Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana penerapan  dari Implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2008 di Perpustakaan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Bandung. inti permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana proses dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan Implementasi ISO 9001 : 2008 yang diterapkan di perpustakaan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan analisis kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode pengamatan lapangan (Observasi), wawancara dan studi kepustakaan /literatur-literatur.berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh gambaran mengenai bagaimana proses Imoplementasi ISO 9001 :2008 diterapkan pada perpustakaan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dari mulai perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasannya. Kata Kunci: Penerapan ISO 9001:2008; Manajemen Mutu; PerpustakaanAbstract   This research aimed to study how far the implementation of SMM ISO 9001:2008 has gone in the library of Indonesia State University (UPI) Bandung. The problem of this research is how the process of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling of ISO 9001:2008 Implementation is conducted in the library of Indonesia State University. This research used descriptive method with qualitative analysis and the data collected by using field observation method, interview and library study.  The result of this research gives description on how the process of ISO 9001:2008 Implementation was conducted in the library of Indonesia State University, starting from planning to organizing, implementing and controlling. Keywords: ISO 9001:2008 implementation, quality management, library

Peran pendidikan tidak dapat dianggap sebagai pelengkap dalam pembangunan sebuah negara. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan harus dilakukan secara berkelanjutan sebagai upaya menciptakan kualitas manusia Indonesia agar mampu bersaing dengan negara-negara lain. Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas manajemen sebuah organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi penerapan ISO 9001:2008. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Penelitian ini berfokus penerapan sistem manajemen mutu, khususnya klausul kelima mengenai tanggung jawab manajemen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya telah mengimplementasikan ISO 9001:2008 dengan baik. Hal ini diketahui dari tahapan plan, do, check, dan action (PDCA) yang telah dilakukan secara berkesinambungan melibatkan unit pelaku proses yang ada di dalamnya sehingga pengelolaan organisasi berjalan efektif dan efisien serta mampu memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pelanggan.Kata kunci: mutu, pendidikan, PDCA, ISO   IMPLEMENTATION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON ISO 9001: 2008 (STUDY FROM ECONOMIC FACULTY UNIVERSITAS NEGERI SURABAYA)AbstractEducation has a very important role in the development of a country. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008. This research use qualitative method with descriptive approach. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Surabaya. This research focus on the application of quality management system, especially the fifth clause regarding management responsibility. The result showed that the Faculty of Economic Universitas Negeri Surabaya has implemented ISO 9001: 2008 well. This is known from the stages of plan, do, check, and action (PDCA) which has been done continuously involving the unit of actors in the process therein. Then, the management of the organization run effectively and efficiently and able to meet the needs and expectations of customers.Keywords: quality, education, PDCA, ISO

The objectives of this study to determine the percentage level implementation of Standard Operating Procedures learning facilities Laboratory of Civil Engineering, State University of Jakarta in the implementation of quality management ISO 9001: 2008 & IWA 2: 2007. The study lasted for three months from September to November 2013.Place of research conducted at the State University of Jakarta, precisely at 5 Laboratory of the Laboratory of Wood, Land, Material, Stone, and Plumbing Department of Civil Engineering, State University of Jakarta. The population in this study was 5 5 Laboratory of Laboratory of Civil Engineering Laboratory UNJ include Wood, Land, Material, Stone, and Plumbing. The method used in this research is survey method with data collection using a questionnaire or questionnaires. The trial questionnaire of 115 statements. The test is done to 7 respondents. After the test phase the results obtained valid instruments as much as 112-point declaration.Data analysis technique is done by searching percentage. The results show that: (a) Laboratory of Civil Engineering UNJ have a Standard Operating Procedure (POS) especially Infrastructures based quality management standard ISO 9001: 2008 and IWA 2: 2007 (b) There are four (4) POS on Infrastructures Laboratory Civil engineering UNJ whose accomplishments are not up to 100%. which amounted to 64.7% which can be categorized fulfillment are lacking, (c) Acquired four (4) percentage level of achievement of the implementation of POS Infrastructures Civil Engineering Laboratory UNJ the percentage rate of the unit does not reach 100%. The results are the result of the analysis of data derived from the 5 respondents who are Laboran of 5 laboratories in this study are: Health, Safety and Environment Laboratory (weight percentage of 73.3%) were categorized been fulfilled, Use of Laboratory (weight percentage of 71% ) categorized been met, Laboratory Equipment Loan (weight percentage of 66.8%) categorized as less fulfilled, and the maintenance and care Laboratory (weight percentage of 47.8%) were categorized are lacking, (d) There is inequality between understanding Laboran percentage of POS by 82 , 8% by POS regarding Infrastructures Laboratory of 64.7%.

AbstrakTujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2008, hambatan dan penyelesaiannya dalam implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2008. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain campuran untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2008. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Ma’arif 1 Wates dengan subjek kepala sekolah, wakil kepala, QMR, guru, orang tua siswa, dan siswa. Objek penelitian adalah SMM ISO 9001:2008. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar pengamatan dokumen, kuesioner dan wawancara. Tingkat implementasi SMM ISO dinyatakan dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa di SMK Ma’arif 1 Wates, implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2008 memperoleh nilai fokus pada pelanggan 83,95%, kepemimpinan 65,53%, partisipasi karyawan 76,67%, pendekatan proses 72%, pendekatan sistem 75%, perbaikan berkelanjutan 75,13%, pendekatan faktual 64%, hubungan pemasok 74,64%. Hambatan yang terjadi dalam implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2008 adalah pada pendekatan faktual dalam pengambilan keputusan kurang efektif. Penyelesaian hambatan tersebut adalah dengan melakukan penetapan data, penghimpunan data yang sesuai dan efektif, dan analisis data kefektifan sistem manajemen mutu.Kata kunci: implementasi, Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) ISO 9001:2008AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of QMS ISO 9001: 2008, the constraints and the solutions in the implementation of QMS ISO 9001: 2008. This study used a mixed design to describe the implementation of QMS ISO 9001: 2008. The setting was SMK Ma’arif 1 Wates with the subject principals, deputy head, QMR, teachers, parents, and students. The objects of this study were QMS ISO 9001: 2008. The data was collected through the observation sheet documents, questionnaires and interviews. The ISO QMS implementation level was in a percentage. The results of this study show that in SMK Ma’arif 1 Wates, implementation of QMS ISO 9001: 2008 obtained a value of customer focus 83.95%, leadership 65.53%, employee participation 76.67%, process approach 72%, system approach 75 %, continual improvement75.13%, factual approach 64%, and supplier relationships 74.64%. The constraint that occurs in the implementation of QMS ISO 9001: 2008 is in the management principle of factual approach to decision making, and the solution is the determination of the data, appropriate and effective data collection, and the analysis of the effectiveness of the quality management system.Keywords: implementation, Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001: 2008

This study aims to determine the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System in the field of education services in Indonesia. The method used is S- study evaluation with quantitative descriptive type by using the goal oriented evaluation model. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of this study show quality management ISO 9001: 2008 in education services that are in the good category. In the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management system in services Students are expected to continue to increase their efforts in providing services to students to be even better, especially in the provision of facilities and infrastructures in schools. In Parental services, it is expected to continue to improve cooperation with all School parties and parents of students especially in the service of their students such as general guidance given jointly to students who are not problematic. In the Community service system, it is expected to continue to improve cooperation with all parties. The school and the community around the school especially further increase the friendliness of the school to the community. For further researchers It is expected that in the future it can be used as one of the data sources for further research and further research is conducted which leads to the evaluation of aspects of service in the world of work.

Hospital health services have a high level of complexity and are prone to conflicts both inside and outside the hospital. The implementation of quality management is still a lot of obstacles faced evidenced by many hospital staff who do not know about quality management, frequent conflicts and lack of clarity of coordination, communication and information channels. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the role, function and authority of governing body, director, medical committee and nursing committee, quality management implementation, quality leadership and hospital barrier in order to improve quality management of NU Demak Islamic Hospital. This research design using descriptive method with qualitative approach. The main informants were the governing body, the director, the medical committee and the nursing committee and the triangulation informant were the executing physician, the nurse and the chairman of the quality team. Data were collected by in-depth interview techniques. Processing and data analysis using content analysis. The results show the role and function governing body has been implemented but the authority has not been implemented optimally. The role and authority of the director have been implemented but the function has not been implemented optimally. The role and function of the medical committee has been implemented but the authority has not been implemented optimally. The role and function of the nursing committee has not been implemented optimally but the authority has been implemented. Quality planning has been implemented, but quality control and improvement has not been implemented optimally. Building vision, inspiring processes, mobilizing human resources and becoming a model has been implemented. It is recommended to allocate budgets for the training of the ex-house training, to make guidelines for recording and reporting, to make guidance on performance evaluation of officers, to create a checklist of performance evaluation and to make an assessment of internal satisfaction

The purpose of this research is to find out the form of Ende Jeirsong in Mandailing community in Wek V Padangsidimpuan Village, to know the meaning contained inEnde Jeir in Mandailing community in Wek V Padangsidimpuan Village, to know the function of EndeJeir in Mandailing community in Wek V Village Padangsidimpuan, to know the response of local peopleto preserve Ende Jeir on Mandailing community in Wek V Padangsidimpuan Village.The theory used is form, meaning, function, and Ende. The shape is the arrangement of the frame of asong that is determined according to the parts of the sentence. Meaning is the purpose that is derivedfrom things that want to be shown by something or want to be expressed, exposed, with the word actuallydoes not interfere with the value of taste. The function of music is to express the taste, and simultaneouslyas an activity of various types of human communication. Ende is a traditional song (folksong), whichrepresents the representation of structure, function and cultural values.Methods in this research using qualitative descriptive method. The samples in this study were the lectureand audio visuals of Ende Jeir, singer Ende Jeir, artist and community Wek V Padangsidimpuan Village.This data collection is done by observation method or observation, interview, and documentation. Thisresearch was taken at Kelurahan Wek V Padangsidimpuan, and this research was conducted from August2017.The results of this study indicate that the form of Ende Jeir song consists of a one part song form, with AA 'form. the meaning of Ende Jeir is a prayer, plea, expectation of parents to his daughter who is doingthis marriage and singing to advise on a good domestic life. Ende Jeir function is as symbolicrepresentation media, media of emotional expression and media of cultural preservation. Ende Jeir needsto be preserved because it begins to be forgotten and left behind. For that, it needs to be developed andintroduced in the young generation so as not to just disappear.

The aim of this research is to describe the improvement of the students' ability of writing text news with the field observation method and technology media for students in grade 8 smp n 1 ella hilir melawi recency. This research use descriptive method with classroom action research in 3 cycles. Every cycle consist of planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The result of this research is the applying of field observation with the use of technology media can improve students in grade 8 smp 1 ella hilir melawi regency's writing ability.
