Among the range of functions performed by modern religious organizations in the world and in Ukraine, in particular, there are both relatively traditional and relatively new, with at least some of the first ones being re-updated. These can include a value-controlling function. In the situation of the "hybrid war" in Ukraine, before many of its inhabitants (directly or through the mediation of relatives), dramatic, and even tragic questions of life and death, their meaning, the orientation between the Earth and the sky, between neighbors, between those or other decisions that need to be made quickly in matters of material, but the consequences of which can then be long-term boomerang yatrit conscience. Whichever system of value coordinates is based on this, then everyone has to choose himself. Under the conditions of religious and ideological freedom, the Church and religious organizations no longer have the role of "legislators" in such a choice, but in essence they are virtually the only institutions that offer appropriate guidance and advice.

<p>Despite being major players on the global biogeochemical cycles, microorganisms are generally not included in holistic views of Earth’s system. The Microbial Conveyor Belt is a conceptual framework that represents a recurrent and cyclical flux of microorganisms across the globe, connecting distant ecosystems and Earth compartments. This long-range dispersion of microorganisms directly influences the microbial biogeography, the global cycling of inorganic and organic matter, and thus the Earth system’s functioning and long-term resilience. Planetary-scale human impacts disrupting the natural flux of microorganisms pose a major threat to the Microbial Conveyor Belt, thus compromising microbial ecosystem services. Perturbations that modify the natural dispersion of microorganisms are, for example, the modification of the intensity/direction of air fluxes and ocean currents due to climate change, the vanishing of certain dispersion vectors (e.g., species extinction or drying rivers) or the introduction of new ones (e.g., microplastics, wildfires). Transdisciplinary approaches are needed to disentangle the Microbial Conveyor Belt, its major threats and their consequences for Earth´s system resilience.</p>

A number of polyethylene acetabular cups (59) and femoral stems (38) of Charnley hip prostheses were obtained following revision surgery and examined by scanning electron microscopy. In many cases, acrylic cement particles were embedded in the articulating surface of the cups. These particles caused surface pitting. The appearance of the articulating surfaces suggested that some cement had been present from the time of arthroplasty. In other cups there was evidence of cement ingress during the service life. Failure to use sufficient cement at arthroplasty resulted in cavities on the backs of the cups. Many femoral heads had become scratched in vivo, the surface roughness increasing from an initial value less than 0.02 μm Ra to a value on removal of 0.07 μm Ra. The increased roughness increases the amount of wear in the polyethylene sockets. Laboratory tests show that retrieved acrylic cement particles will scratch stainless steel, and it is our conclusion that entrapped cement will damage both components of the prosthesis and may cause premature failure.

AbstractSpiritual growth to be a blessing and influence and impact on others cannot be separated from the challenges of life. And it is part of the believer's role to be able to color and make himself a useful person. Yet the church and the believers experienced divisions that created conflict and contention so that the church could not speak or give anything to a divided, corrupted world. With the background of the problem, the author uses a library research method with a descriptive quantitative approach. So the author concludes that the role of believers as the salt of the world in Matthew 5:13, in the midst of an era of disruption, is the first Christianity that does not become tasteless. Second, Christianity must function like salt and third, Christianity must glorify God in its life. By applying to all believers, the role of Christians as the salt of the earth has an impact.Key words: Salt Of The World, Believers, The Role Of Christianity AbstrakPertumbuhan rohani untuk menjadi berkat dan pengaruh serta berdampak bagi sesama tidak lepas dari tantangan kehidupan.

The Church in Australia finds itself pushed to the margins of society and lacking the status it once enjoyed in previous generations. The importance and role of the church in society’s life is now questioned and it would seem that the church’s long term survival is being challenged. How should the church respond? One response is found in the exploration of new forms of church birthed out of missional theology – a theology that sees the church partnering with the God who is actively on mission in his world. This response however, does not come without its own inherent challenges. Leaders of missional communities within the Australian context were interviewed in an attempt to decipher what those challenges might be. The results can largely be covered under the rubrics of: Ambiguity, Anxiety, Audience and Abandonment.

Rapid urbanization causes significant changes on the earth surface directly and internal itself temperature. The transformation of land use purposes crucially affects the surface temperature and exacerbates the effect of the negative heat island. It is necessary to develope a long-term strategy optimize urban cooling. In this study, the determinated object is Hanoi - city - a widen urbanized city in Vietnam. The authors proposed, defined and calculated the concept of cooling efficiency and threshold values. The results show that the surface heat capacity increases in proportion to the reduction of green space. Plots with excess temperature difference of the ground surface of 4.34 ℃ with reduced green space.

