Income tax (VAT) of article 21 is a tax on income in the form of salaries, wages, fees, allowances, and other similar remuneration derived by any individual taxpayer in respect of employment or office, services, and activities. The purpose of this study is to provide an explanation of the implementation of the calculation and deduction, income tax reporting section 21 and the amount of income tax revenue has been recapitulated by the Government of South Minahasa District. This study used a descriptive analysis method by comparing theory and rules perpajakn there with the data obtained. From the research, it was found the procedure of calculation and reporting of income tax article 21 in the South Minahasa District Government has been good. It can be seen from the calculation until the reporting mechanism has been carried out based on the rules that apply. The use of services and applications for the calculation of Income Tax Article 21 of the PT. TASPEN in connection with the cooperation with the Government of South Minahasa.

In running the government, a State must run the economy well. This affects the country for the prosperity of society development in order to achieve the objectives set by the State Act. One aspect in the implementation of the necessary development funding comes from tax revenue. The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism of calculation, recording and reporting of Income Tax Article 23 on the procurement of goods in this respect rental services heavy loads PT.William Perkasa Makmur. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. The results showed that as a company engaged in the field of contracting and rental of heavy equipment, PT. William Makmur Perkasa continue to provide tools that have the best quality and the weight to be able to sustain the work. The company realizes the development in this area both by the Government and private parties, seen also with the advent of the projects undertaken by the Government to prepare the facilities and infrastructure to support the development of the area, of course, which is a prerequisite for the entry of investors in investing. Laws and regulations on taxation applicable always changes the company should remain always pay attention to it. This is important so that it can determine the amount of income tax 23 in accordance with the existing rules.

The purpose of this reseach to compare the income tax revenue of Article 4 paragraph 2 and the number of taxpayers before and after the implementation of PP No.46 of 2013 in the KPP Pratama Pamekasan. The data of this research is quantitative data. Source of data used in this research is secondary data. Source of data used in this research is secondary data. whereas secondary data were the Taxpayer Data and acceptance of Income Tax Article 4 paragraph 2 which is registered in KPP Pratama Pamekasan.Using descriptive analysis, the results showed that the implementation of PP No.46 of 2013 affect the acceptance of income tax article 4 paragraph 2. average growth before the implementation of  PP No. 46 of 2013 amounted to 12.01%, after the implementation of PP No. 46 of 2013 the average growth of after 16.72%. The result is strengthened by the result of paired test of t-test that is 0.000 0,05. So the acceptance of Income Tax Article 4 paragraph 2 increased by 4.71%. Average growth The number of taxpayers has increased. before the implementation of PP No. 46 of 2013 amounted to 25.44% and after the implementation of PP No. 46 of 2013 for the implementation of PP No. 46 of 2013 amounted to 33.80%.

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of tax extensification and level of compliance partially or simultaneously to the level of income tax revenue. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Primary Tax Office (KPP) Cibitung and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Bekasi Regency. The data analysis method used is the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The statistical method used is linear linear regression analysis. The results show that partially tax extensification and the level of taxpayer compliance do not affect the level of income tax revenue. The results of simultaneous tax extensification and the level of taxpayer compliance do not affect the level of income tax revenue. Tax extensification and the level of compliance affect the level of income tax revenue by 25,7 %. While the remaining 74,3 % is influenced by other variables that are not explained in the regression model.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are business sectors that have large tax revenue opportunities. The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) contributes positively to the handling of economic and social problems. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can help the government in reducing poverty, reducing the amount of unemployment, and social inequality. In helping to increase this small and medium economic activity, the government provides tax services for MSME taxpayers with a 0.5% tax rate on gross income not exceeding Rp4.8 Billion. PP No. 23 of 2018 concerning the imposition of MSME tax. This study aims to evaluate how the level of UMKM tax revenue when PP No. 46 of 2013 and when the PP No. 23 of 2018. The method used in this study is a comparative descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the growth of taxpayers who make payments increased while UMKM tax revenues decreased due to tariff cuts

Income Tax Article 23 ( article 23 ) , set cutting taxes imposed on income taxpayer in the country or Permanent Establishment (PE ) derived from the capital , the delivery of services , or implementation of activities other than those of Article 21 Income Tax withheld.This study aims to determine the calculation as well as the accounting treatment of income tax article 23 and to know the tax reporting has been carried out by PT . Hasjrat Multifinance , Manado whether in accordance with applicable regulations . Object of this study was taken at. Hasjrat Multifinance , Manado using qualitative descriptive analysis method . From the results of this study concluded that PT . Hasjrat Multifinance , Manado has done the calculation and reporting of article 23 are right that is in accordance with the provisions . To deposit no later than the 10th of the next month while reporting not later than 20 days after the tax period ends .

This study aims to identify, analyze, and describe the accountability of village governments in the management of village fund allocation in 2018 budget year which includes the planning, implementation and accountability phases in Tumbu Village, Karangasem, so that it can be used by the government so that government organizations can run well, and efficiently. In this study, qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method was used. The results of the research indicate that administratively the Tumbu Village Government has been transparent and accountable in every stage of planning, implementation, and accountability of village fund allocation. However, the village government still finds it difficult to prepare the Budget Realization Report for the Implementation of the Budget Year 2018, so that the sub-district government needs to provide assistance and guidance Keywords: accountability, village government, management, village fund allocation, planning, implementation.

Income tax article 23 ( article 23 ) , is withholding tax on income derived by a taxpayer in domestically and Permanent Establishment derived from the capital , organizing the delivery of services or activities other than those of Article 21 Income Tax withheld , paid , supplied , to be paid , or was due for payment by government agencies , subject to tax in domestically , organizers of the event , the permanent establishment , representatives of other foreign companies . While the Income Tax Article 25 is that income tax installment must be paid by the taxpayer for any month in the current tax year. This study aims to determine the amount of income tax Article 23 and Income Tax Article 25 are deposited and to know whether the calculation and recording of income tax under Article 23 and Article 25 of the Income Tax Reporting at PT. Bank Sulut Main Branch is in conformity with the Law on Income Tax. The object of research is taken at PT. Bank Sulut Main Branch. The method used is descriptive analysis method. From the results of this study concluded that the calculation and recording of article 23 and article 25 of Income Tax Reporting was in accordance with applicable regulations.

Taxes are an important component for the government in carrying out state activities in Indonesia, since the financing of routine expenditures as well as government development is largely derived from the tax sector. as it is known that tax revenue plays a vital role since the revenue from the oil and gas sector has decreased. The government in this case the Directorate General of Tax (DJP) always wanted to perform the task in terms of collecting tax revenue so that the nation's survival is maintained. Therefore, the Directorate General of Tax (DJP) is trying to get the tax collection in Indonesia on target by always trying to improve the service by updating the rules of tax collection that meet the requirements of justice, juridical, economic, financial and simple. This study aims to analyze the calculation and withholding of Article 21 Income Tax on the salary of PT. Telaga Bakti Persada Ternate whether it is in compliance with the provisions of the Taxation Law. No. 36 of 2008 Income Tax Income. This research uses Descriptive Research Method. The results of the research can be concluded that the calculation and withholding of income tax article 21 Income Tax on permanent employees of PT.
