The purpose of this study is: The purpose of this study describes reliablilitas Hadith based on Explosive Theory Isnad and Isnad Family. This research method is literature study. Data analysis method used is constant comparison method (constant comparative method). The results of this study states that what is perceived by Nabia about Hadith and its development tend to follow the mindset of most scholars of hadith. Nabia's thinking is much different from that of other orientalists such as Ignaz Goldziher, Joseph Schacht, and G.H.A. Juynboll is more skeptical in understanding the Hadith. Nabia is not. At least he believes that the existence of the Hadith is a reliable source derived from the Prophet Muhammad. Therefore, the explosive isnad theory proposed by Nabia Abbott does not seem to be much different from the isnad system proposed by the scholars of Hadith. Both Nabia and the scholars of the Hadith concluded that the sanad was the beginning of its appearance at the time of the Prophet who then spread and more branches in later times. Nabia acknowledged the transmission of Hadith in the time of the Prophet, even according to him, the existence of Hadith was written when the Prophet was alive, although the writing movement is still non-massive. At that time the Hadith more quickly developed through the oral system (submission of Hadith from oral to oral), but it does not deny that there are some friends who have documented it through writing. This narrative activity continued even until Prophet Muhammad's death. In its development and dissemination, isnad has a concept which Nabia calls the isnad family and non-family. The word "family" in this case is related to the relationship of blood or close relatives (mawali). In other words, there is a family relationship between narrators. This isnad family, developed through several prominent friends and continued for three generations, with the formula "so-and-so" (which comes from his father and his grandfather), but at a certain moment the isnad family can also evolve only through a generation, if an older narrator finds his or her grandson, wants to follow in his footsteps or otherwise narrate a Hadith to an opposing path in the family chain, for example to a nephew, like a relationship normally encountered in an isnad.

The study aimed at examining the relationships among family environment, depression and self-concept of adolescents in Hong Kong. A multi-domain perspective was adopted. The study involved a total of 2706 adolescents. Subjects were group administered a questionnaire containing the multi-domain Family Environment Scale (Moos & Moos, 1981), the multi dimensional depression scale – Reynolds Adolescent Depression Scale (Reynolds, 1987) and the Multi-domain Multi-Perspective Self-Concept Inventory (Cheung & Lau, 1996). Results showed that all the three domains of family environment (relationship, personal growth, and system maintenance) correlated significantly with the three depression aspects (emotionality, lack of positive experience, and physiological irritation). The relationship domain of FES appeared to correlate more strongly than the other two domains with the depression aspects. The FES domains also correlated strongly and positively with the four domains of self-concept: academic, appearance, social, and general. Both the relationship domain and system maintenance domain correlated more strongly than the personal growth domain with the self-concept domains. Regression analyses showed that family relationship was most predictive of various aspects of depression and self-concept. Sex difference was found in the prediction of both boys' and girls' depression and self-concept. With boys, system maintenance was predictive only of self-concept. With girls, personal growth was predictive of depression, and personal growth and system maintenance were predictive of self-concept. Analysis of variance showed that students high on family relationship, personal growth, and system maintenance were low in different depression aspects, but high in various self-concept domains. It was concluded that a cohesive, orderly, and achieving family environment is conducive to more positive development in adolescents, in terms of lower depression and higher self-concept.

ABSTRACTObjective:Our aim was to gain insight into the perspectives of patients, close relatives, nurses, and physicians on medication management for patients with a life expectancy of less than 3 months.Method:We conducted an empirical multicenter study with a qualitative approach, including in-depth interviews with patients, relatives, nurses, specialists, and general practitioners (GPs). We used the constant comparative method and ATLAS.ti (v. 7.1) software for our analysis. Results:Saturation occurred after 18 patient cases (76 interviews). Some 5 themes covering 18 categories were identified: (1) priorities in end-of-life care, such as symptom management and maintaining hope; (2) appropriate medication use, with attention to unnecessary medication and deprescription barriers; (3) roles in decision making, including physicians in the lead, relatives' advocacy, and pharmacists as suppliers; (4) organization and communication (e.g., transparency of tasks and end-of-life conversations); and (5) prerequisites about professional competence, accessibility and quality of medical records, and financial awareness. Patients, relatives, nurses, specialists, and GPs varied in their opinions about these themes.Significance of Results:This study adds to our in-depth understanding of the complex practice of end-of-life medication management. It provides knowledge about the diversity of the perspectives of patients, close relatives, nurses, and physicians regarding beliefs, attitudes, knowledge, skills, behavior, work setting, the health system, and cultural factors related to the matter. Our results might help to draw an interdisciplinary end-of-life medication management guide aimed at stimulating a multidisciplinary and patient-centered pharmacotherapeutic care approach.

