Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi dosen dalam rangka merancang sharing bahan belajar online untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya, khususnya kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dan metode pengembangan sistem RAD (Rapid Application Development). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosen masih kurang menguasai kompetensi pedagogik terutama aspek menguasai teori belajar dan prinsip pembelajaran, kompetensi professional terutama aspek kurang menguasai materi, struktur, konsep, dan pola pikir keilmuan.Kompetensi yang termasuk kategori cukup adalah aspek mengembangkan kurikulum yang terkaitdengan bidang pengembangan yang diajarkan kepada anak didik, menyelenggarakan kegiatan yang mendidik, memanfaatkan hasil penilaian dan evaluasi, serta aspek tindakan reflektif. Kompetensi yang sudah berkategori bagus adalah aspek memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, berkomunikasi secara efektif, empatik, dan santun dengan peserta didik dan evaluasi untuk kepentingan pembelajaran. Selanjutnya perlu dilakukan pengembangan sistem aplikasi website bahan belajar online. Website knowledge manajemen sistem ini sebagai sumber belajar untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dosen yang mudah di pahami, khususnya peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional.Kata kunci: Berbagi bahan belajar online, dosen, kompetensi dosen. Abstract:This study aims to determinethe competence of lecturers in designing an online learning resource sharing to improve their professional and pedagogical competence. The method used was descriptive research and system development method of RAD (Rapid Application Development). The results showed that the lecturers are still less pedagogically competent, especially in the mastery of learning theory and principles. The results also showed that the lecturers are still less professionally competent,especially in the mastery of learning material, structure, concepts, and scientific mindset. However, the results displayed the sufficient competence in developing curriculum for students, organizing educational activities, utilizing theresults of the assessment and evaluation, as well as implementing reflectiveaction. In contrast, the results of the research showed that the lecturers have excellent competent in utilizing information and communication technology, communicating effectively with empatheticandpoliteness towards studentsas well as conducting the learning evaluation. Furthermore, it is imperative to develop web-based application (website) for online learning resources. This knowledge management website serves as a comprehensible source of learning to improve lecturers’ professional and pedagogical competence.Keywords: online sharing of teaching materials, lecturer, and lecturers’ competence.

The case of lost or missing children when people go traveling or in the hustle often occurs due to lack of parental supervision. These problems can be solved using Global Position System (GPS)-based navigation technology Location Based Service (LBS). This research aimed to determine the position of members of the community (such as family) who were lost or missing by using mobile devices. Rapid Application Development (RAD) was used for system development, which comprised the step of requirement or planning, system design, development, and cutover. The result of this research is a GPS-based application that is able to display the position of members of the community, the route to the location, and the media discussion (comments). The conclusions show that the application provides an easy and useful function in finding the location of the community member, displays the route to the location, and allows the interaction in the form of communication.

