Background: Computed Radiography has an exposure index that used as an exposure indicator. But on radiographic examination, exposure index value  sometimes ignored, and in  the preliminary survey of pediatric chest examination resulting a large exposure index range. The aim of this study is to know the profile of exposure index value and the setting of the exposure factors, the assessment of anatomy criteria and technical aspect, and the right exposure factors such as kV and mAs on pediatric chest examination. Methods: The type of this research is descriptive quantitative. The research was done by collecting data related to pediatric chest radiograph (≤ 2 years) the value of exposure index was recorded, then the radiograph was assessed using questionnaires that filled by one respondent who is a radiologist. The data was analyzed by displaying the data of exposure index and anatomy criteria from questionnaires into the table form, and then conducted a descriptive analysis to be drawn conclusions. Results: The results showed the profile of exposure index value and the setting of the exposure factor  has a fairly large exposure index range of 1084 – 2175, using 40 kV and 10 mAs and the collimation still often exceeds the object. Then for the assessment of the thorax anatomical criteria and the technical aspect overall was “Good Enough”, and the right exposure factors, that is: at 6 and 7 cm chest thickness was using 60 kV and 1,6 mAs; at 11 cm chest thickness was using 60 kV and 2 mAs, FFD 100 cm, and the setting of collimation as wide as object, the exposure index generated in the normal range that is 1251 – 1382.Conclusion: The right exposure factors on pediatric chest examination, that is: at 6 and 7 cm chest thickness was using 60 kV and 1,6 mAs; at 11 cm chest thickness was using 60 kV and 2 mAs, FFD 100 cm, and the setting of collimation as wide as object.

Concerning radiation safety must meet several radiation protection requirements which include justification or utilization of nuclear power, dose limitation, optimization of protection, and radiation safety. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimization of the exposure factor selection and determine the radiation dose received by the patient based on the selection of exposure factors on the thorax examination. The author observed the use of exposure factors on chest radiographic examination with a sample of 60 people. The design of this study uses the correlational method. The independent variables in this study are age, body weight, object thickness, kV, and mAs. Dependent variable exposure to radiation dose on chest examination. The conclusion of this study is the dose exposure level is influenced by age, object thickness, weight, and use of exposure factors which will then be obtained by the DRL (Diagnostic Reference Level) value.

Ameloblastic fibroma is an uncommon mixed neoplasm of odontogenic origin with a relative frequency between 1.5 – 4.5%. It can occur either in the mandible or maxilla, but predominantly seen in the posterior region of the mandible. It occurs in the first two decades of life. Most of the times it is associated with tooth enclosure, causing a delay in eruption or altering the dental eruption sequence. The common clinical manifestation is a slow growing painless swelling and is detected during routine radiographic examination. There is controversy in the mode of treatment, whether conservative or aggressive. Here we reported a 38 year old male patient referred for evaluation of painless swelling on the right posterior region of the mandible associated with clinically missing 3rd molar. The lesion was completely enucleated under general anesthesia along with the extraction of impacted molar.

Marine economy is an economic activity carried out in the sea and land areas whose activities are still related to marine resources. The marine sector is defined as seven sectors, namely: fisheries, marine tourism, mining, marine industry, sea transportation (marine transportation), marine building, marine services. This study used descriptive and impact analysis in the national Input-Output Table in 2010. The total output of the marine sector accounted for 27.39% of total national output. The GDP value in the marine sector is able to contribute 30.32% of the total national GDP. From the results of calculations regarding the analysis of the multiplier numbers by output, the formation of new output in the economy was 1.4087 units. Analysis of multiplier numbers by job opportunities causes an increase in employment opportunities by an average of 0.1451 units. The majority of the sectors of maritime tourism show high distribution power. The largest sub-sector with a sensitivity index value is the trade service sub-sector, which is 1.4608. Key words: descriptive analysis, impact analysis, marine economy, I-O table

