Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh “Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, dan Leverage terhadap Nilai Perusahaan” dan implikasinya terhadap Kebijakan Deviden pada Consumer Service Industry, Hotels, Restaurant and Liesure Sector di Bursa Efek Singapura (SGX). Data penelitian ini terdiri dari neraca, laporan laba/rugi dan laporan nilai deviden selama 4 (empat) tahun, terhitung mulai dari periode tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2016. Variabel bebas dari penelitian ini adalah Likuiditas, Profitabilitas dan Leverage, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah “Nilai Perusahaan dan variabel moderatenya adalah Kebijakan Deviden.” Metode yang diaplikasikan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian dengan analisa data kauntitatif dan secara deskriptif. Metode akumulasi data dilakukan dengan menggunakan populasi dan sample. Hasil perhitungan menyatakan bahwa Likuiditas memiliki pengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dimana secara parsial uji hipotesis CR terhadap PER memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan yaitu (2.200547>2.02809) dan nilai probabilitas CR lebih rendah dari konstanta (0.0339<0.05). Profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Dimana secara parsial, uji hipotesis NPM terhadap PER yang dijadikan alat ukur memiliki pengaruh negative yang signifikan dengan t-hitung lebih kecil dari t-tabel (-10.04784 < 2,02809) dan nilai probabilitas NPM lebih kecil dari konstanta (0,0000 < 0.05). Leverage tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Dimana secara parsial, uji hipotesis DAR terhadap PER yang dijadikan sebagai alat ukur tidak memiliki pengaruh dan tidak signifikan dengan t-hitung lebih kecil dari t-tabel (-1.879704 < 2,02809) dan nilai probabilitas DAR lebih besar dari konstanta (0.0678 > 0.05). Likuiditas, Profitabilitas dan Leverage memiliki pengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Dimana secara simultan, uji hipotesis CR, NPM dan DAR terhadap PER yang dijadikan sebagai alat ukur memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan dengan F tabel < F hitung (38.36989 > 2,87) dan probabilitas (prob) sebesar 0.000000 terlihat lebih rendah dari nilai signifikan 0,05, dengan persentase keterkaitan antara variable dependen terhadap variabel independen sebesar 74.20%, dan 25.80% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Nilai Perusahaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Deviden. Dimana secara parsial, uji hipotesis PER terhadap DPR yang dijadikan sebagai alat ukur memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan dengan F hitung > F tabel (6.374424 > 4,10) dimana angka probabilitas (prob) yaitu 0,0001 lebih rendah nilanya dari 0,05. Kata Kunci :Likuiditas, Current Ratio, Profitabilitas, Net Profit Margin, Leverage, Debt To Asset Ratio, Nilai Perusahaan, Rasio Harga Terhadap Pendapatan, Kebijakan Deviden, Dividend Payout Ratio.

This research aimed to examine  theinfluence of Asset Growth, Sales Growth, Net Profit Margin , Current Ratio , debt to equity ratio on dividend payout ratio of the Company listed in indeks LQ 45 . The data used in this research is 16 companies for the period of 2013 – 2016 . The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The result indicates that simultaneously the variable of Asset Growth, Sales Growth , Net Profit Margin, Current Ratio, debt to equity ratio significant affect divident payout ratio. These independent variables are able to explain the effect dividend payout ratio amount of 83,7 % while the remains 16,3 % is determined by other factors. Partially all of the variables  affect dividend payout ratio except of the variable of net profit margin. Sales growth had positive effect on dividend payout ratio . Beside that aset growth, current ratio and debt to equity ratio have  a negative effect on dividend payout ratio. Keywords: dividend payout ratio ,Sales Growth