Lecturer's evaluation is a way to know the influence of lecturers' teaching on the students, the assessment process of the teaching preparation, the learning material, the teaching material presentation, the lecturer competence, the class management and the evaluation of the learning. in addition to the assessment of the students, the assessment of lecturers conducted study program is considered important to see the performance of lecturers. In this study build an application to evaluate or assess the performance of lecturers. In this research the method used is RAD (Rapid Application Development) due to the preparation of the application only takes about 6 months and for the development of the system megunakan UML (Unified Modeling language). Application of this application there are two methods of access is through smatphone android and desktop for administrator and Study Program level. <p><em>Information technology is currently increasingly developing, especially on smartphone devices. The reason various users use smartphone devices is their practical size and of course their portability. Smartphone devices can also be a learning medium in the form of games or games, one of which is games for children's education. The problem that often occurs in children in the way of learning is that it is easy to develop boredom if the child is only encouraged by learning material without any entertainment or games. This game is designed to change the way of learning, especially in early childhood between the ages of 3 to 6 years. This mobile-based game is made using the App Inventor with an interactive and attractive display to learn to recognize numbers, fruit, letters, animals, vegetables and colors as well as quiz questions. In this educational game that was made, it was designed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method as a completion stage starting from the planning stage to the implementation stage of the program. This educational game also applies the Fisher-Yates algorithm to randomize questions. The results of this study show 10 quiz questions randomly from 15 existing questions, and apply the Flood Fill algorithm for coloring objects or images. With the design of games for mobile-based education, it is hoped that it can make children's brains more active and creative during their growth period and help children's learning processes in order to increase their broader knowledge.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword: </em></strong><em>App Inventor, Fisher Yates, Flood Fill, Education Game, RAD</em><em> </em></p><p><em>Teknologi informasi pada saat ini semakin hari semakin berkembang, khususnya pada perangkat smartphone. Alasan dari berbagai pengguna menggunakan perangkat smartphone adalah ukurannya yang praktis dan tentunya mudah dibawa. Perangkat smartphone juga bisa menjadi media pembelajaran dalam bentuk permainan atau game, salah satunya adanya game untuk edukasi anak. Permasalahan yang kerap terjadi pada anak dalam cara belajar yaitu mudah timbulnya kebosanan jika anak hanya didorongkan oleh materi pembelajaran saja tanpa adanya hiburan atau permainan. Dirancangnya game ini untuk mengubah cara belajar khususnya pada anak usia dini antara umur 3 sampai 6 tahun.  Pada game berbasis mobile ini dibuat menggunakan App Inventor dengan tampilan yang interaktif dan menarik  untuk belajar mengenal angka, buah, huruf, hewan, sayur dan warna serta adanya soal kuis. Pada game edukasi ini yang dibuat ini dirancang menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) sebagai tahapan penyelesaian mulai dari tahap perencanaan sampai tahap implementasi dari program. Pada game edukasi ini juga menerapkan  algoritma Fisher-Yates untuk melakukan pengacakan soal. Pada hasil penelitian ini ditampilkan 10 soal kuis secara acak dari 15 soal yang ada, serta menerapkan algoritma  Flood Fill untuk pewarnaan objek atau gambar. Dengan dirancangnya game untuk edukasi berbasis mobile ini diharapkan dapat membuat otak anak lebih aktif dan kreatif dimasa pertumbuhannya serta membantu proses belajar anak agar dapat menambah pengetahuan yang lebih luas.</em></p><p><strong><em>Kata kunci:</em></strong><em> App Inventor, Fisher Yates, Flood Fill, Game Edukasi, RAD</em></p>

Digital devices like tablets, smart phones, and laptop have become increasingly raised and utilised in higher education. As a result, current trends on ICT (information and communication technology) used in education begin widely with focusing on teaching and learning. The new concept of big data in recent ICT domain extends the promising research direction on online learning and big data integration through promising content that can be tailored for each student based on the context and Internet behaviour of users in online learning. This paper aims to explore innovative design for innovative online learning in Higher education using Big Data approach. Critical review from referred journals and books was conducted using thematic analysis. This paper proposes model reference which can be implemented with the technology in teaching and learning to improve student learning environment and outcomes and to enhance students’ development, performance and achievement in learning process in higher education.

One of the major tasks of elementary school teachers in line with K-12 basiceducation curriculum is to keep academic records of pupils, which encompassescomputing grades, generating reports like Form 137, encoding, storing, retriev-ing, and editing. This study focused on the development, validation, and testing of anonline grading system for Agoo West District, Division of La Union, Philippines.Descriptive and applied methods were utilized. Rapid Application Development(RAD) model was used in the development of the software. Usability questionnaireswereusedfor gathering data. Onesamplet-testwasappliedtotest the degreeof significance of usability. Findingsrevealthat the softwarewas highly validinterms of functionality and automation. Furthermore,the softwarewas highlyusableas to content, organization, readability,navigation, user interfacedesign,andperformanceand effectiveness.Moreover,the usability of the softwarewas significant. The purpose of the research is to; 1) Generating a customer information system on Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh, 2) To find out the application of the information system that has been built, and 3) Apply the system that was built using Visual Basic. This research was conducted at Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh and conducted for 9 (nine) months of 2015-2016. The method used for system development, researchers use the methodology Rapid application development (RAD) and Data Flow Diagrams (DAD). This research has succeeded and completed the design of information systems for recording customer data at Telkomsel Grapari Banda Aceh, the application was built using the stages of the Rapid application development (RAD) model. The application was built using Visual BASIC and as a database using Microsoft Office Access. The application of the information system that has been built is still in the prototype and there is still a need for study and development of current technologies such as the use of mobile and cloud databases involving interconnection to make it easier for GraPARI units to connect.Keywords:Information Systems, Customer Data, Telkomsel