AbstractThe proportion of samples with one or more close relatives in a genetic dataset increases rapidly with sample size, necessitating relatedness modeling and enabling pedigree-based analyses. Despite this, relatives are generally unreported and current inference methods typically detect only the degree of relatedness of sample pairs and not pedigree relationships. We developed CREST, an accurate and fast method that identifies the pedigree relationships of close relatives. CREST utilizes identical by descent (IBD) segments shared between a pair of samples and their mutual relatives, leveraging the fact that sharing rates among these individuals differ across pedigree configurations. Furthermore, CREST exploits the profound differences in sex-specific genetic maps to classify pairs as maternally or paternally related—e.g., paternal half-siblings—using the locations of autosomal IBD segments shared between the pair. In simulated data, CREST correctly classifies 91.5-99.5% of grandparent-grandchild (GP) pairs, 70.5-97.0% of avuncular (AV) pairs, and 79.0-98.0% of half-siblings (HS) pairs compared to PADRE’s rates of 38.5-76.0% of GP, 60.5-92.0% of AV, 73.0-95.0% of HS pairs. Turning to the real 20,032 sample Generation Scotland (GS) dataset, CREST correctly determines the relationship of 99.0% of GP, 85.7% of AV, and 95.0% of HS pairs that have sufficient mutual relative data, completing this analysis in 10.1 CPU hours including IBD detection. CREST’s maternal and paternal relationship inference is also accurate, as it flagged five pairs as incorrectly labeled in the GS pedigrees— three of which we confirmed as mistakes, and two with an uncertain relationship—yielding 99.7% of HS and 93.5% of GP pairs correctly classified.

This work reflects the study and detailed analysis of NACA 0012 airfoil at different angles of attack with a constant value of Reynolds Number. The geometrical designing of the airfoil is done using FreeCad and the computational analysis is carried out using Simflow 4.0- OpenFoam Interface. The analysis is fully based upon the concepts of FEM and CFD. The velocity is kept constant with various angles of attack. CFD methods are reliable source of analysis and hence can be replaced with the experimental wind tunnel methods. Boundary layer approaches were taken into consideration using the meshing techniques. The main purpose of this work is to study the symmetric profile of NACA 0012 with varying angles and the behaviour of 0012 at specific conditions. At the end, various graphs are plotted depicting the relationship of Angle of Attack with other dimensionless quantities.

In communicating activities certainly can not be separated from the theory of speech acts. Speech acts as a form of communication event is not an event that happens by itself, but has a function, contains a specific purpose can cause influence or effect on the said partner. The speech acts is a theory that tries to study the meaning of language based on the relationship of speech with the actions performed by the speaker.Language is used by speakers to convey specific intentions to speech partners such as ordering, begging, asking, and etc.Such speech acts as speech acts are grouped into speech acts directive. Speech from a (speaker) is of course not merely the origin of speech, but it contains certain intentions. The classification of speech acting speech function are : competitive, convivial, collaborative, conflictive. The purpose of this study was to identify the function of speech acts of the nurse directive to the patient in the physiotherapy room at RSU. Haji Medan - North Sumatera. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive and comparative method. From the data analysis found the function of speech act directive, competitive 'compete' with its subfunctions to govern and ask; and collaborative functions 'in collaboration' with its subfunctions stating, teaching, reporting and announcing. From the discussion it is suggested that nurses use speech act directive that has indicators of politeness in Indonesian language so that the function of acting speech directive can be achieved in conveying the intent and purpose to the patient.