The objective of the study is to investigate the effect of free cash flow, return on equity, current ratio, firm size and net profit margin on dividend policy that measured by dividend payout ratio. The population of this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX).The period of this study are 2008-2011. Based on purposive sampling method, 19 companies were used on the study. The sample were gathered from annual reports and ICMD. This study used multiple linear regression as analysis method with 5% significant level. The results of the study indicate that free cash flow and return on equity have positive effect on dividend policy, while current ratio, firm size and net profit margin have no significant effect on dividend policy. The objective of this research is to examine the impact of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and also dividend policy partially and simultaneously towards share price. The profitability is proxied by Net Profit Margin (NPM), liquidity is proxied by Current Ratio (CR), leverage is proxied by Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER), and dividend policy is proxied by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The objects of this study are companies which have listed in Indeks Kompas100 in period 2009-2011. The samples are 17 companies determined based on purposive sampling. Data used in this study is secondary data such as financial statements and daily share price. The result of this study are (1) profitability proxied by Net Profit Margin has partial positive significant impact to share price (2) liquidity proxied by Current Ratio does not have partial negative significant impact to share price (3) leverage proxied by Debt-to-Equity Ratio does not have partial negative significant impact to share price (4) dividend policy proxied by Dividend Payout Ratio has partial positive significant impact to share price (5) profitability, liquidity, leverage, and dividend policy simultaneously have significant impact to share price. Devidend adalah bagian dari laba yang diberikan kepada para pemegang saham. Besar kecilnyadividend yang dibayarkan oleh perusahaan kepada pemegang saham tergantung pada kebijakan dividendmasing-masing perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar faktor-faktorcurrent ratio, debt to equity ratio dan net profit margin berpengaruh terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)periode tahun 2010-2014 yang berjumlah 15 perusahaan. Dimana setiap perusahaan yang diambil adalahperusahaan yang memiliki data lengkap meliputi CR, DER, dan NPM serta membagikan dividen berturutturutselama periode 2010-2014. Adapun sampel penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknikpurposive sampling yaitu pemilihan anggota sampel berdasarkan kriterian-kriteria tertentu. Alat analisisyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, secaraparsial ada satu variabel yaitu net profit margin yang berpengaruh signifikan positif dan variabel currentratio tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, sedangkan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh positifnamun tidak signifikan terhadap Devidend Payout Ratio. Secara simultan variabel ROA, CR, DER dan Sizeberpengaruh signifikan terhadap Devidend Payout Ratio. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai sig-F lebih kecildari signifikansi 5% yaitu sebesar 0,035.

This study examined the effect of current ratio and debt to asset ratio on net profit margin and stock prices of the sector basic industry and chemicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2019. The object of research was the stock prices of companies in the Basic Industry and Chemicals sector, which have been published through the official website of the Indonesian capital market. It was used secondary data derived from the monthly statistics, including Current Ratio data, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Asset Ratio, and data on closing prices for the period 2015-2019. In analyzing data, it was used path analysis of secondary data obtained from the basic industry sector financial statements of 60 companies. The company's performance in this sector is considered quite good when seen from the movement of the index value in the last five years. The results show that direct current ratio had a positive and significant effect on the net profit margin, and the debt to equity ratio did not significantly influence the net profit margin. The current ratio has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, and the debt to equity ratio has a negative and not significant effect on stock prices. In contrast, the net profit margin has a significant effect on stock prices in the basic industry sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Indirectly the current ratio has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. In contrast, the debt to asset ratio has a negative and not significant effect on the company's stock prices in the basic industry sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

This research performed in order to test the influence of variabel, Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turnover (TAT), dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) toward Return on Equity (ROE). Methodology research as the sample used proposive sampling with criteria as (1) Manufacturing companies that listing at JSX who provide financial report year ending 31st December during the observation period 2008 – 2010, well available at JASICA index. (2) Companies must be the listined at the beginning of the period of observation and not on the delisting until the end of the observation period. (3) The financial report include the value of financial ratios to be studied include ROE, CR, DER, TAT, and NPM. (4) At the beginning of the observation period until the end. Total of 23 samples obtained from 131 firms during the observation period of three years in the manufacturing sector. Sample amount as much 69 during the observation period of three years. Data analysis with multi linier regression of ordinary least square and hypotheses test used partial t - test, simultan F – test at level of significance 5%. Empirical evidence show as CR, DER, and TAT to have not significant influence toward ROE of manufacturing companies listing in JSX over period 2008 – 2010 at level of significance >5%. While the rest NPM to have significant influence toward ROE of manufacturing companies listined in JSX over period 2008 – 2010 at level of significance 5%. While, four independent variabel (CR, DER, TAT and NPM) to have significant influence toward ROE at level of significance 5% as 0,000%. Predictable of the four variables toward ROE is 56,9% as indicated by adjusted R square that is 56,9% while the rest 43,1% is affected by other factors is not included into the study model.

