The syariah banking follows the Islamic law making its cultural background very different to the conventional banking. There is tight competition between the two banking systems in providing customer’s expectation with the best quality of customer service. To allow the syariah banking to win the competition against conventional banking, it is important to have the finest product strategy and quality service scheme in place. This research is using Multiple Regression analysis, resulting in four dimensions of quality service. They are assurance, reliability, tangible and empathy. These dimensions can influence positive customer’s satisfaction. Other dimension such as compliance cannot have positive influence on customer’s satisfaction. Statistically that not all variable of quality services demonstrate significant result. Dimension variable that demonstrates significant result is assurance, reliability, tangible and empathy, while compliance and responsiveness does not have significant result and only reach the confidence rate of 95 %.

This study aims to determine the influence of consumer perceptions of the quality of Gravindo's electronic services to the intentions of Ragnarok Online Gravindo's consumer complaints. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The sampling technique used in this study was nonprobability sampling, with the type of purposive sampling type judgment sampling, therefore the researchers choose respondents who had played Gravindo Ragnarok Online with the reason that the respondents knew and felt the services Gravindo provided in Gravindo's Ragnarok Online game. The number of respondents is 100 people. The results of multiple regression analysis show that from the four dimensions of electronic service quality variables (reliability, customer service, security, and web design) conducted by Gravindo, there are only three dimensions that significantly influence consumer complaint intentions, namely reliability, customer service, and security. This result also shows that Gravindo still needs to improve the quality of electronic services to be able to reduce consumer complaint intentions and be able to increase customer satisfaction going forward. Based on the results of the study, the quality of electronic services carried out by Gravindo had an effect of 78.4% on consumer complaint intentions. AbstractThe objective of this research is to know influence between account representative quality service as an evidence of administration modernization of taxation with the taxpayer satisfaction and the taxpayer compliance. Quality of service was measured based on tangibles, reliability, responsivness, assurance, and empathy responder. Method applied for data analysis used multiple regression analysis. Analysis result of regression model I indicated tangibles, reliability, responsivness, assurance, and empathy variables had no a significant influence to satisfaction of taxpayer. While partially regression model II indicated that tangibles, reliability, responsivness, and empathy variables didn't have significant effect to taxpayer compliance, and assurance variable has an significant effect to taxpayer compliance. This thing means that taxpayer compliance was influenced by assurance variable. If satisfaction and compliance of taxpayer increased, receiving of tax will increase.

Purpose of this research was to find out whether there is influence of quality of service, interest rates, credit prosedure and credit insurance in credit decision making at PT. Bess Finance Bogor 2, either partially or simultaneously. The research method analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that for quality of service variable and interest rates variable have a positive influence and significantly of the credit decision making but at credit prosedure variable and credit insurance variable in testing this has no influence significantly in credit making decision. While simultaneously or together quality of service, interest rates, credit prosedure and credit insurance have a positive influence and significantly of the credit decision making at PT. Bess Finance Bogor 2. With coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) in the amount of 0,227 that indicates that amounting to 22,7 % of the credit decision making at PT. Bess Finance Bogor 2 influenced by quality of service, interest rates, credit prosedure and credit insurance, while the rest amounting to 77,3 % of the credit decision making influenced by other variable not examined in this study. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Etika Profesi, Kompetensi dan Kerjasama Tim APIP pada kualitas Laporan Hasil Pengawasan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Etika Profesi memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam Kualitas Laporan Hasil Pengawasan, Kompetensi memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam Kualitas Laporan Hasil Pengawasan serta Kerjasama Tim memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap Kualitas Laporan Hasil Pengawasan pada BKPSDM Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Pinrang Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Professional Ethics, Competence and Teamwork of APIP on the quality of the Supervision Report. To achieve this goal, data collection techniques were used through the distribution of questionnaires, with data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study found that Professional Ethics had a significant influence on the Quality of Supervision Reports, Competence had a significant influence on the Quality of Supervision Reports and Teamwork had a positive influence on the Quality of Supervision Reports at the BKPSDM Regional Inspectorate Office, Pinrang Regency, South Sulawesi Province.

