The objectives of this study were to: 1) Test and analyze the character of teaching commitment. 2) Testing and analyzing the influence of personality on teaching commitment. 3) Testing and analyzing the influence of character on achievement motivation. 4) Testing and analyzing the influence of personality on achievement motivation. 5) Testing and analyzing the effect of achievement motivation on teaching commitment. 6) Testing and analyzing the effect of character indirectly on achievement motivation through teaching commitment. 7) Testing and analyzing the indirect influence of personality on achievement motivation through teaching commitment. This research is a descriptive-exploratory study with an exploratory, descriptive and explanatory design. The sample in this study was 38 people. The population in this study were all employees of the Trawas District, Mojokerto Regency, as many as 33 people. The sampling method in this writing uses census technique. Data analysis used SPSS version 26 for validity test with factor analysis, reliability test with Cronbach alpha. Classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to verify and prove the research hypothesis. To prove the hypothesis the writer used path analysis with SPSS V. 26 facilities. The results of the discussion concluded: 1) character has a significant effect on teaching commitment; 2) personality has a significant effect on teaching commitment; 3) character has a significant effect on achievement motivation; 4) personality has a significant effect on achievement motivation; 5) commitment to teaching has no effect on achievement motivation; 6) character has an indirect effect on achievement motivation through teaching commitment; 7) personality has an indirect effect on achievement motivation through teaching commitment.

The aims of this study are: 1) To analyze the effect of self-discipline on situational leadership. 2) Analyzing the effect of attitude commitment on situational leadership. 3) Analyzing self-discipline on employee capabilities. 4) Analyzing the effect of attitude commitment on employee capabilities. 5) Analyzing the influence of situational leadership on employee capabilities. 6) Analyzing self-discipline on situational leadership and its impact on employee capabilities. 7) Analyzing the effect of attitude commitment on situational leadership and its impact on employee capabilities. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Rijan Dinamis Selaras (RDS) Pacet Mojokerto numbered 33 people. The sampling method in this writing uses the census technique. Data analysis using SPSS version 20 for validity test with factor analysis, reliability test with Cronbach. Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to verify and prove the research hypothesis. From the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Self-discipline has no effect on situational leadership 2) Attitude commitment has a significant effect on situational leadership 3) Self-discipline has no effect on employee capabilities 4) Attitude commitment has no effect on employee capabilities 5) Situational leadership significant effect on employee capabilities 6) Self-discipline has an indirect effect on employee capabilities through situational leadership 7) Attitude commitment has an indirect effect on employee capabilities through situational leadership.

The aims of this research are: 1) Analyzing the pattern of leadership on job characteristics. 2) Analyzing the effect of organizational commitment on job characteristics. 3) Analyzing the influence of leadership patterns on work discipline. 4) Analyzing the effect of organizational commitment on work discipline. 5) Analyzing the effect of work discipline on job characteristics. 6) Analyzing the influence of leadership patterns indirectly on work discipline through job characteristics. 7) Analyzing the influence of organizational commitment indirectly on work discipline through job characteristics. Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to verify and prove the research hypothesis. From the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Leadership pattern has no effect on job characteristics 2) Organizational commitment has a significant effect on job characteristics 3) Leadership pattern has no effect on work discipline 4) Organizational commitment has a significant effect on work discipline 5) Job characteristics have a significant effect on work discipline 6) Leadership patterns have an indirect effect on work discipline through job characteristics 7) Organizational commitment has an indirect effect on work discipline through job characteristics

The purpose of this research was to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of audit experience, knowledge of detecting errors, independence and audit tenure on audit judgment. This research was conducted at Public Accountant Office in Bali area and registered in IAPI year 2017 with primary data collection method that is questioner. The number of samples analyzed by 44 respondents, and using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The final result of the research states that the higher the audit experience the more accurate audit judgment. Increasing the knowledge detecting errors an auditer so audit judgment is more accurate. The higher the independence of an auditor the audit judgment is more accurate. The more audit tenure an auditer the audit judgment more accurate.

<p>The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Islamic advertising (Islamic advertising messages, Islamic story illustrations and Muslim advertising stars) Mahatahari Dept. Store against the buying interest of prospective Mahatahari Dept. Store in Central Java. This research was conducted in Central Java Province with a sample size taken as many as 120 respondents with a purposive sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale to measure 13 indicators. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that Islamic advertising messages, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars had a positive and significant effect on consumers' buying interest. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be explained that the simultaneous influence of Islamic advertising message variables, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars on consumer buying interest. While the partial results of the illustrative variable of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, but Islamic advertising message variables have no effect on buying interest.</p>

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Profitability, Leverage, Liquidity, Size, and Company Growth on Dividend Payout Ratio in the Indonesian capital market 2013-2018. The population of this research is 525 companies from all sectors listed on the IDX except for the finance sector. By using purposive sampling method, the number obtained is 10 companies. The data testing method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of profitability, leverage, liquidity, size and company growth had no effect on the dividend payout ratio. Partially, profitability, leverage, liquidity, company size have no effect on the dividend payout ratio, while the company growth variable has a significant negative effect on the dividend payout ratio.

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of profitability, debt, and company size on the value of food and beverage companies. This research was conducted in all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period, amounting to 13 sample companies. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling and data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This study aims to analyse the effect of tax services, tax amnesty, taxation knowledge, and tax sactions on taxpayer compliance. The population in the study is an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta. The sample in the study was an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta, and took part in the tax amnesty program. The sampling technique in this study used the convenience sampling method. Responden in the study amounted 60 respondents. The data anlysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This study obtained result that taxpayer compliance in influenced by tax services and tax amnesty programs. However, taxation knowledge and tax saction does not affect taxpayer compliance. The cause of taxation knowledge does not affest taxpayer compliance, perhaps the understanding of taxpayers regarding the procedures for payment and reporting is still minimal. Meanwhile, the reason for lack of support fot tax sanction on taxpayer compliance, perhaps because taxpayers consider that saction given when taxpayer violate laws are still mild. Therefore, these two reasons are factors that encourage taxpayers to behave disobediently.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits of hotel taxpayer compliance in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. The number of samples used is 96 hotel taxpayers in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with data analysis techniques namely multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was determined by the nonprobability sampling method, namely incidental sampling. Based on the results of this study it was found that variable awareness of taxpayers, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits had a positive effect on hotel taxpayer compliance in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. That is, the better awareness of taxpayers, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits will encourage hotel taxpayers to fulfill their tax obligations. This research aims to examine the influence of Fiscal Space, Locally Generated Revenue(PAD), General Allocation Funds(DAU), Poverty Rate (PPM), and Mean Years School(RLS) on Education Expenditures. The population used in this study is all regency/city in Indonesia. The sampling method in this research using purposive sampling method, collected data processed 505 regency/city samples. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis processed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21.00 software program. The simulant test result shows that Fiscal Space, Locally Generated Revenue (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), Poverty Rate (PPM), and Mean Years School(RLS) significantly influence Education Expenditures. While the partial test shows that Fiscal Space, Local Original Revenue (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU) effect on Education Expenditures, Proverty Rate (PPM) has no effect on Education Expenditures, and Mean Years School (RLS) negatively influences Education Expenditures
