Abstract  —This study aims to develop an information system of data processing of elementary school student grades by applying the waterfall method. Based on the preliminary analysis, there are several obstacles faced by class teachers in collecting student grades for one semester for the management of the final report card grades because all the assessment process documentation is still manual by handwritten and stored in a ledger so that it inhibits the management of final grades. The system development method used is the waterfall model which consists of several stages including analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. Based on the results of the study it was found that the manual method was burdensome and took a long time. Information system test results conducted by the blackbox method and based on the percentage value of the results of this black box test get a percentage value of 100% valid, and testing directly by the Class Teacher with quite satisfied resultsKeyword — system, information, grade, waterfallAbstrak  — Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi pengolahan data nilai siswa sekolah dasar dengan menerapkan metode waterfall. Berdasarkan analisis pendahuluan terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru kelas dalam mengumpulkan nilai-nilai siswa selama satu semester untuk pengelolaan nilai akhir raport dikarenakan semua proses dokumentasi penilaian masih manual dengan cara ditulis tangan dan disimpan pada buku besar sehingga menghambat pengelolaan nilai akhir. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu model waterfall yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan diantaranya analysis, design, coding, testing, dan maintenance. Beradsarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa dengan cara manual memberatkan dan memakan waktu cukup lama. Hasil pengujian sistem informasi yang dilakukan dengan metode blackbox dan berdasarkan nilai presentase dari hasil pengujian black box ini mendapatkan nilai Presentase sebanyak 100% valid, dan pengujian secara langsung oleh Guru Kelas dengan hasil cukup puasKata Kunci— sistem, informasi, nilai, waterfall

As science and technology have grown, the role and use of information technology has become important. In creation of the book activities on the campus of the Jakarta high school administration of information and computers that have been carried out each year, there are some problems with the data of the activities being carried out and the list of students who have followed the activities that have been carried out, so the certificates and schedule of the activities are ineffective and efficient. In constructing student information-support information system at the Jakarta high school for information management and computers muhammadiyah using Visual Basic (vb.net) as the language oh this program and mysql as database. The system development uses the waterfall model with the step-by-step analysis, design system, coding and testing, implementation and maintenance. The study produced a student’a educational information system that could facilitate the activity data input processstudents can be done quickly, accurately and efficiently. The built system may show student’s overall data, which consists of a list of activities, activity activity times, and activities that have been followed.

