Human resources (HR) is one of the most important factors that cannot even be separated from an organization, both institutions and companies. The government in carrying out its duties and responsibilities are required to produce good performance. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, competence and work discipline on employee performance. The sample used in this study as many as 9 5 respondents who are at BKPSDMD Kerinci. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership influences and significantly affects employee performance , competence influences and significantly affects employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership , competence and work discipline jointly influences and significantly affects the performance of Kerinci Regency BKPSDMD employees.

Human resources are part of a progress in science, development and technology. In order to achieve the objectives of an organization within the government environment, good employee performance is needed. A performance can be said to be good if in doing a job get results in accordance with the objectives, both in quality, quantity and time in accordance with predetermined targets and in accordance with established performance standards. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, empowerment and job satisfaction on employee performance. The sample used in this study were 68 respondents who were in the office of the district head of Sitinjau Laut and the office of Danau Kerinci. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has an effect on and significant on employee performance, empowerment has an effect on and significant on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline, empowerment and job satisfaction jointly has a significant and significant effect on the performance of employees in the office of the district head of Sitinjau Laut and the office of Danau Kerinci.

The importance of Human Resources needs to be realized by every level of management in the company, in order to improve the company's development. This research was conducted by researchers with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of communication, leadership and incentives on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. In this study, the method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Where the total population amounted to 176 consumers and the number of samples in this study amounted to 122 consumers. From the results of this study conducted by researchers, it was found that partially and simultaneously the quality of communication, leadership and incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. The coefficient of determination is 0.653 which means 65.3% of employee performance which can be explained by communication, leadership and incentives, while the remaining 34.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. This study aims to analyze the influence of the application of work culture (corporate culture)  on employee performance at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Puskopat Palembang. The processed  data is the result of a questionnaire from 32 respondents. The analytical method applied in this  research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that work culture  (X) has a simultaneous effect on employee performance (Y). This research is expected to  provide benefits to PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Puskopat Palembang to improve employee  performance.    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh penerapan budaya kerja (corporate  culture) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Puskopat Palembang.  Data yang diolah merupakan hasil kuesioner dari 32 responden. Metode analisis yang  diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian  membuktikan bahwa budaya kerja (X) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai  (Y). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat  Puskopat Palembang untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya.

The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and significant effect on employee performance, work environment influences and significantly affects employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment, work environment and work discipline jointly influences and significantly affects employee performance Kerinci Regency BKPSDMD.

The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) Emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance, (2) Emotional intelligence on employee performance, (3) Work environment on employee performance. This study used a causal quantitative research design, the subjects in this study were all employees at CV Bali Coco Fiber Jembrana, the population in this study was 48 employees.Data collected by structured interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the research on multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously.(1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Bali Coco Fiber.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. This research aims to determine the effect of training, work dicipline and organization communication toward employee performance. The sample used in the study amounted to 158 employees. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of managing data using SPSS version 22 software. The results of this study indicate that training, organization communication partially have a significant effect on the employee performance, and work dicipline partially haven’t a significant effect on the employee performances. And training, work dicipline, organization communication a simultaneously have a significant effect on the employees Performances.
