The range of issues related to the origins of Christianity, the birth and formation of its doctrine, the existence of Christianity at an early, pre-conciliar stage, the problem of the identity of its founder, always concerned not only Christian scholars, not only those scholars who in one way or another were involved in them in their research, but society as a whole. However, in all of this, in Ukraine (and in academic terms) these problems are not well developed. Those researchers who are now engaged in them, as they say, can "count on your fingers." For the most part, this gap in Ukrainian religious studies is still traditionally filled with information from former Soviet and contemporary Russian scientific publications, some foreign reprints, and the findings of Russian Christian scholars.

Significance. Improving quality and availability of palliative care for children with severe refractory diseases is one of the main objectives of the federal and reginal authorities. The efforts are focused on improving quality of patients’ life, increasing satisfaction of patients (their legal representatives) and families with availability of palliative care, that relieves suffering of patients and reduces symptoms of depression. Purpose of the study. To analyze modern forms and methods of palliative care delivery to children with severe refractory diseases. Material and methods. The authors have conducted a content analysis of scientific publications on organization of palliative care delivery to children with severe refractory diseases. A total of 153 publications were analyzed, including 141 foreign publications for the period from 1998 to the second quarter of 2020. A total of 44 publications have been selected for the analytical review including 28 publications from the international Scopus database, 12 – from the Russian scientific citation index database, including 7 publications from the list of VAK journals (Higher Attestation Commission Journals), and 4 - materials of international medical organizations (WHO, WHA, AHA, European Council). Results. Children with severe refractory diseases need specialized medical, psychological and social assistance. Palliative care includes active and comprehensive support for physical, psychological, social and spiritual well-being of these children, relieving their suffering, from diagnosis to outcome, reducing symptoms of depression in their families, ensuring the best quality of life. More than 21 million children worldwide require palliative care every year, ranging from 20 to 120 per 10,000 children around the world. However, palliative care is often discussed in the late stages of the disease, not always resulting in its early initiation, only little more than half the patients in need receive palliative care, there are differences in tools for assessing care results. It is necessary to early initiate palliative care, increase volumes of its provision, increase the number of specialists and institutions involved in palliative care delivery, as well as implement a comprehensive balanced assessment of care results.

This article is dedicated to the events that received the name of Guna Revolution and led to the autonomy of Comarca Guna Yala that belongs to the Republic of Panama. Guna Indians are one of the few peoples of the American Continent who were able to preserve integrity of their land, their authenticity, traditions, culture and beliefs, although it took them enormous efforts. The goal of this research consists in examination of causes that led to the rebellion, as well as its consequences for the Guna people. The authors of attempt to reconstruct the events and determine the crucial factor that affected successful outcome of the revolt. The scientific novelty is defined by the fact that the history of Guna Indians of the Republic of Panama alongside the events related to their struggle for the autonomy and self-identification did not receive due coverage within the Russian scientific publications. In the current era of globalization, which blurs the boundaries and differences, the preservation of authenticity and integrity of small, and often large, ethnic groups is more relevant than ever. One of the authors was able to visit Comarca Guna Yala and get acquainted with the lifestyle, culture and traditions of its inhabitants, as well as listen to their perspective on the historical events of 1925, which Guna Indians carefully preserve in their folk tradition of chants that sound on the sessions of Guna General Congress.

The article considers the bibliographic database “Librarianship and Bibliography”, developed by the specialists of the Russian State Library in the context of other libraries and institutions that distribute resources related to library science. The author reveals the specifics of structure and composition of databases with similar resources, created by some central regional libraries of Russia and federal libraries of other departments. The authar touches upon the issue of foreign companies’ information support of studies in library science. This database was created using many years, experience in formation of information resources on culture and art, which have no analogues in Russia. The article presents the search capabilities of this bibliographic online resource and the practice of user interaction with it in 2016—2017. The author notes that the main body of records includes articles from monographs, scientific collections, conference proceedings and other publications. The article outlines the features of working with the database. The resource interface and the structure of its search fields are described. There are given some examples of its search fragments and navigation capabilities. Using statistical data, the author analyses the resorce access dynamics, user requests and the geography of user access to the database. The access leaders among the eight regions of the Russian Federation are Ural, Northwestern and Siberian Federal Districts. There is a stable interest observed in Siberian, Volga and Central Districts. The rating of the most popular search terms is made. The results of the study confirm the demand for the online resource among users. This is especially important in the conditions of low circulation of Russian scientific publications that significantly decreases their accessibility and reduces the ability to disseminate scientific knowledge among specialists.