INTISARICitizen journalism adalah sebuah kegiatan kejurnalistikan yang dilakukan oleh seseorang atau orang biasa bukanlah seorang yang memang bidang yang ia kerjakan. Citizen journalism mendekatkan diri bagi seseorang maupun masyarakat untuk bisa menjadikan setiap individu seolah-olah menjadi wartawan. Dimana mereka mampu memberitakan maupun menginformasikan kejadian-kejadian yang berada di lingkunngan mereka kepada publik. Selama ini penyebaran informasi mengenai potensi di pulau sumba belum merata. Tidak meratanya informasi pada masyarakat sumba dan kurangnya informasi mengenai potensi di sumba timur membuat masyarakat semakin sulit berkembang di era teknologi informasi sekarang ini. Untuk menyampaikan informasi yang cepat dan akurat dibutuhkan kerjasama antara berbagai pihak, Terutama antara penyaji informasi serta pengakses informasi. Diharapkan dalam perkembangan sistem informasi ini masyarakat sumba berperan aktif dalam penyajian informasi terkini, teraktual dan yang paling dibutuhkan masyarakat lainnya, apalagi jika pemerintah daerah dapat mendukung sistem informasi ini. Metodelogi yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem ini adalah Model Waterfall. Model ini merupakan sebuah pendekatan terhadap pengembangan perangkat lunak yang sistematik, dengan beberapa tahapan, yaitu: System Engineering, Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing dan Maintenance. Konsep pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Model-View-Controller atau MVC adalah sebuah metode untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi dengan memisahkan data (Model) dari tampilan (View) dan cara bagaimana memprosesnya (Controller). Dalam implementasinya kebanyakan framework dalam aplikasi website adalah berbasis arsitektur MVC. MVC memisahkan pengembangan aplikasi berdasarkan komponen utama yang membangun sebuah aplikasi seperti manipulasi data, antarmuka pengguna, dan bagian yang menjadi kontrol dalam sebuah aplikasi web.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyediakan media bagi warga Sumba dalam memberikan informasi apapun mengenai konten lokal di pulau sumba seperti informasi pertanian, perkebunan, kehutanan, pariwisata, informasi budaya, informasi sosial, informasi politik, hukum, HAM dan sebagainya. Inilah yang saat ini dibutuhkan masyarakat akan efisien dan efektifnya sebuah informasi. Perancangan sistem informasi ini dipilih menjadi salah satu jalan untuk membangun sumba menjadi pulau yang maju dan modern.Kata Kunci— Sistem Informasi,  Konsep MVC, Citizen journalism. ABSTRACTCitizen journalism is a journalistic activity undertaken by a person or an ordinary person who is the field he does. To convey information quickly and accurately required cooperation between various parties, both between information renderers and accessing information. It is expected that in this information system development, the Sumba community is active in presenting the latest information, actual and most needed by other community, especially if local government can support this information system.The methodology used to build this system is the Waterfall Model. This model is an approach to software development, with several stages, namely: System Engineering, Analysis, Design, Encoding, Testing and Maintenance. The development concept used is model-View-Controller or MVC is a method to create an application with separate data (see) and the corresponding way (Controller). In the implementation of framework in the application of website-based architecture MVC. MVC is developing a major component-based application that builds an application such as data manipulation, user interface, and parts that become controls in a web application.The purpose of this research is to provide media for the citizens of Sumba in providing any information about local content in Sumba Island such as information on agriculture, plantation, forestry, tourism, cultural information, social information, political information, law, human rights and so on. This is what today's society needs to be efficient and effective information. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi pengolahan data administrasi santri yang terintegrasi SMS gateway. Pengolahan data dalam proses pembayaran administrasi santri masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Hal ini menyebabkan beberapa permasalahan, diantaranya adalah terjadi redundansi data yang terdapat pada laporan pembayaran, kesulitan mencari arsip pembayaran yang sudah dilakukan santri. Agar aplikasi dapat dikembangkan dan terukur, maka digunakan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall. Pengujian dilakukan dengan dua pendekatan alpha testing dan beta testing. Alpha testing merupakan pengujian yang dilakukan di sisi pengembang untuk menguji fungsional sistem menggunakan metode Black box, hasil pengujian alpha testing memperlihatkan bahwa semua fungsional sistem berfungsi dengan baik, dan beta testing dilakukan menggunakan metode kuesioner untuk menguji sistem pada pengguna akhir berkaitan dengan kelayakan aplikasi. Hasil pengujian beta testing didapat prosentasi 95,5% pengguna setuju sistem telah layak di implementasikan.  This research aims to build an application to proceed administrative data of santri whis is  integrated with SMS gateway service, This study aims to make the application of administrative data processing santri integrated SMS gateway, Data processing in the payment process of the santri administration is still done conventionally. It caused some problems such as redundancy of data contained in the payment report, the difficulty of looking for payment archives that have been done santri, can be developed with measurable, then used Waterfall model system development method with the stages of analysis, design, coding, testing. Testing is done with two approaches of Alpha Testing and Beta Testing. Alpha Testing is a test done on the developer side to test the functional system using Black Box method, Alpha Testing result of all functional system works properly, and Beta Testing is done using questionnaire method to test the system on the end user related to application feasibility, 95.5% of users agree the system is feasible to implement.

Garbage is the residual material resulting from a production process, both industry and households. Based on Brebes district's statistical data, the Paguyangan sub-district is in fourth place with an average of 249.62 m3 of garbage per day. Paguyangan is one of the villages in the Paguyangan sub-district. Paguyangan has a garbage problem where people still have the habit of throwing garbage in the river and yards around the house. Based on this, the Paguyangan Village Hall plans to build a garbage bank to overcome the problem. A garbage bank managed activities such as recording saving's transactions. This study conducted a web-based design of the Garbage Bank Information System (SIBS). SIBS is an information system used to help process garbage transactions at a garbage bank. The purpose of this SIBS is to facilitate officers and customers in processing services at the garbage bank. The methodology used in system development is the Waterfall method. SIBS development uses PHP as a programming language and MySql as the DBMS. The result of this research is an information system that can be used in the management of Waste Management transactions. The results of system testing using Black box Testing and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) obtained that all components in this system are running well according to needs.

Abstract. The user involvement in information system development has an important role to develop some systems. The user involvement also has an important role to determine whenever the system is executed properly or not. SDLC is a procedure used to describe a process that occurs during the manufacturing the system. SDLC Process has some phases, they are Project Selection & Planning, Analysis, Design, and Testing & Deployment. The Objective of this study is to understand how much percentage from the user involvement that occur during the information system developing process. The result from this paper is an analysis result from the user involvement that occurs during the information system developing using the SDLC model.Keywords: Information System, SDLC, User Involvement. Abstrak. Peranan dari user terhadap pengembangan sebuah sistem informasi memiliki peranan yang penting dalam proses pembuatan sebuah sistem. Peranan dari user juga menentukan apakah sistem yang dibangun sudah terpenuhi sesuai dengan kebutuhan atau belum. SDLC merupakan sebuah prosedur yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan sebuah proses yang terjadi selama pembuatan sebuah sistem. Proses SLDC memiliki beberapa fase seperti Project Selection and Planning, Analysis, Design, dan Testing & Deployment. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui seberapa besar persentase dari keterlibatan user selama proses pembangunan sistem informasi perjalanan dinas. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu berupa sebuah hasil analisis terhadap keterlibatan user dalam proses pembangunan sistem informasi menggunakan model SDLC.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, SDLC, User Involvement.

