Biometric features are used to verify the people identity in the living places like smart apartments. To increase the chance of classification and recognition rate, the recognizing procedure contains various steps such as detection of silhouette from the gait profile, silhouette segmentation, reading features from the silhouette, classification of features and finally recognition of person using its probability value. Person recognition accuracy will be oscillated and declined due to blockage, radiance and posture variance problems. In the proposed work, the gait profile will be formed by capturing the gait of a targeted person in stipulated time to reach the destination. From the profile the silhouettes are detected using frame difference and segmented from the background using immediate thresholding and features are extracted from the silhouette using gray-level covariance matrix and optimized feature set is formed using PSO. These optimized features are fused, trained and classified using nearest neighbor support vectors. The fuzzy probability method is used for recognizing the person based on the probability value of the authentic and imposter scores. The relationship between the CMS, TPR, TNR and F-rate are calculated for 1 : 1 matcher from the gallery set. The performance of the classifiers are found to be perfect by plotting the DET graph and ROC curve. The proposed fuzzy probability theory is mingled with GLCMPSO and NSFV method for human recognition purpose. The performance of the proposed is proved to be acceptable for recognition with the optimal parameters (Entropy, SSIM, PSNR, CQM) calculation From the work, it is clear that, the rank probability is proportional to the match score value of the silhouette stored in the gallery.

Abstract In the classical probability, as well as in the fuzzy probability theory, random events and probability measures are modelled by functions into the closed unit interval [0,1]. Using elementary methods of category theory, we present a classification of the extensions of generalized probability measures (probability measures and integrals with respect to probability measures) from a suitable class of generalized random events to a larger class having some additional (algebraic and/or topological) properties. The classification puts into a perspective the classical and some recent constructions related to the extension of sequentially continuous functions.

Shrimp is one of the seafood which is nutrient-rich needed by the body. However, due to the frequent case of the infected Tenggek-shrimp appeared, it makes people beware to consume it. The classification of Tenggek-shrimp by using image processing of the computer be able to classify the types of shrimp whether poisonous or not. The data mining techniques can be used to classify shrimp based on RGB colors (red, green, blue) and texture (energy, contrast, correlation, homogeneity). The class of Tenggek-shrimp is divided into two, The fresh Tenggek-shrimps that are caught naturally (Class A) and the poisoned Tenggek-shrimps that are caught by using the poison (Class B). The method used in this study is K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN). This classification system is expected to help the people in selecting good and safe Tenggek-shrimp for consumption. Based on the evaluation results using the holdout method, obtained an average accuracy of 63% with an accuracy of identification of toxic tenggek shrimp of 71.66%, and the accuracy of identification of natural fresh shrimp is about 60%.

Some authors define the French political system as a "super presidential system." The president has more powers than the prime minister in the presidential system. AbstractD-posets of fuzzy sets constitute a natural simple mathematical structure in which relevant notions of generalized probability theory can be formalized. We present a classification of D-posets leading to a hierarchy of distinguished subcategories of D-posets related to probability and study their relationships. This contributes to a better understanding of the transition from classical probability theory to fuzzy probability theory. In particular, we describe the transition from the Boolean cogenerator {0, 1} to the fuzzy cogenerator [0, 1] and prove that the generated Łukasiewicz tribes form an epireflective subcategory of the bold algebras.

ABSTRAKTelur ayam negeri yang dibeli oleh masyarakat Indonesia di toko swalayan, pasar, ataupun di peternakan memiliki grade yang berbeda-beda. Pada penelitian sebelumnya, telah dilakukan pembuatan sistem pengklasifikasian telur ayam dengan berbasis Windows, namun belum dapat digunakan secara praktis oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan agar masyarakat dapat menggunakannya di lapangan dalam mengklasifikasikan grade telur ayam negeri, dimana pengklasifikasian grade pada telur ayam negeri ini menggunakan klasifikasi KNearest Neighbor (K-NN) yang berbasis android. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem ini dapat mengklasifikasikan grade telur ayam negeri dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 80% (dibandingkan menggunakan Haugh Unit Micrometer) menggunakan parameter layer 4 (grayscale), metode penghitungan jarak cosine, dan nilai k=1 dimana jumlah tetangga yang dibandingkan pada algoritma K-NN adalah 1.Kata kunci: K-NN, telur ayam negeri, android.ABSTRACTChicken eggs purchased by Indonesian people in supermarkets, markets, or farms have different grades. In the previous research, the classification system of chicken eggs has been done in the windows platform, but it cannot be used practically by the people. This research was made so the people can use it on the field to classify chicken eggs grade, using the classification of K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) based on android. Based on testing results of this system, can classify eggs grade chicken with an accuracy of 80% (compared with Haugh Unit Micrometer) using layer 4 (grayscale), cosine distance method, and value of k=1 which is the total of compared neighborhood in K-NN algorithm is 1.Keywords: K-NN, chicken egg, android.