The article presents the events that took place last year in the world of Russian scientific publications. There is a slow slide towards paid access of some academic journals turned in open access in 2018. The European Union has announced plan "S" for the mass transition of scientific journals to open access. New models of the scientific publication are introducing. Reporting on publications requested by the Ministry of education and science in 2019 does not take into account the size of the readership of the article. Neither the Ministry of education and science, nor the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) does not encourage publication in the public domain. In Russian Science Citation Index began the fight against widespread fraudulent trade in references to the article, but the HAC is not interested in this activity. A proliferation of contradictory the term "self-plagiarism" has spread. This label is widely stigmatized authors and journals for repeated publications.

The article presents a bibliometric review of the array of the of the most actively cited Russian publications in the Scopus database for the period 2010-2020. The criteria for studying the array of publications with the highest citation were the following: frequency distribution of publications by type; determination of the share in open access; frequency distribution of documents by quartiles of publications; frequency distribution by SciVal topics; frequency distribution by the degree of relevance of topics (percentiles); analysis of publications by the number of co-authors; Influence on field-weighted citation (FWCI); determination of the share of publications made with and without foreign participation; determination of the list of countries with which the greatest amount of work was carried out; distribution of publications by shares in various fields of knowledge; determination of the average number of co-authors per 1 publication; determination of leading organizations by the number of publications included in the top 550 by citation for the period 2010-2020.It was found that the vast majority of publications with the highest citations were issued by major international organizations, and most of them are concentrated in journals with a high open access rating, mainly in the first CiteScore quartile. The leading fields in terms of the number of most cited documents are Medicine, followed by physics and astronomy, as well as biochemistry, Genetics and molecular biology. It is shown that it is preferable to use SciVal themes, rather than the thematic area of journals. It is shown that when ranking publications by citation, one should focus on the influence of citation weighted by field, but not on the overall citation. The greatest citation of Russian publications is observed in works performed within the framework of MegaScience projects in international mega-co-authorship. The study of the array of the most actively cited Russian scientific publications is important both for monitoring the dynamics of their significance level and for developing a strategy to increase it.

As a rule, the innovation environment is considered within the boundaries of a specific region, taking into account the territorial aspect. This point of view is taken into consideration in Russian scientific publications and economic policy. The article deals with a comparative analysis of the category "region innovation environment" and "spatial innovation environment". The criterion for distinguishing between concepts is the spatial boundaries of this environment. Innovative environment of the region can be considered as real. The spatial innovation environment should be described as potentially possible, taking into account the mismatch of its borders with the boundaries of a particular region. As usual the innovation environment of the region goes beyond its administrative boundaries. In this case, the definition "spatial innovation environment" is methodologically justified. The exogenous nature of radical innovations in relation to a particular region is shown. The author's position is based on foreign researches, in which there is no rigid dependence of the region's economic development level on the development of the innovation environment of the region. The research shows that the quantitative parameters of the innovation environment development in the region do not always give an objective picture of the innovative development of a particular region. Indicators of innovative development make it possible to measure only the production of innovations in the region, but do not offer a mechanism for their dissemination and use. The study of the macro region innovation environment of the south of Western Siberia showed that there are conditions for competition for intellectual resources. The process of innovation can give a positive effect, taking into consideration the cooperation of relevant agglomerations innovative environment, excluding duplicate innovative projects. It is necessary to transform regional innovation spaces into a common interregional innovation cluster. Because of it the creation of a coordinating interregional body is necessary.

Modern Ukrainian religious studies have received considerable attention from studies of mystical scholars. This can be explained by the fact that it is mystical cognition that enables a person to fully discover his spiritual potential and experience the experience of union with the Absolute. At the same time, a number of unanswered questions arise that may be the object of study. Above all, various religions offer their own ways of attaining the mystical state and differently consider the following problems concerning it: the essence of the Absolute and being, the place of man in the world, the nature of his relationship with God, the main purpose of mystical practice, practical ways and basic means of union with the Absolute . There are no contemporary scientific publications on the typology of mystical experience.
