The development of decision support system applications for the selection of the best employees is very important to support management in making decisions. This application must be free of errors because if there are errors can be detrimental to several parties, both the company and the employee. To guarantee that the floating application is error free, a test is needed. Testing on an application aims to check whether a program is running properly or there are still errors that must be corrected so that the program created will be a program that has good quality. The testing technique consists of White Box Testing and Black Box Testing which are widely used by testers to check the program is appropriate or not. The Best Employee Decision Support Application will be tested using Black Box Testing where the test only aims to see whether the program is in accordance with the function desired by the program without knowing the program code used. Types of testing of the various Black Box methods, one of which is the Equivalence Partitions used by the authors in this study. Equivalence Partitions Technique is a test based on data entry on each form in the Best Employee Decision Support System, each input menu will be tested and grouped according to function whether it is valid or invalid. With this test the quality of the software created can be expressed objectively very well and has fulfilled all the requirements set.

Generally, the selection of outstanding students in every school still uses the report value as the reference and it is done manually. It is required a system that may select the outstanding students accordance with the criteria and done automatically. In this study, it was developed an automatic system for selecting outstanding students by using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) concept. The criteria set by the school in the selection of outstanding students are the average of the first and the second semester score, the achievements on district, city, and national level, liveliness in the organization and extracurricular, and credit point of attitude. Method of investigation used in this study is R & D, including introduction study, the development of system consisting of the application of SAW method and designing waterfall method, and testing of system which done by testing the comparison of the result and respond of users. The result of black box testing showed that all functionality in the system run well and appropriate; while for the white box showed that all paths run in accordance with SAW method. For the result of the comparison testing showed that the validation level was 100%. The result of the users respond revealed that the average of teacher responds was 90% and the students respond was 80, 34%. Therefore it can be concluded that decision support system by using SAW method can determine the outstading students.

The absence of a neural network algorithm model to predict the level of accuracy in terms of black-box software testing, equivalence partitions technique is a problem in this research. In this case, the algorithm used for predicting software errors by researchers is the neural network algorithm and testing the software uses the black-box method with the equivalence partitions technique. The neural network algorithm is an artificial neural system, or neural network are the physical cellular system that can acquire, store and use the knowledge gained from experience for activation using bipolar sigmoid output values which range between -1 to 1. Software testing black-box methods is a testing approach where the data comes from defined functional requirements regardless of the final program structure, and the technique used is equivalence partitions. The design prediction accuracy of this research is by determining the college application to be the software to be tested, then tested using the black-box method with the equivalence partitions technique (this test chosen because it will find software errors in several categories, including functions error or missing, interface errors, errors in data structures or external database access, performance errors, initialization errors and terminations), from the black-box test the dataset obtained. This dataset measures the accuracy of the real output and prediction output. The last step is calculating the error, RSME from the real output and prediction output. The results of this research show that the neural network algorithm was being to measure the accuracy level of software testing applied to determine the prediction of the accuracy level of black-box software testing with the equivalence partitions technique, and the average accuracy results are above 80%.

Culinary efforts, especially ethnic and traditional snacks attract many people to Indonesia. Maintaining the quality of snacks for consumers requires a good packaging technique. Food packaging consists of a wide variety of packaging options that match the characteristics of each snack; this is no easy task. Decision support systems can help to facilitate decisions made regarding selection of the right packaging. This paper focuses on identifying snacks, types of packaging and active packaging parameters to build a decision support system in order to determine appropriate packaging. Types of packaging are determined using fuzzy Sugeno 4 parameters: fat, water activity, shelf-life and price. Active packaging of the snacks is done using the if-else rule with parameterised types of packaging, preservatives, oxygen barriers and water vapour barriers. The end result of this research is a web-based decision support system, which recommends types of packaging and active packaging for snacks.

The Student Creativity Program is the most awaited activity for every state and private university in Indonesia. In this activity each college tried to send as many research proposals as possible with the aim of winning this PKM activity and the hope to improve the quality of a lecturer and student at the college. This PKM activity is included in a prestigious activity because this activity is organized by the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs. Therefore AMIK Tunas Bangsa as a private university also wants to participate in PKM activities, especially in the field of research. In 2017 many Tunas Bangsa AMIK students participated in the research proposal submission. With so many students who want to participate, make the lecturers select first proposals that are considered good or feasible before being uploaded on the PKM page. To facilitate the selection of the proposal, the Decision Support System using the MOORA method (Multi Objective Optimization on the Basic Ratio Analysis) is used in the hope of obtaining proposals that are truly feasible to submit to PKM-P activitiesKeywords: SPK, MOORA, Selection of PKM-Research Proposals   The Student Creativity Program is the most awaited activity for every state and private university in Indonesia. Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can assist a person in making accurate decisions and on target. Many problems can be solved by using the DSS, which one is the selection of restaurants in Badung Region. There are several methods that can be used in building a DSS include Weighted Product (WP). WP is a method that the most widely used in solving problems with multiple criteria, such as DSS for selection of restaurants in Badung Region. This research uses the WP method for selection of restaurants in Badung Region. In determining the best choice of restaurants, there are several criterias that will use on taken the decisions, there are the quality of food, price, service, atmosphere, and distance. The value of each of these criteria derived from the reviews or ratings of other users, so these values are dynamic. User can freely set the value of the weight of each criterion to be compared in order to obtain the best results. The end result of this research is built a system that can help users to compare several restaurants that the results will be sorted from the best based on the results of the comparison weight that has been entere.

Process of choosing a supplier in Sukoharjo has not used the application program in making the decision but still use the manual way in writing. In addition, in conducting the selection of suppliers conducted by the HRD section is still subjective so that the results obtained in the selection of suppliers are less valid because in selecting HRD suppliers only choose based on price criteria, where If there is a supplier that offers the lowest price then the supplier will be chosen as a supplier in Sukoharjo. The purpose of the research is to build and implement a decision support system that is useful for the selection of suppliers in Sukoharjo using the method of Analyitychal Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Where AHP method to calculate the weight of the criteria and SMART method to calculate the supplier's alignment. With testing black box system is already running according to the function and for the results of the validity test get the test value results in the category very good with a percentage of 80%.

Decision Support System is a system was used to help getting making decisions on a problem, such as  selecting students in  the archery sports that will be face to a championship event such as SEA GAMES (South East Games). In Decision Support System there are many methods that can be used, one of them is Analitycal Hierarchy Process method. Analitycal Hierarchy Process method is one of the more efficient decision-making methods because the data is very detailed, all the criteria and alternatives will be compared one by one. The calculation used to solve a problem uses multiplication to relate the preference value, where the value for each criteria and alternative must be searched for eigen / priority vector first, after it is proved consistency using RI table (ratio index), if the result of verification is less than 10% (0.1) then it is consistent and the calculation can be continued, but if the verification result is more than 10% (0.1) then the calculation is considered inconsistent and needs to be repeated from the beginning. This support system uses a web base, where the data entered will be saved into the MySQL database. The test results of the Student Selection Selection Decision Support System Using Analitycal Hierarchy Process Method Based Web get results as expected on the Black Box. So it can be concluded an accurate percentage of system success of 100%.Keywords : Decision Support System, Black Box, Analitycal Hierarchy Process, The Selection Of  Athlete.
