Cooperative is a business entity that based on kinship and provides services to its members. Service quality of a cooperative affects the members' satisfaction. The existence of service quality is one of the reasons for members to join and contribute to cooperative. KPKM (Cooperative Producer of Coffee Margamulya) as one of the producer cooperative in Bandung Regency provides services to its member who were coffee producers in Margamulya Village. The purpose of this researched (1) to analyze the influence of KPKM service quality toward its member satisfaction (2) to analyze the influence of each service quality dimension to satisfaction of KPKM members. This research uses quantitative method by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of analysis shows that there was positive influence between service quality of the cooperative and satisfaction of the members. Members' satisfaction can be explained by the service quality as much as 74.9 percent. Based on each quality dimension, the satisfaction of the members was not influenced by the dimensions of responsiveness.Keywords: Cooperative, Quality Service, Satisfaction

This study aims to test the effect of service quality of electronic taxing system and tax employee competence on taxpayer satisfaction. The variables on this study was measured by using questionnaire. The sample of this study is personal Taxpayer who is running business activities and is registered at the Primary Tax Office of Bengkulu. The data used in this study is primary data. The hypothesis of the study is tested by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the assistance of SPSS. The result of this study revealed that the service quality of electronic taxing system and tax employee competence had positive effect on the taxpayer satisfaction.Key Words: Service Quality of Electronic Taxing System, Tax Employee Competence, and Taxpayer Satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of collateral flexibility, quality of service, and  sharia compliance on intention of filing of mudharabah financing at BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. This study used quantitative method and sample used is some community members who reside around BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Results showed that variable of collateral flexibility, quality of service, and sharia compliance both simultaneously and partially has significant effect on intention of filing of mudharabah financing at BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. Percentage of contributions of the three variables on the intention of filing of mudharabah financing amounted to 62% and the balance of 38% influenced by other factors which is not included in this study.

This study aims to examine the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Price Perception on Customer Satisfaction. The number of samples in this study were 100 futsal Hidayat Futsal Square customers. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study conclude that the results of partial testing of Product Quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, Service Quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and Price Perception has a significant effect on customer satisfaction

<em>The purpose of this study is to analyze whether tax knowledge can mediate the influence of  tax socialization on  tax compliance in UMKM Surakarta, and to know the influence of  tax socialization on  tax compliance direectly. The sampel of this  research is UMKM as taxpayer listed in KPP Pratama Surakarta.  The method of analysis is quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. Classic asumption is used to get the best model of research. Variables os research are tax socialization as independent variable, tax compliance as the dependent variable, and tax knowledge as variabe mediation. The result of research indicate that tax socialization  has positive  influence tax significantly on tax knowledge  and tax compliance. Tax knowledge has positive influence significantly on tax compliance, and mediate influence of tax socialization on tax compliance for UMKM taxpayer in Surakarta.</em>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh produk, harga, kualitas pelayanan Azis Birdfam di Boyolali. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumen yang dilakukan pada bulan mei tahun 2020 sampai juli tahun 2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan bertepatan, semua sampel data telah dianalisis dari analisis regresi linier berganda memperoleh nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 4,9 % variabel produk, harga, kualitas pelayanan berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan sedangkan selisihnya 95,1 % berdampak oleh variabel lain seperti ikatan emosional, kepercayaan, kemudahan, kepuasan pelanggan dan pengalaman dengan perusahaan. Hasil pengkajian ini merumuskan bahwa produk, harga dan kualitas pelayanan menggunakan uji secara parsial memiliki dampak berdasarkan relevan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Azis Birdfam di Boyolali. ABSTRACT   This study aims to determine the effect of product, price, service quality of Azis Birdfam in Boyolali. The data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires and document studies conducted in May 2020 to July 2020. The sampling technique used was coincidental, all data samples were analyzed from multiple linear regression analysis to obtain an adjusted R Square value of 4.9%. product variables, price, service quality have an impact on customer loyalty, while the 95.1% difference has an impact on other variables such as emotional ties, trust, convenience, customer satisfaction and experience with the company. The results of this study formulate that the product, price and service quality using a partial test has an impact based on relevance to customer loyalty to Azis Birdfam in Boyolali.

This research aims to find out how the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction to desire to shop at Coco Mart Tabanan. The data used in this research is quantitative data and then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. Population in this research were consumers who made purchases in Coco Mart Tabanan, with a sample of 60 people.Test results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = - 0,465 + 0,236X1+ 0,289X2,  which means the quality of service variables (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) have a significant positive effect on the desire to shop (Y). The correlation test results show that the correlation coefficient of = 0,889 lies between 0,80-1,00 which means that the effect between service quality  (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) with shopping desire (Y) is very strong. Determination test results, adjusted amount of R2 is 0,790 this means the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction to the desire to shop for 79,0% while the remaining 21,0% influenced by other factors not examined. The results of the f test and t test show that the hypothesis which reads “ there is a significant influence between service quality (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) on shopping desire (Y) “ can be received by testing significant level 0,000 is smaller than 0,05.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product promotion on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted by Samsung consumers in Batam in Batam City . The population in this study amounted to 135 people. In this research, the sampling technique used is classified as non - probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method . This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and has an R Square (R2) value in this study of 35.2%. The results of the t-test in this study are the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and product promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the F test in this study, the results showed that Service Quality and Product Promotion together had a positive and significant effect on Samsung Customer Satisfaction in Batam City.