The Institute for Research and Community Service University of Palangkaraya (IRCSUPR) manages research activities, community services and controls the administration ofnecessary resources. Therefore, an application is requiredto record a lot of data from theproposal to the final report of research and community servicethat ultimately is expected tobe a control and evaluation on the performance of all parties involved.The methodology used in the development of this application there are several stagesranging from problem identification, needs analysis, design (which includes architecturedesign, database design, interface design and website navigation design), coding, testingand maintenance. On the testing stage used blackbox testing method.The results achieved from the making of this application there are 4 actors areadministrators, proposers, reviewers and operators who have different access rights inaccordance with its function. While from the results of the testing is known that all thefunctionality of the system is running well in accordance with the required and designedpreviously.

Exports and imports are driving the nation's economy and state revenue sources. Customs as a state agency is assigned to manage the country's income. Customs and its staff are still experiencing difficulties in reporting receipt of export and import of plant or company. One of the policy is issued, each factory or company shall make the information system to determine information about the export of finished goods and raw material imports. The problem is the lack of standardization in the information that must be made by the manufacturer or company. This study makes the design of information systems based on web-based exports and imports that can be used by all factories or companies in Indonesia, particularly in PT.Windu Eka. The design method used is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Analysis, Design and Testing Prototype. This information system consists of web-based software with PHP programming and MySQL database that aims to provide information online, so the reports more accessible and faster made to be reported to Customs.

Abstract: Higher Education can exercise management autonomy, that is to evaluate using an information system independently. The case study taken in this study is the Kalimantan Institute of Technology (ITK). So far, ITK has used a survey information system to evaluate ITK, but the information system is static so that it is not following the current needs of ITK. Based on that, this research is developing an evaluation information system at ITK so that this information system is expected to be able to monitor and evaluate the process of activities at ITK. The method used is the waterfall model. Based on the waterfall method, the methodology used in this research is start from the identification of the problem, then study the literature and enter the system building stage, namely the analysis, design, implementation and testing stages, as well as conclusions and suggestions. The results obtained are in the form of an information system for evaluating academic activities and services that have been approved by ITK on the http://evaluasi.itk.ac.id page.            Keywords: evaluation; information system; ITK  Abstrak: Perguruan Tinggi memiliki kemampuan untuk melaksanakan otonomi pengelolaan yaitu dievaluasi secara mandiri menggunakan sistem informasi. Studi kasus yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah Institut Teknologi Kalimantan (ITK). Selama ini ITK telah menggunakan sistem informasi survey untuk mengevaluasi ITK, namun sistem informasi tersebut bersifat statis sehingga telah tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan ITK saat ini. Berdasarkan hal itu, penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi evaluasi di ITK sehingga diharapkan sistem informasi ini dapat memantau dan mengevaluasi proses kegiatan di ITK. Metode yang digunakan adalah waterfall model. Berdasarkan metode waterfall tersebut, maka metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dimulai dari identifikasi masalah, kemudian studi literatur dan memasuki tahap membangun sistem yaitu tahap analisis, desain, implementasi dan pengujian, serta kesimpulan dan saran. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah berupa sistem informasi evaluasi kegiatan akademik dan layanan yang telah disetujui ITK di halaman http://evaluasi.itk.ac.id. Kata kunci: evaluasi; sistem informasi; ITK

At the BP3TKI Jakarta office, there are still some problems in processing incoming and outgoing letters including frequent double numbering errors in incoming and outgoing letters, relating to storage in this case archiving is only in the form of storing hardcopy documents which results in lost letters and a lot of use of paper so spend more in terms of company operations. So it was designed a Letter Filing Management Information System in Jakarta BP3TKI. In building a Letter Filing Management Information System in BP3TKI Jakarta using Vb.Net with visual studio 2010 software as a programming language and display design. MySQL as a database. This system development uses UML (Unfied Modeling Language) tools as an analysis of the running system. The research methodology uses a waterfall, with stages of analysis, design, manufacture, coding, testing. This study produces a Letter Archive Management Information System in BP3TKI Jakarta that can facilitate the management of incoming and outgoing mail data, the process of making reports, recording letters, storing letters properly so as to facilitate the search for data. Can change a manual mail archive management into a structured system.

Attendance in the world of work is sometimes still done manually. At the Uyu shop, there are still problems that occur in recording and making attendance reports manually, such as mistakes in biodata, forgetting to record the date. Because the Uyu store still doesn't use a computerized employee or staff absence information system in managing data, so the information that can be processed is quite long and storage is not guaranteed safe. The purpose of this researcher is to create an information system that can manage attendance data for employees who work at the computerized Uyu Store and also implement a coloring method on attendance reports that generate reports based on the attendance coloring method according to employee attendance hours that are easy to understand. This method uses the coloring method as a solution to solving problems that can be solved in the greedy method, namely the color problem and the waterfall model as a system development process that uses UML design. The result of this research is that the system can operate attendance data collection as well as report employee data more efficiently and integrated.