Abstract Introduction/Objective Adenomatoid odontogenic tumor (AOT) is an uncommon benign odontogenic tumor representing 3 to 7% of all odontogenic tumors. This tumor was first reported as adeno-ameloblastoma by Bernier and Tiecke in 1950 as it was initially assumed to be a type of ameloblastoma. In 1969, Philipsen and Bern proposed the term adenomatoid odontogenic tumor which was subsequently adopted by WHO and became the accepted terminology for this tumor. AOT is classified as a tumor of odontogenic epithelium but occasionally abnormal hard tissues consistent with dentinoid material may also be present as part of the tumor. AOT tends to occur in younger patients and 50% of the cases are diagnosed in teenagers. It occurs twice as commonly in females and frequently involves the anterior maxilla. Radiographically, AOT can appear as a radiolucent or mixed lucent-opaque lesion and may be associated with an impacted tooth. Methods/Case Report We report two unusually large expansile lesions of AOT that presented in the mandible. In the first case, the tumor presented as an expansile radiolucent lesion involving the right posterior mandible in a 32 year old female. In the second case, the tumor presented as an expansile mixed lucent-opaque lesion involving the left anterior mandible in a 21 year old female. The clinical presentation, radiographic and imaging findings, histopathologic features and treatment of these two cases will be discussed. The recommended treatment for AOT is surgical excision. The prognosis is good as this tumor seldom recurs after excision. Results (if a Case Study enter NA) NA Conclusion AOT is considered to be a non-aggressive, non-invasive and slow growing benign neoplasm. It is usually discovered on routine radiographic examination as the lesion is usually small and asymptomatic at the time of diagnosis but occasional cases that are larger in size have been reported in the literature.

A seven-year-old female mongrel dog was presented at the Sokoine University of Agriculture Teaching Animal Hospital for second opinion regarding a progressive swelling of the right hind limb of two months duration. Clinical examination revealed a loss of body condition, tachypnea and tachycardia, a painful immobile solid mass of 20 cm x 14 cm x 10 cm located on the right stifle joint, leucocytosis, and anaemia. Radiographic examination of the joint revealed marked soft tissue swelling with amorphous areas of mineralization and complete destruction of the proximal tibia. Smooth and solid periosteal reaction was seen around the tibia and fibula with a Codman’s triangle. Multiple nodules and a mass with soft tissue opacity were seen in the lung fields. Post-mortem examination revealed separation of tibia and fibula, softening of the proximal parts of the tibia, and complete integration of the proximal region of the two bones and articular tissues into the surrounding muscular tissues. Multifocal nodular lesions of variable sizes were mostly found in the lungs and partly in the liver. Histologically, predominantly oval and round cells with variable nuclear sizes and moderate mitoses were observed in tissue samples from the joint, lungs and the liver although some parts of the lung metastases showed both round and spindle shaped tumor cells. Clinical profile is suggestive of aggressive biphasic (spindle and epithelial) type of synovial cell sarcoma with lung and liver metastasis. Early radiographic and biopsy examination of persistent musculoskeletal nodules is recommended for early diagnosis and interventions.

Summary Background: Extrusion of root canal sealers may cause damage to the surrounding anatomic structures. Clinical symptoms like pain, swelling and paresthesia or anesthesia may be present. The purpose of this presentation is to describe two cases of root canal sealer penetration into periapical tissues. A different treatment management was followed in each case. Case reports: A 55 year-old man underwent root canal retreatment of the right mandibular first molar tooth due to a periapical lesion. Postoperative periapical radiographs revealed the presence of root canal sealer (AH26) beyond the apex in the distal root in proximity to the mandibular canal. The patient reported pain for the next 7 days. Radiographic examination after 1 year showed complete healing of the periapical area and a small absorption of the root canal sealer. A 42 year-old woman was referred complained of swelling and pain in the area of the right maxillary first incisor. Radiographic examination showed extrusion of root canal sealer in the periapical area associated with a periapical lesion. Surgical intervention was decided upon, which included removal of the sealer, apicoectomy of the tooth and retrograde filling with MTA. After 1 year, complete healing of the area was observed. Conclusion: In conclusion, cases of root canal sealer extrusion, surgical treatment should be decided on only in association with clinical symptoms or with radiographic evidence of increasing periapical lesion.