 This research have purpose to examine empirically the effect on Net Profit Margin and Liquidity (Current Ratio) to Stock Price on Sub Sector Pharmaceutical Company Listed on IndonesiaStock Exchange Period 2012-2016. The problems that occur in Sub Sector Pharmaceutical Companyis the decrease of Stock Price but not followed by the increase of Net Profit Margin. Then the companyhas descreased Stock Price but not followed by the increase of Liquidity (Current Ratio). The research uses descriptive verification analysis method with population 10 companies from Sub Sector Pharmaceutical Companies. Sample selected by using purposive sampling, so thesample obtained to 8 companies with 40 financial reports from Sub Sector Pharmaceutical CompanyListed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012-2016. Technical of data analysis is multiple linearregression with SPSS 16.0 version as the application.  The result of the analysis showed that Net Profit Margin has positive and significant effect to Stock Price, and Liquidity which measured by Current Ratio has Positive dan significant effect toStock Price.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Tbk in 2018-2019.The results showed that the total score of financial performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) is on an unhealthy interval scale, which is at a total criterion score of 50 - 65 (Minister of BUMN Nomo: Kep-100 / MBU / 2002. These results indicate that the financial performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Tbk using the ratio finance, namely the cash ratio in 2018 obtained a value of 130.1 with a score of 10 and in 2019 a score of 129.1 and a score of 8 (very healthy). Calculation of the current ratio in 2018 with a value of 1.17 and a score of 0, while the year 2019 with a score of 0.39 and a score of 0 (unhealthy). Debt to Equity Ratio in 2018 with a score of 162.4 and a score of 10, while in 2019 the score was 183.2 with a score of 10 (very healthy). Debt to Total Asset Ratio in 2018 with a score of 61.8 and a score of 0, while in 2019 the value was 64.6 with a score of 0 (unhealthy) .The Gros Profit Margin ratio in 2018 shows a value of 31.9 with a score of 8.5 and in 2019 the score is 23.9 and a score of 8.5 (Very Healthy) Net Profit Margin ratio for the year 2018 shows a value of 24.2 with a score of 8.5 and in 2019 a score of 17.5 and a score of 8.5 (Very Healthy). The Return On Investement (ROI) ratio in 2018 scored 11.6 with a score of 8.5 and in 2019 with a score of 17.9 and a score of 8.5 (Very Healthy) and the Return On Equity (ROE) ratio, throughout 2018 with a value of 44.4 and a score of 8.5 and in 2019 with a value of 47.9 and a score of 8.5 (very healthy).Keyword : Ferformance Financial, Financial Ratio

  The research on financial factors and its effect to dividend policy of Company which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange have been carried out by several researchers, but the results showed inconsistent. This research aims to test the influence of liquidity ratio, profitability ratio, market ratio, and its effect on dividend policy of Cigarette Company. The liquidity ratio proxied by Current Ratio, profitability ratio proxied by Net Profit Margin, market ratio proxied by Earning Per Share, and dividend policy proxied by Dividend Per Share. The sample used are 3 companies, listed in IDX period of 2001-2014. Data used in this study is secondary data by using financial statements. The Data analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result showed that net profit margin has a significant effect on dividend per share whereas current ratio and earnings per share has no significant effect on dividend per share of cigarette company which listed in IDX period of 2004-2014.