This research aimed to examine the  customer effect expectations and service quality of customer satisfaction at PDAM Buleleng Regency both partial and simultan. The research design used a quantitative causal. PDAM Buleleng Regency customers as subject and the customer expectation, service quality, customer satisfaction as object,. The sample amounted 80 people. The data from questionnaire and then analyzed used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: (1) there are significant effect between customer expectations to  customer satisfaction, (2) between service expectations to customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect, (3) between service quality to customer satisfaction had a significant effect.

Obyek wisata merupakan produk jasa yang ditawarkan oleh suatu perusahaan jasa dengan harapan agar pengunjung datang untuk berkunjung dan menikmati obyek wisata yang ditawarkan. Untuk dapat menarik minat pengunjung, pengelola harus dapat memberikan kualitas pelayanan terbaik untuk menciptakan suatu kepuasan terhadap pengunjung. Kualitas pelayanan mempunyai lima dimensi yang meliputi bukti langsung (tangibles), kehandalan (reliability), ketanggapan (reponsiveness), jaminan (assurance) dan empati (emphaty), kelima dimensi tersebut yang diacu dan dijadikan variabel dalam penelitian ini guna untuk mengetaui pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap kepuasan pengunjung obyek wisata Gua Pindul. Dalam penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis uji beda (ANOVA). Analisis uji beda digunakan untuk mengetaui perbedaan tingkat kualitas jasa pada keempat pengelola atau sekretariat yang terdaat di obyek wisata Gua Pindul. Sample yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini sebanyak 300 responden, dalam satu sekretariat terdapat 75 kuota responden. Sedangkan analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui kualitas jasa yang terdapat pada obyek wisata Gua Pindul terhadap kepuasan pengunjung.Dari hasil analisis regresi linear berganda diketahui bahwa variabel yang terdapat pada penelitian ini meliputi bukti langsung (tangibles), kehandalan (reliability), ketanggapan (reponsiveness), jaminan (assurance) dan empati (emphaty), terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung obyek wisata Gua Pindul. Sedangkan hasil dari uji beda terbukti bahwa adanya perbedaan tingkat kualitas jasa pada tiap-tiap pengelola atau sekretariat obyek wisata Gua Pindul. Tourism is a product of the services offered by a service company in the hope that visitors come to visit and enjoy the attractions offered. In order to attract visitors, managers should be able to provide the best quality service to create a satisfaction to visitors. Quality of service has five dimensions include direct evidence (tangibles), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (reponsiveness), assurance (assurance) and empathy (empathy), the fifth dimension is referred to and used as a variable in this study in order to influence the quality of services to the satisfaction of visitor attractions Pindul. In this study is a qualitative approach used by multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of different test (ANOVA). Analysis of different test used to mengetaui differences in the level of service quality in the fourth manager or secretariat terdaat tourism and Pindul. The sample used for this study of 300 respondents, in the secretariat are 75 quota respondents. While multiple linear regression analysis is used to determine the quality of the services contained on Pindul sights on visitor satisfaction. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis found that the variable contained in the study include (tangibles), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (reponsiveness), assurance (assurance) and empathy (empathy), proved positive and significant impact on visitor satisfaction sights Caves Pindul. While the results from different test proved that the differences in the level of service quality at every manager or secretarial attractions Pindul.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan dapat menjelaskan pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word Of Mouth terhadap Keputusan pembelian di Kafe Potret Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 700 orang ditentukan dari jumlah pengunjung Kafe Potret Medan dalam kurun waktu satu minggu, dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 88 pengunjung. Sedangkan tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) dan pengujiannya yaitu uji kualitas data dan uji asumsi klasik.Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, dan uji R2. Hipotesis penelitian dimensi Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word Of Mouth secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian diterima jika t hitung > t tabel dengan tingkat signifikan 0.05.Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,662. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 1,990 t hitung  > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima, nilai t hitung variabel X2 sebesar 2,628 t hitung > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima. Dari 2 variabel, variabel Word Of Mouth yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian  sebesar 2,628. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Word Of Mouth, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThe purpose of this study is to identify and able to explain the influence of Service Quality and Word Of Mouth to Purchasing Decisions of Kafe Potret Medan. While the techniques of data collection using the questionnaire and use the test of quality data and classical assumption. The hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test, R square and t test. The study hypothesis was partially of Service Quality and Word Of Mouth dimension to  Purchasing Decisions is acceptable if t hitung > t tabel with a significant level 0.05. The t tabel value in this study 1.662. The t hitung X1 is 1.990 that mean t hitung > t tabel then the hypothesis is accepted, t hitung X2 is 2.628 that mean t hitung > t tabel then the hypothesis is accepted.
