Kata kunci: Surat Masuk, Aplikasi, Naskah Dinas Elektronik  HANDLING OF INCOME LETTER ON ADMINISTRATION AND STAFFING SECTION THROUGH NADINE APPLICATIONS IN ELECTRICITY, NEW RENEWABLE ENERGY, AND ENERGY CONSERVATION TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTERS ABSTRACTThis thesis is about the management of incoming mail through the application of Electronic Service Manuscript or called Nadine in the Research and Development Centre for Electricity, New Renewable Energy, and Energy Conservation Technology (P3tek KEBTKE) – Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. The methodologies of this thesis are observation, interview, internship, and literature review. The result of the thesis is that the Nadine application is a modernization of mail administration so mail handling becomes faster and can be conducted in anywhere. Nevertheless, the benefits of Nadine application can be enhanced by adding more time to input data of incoming mails and by providing Nadine’s user guideline in form of pdf file and tutorial video.  Keyword: Incoming mail, applications, Electronic Service Manuscript

The paper provides a review of the modelling techniques used to simulate the frequency response of transformer windings. The aim of the research and development of modelling methods was to analyze the influence of deformations and faults in the windings on the changes in the frequency response. All described methods are given with examples of the modelling results performed by the authors of this paper and from literature sources. The research is prefaced with a thorough literature review. There are described models based on lumped parameters with input data coming from direct calculations based on the winding geometry and obtained from FEM modelling software and models considering the wave phenomena in the windings. The analysis was also performed for practical problems in winding modelling: the influence of windings other than the modelled one and the influence of parallel wires in a winding.

The need of energy increases each year. Likewise, the need for electrical energy increased proportionally with the economic development and Indonesian populations. To meet the needs of national electrical energy, the implementation of new and renewable energy is indispensable, such as geothermal energy, wind and biomass. They have substantial potential in Indonesia. This research aims to explore Indonesia’s capacity of new and renewable energy for electrical energy, as well as how much energy that can has already been utilized, and the constraints such as natural and human resources or other factors, to achieve the fulfil the target in 2025 about fulfilment of national electrical energy needs. This research uses Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The data are secondary, which are collected from several journals, research articles, media, and government agency reports, especially the Ministry of energy and mineral resources (ESDM). The result shows that for the installed capacity in the plan for 2019 - 2028, wind energy contributes the highest with 82,76%. Geothermal contributes 25.31%, and biomass contributes 4.92%. In fact, in this year of 2020, new and renewable energy could not meet the government's target. Several factors that impede the development of new and renewable energy, especially the geothermal, wind, and biomass, are funding, bad-coordinated plan, and also the implementation. Additionally, there is COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, and all funds are diverted for the treatment of the pandemic crisis.ABSTRAK:Kebutuhan akan energi terus meningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya waktu.

Testing of untethered subscale models, often referred to as subscale flight testing, has traditionally had a relatively minor, yet relevant use in aeronautical research and development. As recent advances in electronics, rapid prototyping and unmanned-vehicle technologies expand its capabilities and lower its cost, this experimental method is seeing growing interest across academia and the industry. However, subscale models cannot meet all similarity conditions required for simulating full-scale flight. This leads to a variety of approaches to scaling and to other alternative applications. Through a literature review and analysis of different scaling strategies, this study presents an overall picture of how subscale flight testing has been used in recent years and synthesises its main issues and practical limitations. Results show that, while the estimation of full-scale characteristics is still an interesting application within certain flight conditions, subscale models are progressively taking a broader role as low-cost technology-testing platforms with relaxed similarity constraints. Different approaches to tackle the identified practical challenges, implemented both by the authors and by other organisations, are discussed and evaluated through flight experiments.

Abstract One of the research and development trends in nowadays manufacturing technology is integration of different manufacturing techniques into single machine tool. In the first part of the paper possibilities, goals, reasons and advantages of thermal and electrochemical interaction have been characterized. As literature review indicates such a connection can be realized as sequential or hybrid machining. The second part of the paper focuses on detailed analysis of laser assisted electrochemical process. For this purpose, the mathematical model of workpiece heating has been developed. Based on obtained results and literature review possibilities of technical realization and potential application have been discussed.