Cooperative is a business entity that based on kinship and provides services to its members. Service quality of a cooperative affects the members' satisfaction. The existence of service quality is one of the reasons for members to join and contribute to cooperative. KPKM (Cooperative Producer of Coffee Margamulya) as one of the producer cooperative in Bandung Regency provides services to its member who were coffee producers in Margamulya Village. The purpose of this researched (1) to analyze the influence of KPKM service quality toward its member satisfaction (2) to analyze the influence of each service quality dimension to satisfaction of KPKM members. This research uses quantitative method by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of analysis shows that there was positive influence between service quality of the cooperative and satisfaction of the members. Members' satisfaction can be explained by the service quality as much as 74.9 percent. Based on each quality dimension, the satisfaction of the members was not influenced by the dimensions of responsiveness.Keywords: Cooperative, Quality Service, Satisfaction

Aceh Jaya regency becomes the best patchouli producing area in Aceh. Patchouli oil levels produced above 30 percent make patchouli produced in Aceh Jaya have high economic value. This condition should be able to increase the passion of patchouli distillation industry in Aceh Jaya Regency. However, the development of the patchouli distillation industry cannot be separated from the role of labor and investment in the industry. This study aims to analyze the role of labor and investment to production of patchouli distillation industry in Aceh Jaya Regency. The sample in this study was 51 micro and small scale patchouli distillation industries in Aceh Jaya Regency. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The result of estimation shows that investment significantly gives positive influence to production patchouli distillation in Aceh Jaya Regency while labor insignificantly influents to production of patchouli distillation industry in Aceh Jaya Regency. Thus, local government and relevant agencies have to be able to increase the interest of investor and gives training both managerial and technical to increase the workers’ quality of patchouli distillation industry in Aceh Jaya Regency.

The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the factors that can influence the intention to purchase through trust, price, and service quality on consumers Bhinneka.com. This research uses quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents Bhinneka.com. Data analysis method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the three variables used have a positive influence on intention to purchase variable. The most dominant variables in explaining the variation of intention to purchase are service quality variable of 35.5%, the price of 17.2%, and trust of 24.6%. Grooming successful leaders is more important now than ever for the public sector. Thus, to groom potential future leaders, the organization not only needs a succession planning program, but also commitment from the leaders. This paper analyzes the influence of leadership style characteristics on preparing future leaders through succession planning programs in Malaysia’s public sector. Four dimensions of transformational leadership styles were used which included idealized influence, inspirational motivation, individualized consideration, and intellectual stimulation. This study employed the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire and the effective Succession Planning and Management Questionnaire which were administered to 394 public servants from Malaysia’s public sector. Data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the multiple regression analysis demonstrated that individualized influence was the main predictor of succession planning programs. Therefore, it is crucial for leaders to continue observing and modifying their leadership style(s) and behavior to be effective leaders.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact and the electronic service quality of the national zakat management information system (SIMBA) on the national zakat collection. This paper uses a multiple regression analysis in its explorative attempt to illustrate the impact of SIMBA implementation on the national zakat collection. It shows that SIMBA is positive and significantly impact the national zakat collection as well as the human development index that is used as a proxy for the human resource management quality of zakat institutions in the respective city. Nonetheless, the population is negative and significant to the zakat collection as endemic poverty and reluctance to pay zakat are indicated as the reasons. Moreover, this study has succeeded in adapting and conducting e-service quality survey to zakat information system realm. All the tests prove that the instrument in this study has a high degree of reliability and validity. The results show that some of the demographic factors significantly impact the perceived performance of SIMBA. Multiple regression analysis that is conducted in this study shows that e-service quality dimension is positive and significant towards SIMBA’ overall quality, perceived value, and loyalty intention. This study contributes to the zakat management system literature, especially in the impact of the national zakat information system, which is pivotal in enhancing zakat collection and poverty alleviation program funded by zakat.

This  research  examines the  connection between non debt tax shield and the change of leverage, between level of effective company tax and the change of leverage, and between operation income before depreciation and the change of leverage.This research takes 17 samples of  food and beverages companies listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange from 1st  January 1994 till 31st  December 1999. And this research uses data from 1994 – 1999 for the regression analysis. Multiple regression analysis is used to test hyphothesis 1 (H1), hyphothesis 2 (H2) and hyphothesis 3 (H3). Independent variables in the regression are level of effective company tax, non debt tax shield and operation income before depreciation, whilst independent variable in the regression is leverage.The result of this research proves that (1) non debt tax shield after the amendment of 1994 tax regulation (1995 – 1999) brings positive influence to the leverage change, (2) level of effective company tax after the amendment of 1994 tax regulation (1995 – 1999) brings negative influence to the leverage change, and (3) operation income before  depreciation  after the amendment of 1994 tax regulation (1995 – 1999) brings positive influence to the leverage change.
