83, 33% pada siklus II. Pada pra siklus anak didik yang belum berakhir belajarnya sebesar 27 anak, sebaliknya pada siklus I anak didik yang belum berakhir terdapat 12 anak, serta pada siklus II anak didik yang belum berakhir terdapat 6 anak. The purpose that will be achieved in this study to recognize the increase in the results of practicing students in the subjects of Islamic Religious Learning and Ethics by using the form of Index Card Match in students grade XII Pemesinan 1 SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus in the school year 2019 / 2020. This research is class action research. The research was conducted in category XII Booker 1 SMK Wisudha Buatan Bersih beginning in August- Oktokber 2019. This research point is 36 students of grade XII Booker 1. The research concept used is Class Action Research ( PTK). Sourced from the results of research proves that the form of Index Card Match management can improve the results of training class XII Booker 1 SMK Wisudha Artificial Net in the year 2019 / 2020. The subject is shown by sourced from the research results of the action category consisting of 3 steps, is pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II, it appears that after carrying out the strategy of index card match management, the completeness of practicing from pre-cycle, cycle I and after that cycle II. From the acquisition of the results of practicing protégés, in pre-cycle, the figure is generally the test of students is 65,02 with the completedness of practicing by 25%. From pre-cycle to cycle I, the increase in value in general the results of practice reached 76, 94 and the increase in classical training completed reached 66.67%. Conversely, in cycle I to cycle II, there is an increase in the value in general the results of practicing protégés are from cycle I, which is the beginning of 76, 94 to 82, 2 in cycle II. In contrast, the completeness of practicing in a classic way rose early from 66, 67% in cycle I to 83, 33% in cycle II. In the pre-cycle of students who have not ended their learning by 27 children, on the contrary in the first cycle of the protégé that has not ended there are 12 children, and in the second cycle of the protégé that has not ended there are 6 children.


This chapter reports the effective water consumption strategies. To achieve this aim, the water saving practices of 14 airlines from four regions were investigated. The data used in this chapter was a secondary published data in the annual sustainability reports. The data was retrieved from GRI (Global Reporting Initiatives) website. The special tailored data analysis techniques were used for this purpose. This chapter reported five effective strategic patterns. The strategic patterns were two facilities and buildings water saving, one facilities and buildings water recycling and recovery pattern, and two hybrid strategic patterns. This chapter helps the decision makers and the academics alike, since the impact of each action on reducing the water consumption under each action category of each pattern was reported.

This article is intended to answer the factors of weton calculation practice in Ngaringan and sociological analysis of these practices. This article uses field research by observing, interviewing and documenting as well as using Max Weber's theory of social action. This article concludes that the concept of comparability already exists in the rules of Islamic law, positive law and customary law. Therefore, the existence of the traditional Weton calculation practiced by the Ngaringan Grobogan community in Central Java has several factors: first, adat and belief. The community preserves the calculation of weton as a custom originating from ancestors. Second, the form of preventive business. Third, a form of respect for both parents. The traditional Weton calculation practiced  by the Ngaringan community is a social action in the traditional action category. The Ngaringan people still maintain the custom of Weton calculation even though the custom is not regulated in a written rule.

Kebutuhan akan sumber air semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya sehingga pemanfaatan sumber air khususnya yang berasal dari sungai, harus semakin efisien dan efektif, sejalan dengan kebutuhan sumber daya yang ada maka di perlukan suatu perawatan serta pemeliharaan sungai,identifikasi sungai merupakan salah satu kegiatan dalam rangka pemeliharaan sungai. PadaDesaBaru (Waki) KecamatanBatuBenawa Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah belum ada Penilaian kinerja fisik sungai secara lengkap.Penyusunan penilaian dilakukan dengan metode observasi lapangan. Observasi lapangan berdasarkan (SE DIRJEND SDA KEMEN PUPR NO/05/SE/D/2016 dan PP NO/38/2011) yangdilakukan mulai dari bagian Hulu hinggabagian hilir sungai.Berdasarkan hasil survey mengenai identifikasi sungai di Desa Baru (Waki) Kecamatan Batu Benawa, yaitu : panjang sungai 2 Km , lebar sungai antara 50 m– 82,5 m, kedalaman sungai antara 0,20 – 2,2 m.Penilaian Kinerja Sungai terhadap sungai Desa Baru (Waki) memperlihatkan bahwa kategori tindakan untuk Sungai DesaBaru (Waki) pada hasil penilaian bernilai 74,264 % masuk pada kategori pemeliharaan Preventif dengan tindakan yang dapat dilakukan berupa pengamanan administratif, pengamanan fisik, pemeliharaan rutin, pemeliharaan berkala. Abstract  The need for water sources is increasing every year so that the use of water sources, especially those originating from rivers, must be more efficient and effective, in line with the existing resource needs, so that a river is needed to maintain and maintain rivers. . In Baru Village (Waki) Batu Benawa Subdistrict, Hulu Sungai Tengah District, there has not been a complete assessment of the physical performance of the river. Compilation of assessment is done by field observation method. Field observations are based on (SE DIRJEND SDA PUBLIC MINISTRY OF PUPR NO/ 05/SE/D/2016 and PP NO/ 38/2011) carried out from the upstream to the downstream part of the river. Based on the survey results on river identification in Baru Village (Waki) Batu Benawa District, namely : river length 2 km, river width between 50 m - 82.5 m, river depth between 0.20 - 2.2 m. River Performance Assessment of the Sungai Baru River (Waki) shows that the action category for Sungai Desa Baru (Waki) on the valuation results is 74.264% in the Preventive maintenance category with actions that can be taken in the form of administrative security, physical security, routine maintenance, periodic maintenance.

Aimed at the problems of high redundancy of trajectory and susceptibility to background interference in traditional dense trajectory behavior recognition methods, a human action recognition method based on foreground trajectory and motion difference descriptors is proposed. First, the motion magnitude of each frame is estimated by optical flow, and the foreground region is determined according to each motion magnitude of the pixels; the trajectories are only extracted from behavior-related foreground regions. Second, in order to better describe the relative temporal information between different actions, a motion difference descriptor is introduced to describe the foreground trajectory, and the direction histogram of the motion difference is constructed by calculating the direction information of the motion difference per unit time of the trajectory point. Finally, a Fisher vector (FV) is used to encode histogram features to obtain video-level action features, and a support vector machine (SVM) is utilized to classify the action category. Experimental results show that this method can better extract the action-related trajectory, and it can improve the recognition accuracy by 7% compared to the traditional dense trajectory method.

Sealing process requires an ergonomic attitude in work. If work posture is not ergonomic it can cause musculoskeletal system disorders. The purpose of this research to know the effect of repetitive work on work productivity on sealing activities in the packaging department based on RULA method. Data collection is done by direct observation and interview. Data obtained are analyzed, then the acquisition of grand scores is categorized based on the action level of the RULA. The posture of sealing process in the packaging department is in the fourth level action category which means that there is need for investigation and possible repairs.