The purpose of this study is to find out the concept of khilafah according to Sayyid Quthub and Taqiyuddin al-Nabhani, differences and legal basis. This study is a library model, with primary data sources, the Zhilalal-Qur'anic Tafseer and Nizham Al-Hukmi Fi Al-Islam and qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The result is the thought of the concept of khilafah according to sayyid Quthub: 1). The concept of the ruler / caliph, that who becomes the ruler of the choice of the Muslims, acts in absolute freedom, but that person gets the authority because he constantly applies the law of Allah Almighty. 2). The Islamic government system, the Supra Nasional government (the unity of the entire Islamic world). 3). The pillars of his Islamic government: a). Justice of the ruler; b). People's obedience; c). Consultation between the people and the authorities. Thought of the concept of the Caliphate according to Taqiyuddin Al-Nabhani: 1). The concept of the ruler / caliph is a person who represents the Ummah in government affairs and power and in applying syara 'laws. 2). The system of government is khilafah. 3). The pillars of his Islamic government: a). Sovereignty in the hands of syara '; b). Power of the people; c). To appoint a legal Caliph fardlu for all Muslims; d). Only Khailfah has the right to carry out tabanni (adoption) against syara 'laws; e) The Caliph has the right to make constitutions and all other laws. The differences in the concept of khilafah are both: 1). According to Sayyid Quthub, if the ruler fails, then the ruler can be dismissed if the Muslims are no longer satisfied with him. This statement gives a signal that the people get rid of the rulers who no longer fulfill their functions (zhalim rulers). It is different from the opinion of Taqiyuddin al-Nabhani. An Amir al-mu'minin (Khalifah), even though he is responsible before the people and his representatives, but the people and their representatives are not entitled to dismiss him. Nor will the Caliph be dismissed, except when deviating from Shara law. The one who determined the dismissal was only the Mazhalim court. 2). The system of Islamic government according to Sayyid Quthub does not question any system of government in accordance with the system of conditions of society, but this government is characterized by respect for the supremacy of Islamic law (shari'ah). Whereas According to Taqiyuddin Al-Nabhani that the system of Islamic government is khilafah. 3). The pillars of Islamic government according to Sayyid Quthub and Taqiyyuddin al-Nabhani, points three parts a and b at the above conclusions are: 1). Sayyid Quthub: a). Justice of the ruler; b). People's obedience; c). Consultation between the people and the authorities. 2). Taqiyyuddin al-Nabhani: a). Sovereignty in the hands of syara; b). Power of the people; c). To appoint a legal Caliph fardlu for all Muslims; d). Only Khailfah has the right to do tabanni (adoption) against the laws of shara; e). The Caliph has the right to make constitutions and all other laws. The legal bases for determining the Caliphate according to both: 1). The legal basis for the establishment of the Caliphate according to Sayyid Quthub: 1). Ruler, Qur'an Surah (2) al-Baqarah verse 30; 2). Islamic Government System, Qur'an Surah (24) an-Nur verse 55; 3). Pillars of Islamic Government, Qur'an Surah (4) an-Nisa 'verse 58. 2). The legal basis for the establishment of the Caliphate according to Taqiyyuddin al-Nabhani: 1). Ruler, hadith of Muslim history from Abu Said Al khudri, Hadith no. 1853 and Muslims from Abdullah Bin Amru Bin Ash, Hadith no. 1844; 2). Islamic Government System, Al-Qur'an surah an-Nisa '(4) verse 59, an-Nisa' (4) verse 65. Muslim, saheeh Muslim, volumes, 3 pp., 1459 and 1480; 3). Islamic Pillars of Government al-Qur'an surah An-Nisa (3) verse 65, and Surah An-Nisa (3) verses': 5.

Nasā’i. Metode yang digunakan Ibn Qayyim yaitu bayanī dan metode istiṣlāḥī. Talak is a law prescribed to one spouse that is no longer likely to foster family relationships well. The chance of this Talak can be chosen by the husband taking into account the ordinances and procedures according to Islamic law. There are some laws that scholars do not mix and differ, especially regarding the concept of Talak seen from the time and number of the allotment. This study has studied Ibn Qayyim's opinion. The issue in the matter is how Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyyah's view of the concept and influence of the law is seen in terms of time and the number of a bailout, and how the Istinbaṭ method he used. This research includes the research of libraries, the collected data is analyzed in a descriptive-analysis way. The results showed that according to Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyyah, the concept of Talak, in general, there are two forms, namely Talak in terms of time and in terms of number. In terms of time, the Talak was performed during the Holy Wife and not in the holy moment. The influence of the husband who divorced the wife during menstruation and has been held, it is haraam and the Talak does not fall. In terms of numbers, the right to the husband is only three. The three total rights of the Board are used gradually, not to be used at once. The influence of the husband who divorced the wife with a two or three talak at once, a talak that fell only considered one time. The evidence that Ibn Qayyim used is QS.  al-Ṭalāq verse 1,  Qs. Al-Baqarah verses 229,  Qs. Al-Baqarah verses 230, and  Qs. Al-Nūr verse 6. The history of Hadith includes hadith from  Nafi ' History of Abī Dāwud,  from Sa'di bin Ibrahim  Muslim history, from Abdullah bin Ali bin Sa'ib  abī dāwud history, and Ibn Wahab narrated by the history of the Christian. The method used Ibn Qayyim was bayanī and the method Istiṣlāḥī.
