The purpose of the article is the conceptualization and rethinking of the meaning of Ukrainian children's folklore as an integral part of the structure of Ukrainian folk art culture and carefully crafted magic rituals. Updating the concept «Ukrainian children's folklore» in the context of cultural knowledge, defining the essence of this phenomenon in the chronotope of the 21st century and evaluating temporal and spatial unity, which contributes to the preservation of the national cultural heritage, the dialogue of different cultures and human unity, is also the goal of the work. The delineation of the essence of this phenomenon in the chronotope of the XXI century and the assessment of temporal-spatial unity, which contributes to the preservation of the national cultural heritage and dialogue of different cultures, is also the goal and object of analysis. The methodology consists in applying comparative and concrete-historical methods for conceptualization of Ukrainian children's folklore in the context of national folk art culture, use of formal method, as well as hermeneutic interpretation method for analysis of the concept of «children's folklore» and its functions in today's chronotope. The scientific novelty lies in the actualization and conceptualization in the context of culturological knowledge of Ukrainian folklore, including children's (riddles), as a complex phenomenon and an integral part of the morphology and typology of national folk art culture in the chronotope of the XXI century. Scientific novelty also consists in revealing on the basis of delineation and comprehension of essence, dynamics of laws of development and an estimation of internal structure and space-time unity of functions of the Ukrainian national art culture, consideration of interaction of oral folk art of the childhood and dialogue of various cultures. Conclusions. In modern socio-cultural reality the question of understanding the chronotope of Ukrainian folk art culture as a dialectical unity of traditional and innovative models of life in space and time and conceptualization of Ukrainian children's folklore (riddles) in the context of culturological knowledge as an integral part of morphology and typology of national folk art culture. Ukrainian children's folklore in its diversity of forms, types, functions, purposes is an attractive phenomenon that requires further conceptualization and continuation of thorough research. Defining the essence of this phenomenon in the chronotope of national folk culture contributes to the preservation of national cultural heritage and dialogue of different cultures in the XXI century. Keywords: Ukrainian folk art culture, folklore, children’s folklore, riddles, musical folklore, dialogue of cultures, oral folk art, national culture, chronotope, space-time interrelations.

This article is devoted to an interest in local folk culture, regional heritage, and the past of Cieszyn Silesia, as well as to methods extending back through the 19th century for the documentation, popularization, and protection of the unique cultural knowledge of the region. Attention is primarily given to the activities of the Cieszyn Silesians themselves. The author examines multiple sources, including local periodicals, for elements of local culture (folklore, dialects, traditional outfits, customs). He tries to capture how the phenomena of cultural heritage is defined both regionally and nationally, and also how it can be used as a resource in tourism and in broadly-understood identity policy.

Ukraine is the motherland of not only Ukrainians but also of many national minorities with different cultures and traditions. Ukraine is a Christian country in general, with non-Christian and non-Christian religions and confessional currents, along with traditional churches - Orthodox, Catholic, Protestant - rooted and actively developing non-traditional Ukrainian culture and spirituality. In Ukraine there is a complex process of spiritual revival, especially in the intellectual environment. Many are written and talk about the preservation of cultural heritage. Everywhere, monuments of architecture, art, which testify to the generally recognized historical contribution of Christianity to the development of spirituality and morality of the Ukrainian people, are restored. In our eyes, there are changes in social and religious relations.

This essay argues for the presence of Aristotelian ideas of cosmic order, syllogism, space and time in Beckett's . It accounts for how such ideas impact upon the novel's 'I' as he attempts to offer a philosophical 'solution' to his predicament in an underworld divorced from the revolving heavens. Beckett's study of formal logic as a student at Trinity College, Dublin and his private study of philosophy in 1932 is examined in this light; particularly his “Philosophy Notes,” along with some possible further sources for his knowledge. The essay then reveals a creative transformation of Aristotelian ideas in which led to formal innovations, such as the continuous present of its narrative.

Abstract The geographic distribution of genetic variation is an important theoretical and experimental component of population genetics. Previous characterizations of genetic structure of populations have used measures of spatial variance and spatial correlations. Yet a full understanding of the causes and consequences of spatial structure requires complete characterization of the underlying space-time system. This paper examines important interactions between processes and spatial structure in systems of subpopulations with migration and drift, by analyzing correlations of gene frequencies over space and time. We develop methods for studying important features of the complete set of space-time correlations of gene frequencies for the first time in population genetics. These methods also provide a new alternative for studying the purely spatial correlations and the variance, for models with general spatial dimensionalities and migration patterns. These results are obtained by employing theorems, previously unused in population genetics, for space-time autoregressive (STAR) stochastic spatial time series. We include results on systems with subpopulation interactions that have time delay lags (temporal orders) greater than one. We use the space-time correlation structure to develop novel estimators for migration rates that are based on space-time data (samples collected over space and time) rather than on purely spatial data, for real systems. We examine the space-time and spatial correlations for some specific stepping stone migration models. One focus is on the effects of anisotropic migration rates. Partial space-time correlation coefficients can be used for identifying migration patterns. Using STAR models, the spatial, space-time, and partial space-time correlations together provide a framework with an unprecedented level of detail for characterizing, predicting and contrasting space-time theoretical distributions of gene frequencies, and for identifying features such as the pattern of migration and estimating migration rates in experimental studies of genetic variation over space and time.

This paper is an attempt to explain problems of cultural heritage conservation and management in Thailand due to the neglect of the State and the weakness of the society in understanding and protecting their cultural heritage especially the “folk culture” against globalization. The paper also points out that the impending Thailand Charter for cultural heritage conservation and management is the key solution to counterbalance today’s threats. Non-government organizations should take the lead in drafting the Charter with full public participation. Meanwhile local cultural heritage organizations which are at risk should immediately respond, with all stakeholders involved, before it is too late.

The article deals with such a modern phenomenon of culture and art — as performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the performative features as characteristics of modern artistic creativity and their influence on the development of folk culture. The tendency for turning to ritual, ceremonial types of folk art, whereby the communication is put forward, is considered on the example of the creative activity of the folklore ensemble "Rosstan". The article notes such performative characteristics as the creation of an event and atmosphere, space and communication organization, the interaction of the audience, that provide conditions for perception and response. The author relies on the works of such scientists as: E. Fischer-Lichte, V. Turner, A. Ya. Flier, L. N. Zakharova, L. V. Demina and others. In the process of studying following methods were used: generalization, comparison and also dialectical, historical and logical once. Modern features in folk culture, expressed in the interaction of traditional and innovative folkloristics are revealed on the example of the creative activity of "Rosstan". The revival of folk culture, the realization of its creative potential is possible through the development of cultural traditions and the creation of innovations related to ancient ritual forms of interaction, which should be adapted to the present and be understood by modern generation.

Memento value in heritage is one of the most essential characteristics facilitating the association between the environment and its users, by connecting structures with space and time, moreover, it helps people to identify their surroundings. However, the emergence of the Modern Movement in the architectural sphere disrupted the reflection of memory and symbols which serve to root the society in its language. Furthermore, it generated an approach that stood against the practice of referring to the past and tradition, which led to the built environment becoming homogeneous and deprived of memento value. This paper focuses on the impact of memento value on the perception and evaluation of cultural heritage. Furthermore, it investigates the notions which are perceived to influence the appraisal of cultural heritage by applying them to the Kaunas dialect of the Modern Movement with an empirical approach.