The conventional learning process carried out face-to-face, is less effective as a source of learning, because the focus of students' interest has now shifted to their device so that students have difficulty repeating learning material. This study aims to produce learning media based on mobile learning on the android platform which is used as a source of learning fiqh applications for students. This mobile learning application is built by applying the Fisher Yates Shuffling algorithm or commonly known as the Fisher Yates algorithm which is now widely used in the process of developing randomization applications. This randomization method is the optimal randomization method in application development, being able to randomize the amount of material about the science of jurisprudence and prevent cheating users who only memorize answers without understanding the material when the questions are fixed or not random. Applications are built using MySQL as a database designed to manage and manipulate data quickly and easily. PHP and Perl are used as scripting programming languages for the internet and collaborate on the Android platform. The system development method used is RUP (Rational Unified Process) by collecting various best practices found in the software development industry.System testing is done using a white box and black box testing shows that the Fisher Yates algorithm can be applied in the mobile learning quiz application as a randomizer about questions. User Acceptance Model (UAT) test results show that this mobile learning application can help the process of learning the science of jurisprudence as well as being a reference in seeing the ability of students to learn the science of jurisprudence. This study aims to design a system of teaching materials to improve teacher competence, especially pedagogical competence and professional competence through knowledge management system (KMS). The method used is research and development. System development method using rapid application development (RAD). The study was conducted on MTS teachers in South Tangerang city. KMS can be used as a means of sharing teaching materials between teachers. Where each teacher has a personal account and the teacher can upload and upload learning materials to the website, upload test questions, exam questions, vary the exam questions that will be issued during the exam, and discuss in forums with other teachers. The result of this research is to design and build web teaching material system as learning resource to improve pedagogic competence and professional competence of Mts. SeTangerang Selatan teachers. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang suatu sistem bahan ajar dan meningkatkan kompetensi guru, khususnya kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional melalui sistem manajemen pengetahuan (KMS). Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan rapid application development (RAD). Penelitian dilakukan pada guru MTS di Kota Tangerang Selatan. KMS bisa dijadikan sarana berbagi bahan ajar antarguru. Setiap guru memiliki akun pribadi dan guru dapat mengunggah materi pembelajaran ke situs web, mengunggah pertanyaan tes, soal ujian, memvariasikan soal ujian yang akan dikeluarkan selama ujian, dan berdiskusi di forum dengan guru lainnya. Hasil yang diharapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem pengajaran web sebagai sumber belajar untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional Mts. Guru se-Tangerang Selatan.

ABSTRAK Metodologi adalah sebuah pendekatan formal atau rangkaian dari tindakan untuk mengimplementasikan System development life cycle (SDLC) yang merupakan suatu proses pemahaman tentang bagaimana sebuah sistem informasi dapat mendukung kebutuhan bisnis, mendisain sistem, membangun dan menyajikannya kepada sebuah organisasi. Metodologi juga merupakan kerangka pijakan utama dalam perancangan dan pengembangan perangkat lunak untuk menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis suatu organisasi. Paper ini menjelaskan analisa pemilihan metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yaitu: Linear Sequential Model atau waterfall, Parallel Model, Iterative Model, Prototyping Model, RAD (Rapid Application Development) Model, Spiral Model, V-Shaped Model dan Agile Development. Hasil dari paper ini dapat memberikan pertimbangan untuk melakukan pemilihan dan penggunaan metodologi yang tepat berdasarkan kebutuhan, kelebihan dan kelemahan, juga faktor-faktor penilaian yang lain seperti keakraban dengan teknologi, kompleksitas sistem, keandalan sistem, waktu yang singkat dan tepat, hingga mereferensi beberapa jurnal ilmiah.

Every student has their own learning style. Some students may prefer to read the learning material while some other students may prefer to discuss with their colleagues to help them understanding the information more effectively. One of the learning materials is Unified Modeling Language or UML. UML is an industry standard language to specify, visualize, construct, and document the artifacts of software systems. Today, many UML online learning sites are designed to give added information to students other than face-to-face interaction in the classroom. However, most of UML materials provided by the online learning resources are limited to text-based material which is suitable only for students with verbal learning styles. This research aims to identify and analyze the needs before developing a prototype of an adaptive online module. The research is also driven by the need to develop a prototype of adaptive online module that is based on the student's learning style categories in order to help students understand UML better. The result of this research is a prototype of adaptive online module which will identify students' learning styles and lead the students to learning environment that suits their learning style.