In this study, batik has been modeled using the GLCM method which will produce features of energy, contrast, correlation, homogenity and entropy. Then these features are used as input for the classification process of training data and data testing using the K-NN method by using ecludean distance search. The next classification uses 5 features that provide information on energy values, contrast, correlation, homogeneity, and entropy. Of the two classifications, which comparison will produce the best accuracy. Training data and data testing were tested using the Recognition Rate calculation for system evaluation. The results of the study produced 66% recognition rate in 50 pieces of test data and 100 pieces of training data.

In Science and Technology Development BCI plays a vital role in the field of Research. Classification is a data mining technique used to predict group membership for data instances. Analyses of BCI data are challenging because feature extraction and classification of these data are more difficult as compared with those applied to raw data. In this paper, We extracted features using statistical Haralick features from the raw EEG data . Then the features are Normalized, Binning is used to improve the accuracy of the predictive models by reducing noise and eliminate some irrelevant attributes and then the classification is performed using different classification techniques such as Naïve Bayes, k-nearest neighbor classifier, SVM classifier using BCI dataset. Finally we propose the SVM classification algorithm for the BCI data set.

Soil fertility determines a plant's development process that guarantees food sufficiency and the security of lives and properties through bumper harvests. The fertility of soil varies according to regions, thereby determining the type of crops to be planted. However, there is no repository or any source of information about the fertility of the soil in any region in Nigeria especially the Northwest of the country. The only available information is soil samples with their attributes which gives little or no information to the average farmer. This has affected crop yield in all the regions, more particularly the Northwest region, thus resulting in lower food production.  Therefore, this study is aimed at classifying soil data based on their fertility in the Northwest region of Nigeria using R programming. Data were obtained from the department of soil science from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. The data contain 400 soil samples containing 13 attributes. The relationship between soil attributes was observed based on the data. K-means clustering algorithm was employed in analyzing soil fertility clusters. Four clusters were identified with cluster 1 having the highest fertility, followed by 2 and the fertility decreases with an increasing number of clusters. The identification of the most fertile clusters will guide farmers on where best to concentrate on when planting their crops in order to improve productivity and crop yield.

Bronze drums are widely distributed, broader than the range of a nation. Therefore, the identification of each kind of drum is a basic subject, should be concerned. In determining the tribal identity of the drum, the classification of drum is the key stage, the relationship between the objective of the classification and classification criteria is the relation as shape and shadow, if there is no right criteria then the result of division will be difficult to reach the desired goal. Likewise, the criterion of the pattern on the bronze drum brought to the affirmation is the Dong Son bronze drum of the Lac Viet people. And the parallel is the affirmation of the culture, way of life, residence of the nation created the drum.

According to Abdulaziz Sachedina, the main argument of religious pluralism in the Qur’an based on the relationship between private belief (personal) and public projection of Islam in society. By regarding to private faith, the Qur’an being noninterventionist (for example, all forms of human authority should not be disturb the inner beliefs of individuals). While the public projection of faith, the Qur’an attitude based on the principle of coexistence. There is the willingness of the dominant race provide the freedom for people of other faiths with their own rules. Rules could shape how to run their affairs and to live side by side with the Muslims. Thus, based on the principle that the people of Indonesia are Muslim majority, it should be a mirror of a societie’s recognizion, respects and execution of religious pluralism. Abdul Aziz Sachedina called for Muslims to rediscover the moral concerns of public Islam in peace. The call for peace seemed to indicate that the existence of increasingly weakened in the religious sense of the Muslims and hence need to be reaffi rmed. Sachedina also like to emphasize that the position of peace in Islam is parallel with a variety of other doctrines, such as: prayer, fasting, pilgrimage and so on. Sachedina also tried to show the argument that the common view among religious groups is only one religion and traditions of other false and worthless. “Antipluralist” argument comes amid the reality of human religious differences.