Summary. The article examines the main reasons and preconditions for the occupation of certain regions in eastern Ukraine. The influence and role of Russia in this military conflict are analyzed, and for the first time an empirical (applied) analysis of the democratization index in the temporarily occupied territories is carried out. Russia’s aggressive policy in eastern Ukraine is part of a “hybrid” war against Ukraine that began in early 2014 with the occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. With the support of Russia, the so-called “Donetsk and Luhansk” people’s republics were created in eastern Ukraine. In essence, these are occupation military administrations that number more than 30,000 people, including regular troops and instructors of the armed forces of the Russian Federation. These are well-armed military formations, the number and combat capabilities of which are not inferior to the armies of individual European countries. In the temporarily occupied territories there is a total political and ideological “Russification”, the purpose of which is the alienation and further isolation of these territories from official Kyiv. It should be noted that the hostilities, which have been going on for the sixth year, pose serious economic, political, legal, and geopolitical problems on Ukraine’s path to consolidating the democratic regime and integrating with the European community. The change of political regime in 2013 in Ukraine opened up prospects for the consolidation of national identity and the restoration of the course of Euro-Atlantic integration, which was usually not accepted by official Moscow and personally by President Putin. It should be clearly understood that the war in Donbass, provoked by Russia, is the result of a systematic and long-term policy of Russia towards Ukraine as a country with a favorable geopolitical location and a kind of bridge between Europe and Russia. The article pays special attention to the theoretical and applied analysis of democratic development in Donbass. It should be noted that from 2020 “Freedom House” will start monitoring the territory and accordingly provide quantitative data on the democratization index with the appropriate analytical base and forecasts.

Economic mineral deposits represent abnormal concentrations of metals which must be regarded as records of unusual geological events. The recognition of any long-term changes in styles of mineralization must depend on the identification of anomalies within the geological régimes characteristic of successive stages of the Earth’s history. This question will be discussed in relation to recent developments in the Earth sciences. The recognition of structural and chemical inhomogeneities in the lithospheric mantle suggests that mapping of mantle age-provinces may become possible; such studies bear on the significance of certain metallogenic provinces. Coordinated geochemical, structural and palaeomagnetic studies which are throwing light on the evolution of early tectonic systems should help to illuminate the significance of changes in style of mineralization at the Archaean/Proterozoic boundary, as well as the distribution of some types of Proterozoic deposits. Geochemical evidence concerning the changing rôle of organic processes in sedimentation and diagenesis has a bearing on the origin of sedimentary ores, especially over the controversial period characterized by accumulation of banded iron-formations.

Abstract The novelty of this research is to prove that the community has been unable to encourage and motivate entrepreneurship growth to improve the economy of indigenous peoples in Papua. This research was carried out in-depth in Papua using descriptive qualitative methods using extensive interviews, observations, and secondary data techniques. The results of the study show that the efforts of the Indonesian Christian Church in Papua to improve the economy of indigenous peoples at both synods, classical, and community levels are still small. The community is currently facing challenges internally and externally. You are grappling with the global Covid-19 pandemic situation. Internet problems still exist in many areas of Papua, making communication even more difficult. To improve the economy of the indigenous peoples, the community tries to implement a common empowerment strategy and strategic steps, namely an open heart-to-heart dialogue between all church components internally at different levels. What is required is a concrete problem mapping with a priority scale and the ability to implement strategic indigenous economic development programs, and supported by appropriate support according to the regional or usual context. At the same time, the community must prepare competent human resources in its areas for long-term economic development.

The article analyzes certain factors (external and internal) that affect the preservation of the national and cultural identity of Ukrainians living outside Ukraine. The key internal factor is national self-identification. Among the external factors are the following: ideological factor, value security, the religious factor, the factor of historical bias in foreign and Ukrainian media, the factor of manipulation of consciousness, the factor of aesthetic and value orientation, and others. The need for more resolute opposition to the political and ideological influences of Russia, which invaded the territory of Ukraine and unleashed a hybrid war with its people, is highlighted. The authors of the article pay attention to the problems of the ontology of war and peace in the context of Ukraine‟s experience in counteracting the Russian-Ukrainian war, which became a long-term factor of destructive influences on Ukrainian socio-economic, political, cultural, educational, and scientific activities. Attention is drawn to the fact that the aggressive actions of the Russian Federation cause devastating consequences not only for Ukraine but also for the system of world order and international security, the main factor destabilizing the security environment in the regional environment of Ukraine. In the article, the ways of preserving the national and cultural identity of the Ukrainian diaspora are revealed through strategic and security paradigms, with the inclusion of multilevel interaction of cognitive meanings. Particular attention is paid to the role of national-cultural identity and analysis of the cognitive dimension in hybrid conflicts.
