The succeed of company is determined by the existing of human resources. Furthermore, high qualified competences and professionalism of human resources can improve work productivity. This research is aimed to know the influence of integrity, competences, and professionalism to accounting employees’ productivity at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Manado. This is a quantitative causal research. Data were collected by questionnaires and interviews. This study employed 36 respondents. Data were analysed by multiple linear regression analysis. Regression equation result is Y = -13,193 + 0,590X1 + 0,239X2 + 0,817X3 + e. The bank as a service company places great importance on satisfaction through services and products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely bank customers who live and have bank accounts in the Cibubur area. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that service quality did not affect customer satisfaction, while product quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

The objective of the research is to find out and analyze the influence of product quality on decision-making, both simultaneously and partially. The research is verificative. The sample involves consumers of Agya car at PT. Hadji Kalla. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of regression equation from the study is -2.887 + 0,237 X1+ 0,220X2 + 0,217X3 + 0,319X4 + 0,166X5 + 0,418X6 + 0,140X7. Product Quality partially has significant to decision-making.                                 Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk keputusan menandai baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian verifikatif. sampel adalah konsumen Of Agya di PT. Hadji Kalla. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah beberapa analisis regresi linear. Hasil persamaan regresi dari penelitian ini adalah -2,887 + 0.237 X1 + 0,220X2 + 0,217X3 + 0,319X4 + 0,166X5 + 0,418X6 + 0,140X7. Kualitas produk parsial memiliki signifikan untuk pembuatan keputusan.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. This research aims to determine the analyze cost, revenue, income and economic of scale of onion farming. This research was conducted in Metro City which is chosen purposively in which total number of respondents are 33 farmers who are chosen using saturation sampling. Primary and secondary data were collected in November 2017–Mei 2018. The research data are analyzed byincome analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with Cobb-Douglass production function. The results of this research showed that onion farming at first cultivation season and second cultivation season was profitable for farmers in Metro City, R/C value of total cost was about 1.43 and 1.53. Economic of scale of onion farming in Metro City was increasing return to scale,meaningthat there was an increase of the profit caused by an increase of total production.Keywords: economic of scale,income,onion farming

The importance of Human Resources needs to be realized by every level of management in the company, in order to improve the company's development. This research was conducted by researchers with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of communication, leadership and incentives on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. In this study, the method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Where the total population amounted to 176 consumers and the number of samples in this study amounted to 122 consumers. From the results of this study conducted by researchers, it was found that partially and simultaneously the quality of communication, leadership and incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. The coefficient of determination is 0.653 which means 65.3% of employee performance which can be explained by communication, leadership and incentives, while the remaining 34.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. This research aims to determine (1) the influence of Modernization tax administration system on taxpayer compliance in the KPP Pratama Makassar Utara, (2) the influence of tax knowledge on taxpayer compliance in the KPP Pratama Makassar Utara. The research data obtained from questionnaire were distributed to taxpayer in the KPP Pratama Makassar Utara. The sample determined by using purposive sampling with a sample size of 97 respondents. Further data have been obtained, tested by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis test prove that modernization tax administration system has positive impact on the taxpayer compliance and tax knowledge has positive impact on the taxpayer compliance.

Human resources (HR) is one of the most important factors that cannot even be separated from an organization, both institutions and companies. The government in carrying out its duties and responsibilities are required to produce good performance. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, competence and work discipline on employee performance. The sample used in this study as many as 9 5 respondents who are at BKPSDMD Kerinci. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership influences and significantly affects employee performance , competence influences and significantly affects employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership , competence and work discipline jointly influences and significantly affects the performance of Kerinci Regency BKPSDMD employees.

Damri Lampung Public Company is a company located on Jalan Captain Abdul Haq No.  28, Bandar Lampung which was established as a Public Transportation Bus company within the City and between Cities or Provinces.  In Damri Lampung Public Company, several problems occur including: lack of motivation, personal character problems, self-concept problems, lack of knowledge and skills.  The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Competency and Work experience simultaneously and partially on the Quality of HR. With a total of 118 respondents, this research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. To determine the effect of the independent variable partially on the dependent variable, the t test is used.  Whereas to determine the effect of the dependent variable simultaneously, the F-test is used. The analysis technique uses SPSS 16.0.  The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the t-count is 1.768 while the F-test show a value of 105.349 with the R square value in this research is 0.647 or 64.7%.  The results of this research indicate that competency and work experience have a significant effect on the quality of human resources. Di Perusahaan Umum Damri Lampung terjadi beberapa permasalahan diantaranya: motivasi yang kurang, masalah karakter pribadi, masalah konsep diri, minimnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi dan Pengalaman kerja secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Kualitas SDM. Dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 118 orang karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen secara parsial, digunakan uji t. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel dependen secara simultan, digunakan uji-F. Analisis menggunakan SPSS 16.0,. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh bahwa t-hitung adalah 1,768 sedangkan uji-F diperoleh nilai sebesar 105,349 dengan nilai R square pada penelitian ini adalah 0,647 atau 64,7 %. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi dan Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas SDM. Kata kunci: Kompetensi, Pengalaman Kerja, Kualitas SDM

This study aimed to examine and analyze the influence of liquidity, efficiency, capital and inflation on non-performing financing at sharia banks in Indonesia. The research data is secondary data obtained from the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Before the data is analyzed further, classical assumption test is done which include normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Based on the hypothesis test using t test, it is concluded that only the capital has an effect on the problem financing, while the liquidity, efficiency and inflation do not affect the problematic financing of syariah bank in Indonesia. The final measure of success of an HR Department is work performance. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work stress has on work performance of empolyee at PT Surya Menara Pratama, South Jakarta, to find out how much influence discipline has on employee performance at PT Surya Menara Pratama, South Jakarta, and to determine the Effect of Work Stress and Discipline Towards Employee Job Performance at PT Surya Menara Pratama, South Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive explanation. The population in this study were employees of PT Surya Menara Pratama South Jakarta with a sample of 60 and the sampling technique used was the Simple Random Sampling technique. Furthermore, the analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis consisting of descriptive analysis of the questionnaire, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, coefficient of determination test correlation coefficient test, simple regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test (test partial), f test (simultaneous test). The results of simple linear regression analysis show that work stress has a significant effect on work performance with a tcount of 3.902, a significance value of 0.000, a regression coefficient of 0.436 and a regression equation Y = 24.167 + 0.436X1. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that work discipline has a significant effect on work performance with a tcount of 3,500, a significance value of 0.001, a regression coefficient of 0.400 and a regression equation Y = 25.804 + 0.400X2. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that work stress and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on work performance with a Fcount of 10.923, a significance value of 0.000, a coefficient of determination of 0.252 and a regression equation Y = 17.293 + 0.332X1 + 0.273X2.
